Take a look behind the curtain with a real whistleblower, an American patriot. Prepare to embrace the uncomfortable truth because this program has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties enthusiast, Second Amendment defender and recovering FBI agent Kyle Serif. Well, hello, my friends, welcome to the Kyle Seraphin Show. Today is Friday. It is the 31st of May, last day of the month. We'll have new hold music, if you will, or maybe none at all.
I guess we'll see starting on Monday. Today is Friday and that makes it a friendly Friday. And we will be having Steve Friend join us momentarily. The big news of the day of yesterday was that Donald Trump was convicted on all 34 counts by a Manhattan jury. That's not surprising to those of us who have been watching it. It doesn't make it any less appalling. We're going to get into a little bit about what's going on. The coverage of it I think tells us more.
We like to do meta analysis here. We don't like to just say what the story is. I've got a message for the Trump campaign as an opportunity for them to do something. And yes, as of course my mother would notice in the chat, I'm wearing a hoodie. Why are you wearing a hoodie in the middle of May, at the end of May into the Texas summer, Kyle? Because I'm playing sick, y'all. We're getting, we're getting it done as best we can.
I got a, a household full of kids who have friends who get sick and then they come to my house and they bring their diseases and their illness. Many of you know exactly what I'm talking about. I actually broke into my contingency medical pack last night. Go figure. All right, go figure on that one. Let's let's get started with a read from my sponsors. This is an opportunity to support Donald Trump's campaign, but really more broadly, conservative issues in a different way.
I'm going to just throw this out there. A lot of people are throwing $20.24 at Win Red. You're going to get unlimited like infinite text messages and spam and all that kind of stuff. And that's a that's a thing. You could you could do that or we could be a little bit more targeted. One of the things you could do is you could support Catholic vote. Go to catholicvote.org. There's an opportunity to
donate. One of the things that they are doing is they are trying to reach the people that already agree with us and make sure that they're voting. The analysis has been done, the folks at Catholic Vote have done it, and they have determined that there's roughly 25% of this population in this country identify as Catholic, at least
nominally. And a huge chunk of people, I think like 1/3 of Catholics do not go out and vote even though they're pro-life, they're pro family, they're pro freedom, they're pro gun. They go down the line and they check all the boxes with us and they've done some Geo targeted location searches. They have a plan in place to get those people motivated to go out and vote. Big issue. And it's a way to move the needle. We're, we're not going to change
people on the political left. We will change people's minds who just weren't interested in voting at all. I've made this argument to some people in the Trump camp. I hope that they listen. That would be good. It would be useful for us to reach people where they're AT. And I think we have a a big opportunity to do that. It's going to be people down the middle that make it happen.
And I want to share with you this one story from Catholic vote from today's Loop, which is that multiple pride events were held on U.S. military bases. Documents show they are also doing the hard work with Judicial Watch and they're foiling information. They got 25 pages of records talking about drag shows that were in contradiction to a policy that was publicized by the Biden administration. We need to hold them accountable with their lies.
And so one of the ways we do it is with Lawfare. Just so you guys understand what I'm talking about here. Bring out my buddy real quick. Here is the man you're going to unmute yourself. There he is. This is the real Steve friend. Hey, bud, how you doing? You for once look warm and I look cold. What's going on there? Man, it is the through the looking glass, right as we've now crossed the Rubicon yet again. Isn't that the the new phrase?
The walls are closing in and now we've crossed the Rubicon. Everybody is very upset about what goes on in a communist blue state like New York. And I'm just feeling really awful for somebody who is dragged through that entire system, you know, Dexter Taylor, which we should probably be focusing on on that sort of case. What we're going to be, I guess because it is relevant to newsworthy. We'll we'll we'll drill down on
today. But I, I do think that it's worth saying that guy's name, let's say that name and make sure that people are paying attention to the regular folks during this populist movement. So I I brought that up to people in Trump's camp and folks that should have access to this information. We're not gonna change the MAGA people's minds. MAGA is on. They're gonna vote. We know that. They're more motivated than ever. That's good. You need that.
Looney left us. I had somebody come out and they asked me if I was mentally ill and that instead my children were, you know, ashamed of me, which is my favorite. It's like my children are thrilled. My daughter came down this morning and told me that she has a new tooth pushing in behind the old tooth. And that is the big news in our household. Like real things that go on for dads. So my kids are not, they don't even know about politics.
They still think Donald Trump is president, which is funny. We haven't really gotten into why or how that works. And it doesn't really matter when you're 67539 months old. So there's all that. The thing that I think is important, the messaging that has, if this is a pivotal opportunity to take, and this is my advice, folks, you can share this. I hope you do and I'll have Steve reflect on it. If you want to move people in the middle, we have to do a basic sales pitch.
You've done this recruiting sources, you've done this by getting people to do the thing that you want when they were not necessarily inclined to do that, they were otherwise ideologically inclined. And you talk them into it. By what? What do you tell them? What moves the needle for one guy who's sitting there listening to the message? How's it? How's it sound? It sounds very much like this acronym PT BUFF, and it's a play of words because physical
training makes you buff. PT BUFF stands for Put the Benefits up Front. What is in it for me? If you're recruiting a source, maybe they're just a patriotic person. You say come on over to Team America. Maybe you can just say I'm gonna give you a whole bunch of cash and you don't have to tell the IRS about it 'cause it's gonna be in a envelope. Maybe it's, hey, you got arrested for drugs and I can talk to the prosecutor if you play ball with me.
