Episode description

Tulsi Gabbard is trending again, the Key Bridge collapses in Baltimore after an early morning cargo vessel incident, and what is "Document 79" ? My friend and Suspendable George Hill joins me mid-program to get into some of the signal and the noise about the last 24 hours. George is an intel veteran of the USMC and US Navy, a former analyst for the NSA, and retired supervisor analyst from the FBI's Boston Field Office. He blew the whistle about numerous instances of malfeasance regarding January 6 investigative practices and is the Suspendables' in-house salty Senior Chief. Take a look behind the curtain with a real whistleblower, an American patriot. Prepare to embrace the uncomfortable truth, because this program has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties enthusiast, Second Amendment defender, and recovering FBI agent Kyle Serif. Hey folks, welcome to the Kyle Serafin Show. Today is Tuesday, March the 26th and we're rolling live on rumble.com/kyle Serafin. We are rolling live on Twitter X. We are rolling live on Facebook and on YouTube.

If you're on YouTube and you are sick of all the ads which happen every 60 seconds, all you got to do is click on the link that I've added in the description. You can click on the link and you can roll straight on over to our Rumble channel and you can see what we're doing. I'm watching this chat go nuts right now for all of you. Apparently Bongino had some issues yesterday. Rumble continues to be an

interesting experience. That's the exact right way to do it. Experience is exactly the way we would call it. If you have not already given us a like, make sure you do. If you have not subscribed, make sure you do that as well and we appreciate you guys being there. I want to go ahead and say thanks to the sponsors that we have that keep this program running and then we are going to get deep into some strange, some strangeness that's going on.

Here we go #1 My friends over at Catholic Vote. If you are not getting The loop, please do go to catholicvote.org. Again catholicvote.org and you can sign up for The Loop right there. The Loop is an outstanding news aggregator service. It is going to bring you all the top stories of the day, better than the AP, better than Reuters, better than any of these other wire services. They're going to give you a mix of conservative and sort of not conservative news.

They're going to give it from a good take and they're just going to present you with some facts from Daily Caller, from Daily Wire, from CBS, from CNN, from the New York Times and so on and so forth. You can go to catholicvote.org and get that e-mail again. It's called The Loop. And if you don't want to sign up for it, if you're that kind of person you just want to visit, go to catholicvote.org/loop and you can get a kind of a preview. You'll get a look of what it

looks like. You can follow them on social media at Catholic Vote. That's their handle everywhere you look. Let's also do our little ad for our friends over at 4 Patriots, folks. We're just seeing now some chaos, absolute chaos happening in the port of Baltimore. If you're worried about food shortages, if you're worried about things not going well in this country and you want to give yourself a hedge against that uncertainty, I recommend you prepare with emergency food.

You can do so at 4. The number four patriots.com/kyle. Again, fourpatriots.com/kyle. That will take you to our landing page. The the targeted idea. They they talk about the Rule of threes when you go to survival school, and the Rule of Threes essentially tells you what you can and cannot survive with. You can actually survive for about 3 weeks without without food, three days without water, so on and so forth. There's all these different threes, but three months is kind

of a sweet spot. 90 days worth of being able to see what's going on around you. You can get 90 days worth of emergency food. It has something like 700 plus individual servings of calories for you and your family, and you guys can get that from a four patriots.com/kyle. If you go in there, Scroll down a little ways and you will get to an opportunity to add that to a cart and give yourself just a little bit of breathing room if crazy things happen.

Like, I don't know, a boat goes drifting into a bridge that you would normally commute on the 695 and takes out a major a major US port. Stops it cold. Everything that's there is going to be stuck until they can pull all these trestles out. We're going to talk about that. We're going to talk about a, a pop star. What is he, a pop star? R&B. What do you want to call him? Hip hop in, Sean Puffy Combs known as Diddy. He's got some issues going on

today that's kind of strange. Let's let's jump right into it and we'll start with this weird search warrant story. Do we know anything about this? I keep getting these tags on social media. Hey Kyle, can you tell us what happened with P Diddy? Why did the HSI go and raid his house? I don't know. I don't have access to the case. While we're going to exercise a little bit of the Bongino rule here. But let's read what is being reported locally because it's

been all crazy last 24 hours. The story is coming from ABC 7. Local news says Homeland Security ranges the home be home. Associated with Diddy's film company Homeland Security agents on Monday raided A Holmby mansion associated with rap mogul. Guess rap mogul. Hip hop mogul, whatever. Sean Diddy Combs, Is he not going by Puff Daddy anymore? I got to tell you folks, I I never, I never liked any of his music. I don't care about it. Here's what I think is important.