Everyone's motivations and incentives are different. And when you talk about that in a political sphere, the PT buff is delivering the what is the deliverable? So for the communist, the PT buff is I want you to punish my enemies and reward my friends. Alvin Bragg, Letitia James, Fanny Willis, Jack Smith, all of those prosecutors, that is their prime directive. If they do not deliver that, they will be replaced. They will be rolled.
And they went out and delivered that on the right and the conservative right. What is the PT buff? People scream and holler about things, but what do you really demand? Well, you demand memes and Fox News hits and AS. Long as you do that. The demand, you will get more of it. Hearings and letters. Too, we've got. Hearings and letters. We need those. We need strongly worded letters. We need to say we're on the verge of holding you in contempt.
And then you know what? We're just, we're just gonna back off. That there's never been an attempt for mutually assured destruction, which is what I've been advocating for for over a year. Before we went live, we were talking about last May when I went to Columbus, GA was one of the one of the Friendly Friday episodes we did. And if anyone went back, it would be really easy to identify because I was in a hotel wearing a suit. Unlike my current suspendables
merch, it's. It's very weird for you to wear a suit. We only do that when we got to do work. At the time we were in joking fashion saying that how awesome it would be to have an elected president who was in jail because you have maximum transparency. The jail logs would show who was visiting him. You would have all the phone calls that were being recorded. It would be almost a a laughable level of transparency. So this has been over a year.
This is the most predictable outcome possible because of the PT buff, because it is a blue state in a blue courtroom with a communist prosecutor and a communist judge and a communist jury pool. That was all made possible by people sitting back and allowing that to happen. Because the only PT buff that they insisted from the other
side was just give me a hearing. Just give me a meme or make me scratch my belly and go on Fox News for three minutes before the pocket catheter commercial comes up. And as a result, you have a blue enclave there and they're around the country and the communists know where they are, which is why they're being very specific where they brought their charges
and their cases. And I've seen a lot of conversations spinning around and I, you know, I very tongue in cheek used the term Rubicon because I, I've lost count of how many Rubicons we've crossed over the last 8-9 years at this point. It, it's very much like how, how many people, how many times did everybody die? I mean, it started with the Trump tax cuts and and went on and on and on from there. It's it's just this loaded language. People will this this is a civil
war. We're we're on the verge of civil war. All right, slow your roll, homie. OK. This is a a population of people that are not ready. The other side is ready. The other side is Mr. T from Rocky three doing chin UPS off a pull up bar in their basement off a pipe, right. They are ready for the fight. You haven't trained day one and you think you're going to step
into the ring with Mike Tyson? They own all of the levers of power, all of the infrastructure, the education system, the court system, everything. The school boards. I can't get you off your Duff to go to a school board meeting. I can't get you look at the, the, the current state of affairs in the, in the presidential electoral politics. For all intents and purposes, everything ended after Iowa, right? For the Republican Party. At that point, Donald Trump won.
Iowa was basically done. You know, 14% of Republicans showed up to vote in the Iowa caucus. Let that's 100,000 people, 50,000 people voted for Donald Trump in Iowa. And that is the way that we determined who was the Republican nominee for office. So slow your roll on what you're ready to step to on civil war. I mean, you, you messed up your kid to walk into a Costco for
years. You allowed your kid to stay home and said, you know, he can just do Zoom school and you think you're ready to step in against a communist who is has all of the rules, all of the infrastructure and ready to fight and can't wait. And this and this ultimately comes down to, I think the last thing I'll point out, the right wing conservative media that has failed utterly to prepare people for the most predictable outcome possible. It was gravity. It was a fait accompli from when
it happened. I've been saying it for over a year. He's going to be guilty. What's the plan? And there's never been a plan. People sat there and they talked about, oh, look, this, this trial's going terribly, Mike. It's he's going to be Teflon, Don. He's going to tiptoe through the raindrops. And now you have a significant portion of people that consider themselves informed because they're they're listening to to right wing media.
They're not just vegging out and watching Entertainment Tonight. And then, you know, I don't know, I forget who's running for president. I don't know. These are people that consider themselves informed and they're not informed. They're ignorant to the issue and they're completely off guard. And they're going to fall into the same trap that people did when they did the Stop the Steal.
And they're going to go into New York City and they're going to try to protest and exercise their First Amendment. And a spoiler alert, you don't have a Second Amendment in New York. Do you think you have a First Amendment in New York? You're just going to go right into slaughter. It's the same as Dexter Taylor. So let me let me throw what the plan looks like on my end. I'm a little bit mellow right now, as you guys can tell. Here's what I think needs to happen.
Donald Trump has a pivotal and crucial opportunity. He could do this at any time. He could have done this at any time. I recommended that he did it a while ago today, this week, the next few days. This is an opportunity that doesn't exist in any normal cycle. So all he has to do is this. What's in it for me? PT buff, put the benefits up
front. What makes it work for me, the voter that otherwise doesn't care, that doesn't get off my butt to go and get in an Iowa primary, that doesn't show up to be involved in New York politics because I assume that they're captured, even though that is not the case. It's quite simple. Donald Trump is very good at saying look what they're doing to me, They're doing it to me, and then they're going to come after you. This is fundamentally putting the horse before the cart, The
cart before the horse. You can tell I'm a little bit slow right now. Don't put the cart out there before the horse. This has been done. It's been done to Dexter Taylor in New York in a similar court that was just down the street. It has been done to Garrett O'boyle. It has been done to hundreds, I'll say it again, hundreds of J6 defendants. It's been done to some black people that live in various districts that are not favorable and don't play by the fair
rules. So the opportunity exists right now to pivot and say the most important thing, and I'm going to put Steve on the screen for a reaction to this. It's one thing to see it happening to other people and know that it's bad. It's quite another to experience that gut punch. And I know because I was on the phone with Garrett O'boyle when he was removed from the office. That is a pivotal moment of understanding.
I was on the phone with several whistleblowers when they were walked out right after they had all their stuff unceremoniously thrown after years and years, sometimes decades of honorable service on their front lawn. It's one thing to see it happen to Kyle Serifin or Steve Friend and see them go on the Bongino show on Fox or talk on Tucker or go to Jesse Watters and explain how things are weaponized and nothing is fair.
It's quite another to have 34 guilty verdicts and the left wing media basically lift the table with their boners, which is what we saw on CNN. Even the ladies were running boners. I got a video to show you this is Nicole Wallace. While she was waiting, she already knew the outcome because everybody knew the outcome of this trial. This is a critical time to tell people it's not that they're coming for me and I'm standing
in the way. It's that they've been coming for you all along and now I am in it with you in a way that has never been the case because all the Fisas and the raids, none of those were judicially binding. That resulted in prison time. Today we are looking at that. I've got a couple little takes on it. So do you want to respond to that and then I'll play. The video, it just sort of reminds me of the, the Ronald Reagan campaign issue of a
recession. It looks like when your neighbor loses his job, a depression is when you lose yours. And and the fact that Donald Trump has this visceral connection to the the MAGA base, the people that will just doesn't matter where he does. He could choose someone on 5th Ave. They're still gonna crawl over broken glass to pull the lever for the guy, even though he
doesn't know who they are. And that unique connection that he has with his base, they, they might actually, it might actually feel like a depression, like they lost their job, even though this is happening to him. And, and you're right that this is an opportunity for him to say they, they're coming after me because I am you. And the empathy is actually going to be real there. There's a big difference. We've talked about it here before, but the difference
between sympathy and empathy. Sympathy means I see that you are feeling bad, and I'm sorry that you are feeling bad. Empathy means I feel the pain that you feel because my pain and your pain are the same. And it's hard to have empathy. It's also really it can be debilitating if you let it run your life. He has a very important opportunity to connect with people who have been wronged by a system and say, not only do I know here that the system has been wrong, but now I feel right here.
That guttural fear when somebody takes you and they take your things and they say your freedom or your ability to support your family or your home or your safety, all of those things are now negotiable by the state and there's no reason to trust it. That is a different kind of connection with an electorate and that hits people in the middle that otherwise don't
care. People who have been wronged but have moved on. You want to you want to electrify that group of people that are otherwise not interested in pulling the lever at all. You go and talk to the people that are going to move it. PBT said it. What's his name? PBT Patrick Bett Davis said it. Patrick Bett Davis. David said it with Dan Bongino the other day while they were doing a joint show. He said the people in the middle are the only ones that are up for grabs.
And it's like everybody who's ever been in a fight, the first time you get punched is when you decide how it goes. This is a real punch because it can result in actual jail time. I'm going to play this Nicole Wallace. I know it's a little early in the day for Nicole Wallace. You still should see this grin. If you are not watching, we're what, 18 minutes into the show? You can come in here and see this. It is worth seeing the smirk, which isn't just absolutely disgusting to me.
They can. They're beside themselves with excitement with this particular little take. So let's take a look at that. We've got a couple things. I'm going to walk you down the line of what it means.
York, the ex president turned criminal defendant and his lawyers, the prosecutors who brought the first ever criminal case against an American ex president and indeed the entire country waiting for word from the jury in the Trump election interference hush money criminal trial in court right now. The jury is currently on its 10th hour of deliberations. The judge has said that the jury will not work past 6:00 PM today no matter what, if anything happens in court.
We'll let you know as soon as we know. Steve, they're actually doing a rocky montage video sound. If you're just listening on the audio, that's what you just heard. It sounded like she was doing chin UPS in the basement. It sure did. And I, I don't know what what it was about the way she was carrying herself and she was giddy as a little schoolgirl there. She almost couldn't speak, she was so excited. Her face was smiling so hard she
almost she was missing words. And that is why you look, I, I'm really glad that America's not part of Europe And I, I've always just like, hey, we left there for a reason. But I do think that we should default to what Europe does with its television people. They don't call them anchors or hosts. They call them readers because that's all they do. And they're just pretty people that read a teleprompter. I think that would be
inappropriate. And there was something about it. I know this is sort of random. She looked like James comedy like that. I'm just so arrogant and full of myself for what I'm saying. And I, I don't know why that popped into my head, but I'm just like, that's did James Comedy put a wig on Like that was the this sort of ambiance that she was setting up for her show as Ivan Drago was running laps around the inner track?
It's it's really gross to see. I've got another one that shows even grosser because they're going to try to take this moral high ground. We're going to talk about the 6th Amendment again, which is the rights of the accused, not of the state, which we continue to try to hammer home. Most people don't even know how their own system works before we do that. Patriot coolers is what I'm drinking right now. I'm drinking tea out of this thing. I've already done my coffee and
it's hurting my stomach. So that's not ideal. Just get your own customized Patriot cooler. Go to promo. Sorry. Go to patriotcoolers.com. The promo code Kyle will save you 10 percent, 50 bucks more. You're gonna get free shipping. I need that right now. Check them out. You're gonna get the the logos that Garrett O'boyle's done, including the upside down flag, which is a pretty important
thing. You guys might want to be supporting and and sporting suspendables merch that shows us that our country is actually under some duress right now. Oh, look at that. There he is. Good job, buddy. All right, I want to do. I want to do another video real quick. This is Morning Joe. There's no other way to do it. This is them taking the moral high round. I think you're probably talking about the most important point that happened during this trial and including the verdict.