They believe that this raid was somehow associated with a federal sex trafficking investigation based out of New York. OK, there was also apparently a similar raid that happened in Miami. Now this one was in the Los Angeles area, down the street from the Playboy Mansion. All right, you're seeing on the screen a kind of a an overhead shot of a bunch of agents coming in in Bearcats. This is where we're at today. This is the state of affairs in America.

We are now taking people who are very, very well known. His net worth is, is close to a billion or maybe even north of a billion dollars. And then they're going to say, OK, well we've got to bring in a BearCat. Why? Because billionaires are going to try to shoot it out with the cops. Is there any instance or any evidence that this is necessary? Or are we doing the shock and awe treatment right now where we are specifically doing punishment through process?

And I think that's what we're seeing evidence of. There was some initial reports as well that he had fled the country. It sounds like his plane flew down out of the United States, down into the Caribbean and that he was not on it. So that's strange. All of this stuff is weird. If you follow Mike Benz, you saw him say probably my favorite quote of the day, which was tell me that in 2024 we are not about to get a a white Bronco in the sky. And for a second I was like a

Bronco in the sky. What in the world, Which of course is reference to the OJ that's slow fleeing down the highway where there was that that V shaped the flying V of patrol cars that followed OJ Simpson until he eventually turned himself in which was a harrying moment. Very strange times indeed. Here's where I land on this kind of stuff. It may be the case that there is a solid backing and a a real significant threat posed by Sean Diddycombs to the American public, or we have an entirely

weaponized DOJ. And the scariest thing about seeing Homeland Security and not even DOJ go after them is that you don't have any of the normal shackles. Even DOJ. For as crazy as it is and as weaponized as it is, as as much as it's gone off the rails, it does still have some rules that it operates under. It tends to violate them in some ways. But it at least has a rule book that it has to play by, and that's known as the dialogue and the AGG Dom.

That's the Attorney General's guideline for domestic operations. OK, that's one of them. AGG. Dom. The other is the dialogue which is domestic Investigations Operations guide. Those two are sort of slowing down the complete insanity of what FBI and ATF and and the Marshall service can get involved with. It actually is a playbook and tells them what they can and cannot do. HSI Homeland Security Investigations under DHS doesn't have those.

They can still bring cases for prosecution to DOJ, but they don't answer to DOJ. And that's where I get really shaky about it. People ask me why this Look, if there's an international trafficking situation and HSI is the investigation agency. OK, fine. But I don't understand why we're seeing on the screen here that there's at least two Bearcats full of tactical guys. I know there's a lot of places to clear, but this is as dumb to me as clearing President Trump's mansion at Mira Lago.

Sending a bunch of FBI SWAT guys and probably the HRT is what we heard. The Hostage Rescue Team, which is the FBI Tier One Counter Terrorism Division. So why are we sending these people to go after very public figures who are very publicly available, who have everything they have invested in this country. All of their money is going here. Could he run off and disappear in another country? I suppose so. Is that going to be a big miscarriage of justice? Probably not.

I mean, all of his resources are here. the US government has the ability to tie those up. So what flight risk does this person actually represent? And even if he got away, I mean, the other interesting thing is, is that Brianna Morello, whose show was on yesterday, and if you guys want to check on

Rumble, you can check her out. We were discussing things that were happening at Parkland and some of the propaganda mission that was going on. The crazy thing to me was that she said she had friends that actually worked for him, that interned him as a like young, pretty females back when she was in high school and college. And they never reported anything

untoward. And generally speaking, when you talk about somebody involved in this kind of action, it's not like it's it would be, it would not be. It's difficult to hide that type of behavior. If you have a predatory attitude, it's unlikely that somebody is so compartmented in their life that they're only predatory at some point in time and they're also not at other times. And this hasn't come out. He's been a public figure for quite a while. Doesn't mean it's, it's ruled out.