And it overshadows the big headlines that say guilty on every front page in the country. And it is the fact that 12 ordinary American citizens, perhaps of different political beliefs, different religious beliefs, different ethnic backgrounds, we don't know that 12 average Americans sat in the room. And guess what?
They didn't get information or evidence from TikTok or Instagram. They got evidence presented rationally by the prosecution in this case, and they made a decision that Donald J Trump was guilty. And Donald J Trump's reaction to the guilty verdict was, once again, he's already demeaned and destroyed much of our electoral process by saying it's rigged and corrupt. And now he took on the rule of law.
He took on the definition of justice itself by saying this verdict was corrupt and it was rigged and it's a rigged system. Well, if he was correct. In both his assertions that the electoral process is rigged and corrupt and that the judicial process is rigged and corrupt, then there is no more America. There is no more America and Lisa. Yeah, I think we kind of agree with that. Steve. You want to go down through the 6th Amendment and how this sort of thing can apply, particularly
the impartial jury. Oh yes, in a very, very impartial jury of your peers in New York City, which voted what, 198% Democrat in every single election. But what people need to know is this is a due process amendment in the Constitution that entitles you to a speedy public trial. When I say you, I mean you as the defendant. The, the government doesn't have these rights. These are being bequeathed to you as a citizen because in our system, you're innocent until
proven guilty. But I, I just am always amazed and laughed at things like these are the type of people that talk about our sacred democracy and it's when it's ever, it's convenient. It, it's so over the top where this guy hates the Constitution. This guy hates America so much. It's it's very much like the, the wife that says, like, I love my husband. I just want to change everything about him. There's, there's no, I'm what are you conserving? Right.
If you were a, a curator at an Art Museum, like what would you do to preserve these great works of art? Like you might need to, to put them under certain lighting. You might need to at time time, like move, move them in different areas because of the climate. Like you're going through efforts to conserve it. These guys are throwing the cans of tomato soup on the art because they hate it. And they're saying, look, it's, it's, it's artwork. I love it.
I made my own art. I want to change it like this art is a living document. It's gross, it's gnarly. This is Donald Trump with his reaction. It, it's not actually what he said. I mean, he did say it was corrupt and rigged. And I think that you're a fool if you think otherwise. As you mentioned, I, I think his percentages might be a little bit more in line with reality as far as voting Democrat. He sort of has that kind of stuff down Rd.
So here's DJT saying his piece walking out of the courtroom and we have a press conference coming up at 11:00 Eastern Time as the show ends. And at the very least Mark Naughton will be talking about it on this channel so you guys can watch it from there. He's got a decent spot. He said he's been there for a couple hours. So he's texting me now and I can't see what it is 'cause
we're doing the show. Anyway, if you guys want to follow this channel, make sure you have liked, you have subscribed, you have done all of the things to be able to get notified when we go live. We'll do it on YouTube, we'll do it on X, we will do it on Rumble at the chat here on Rumble with all of you folks. If you guys want to follow it, I know Dan Bongino will be doing the same thing. So take your pick. I don't know what feed he's covering. We've got our own feed.
So that's kind of fun. May not be perfect. We'll do the best we can do. Again, it's rumble.com/kyle Serif and make sure you've hit that like. And let's see Donald, Donald J Trump in his own words. This is his reaction. I think it's actually very measured. It's very measured for a guy who just got got punched. This is the right answer. By the way, It's not flailing. It's 2016 Trump that says we're going to make people pay. So let's see where it goes.
This was a disgrace. This was a rigged trial by a conflicted judge who was corrupt. There's a rigged trial, a disgrace. They wouldn't give us a venue change. We were at 5% or 6% in this district, in this area. This was a rigged, disgraceful trial that the real verdict is going to be November 5th by the people and they know what happened here and everybody knows what happened here. You have a so respect DA and the whole thing.
We didn't do anything wrong. I'm a very innocent man and it's OK. I'm fighting for our country. I'm fighting for our constitution. Our whole country is being rigged right now. This was done by the Biden administration in order to wound or hurt an opponent, a political opponent. And I think it's just a disgrace. And we'll keep fighting. We'll fight till the end and we'll win because our country's gone to hell. We don't have the same country anymore.
We have a divided mess. We're nation in decline, serious decline. Millions and millions of people pouring into our country right now from prisons and from mental institutions, terrorists, and they're taking over our country. We have a country that's in big trouble. But this was a rigged decision right from day one with a conflicted judge who should have never been allowed to try this case. Never. All right, give me a Fact Check on that Steve friend.
By the way, here's CN NS main page seconds after he gave that that discussion. Oh, I mean they were. They were really surprised as they read every single count in full and said guilty, guilty, guilty for their very giddy audience there. I will take issue though, with, with one issue that, that Trump said, I, I think it was a good line where he said, you know, the real, the real verdict will be on November 5th. It's his election. That's what he's very concerned about.
I think it's again, a, a lost opportunity, particularly from his position as essentially king of the Republican Party because you're missing the harvest season. You, you have now the entire summer to do other things that will actually make the country better. So he could also say, I want to direct all RedState attorney generals to just bring charges against the Biden administration. Do it, do it now.
I I'm giving you that, that directive and let's see who wants to actually be a good and faithful servant there because his people would like to do that. And as far as the the voters don't stay home until November 5th. Like there's a lot of other things you can do. You should be pushing your state houses to do things. You should be going to your school boards. You should be trying to elect a good sheriff in town or in your county. I mean, there's a lot to do. You can't just stay home.