But again, we're going to kind of sit back and watch it. I have a innate distrust of what our federal government is doing right now. It made my tax season, which I just had to go do my taxes as a as a self-employed or a business owner. A small business owner for the first time made me nauseated because I'm going to write out a check and I'm funding this garbage, which I've always been.

All of you have W2 jobs as well. It's a little bit less, it's a little bit less on the nose when it comes out of your paycheck, before you ever touch it. When you're actually writing out and stroking out a check and putting thousands of dollars towards our government and you know that you're funding these dudes walking around that are doing things that are not, that are not along with the American values that we sort of believe should be there, it's real scary to me.

Now what are they spending our money on? Because that's what's been kind of in my mind. That's what's been sort of floating around here. I got a video. I got a little story here. This is a an attempt to debunk the the the right wing narrative about climate change and the the the Senator Kennedy attack. We get this attack on this poor kid. You see this guy on the screen right now? He's an Alaskan based cross country skier. He did his first ever congressional hearing.

His name is Gus Schumacher and we're getting a reporting here from the Alaska Beacon. Now. I thought Alaska was a pretty conservative area. The title of this article you're seeing on the screen is Alaska Olympian went to DC to testify on climate change and then a senator dredged up old tweets. Well, this kids like 2324 years old. So how old are those tweets really? That's Part 1, #2. He's got a pretty face. He seems like a stud athlete.

And there they brought him there to testify about climate change. So in true form, as we played the other day, Senator Kennedy just kind of asks people the basic questions, like, you have these thoughts. What are they all about? Is there any basis for your thoughts or are you just AOC with emotion? We have a we have an AOC clip as well. So when we look at this kind of nonsense, the question is, hey bro, Because that's what I assume he prefers to be called. Hey, bro, you represent the

skiing community. The snow isn't as snowy as it used to be. Can you tell me what you think is going on here? This little exchange is fun, and apparently it was unfair, per the Alaska Beacon, which, I don't know. The kids own words. Just listen to him. He only went to high school. I'm not mad at anybody who has a high school education alone. That's fine. You're just probably not a scientist. Most likely not a scientist. Here's this kid talking. What is What is carbon dioxide?

I'm, I went to high school, but that's carbon dioxide is a a gas. OK, I'm not a I'm not a I'm not a professional to talk about carbon dioxide so much, but, well, you want us to abolish it, right? No, I there's always going to be carbon dioxide, right. So, So what is it you want us to do? I let me back up because I I want to.

I mean you're here as an expert. Tell me more about what carbon dioxide is. I'm here as an expert cross country skier who sees the changes in my winters and the landscape that I live in in Alaska. And so carbon dioxide is what I see it as is. You know, it's a gas that exists in our atmosphere. And is it the major part of our atmosphere or it's a huge part of our atmosphere? Yeah, it's actually very small part of our atmosphere. Well, OK. But yeah, I don't know. What are you asking

specifically? Well, you said we need to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. I'd like to know first, if you know what it is you want us to abolish fossil fuels. I never said that. You never have said that. No. OK, what? What do you think we ought to do with fossil fuels? What will we do with fossil fuels? Yeah. Should we make any changes? I would like to see a decrease in the use of fossil fuels. I think there's a possibility to use more electric generation.

OK, over over what period of time? 10 years, 50 years? 100 years? That's not. I would like to see it come as fast as possible while continuing. How fast? Sorry, how fat. It's so awkward. It's so awkward. Listen to this poor guy. So here you have one of the best when it comes to putting people's feet to the fire and you got this poor kid who's out there going like look bro, like all the things that I have that came here because of because of

petroleum products. Like I wear jackets and they have like puppy and they're made by like The North Face or whatever. But those were also petroleum. They don't know like every plastic thing in his entire life, which is what the basis of his, his profession is. The sad thing is, is that Democrats trotted him out like this was somehow going to be a win.

They also brought in a fly fishing outfitter because these climate pagans and I'm going to straight steal this from from George Hill climate Pagans, these people are worshipping something that they don't understand. It's a God that is that is imperfect. It's the God of the climate. It's a Gaia type character.

These dudes are bringing out their their experience in the fishing industry and the fact that the snow is not as snowy as it used to be. None of that is real information And so that's kind of distracting that was that's that's over here waving like look at this meanwhile what do we have going on. We've got real problems in infrastructure. We now have a bridge collapse, which we're going to talk about. And I think you guys are going to take George Hill's experience.

Yeah. I think you're going to find that his his analysis of this is actually very disquieting because this could be the just the beginning of it based on what he was just telling me. I've got a little video that will show while he's on and that will let him talk about it, but some kind of wild moments. And so anyway, so you've got this poor kid doing the best that he can.

And then like I said, you're if you're going to bring on fly fitting Outfitters to talk about it to me, that's like asking somebody from REI bring on the REI employee that sells hiking boots to talk about how forest fires are really bad. OK, It's like what? What is your experience? Well, I sell boots and people use those boots to walk in the woods. And then when they come back and they buy new boots, they tell me that there are now more forest fires than there were. Uh huh.

And well, based on my experience in selling boots, people are now buying more fire retardant boots than they used to. And so we've got to get rid of the climate emergency. No further information. In the intelligence world, we call that no further information. It's sad. I mean, it is sad because simply this poor kid. Anyway, that was the the moment here it was covered. This is a hit job, by the way. This is Republicans pounce because the Democrats brought in

this perfectly nice kid. He's Olympian. He's a stud athlete. He's a the kind of thing that we expect in this country, like, hey, you're really good at this one thing. Go be really good at that. By the way. Now we're going to abuse you and trot you out like a dancing monkey. And we're going to try to have you give your opinions to real, serious people, like actual thinkers, and you're going to be

promptly exposed to foolishness. And then when you've been exposed as being foolish and not knowing anything about the thing that you're supposedly an expert on the winter recreation business, then then everybody's really mean for being mean to you because he did his best. You guys remember that. Remember that whole thing about how you did your best? It's like the results actually matter, too. This whole everybody gets a trophy thing.

Just because you get a trophy skiing across Alaska doesn't mean you get to come testify about the snow in Alaska like you've been in the snow. That doesn't mean you know about the snow. Like, I eat dinner all the time. That doesn't make me an expert on evaluating, you know, some sort of nutritional basis. That'd be foolish. But it's a Democrat talking point now that this was mean. That's how we do it. And and it led me to this sort of thing about the 60 Minutes piece.

Some of you guys may have seen this. There's a 60 Minutes piece that was out there that has been talking about misinformation. I saw you guys in the chat already kind of talking about it. A woman named Kate Birdstar, I believe that's her name. And Kate Birdstar, who I actually have listed here, this is the name of the video. I called it Lesbians want to stop free speech. I don't know why I called it that, but that seemed like the only way I could remember who

this lady was. This is 60 Minutes covering how really bad it is that people are not listening to experts. There are experts on fake information, which seems really wild. You remember like that Lady that sang the Mary Poppins song. There are experts out there that are going to tell you how to think. And if you're going to think on your own without the experts, it's basically like driving without a seat belt. It's really dangerous for you to go out there and think on your

own. That's why we have experts, folks. Starboard Birdstar. I don't know what I said here. She has Let's listen to a little bit of this interview. I'm going to give you kind of a take of it. Then I want to go show you what CNN did because they tried to cover down on this, which is quite funny. Kate Starboard says the social media platforms also often ignored the researchers

suggestions. The statistics I've seen are just for the Twitter platform, but I my understanding is, is that they responded to about 30% of the things that we sent them and I think the on the majority of those they put labels. But just a third. But just a third. And do you suspect that Facebook was the same? And Kate Starbird says the social media platform OK, that's the repeat They only they only censored like a third of the speech that we recommended that they censor How weird.