There's a a lot to engage in that you can really pick where your interest is. And you have to have this faith that other people are gonna be covering other things. Otherwise a bit spread too thin. But if ultimately you say, oh, I'm so angry and motivated, I can't wait to sit at home and wait on the calendar to turn to November 5th. It's not enough. It's not enough. The communist is out there. The communist is doing chin UPS off the pipe in their basement. You can't just think for
yourself. And now I'll mix my Rocky metaphors. You can't just be Apollo Creed in Rocky 4 and spoiler alert, he dies. But I think it's we're safe. It's like 40 years old. You can't just say I'm going to strap on my American flag shorts and roll into this fight with a guy who I have no idea who he is. You're going to get blasted and killed. Yeah, it's not Biden, obviously. It's the people behind Biden. There is more to it. I won't leave you guys just sitting here and wallowing.
Steve's point about the A GS being active is very interesting, especially in light of another little thing. I'm going to cover you. We're not going to live all on this particular topic, but we are going to give you one more, maybe two more takes. I think is this is Seb Gorka now. I love Seb Gorka because he says things like this. Kyle Serafin. Kyle Serafin. I don't know why he did that, but Garrett O'boyle sends me that whenever he wants to call me out. Seb Gorka also is my inspiration
for today's show in some ways. Because I've talked to Seb and then I texted him right afterwards and I said, man, are you OK? You look terrible. And he said, yeah, I have strep throat. I'm I'm I'm just doing. The show. That's the way I have to do it. And it's like, bro, I've got some ideas for you. So I actually recommended a, a localized numbing agent and I sent him like one of the canes, a benzocaine or something like that.
And I was like, go get this from your doctor and start gargling. You look like you sound and you sound like you're awful. I'm able to cover a little bit. I think I'm not as in much pain as Seb was. Seb's got that throaty voice. But anyway, he's saying something very important here. And there is more to this. He also is a very smart guy. You, you got to hang out with Seb. He knew this was coming. There's no. He, he is. He's, he's very smart, he's very charismatic, and he's very large.
I mean, he made Garrett O'boyle look like a small child, which ultimately made me look like an infant. But I, I just a little point on that cause it's funny, when we were doing this back and forth on Twitter, one of the days he said something like, I said, I was like, you know, you're a giant amongst men or something like that. And he was like, is that heidism? And I'm like, how dare you, SAB, I look up to you. Like literally any room I'm in, I'm looking up to you.
And he was like, 'cause he's sad. He's but he look, he's got the IQ that that matches the height. And I don't think that he would have looked at any of the facts on the ground objectively and thought, Oh yeah, Teflon, Don, he's going to get out of this. So I I would be interested to know what his perspective is. Here it is. So what's the real, real detail everyone missed today? O34 counts. He's convicted. Well, of course he was going to be convicted.
The judge donated to Biden. The prosecutor team has the former third man at the DOJ working for Biden just smuggled into Alvin Bragg's team? Oh, but what's really interesting, they're afraid of President Trump. He walked out of that court today a free man. He got into what, his armoured limousine? He got into his motorcade with his Secret Service detail and he's sleeping a free man in his own bed today at Trump Tower. Isn't that interesting? They didn't put him in
handcuffs. They didn't take him down into the Tombs and Central Booking because they're still afraid of him. And when read in the president's website, donaldjtrump.com crashed today because so many people were making donations. Guys, he's stronger than he's ever been. So put on your red MAGA hat. I like what my caller said today. Get a piece of paper, write in big letters Trump and stick it on the in stride window of your car. Tell the world we are going to win because it's up to us.
They're afraid of him because he's Donald Trump, OK, It's. Afraid. It's afraid. What do you got, Steve? Is the BLOB afraid? Yeah, that nice, nice, nice movie reference there. Look, I think Seb makes a good point. I think that Donald Trump will probably wind up raising a but ton of money off of this. But again, I'm too all right is that's just that's passive. That's not active. The the communists raise money too. From what I read, they basically have won the media war for the
fall already. It's done like they they've bought all the commercials up. No matter what happens for, you know, nomination processes, even if Joe Biden is is in fact the nominee or Donald Trump is one of them gets swapped. It doesn't matter whoever the nominee is. All the commercials that are going to be running during football season are going to be for the communists.
Money's not enough. You're going to have to go and do something else that find where you can engage and look back to New York. Why? Why did this happen in New York? Why was it able to happen in New York? It's because you ceded that ground for years and years and years, and you allowed the Communists to take over every aspect of that state. That is exactly what Dexter Taylor said when he did a long interview with me on a Saturday night. It's exactly what he talked about, he said.
Why aren't you in here talking like your ideas are just as good in the hood as they are in a rural America? Why do people become status when they come and start talking to black Americans? Pitch the ideas of values based voting. Pitch the ideas that your vote counts and we want it. Pitch the idea that less government equals more freedom for you and that's actually what you want. It gives you the freedom.
It takes the hooks off. You don't need the government to serve up dollars to you because you can't do it for yourself. We respect you as a human being. We think that you can do the best thing with your dollars. That's why you know school choice should be on there. You should be talking about the government has failed you. You've looked at it for 100 years. Are you going to do the same thing again? Do you want to act like an insane person? Are you going to stay on the
sidelines and do nothing? Or do you want to get proactive, which I think is what you keep saying. There's a proactive ground game and this is the time to talk about what's in it for you. Put the bottom line up front. Put the benefits up front. Get PT buff on this stuff. Agreed, avowed the, the, the you have to. I mean, like it's, it's easy to become overwhelmed too.