And then you go and and so people are like, hey, by the way, you have no right to censor anybody's speech. And I don't know why, but there's like sort of this trend in the last couple days that I've seen of women who are attempting to look like men. She has a male haircut. She's wearing masculine clothes. She's not masculine, obviously.

Obviously a woman, but not an attractive one and not one that's trying to be feminine in any way, has kind of embraced this androgyny or this attempt to sort of blur the lines, not winning. This is the best part for me. And I'm going to show you why. This is a CNCBS who who doubled down on this. This is from 60 Minutes Overtime on their website. Look at this, it's an entire article on how pre bunking misinformation works.

Now if you're watching on the video version of this, you're immediately going to see what a picture normally that would be the picture that was associated with the article. They actually had a video pre roll on there and it was a piece of this particular interview that I just showed you. But here's what's really fun. The pre roll advertisement for that video, which I normally have to sit through and then I screenshot for you and then I put it on the screen.

The pre roll was brought to you by Pfizer where you can learn more about vaccine options and you can book a shot at schedule. Covidvax.com Yeah yeah Pfizer is sponsoring this pre bunking situation. There's a lady out there and she's jogging and she's got a Band-Aid on her left arm and she's got myocarditis and she can no longer do things that she used to be. Is that is that just misinformation? I don't know what it is.

Anyway, it's very fun this this 60 Minutes interview reports about the ongoing debate over social media companies including Meta X, Google, Moderate harmful content, False medical information and hate speech. Again, remember this article was brought to you by Pfizer. It's so good. It's so it's so on the nose. It's so straight in your face, you can't even hide it. So, you know, 60 Minutes spoke

to a couple of different people. They talked to someone called Sander Vander Linden, a professor of social psychology and the director of the Social Decision Making Laboratory at Cambridge University. I think you have to call, call it a laboratory when it's actually outside the US. If it's in Cambridge, you have to call a laboratory.

And Vander Linden did research on how people interact with misleading or false information on social media and why they end up believing things that are either half true or completely false. Yeah. So we have confirmation biases. Someone gives us information, says, you know, P Diddy left the country, and then they show a picture of the jet on, you know, on a thing. And you go, oh, my God, he left the country.

He's fleeing. He's guilty, you know, or you go, oh, my God, he's thinks everything's corrupted. He won't get a fair trial. He's fleeing. And then it turns out the fact is that he's not fleeing at all. He's hanging out in Miami. That's OK. OK, You can have false information. The thing is, is that the government has no role in this. And that's where these people are really upset. The censors are trying so desperately.

They so much want you to believe only the approved truth, and so they'll give you their take and they're very incensed, she said. They only censored 1/3 of the things that we recommended. I don't know why they didn't just listen to everything we said. We're experts on what's true and what's not true, and we can't let these people, these normies out there that have, you know, jobs and thoughts and everything

else going on in there. We can't let these people be involved in their own decision making. Information is not for everyone. It is for us to tell them what to think. That's what the news media is all about and they're very incensed by this. She gave an example of a misleading information that went viral during COVID-19 during the pandemic stuff, a misleading headline that said a healthy doctor died two weeks after getting the COVID-19 vaccine The CDC is investigating.

Why that's misleading. I don't know why it's misleading. I'm sure the guy was probably healthy beforehand. It was seen by 10s of millions of viewers. It was used by skeptics and conspiracy theorists online to suggest that the COVID-19 vaccines didn't work and could even kill people. Weird. Why would you think that, people? Why would you consider that the COVID-19 vaccines didn't work? Maybe your lying eyes told you that everybody who got those shots still got COVID.