Like I, I think particularly people who are, who are paying attention to the Kyle Serafin show, you are, if you're on a, a track engaging in a race, you've lapped the normal people multiple times as far as being aware of what's going on. So the temptation for you is going to be, well, I got a dabble over here and over there and whatever my passion projects are, I might have 10 things that I'm really inspired to do.
You have to dial it in and say, look, I'm going to focus on my #1 issue and have the faith that my #2 issue will be somebody else's number one. Maybe it's somebody else in this audience, maybe somebody else somewhere else. Yes. And it it's, it's a community aspect to it. Like it, you might not think that you're contributing to, I don't know, a presidential
election. But if you are fortifying an area, there's a value system there, there's a culture system there that will then have downstream effects. So maybe you just want to go and volunteer your time for kids that have no dad. You just want to be like a Big Brother, like you're doing. Demonstrate values. Live them. There's a downstream effect from that. You can have an impact on that kid and teach him that. Yeah, you could. You don't need a handout from the government.
You can do this yourself. Let's get you, teach you these hard skills and and then all of a sudden you've reshaped that kid who can then be go out there and proselytize those values to within his own household, within his own community. I mean, that's just one little example. But it's the same example that Garrett and I have talked about before. It's very critical. They say the best evangelists are are proselytizing every single day, and sometimes they're using words.
The best way that you move these values forwards is you demonstrate values. If you're a welder, if you're a framing Carpenter, if you're a finished Carpenter, you bring people in like I, that's why I don't like unions, because there's a barrier to entry. You can bring people in, take them to a Habitat for Humanity. If you have a profession, it's a free place to go practice on somebody's house where somebody
else will provide the materials. Teach them how to swing a hammer, teach them how to stand up on their own. There's a lot of money in construction jobs. You know what money makes you want to keep more of your money. You know who doesn't want to let you keep your money? Democrats. They want more, more taxes.
They want more handouts. They want to tell you that we're going to give you an offset and we're going to flood more money in so we can make housing more affordable by giving you more money to make housing less affordable. No second order thinking. Let people understand 1st and 2nd order thinking by putting a hammer together with a nail and holding two things together and going, oh, I was doing this one action. It was a kinetic force that drove this thing in on the other side.
I was stabilizing something and I was building something when you can see it with your own eyes. People who don't have to be that smart. We had this guy yesterday, which I'll show you real quick. Oh, that's not it, is it? It's this video here. Should be present. Mr. Hill. Are you driving like you got a guy? And if you didn't see, Steve's always a day behind. That's a guy who was driving and he was doing a Zoom call for
court on a suspended license. You know, there's a lot of those people that are out there voting people. It's not because that guy's a bad man. He's not an evil criminal. He's just doing dumb stuff because people are dumb when they are not given an opportunity to educate themselves. If somebody sat down and said, dude, I got a quick question for you. You're going to the doctor's appointment. Yeah. Didn't you say you have court today? Yeah. What's the court for?
I got my driver's license suspended. Are you doing it on video? Uh huh. From your car. Uh huh For a suspended license. Oh, he would have had that moment that he had after the judge pulled him and remanded him into custody. That's the key. You need to give it to them up front, not in the past tense where it's like, well, in four more years you can make a better decision when you're going to forget again, give it to them now. Demonstrate your values and as you said, proselytize.
Money doesn't equal win values and demonstration, local groundwork, all these things are the way. And make it about the person. You can tell people how to vote and never discuss elections. It's the same reason why some people preach the gospel and they never talk about Jesus. They're just doing things that make them look happier and more satisfied and their existence is better. And people go like, what is making Steve friend so not
scared in this world? How did he walk unafraid into an FBI office and have all the things taken that he had been working for? Oh, it's called faith. I got to get me some of that faith, just like I want to get me some of that Reform candidate like we heard on Oh brother, we're out the other day. Yes, I mean you get, you have to, you have to embody that for for folks and make it actually
tangible. And there there's something visceral about like you said, like swinging a hammer or just almost like you, you see, you see people in your community that just have it together. They they have it almost indiscernible quality and you can tell the people that are that are faking it until they make it. Of course, the people that are just like, man, whatever that X Factor is that that's what we call it The X Factor.
I'm gonna try to embody that. I, I mean, I try to do things like I, I want to be financially successful. Well, well, I'm not probably not gonna win the lottery. I'm probably not gonna be ACEO of a Fortune 500 company, but what can I do? I mean, there are small steps that I can take and one of them is completely unrelated. You know, the average person with a, a net worth of $1 million reads one non fiction book a month. I think I can do that that. That's achievable.
So like, little steps like that, will, I don't think that you're gonna, you know, finish reading a biography on Bibi Netanyahu and be like, oh, that made me $100,000. No, but it, it makes you think about things and you learn about that guy, and that maybe motivates you to do something else in your life. And as a result, there's a downstream effect. It's granular. You're gotta, you gotta train to fight against Ivan Drago. You don't just strap on the American flag jumper shorts and
get in the ring. It's a you have to go to a training camp, which is every single day for multiple weeks, and people aren't ready. They think they're just gonna cowboy up 'cause I'm America and you're about to get rolled. No, it's about how you're prepared. Look at this. This is exactly what you're talking about. Earlier, Democrat Attorney general, urge DOJ to investigate the killer that was just pardoned by Greg Abbott after the Texas Republican governor
pardoned a man. By the way, he was actually he was, he was pardoned by a parole board, which is not the governor. So they're actually fundamentally lying here because they'd love to put Texas in play. He was convicted of killing an anti racist protester, Steve Friend. When you see an anti racist protester and a black author talking about a BLM guy that was killed at a protest, what do you think the color of the skin of that individual was? Who was that killer and who was that victim?
Is this black and white crime? Most likely. Does one of them have X in their name if they're an anti racism that required? It should be, but it is not because because we're talking about Al Sharpton and he's not that bright. He can't even read. He thinks a surgeon is a Sergeant. I'm going to play you what his take on this is, and I'll let you get into it for a second. I'll let you respond. You get first word back. Al Sharpton, he's very outraged.
You're going to see on the screen exactly who we're talking about here. This is the story of Daniel Perry. This week, your governor Greg Abbott pardoned Daniel Perry, a former Army surgeon Sergeant convicted of murdering a Black Lives Matter protester in 2020. The victim, 28 year old Garrett Foster, was legally carrying a rifle at the time of the incident, but according to witnesses, never raised his weapon. Perry claimed he was acting in self-defense.
Although unsealed, evidence from the trial shows he made racist and threatening post about protesters prior to the shooting. So what's your reaction to this pardon, Especially coming at a time when we are once again seeing many Americans engage in demonstrations and protests, which we all hope will remain peaceful for everyone involved? Yeah, sure you do, Steve friend. You get to respond. I don't care what what that guy's name, Colin Allred says.
Yeah, I'm, I'm not really interested in Colin. Parenthetically, Alan, Al Sharpton, whenever he talks, I think he thinks that there's a megaphone in front of him. That's that's the way that you would talk in front of a megaphone because you don't want to roll your syllables together because you're addressing a large crowd and you don't want to have any feedback. So he's very difficult to listen to. And he is trying to stir up the pot because that's what he's done professionally for his
entire life. And they're going to justify. And. Sort of civil unrest that is going to be occurring over the summer, which is why I don't know if folks are aware of this, you know, that they're going to nominate Joe Biden and Kamala Harris via Zoom before the DNC. We talked about it here. What does that tell you? That tells you that they know what the optics are gonna look
like. They're leaving a place to to rage and danger when they don't have to have the Secret Service engaged with it. The second thing is, are you familiar with the story Daniel Perry that Garrett Foster, what was going on? It's been a minute. I, I mean, I, I know that name. As soon as he said, I said, oh, yeah, there was, there was an element to it. It was almost like the Kyle Rittenhouse type of thing That, that, that we're going to just completely just ignore the
facts. But you'd have to refresh my memory. A guy walked up to another man's car while his rifle was at low ready, but he never raised it. Is low ready a shooting position in your experience? Just into the concrete, but yeah, but all it takes, not one that's going to be violating the cardinal safety rules. It doesn't violate the cardinal safety rules, but the question is if you are an officer and you have a broader spectrum as a as an individual. So the guy that's sitting in the
car was armed. A crowd surrounded his vehicle in like they do a mob in Austin, TX. And one of the guys deliberately moved up to the passenger window with an AK at low ready and addressed the guy and got in his face about it. And so the argument was as well, he wasn't, it wasn't a shooting position. I can go from low ready and put three rounds into you very, very quickly on a timer. It's going to be like a sub one and a half second experience for you.
It's going to be faster than you can draw and shoot me back. He proactively shot because he's in the army and he didn't want to do that. By the way, the only problem here was that the guy who was carrying the AK was an anti racist. It wasn't like if this was the other way around, you know for a fact, the lefties would have been totally fine. They're like, yeah, kill that guy. He's an evil Trump supporter. If it was a MAGA crowd around a vehicle.
So again, we have to look at the the game that's being played on the ground right there. Well, you had the kid that was had a conversation in a bar, was that like North Dakota who was wearing the Trump hat? And then the guy like went and ran him over with a pickup truck. Right. Yeah, No, we're, we're playing, we're we're playing for very, very different sets of rules, which is why it's so laughable when you hear people on MSNBC talking about how the rule of law in America's over.
It's like, yeah, we it's been over. To be fair, it's been over since my friend got kicked out of his job. And definitely before that, it probably has been over since, I don't know, the FBI decided to spy on a guy who was running for president and then continued doing it when he was in the office. Doesn't that seem like when America kind of like took some fatal wounds and was just bleeding? I think you're you're too far down at that point.
I think it might have been over when the anti federalists lost. It's 1791. That was it. It should have been that. I want to keep pushing forward just a little bit. I think I've got, I think that's all that we had actually for the video clips here, I have a
couple little stories. Like I said, this story of, of Al Sharpton been talking about this is kind of mind blowing to me. The other thing that I thought was very interesting, every single commentator from MSNBC to NBC to ABC to CBS, they all look like this guy. What's up with this guy? They're all effeminate, weak males, consistently looking sort. He has puka shells on. Does he have puka shells? I think he has puka shells, says Trush.
Trump's hush money guilty verdict is only going to make him more dangerous. There's a big split between is he going to be more dangerous or or this one. This is coming back-to-back on ABC. I just want you guys to see the meta analysis going on. Trump's conviction won't change GOP support. Shocker. But also, will Trump's conviction sway voters? Here's some first reactions.
Some people said that he is now out of contention while other people said all in for Trump. The fact of the matter is the only people that are in play, I think, and I'll listen to your take as well, I think the only people that are in play are people that don't otherwise care and think they're not being spoken to, which is why the PT buff is so important. And the fear porn and then this is just for for people.
Let's just take a step back and think, all right, so if he gets convicted, he's more dangerous now. But if he had been acquitted, they would say, well, now he's really dangerous because he's unshackled. So you're you're playing for an audience there that is not gettable. So don't play for that audience. You play for the people that were walking around the airport yesterday while CNN was airing and had no idea what was going on. They're just going about their
business. I took my, I mean, I took my kid to his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class yesterday evening, right when the the verdicts and stuff were coming out and there's parents just hanging out talking and completely unaware. I mean, they, they are able to have their, their lives together enough to afford to take, take their kids to this recreational
activity, which isn't cheap. I would think that, you know, they those are people that you can engage and be like, hey, how do you feel about the, you know, FBI targeting you because you go to mass? Or you think that your kids should be in combative sports. It's.
Very simple. I mean, those are the those physical fitness you have that you're trying to instill those kids to have self-confidence, to be capable to protecting themselves, to be humble and and willing to, to be can put in a vulnerable position and even embarrassed in front of a group of their peers. Like those are the type of things that I want instill in my kids.
So regardless of what our opinions are on tariffs or like tax policy, I think you can make an articulate case that like it is objectively bad for a government to target their political enemies for from those who are in power. It's also. That's an easy it's an easy pitch for PT buff put the benefits up front. The benefit being we're just going to leave you alone so you can go to your kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practice without having fear that what what you're looking at on your phone
is going to be surveilled. Seems like a a reasonable take and the alternative is with a Biden administration push. Looks like this the Supreme Court is doing a get out of G jail card for racial discrimination. That's their gerrymandering court that's up there. They're doing a case about that like the Biden administration case for their their next four years essentially is the border should be open, tranny should do whatever they want.
We need to give people free money and we need to rebuild the economy in a green area. Abortions for all and racism is everywhere so we need to have us in because a 80 something year old white man is the solution to racism even though he was got a pretty dubious record on his speaking. It's all pretty straightforward. Their pitch is not good. It's the why they went after the Donald Trump in the 1st place.
This is the opportunity of a lifetime for this particular campaign to pivot today and make it not about Donald Trump, which is not his instinct. I don't think it's an opportunity to do something very important. It's to make it about the individual voter who feels now empowered. Go ahead. You should make it about, you know, populism. I mean, the the the sheer irony that a billionaire Playboy celebrity has been the vessel of this populist movement within
the country. It's it's sort of a head scratcher, but it is what it is. That's just the reality on the ground. And he has to resist the temptation to to what he always is. Is he that's why he got famous because he was such an egomaniac. I get it. That's his shtick, but as a leader of the country that he endeavors to become again, and he has the way that he is riding on his surfboard is through populism. It can't be the benefit can't be help the billionaire.
The the the benefit of it has to be. I am one of you and this is happening to me because it's happening to you. I need to and you need to, to move this country in a direction that benefits everybody. What, what is it that I can do for you? I I'll stand here and take the hits, but what else can we do? And it's it, it can't just be donated to my campaign. It it can't just be stay home and wait on November. Let's remember this. Too other elements. We have to remember. Jatropa Frochagini.
There's already too much frochagini out there. I'm going to get worse and worse as saying that the Pope said it. We could get a little bit of that. Let's just let people know we're just done with the faggotry in this country. How about we just step it into the light and make it about other people agree with you. There is nothing funnier than God choosing a vessel. You've got even people in the Catholic Church, people that are nuns, like holy people that are saying something so simple.
They're like God always chooses people that you would not expect. That's what God does. God's plan is not your plan. You don't get to vote. You only get to go to the polls, but like you don't get to vote on who's up there in any meaningful way in the bigger scheme, not the little country and how we do our primaries. That's it. You get to do that, that some of those are rigged, whatever they may be.
But the bigger plan, the capital G, not the lowercase G of government, like the bigger plan is well outside of our scope. So like to hang in there on that one and kind of end on a wrap up note, which is that you don't always understand the plan. And I know you and I haven't understood a lot of the things that go on in our life until it's in the rear view. And then you're like, oh, that makes more sense. I get it now. I sort of get it. I hope I get it soon 'cause it's really tough.
You always get a vote. That's what you know, that's sort of a law enforcement principle, right? That that guy gets a vote as as far as you know, you have to be prepared that he could draw a weapon on you and, and he's going to make that decision. And that's when you're going to use the the use of force continuum in the appropriate fashion. But we all get a vote, an actual vote on a ballot every two, four, six years.
But you get a vote and what you do every single day, how you spend your time, how you devote your citizenship. That is why I can say things like, hey, I'm sitting out the the federal ticket for the next election because you know, from from my perspective, nobody's won my vote. And be comfortable in the fact that I am a engaged citizen. I do the school boards, I talk to the grassroots organizations. I'm trying to push state legislation. Hey, I'll make my announcement now.
I've I've formed my exploratory committee. It's suspendables. Can I be honest? They weren't paid and friend for sheriff, 2028 local, Volusia County, Florida. 2028, four years, Steve, friend for Sheriff. Let's do it. I'm in. I vote yes on the exploratory committee. Whatever my vote looks like, I'm into it, so let's make it happen. Steve, you want to pitch what you guys have coming up on AMRAD tomorrow? Yeah, tomorrow, AMRAD, you can find us on rumblerumble.com/amrad pod.
We will be going at noon time Eastern and we're going to be talking about the transfer state. I'm going to make a historical reference because Garrett and I are dudes. We have to, of course, reference the Roman Empire and the parallels that happened in the rise, fall and decline eventually of the Roman Empire to what we're seeing today. And, and put that message out there in the examples so people can see it happening in front of
them. And realize how we've transitioned from a a country that was about providing public good to just moving wealth around from the people who are perceived political enemies to the perceived political allies, which is a problem. We'll be talking about that noon time on the American Radicals Podcast. So join us there, rumble.com/am Rad Pod. That's a MRADPOD and rad pod for the American Radicals podcast. They thank you, Steve for jumping on with me today.