Maybe there was that maybe that the word vaccine changed in definition. We had to just sort of just take that on the nose and say, well, obviously words, the meanings of words change, especially when it's inconvenient for the pharmaceutical companies that are making the thing that we're talking about. And they said it's highly misleading because it's suggesting the doctor died

because of the COVID vaccine. But of course, to this day, there's no evidence that the vaccine actually causes or actually was a cause for the death of this doctor. Well, thanks so much. That's so helpful to us. Now we know, and so we're just ignorant and it's our own fault. Here's the fun part. That entire interview was based on, you know, I would say, misinformation or a little bit

of missing context. Isn't it worthwhile knowing, as the Daily Caller is showing right here, the 60 Minutes interview failed to disclose that the misinformation researcher, the person who wants to be the arbiter of truth, that mannish looking woman there. Yeah, she got millions of dollars in government grants and also donated to Joe Biden who was 100% behind. Getting rid of people like me and Garrett O'boyle and Steve Friend and George Hill.

Getting rid of people that didn't want to do compliance with a mandatory vaccine That we ended up winning in court, but they pulled back. This question came to me the other day. What did you do to try to stop these vaccine mandates? That the answer is, is I funded out of my own pocket not just my plaintiff nature, but also which by the way, we have ongoing cases in Florida against the Biden administration and I'm still a named plaintiff in that.

But additionally, I paid for other people to be plaintiffs in the eventually victorious lawsuit out of the 5th Circuit, which went down to the Southern District of Texas and Galveston. We got the original injunction against that federal mandate. It shut it down. Then it went to the the the Appellate division. It went up to the appeals court in Louisiana, in New Orleans, and we had three different rulings there. We had an initial judge that was

favorable. Then we had a three panel judge that said no and they removed the injunction. Then we had an end bank panel that was basically just shy of the Supreme Court that said, yeah, we think that you have a lot of merit in your case. And what happened next? The Biden administration withdrew their mandate because we won and they didn't want us to have case law on our side saying they could never do this again.

Interestingly enough, this lady who got money and donated to that guy, the guy that got rid of my jobs, University of Washington professor and researcher Kate Starbird, I'm going to properly say her name. She was featured on 60 Minutes and was talking about misinformation proliferating on social media. This is her big thing. And then she spearheaded a project that the National Science Foundation gave a $2.25 million grant to, and she cooperated with the Department of Homeland Security.

You know, the same kind of people that are investigating Diddy Combs and they just got to put out the narrative that they want. And she was also on the advisory committee for SISA. The people that want to police your thoughts, that think that your mind is part of the cognitive infrastructure and that the government has some role in regulating what goes into your eyes and into your ears, what you read and what you hear. They think that that's part of their infrastructure that they

have to protect. That's that Gray matter between your ears, actually is government infrastructure. If you listen to SISA, which Tracy Beans did a great job reporting on. So that's what we're talking about right here. The misinformation researchers failed to say that they might have had a conflict of interest, that they were somehow involved in government censorship simply because the government funds what they do. Isn't that something? It's kind of wild.

I don't understand how we can sit here and take these people seriously. They want to be taken seriously All they continue to do. I saw Chuck Todd on on Twitter last night saying these people and they're talking about people that are, you know, pro Trump. These people are are looking for us to voice information when they've been you know, trying to attack our credibility for years. Homie, Chuck Todd, Leslie Stahl, all these types, let's let's be real serious right now for one second.

Nobody needed to undermine your credibility. You did it to yourself. This is a self-inflicted wound, and it is fatal, I think, to the mainstream media. There's no chance that they come back from this sort of thing. Doesn't mean that people will not be listening to them for ages. They kept saying that radio was going to die. The the reason that radio doesn't die is because, one, there's a massive diversity of opinions that are out there on radio.

Two, it is highly localized and it touches people where they are. And three, it's instantaneous, and it happens right now for all of the multimedia feeds that we have. Right now you're dealing with this maybe in a podcast format. Maybe you downloaded it, maybe you're streaming it live with me right now, like the audience is on Rumble or over on X. Maybe you're seeing it in a recording that comes on with all the video elements.

You can see this, you know the this, this sort of PowerPoint presentation, this glorified PowerPoint that we do as we show up articles and and there's video and there's little graphics and things like that. And I can show you some some video clips, but all of that stuff still has not been able to terminate simple spoken word of people saying things that are eminently true to them right near them. That's just how it works. The truth will always cut.

That's that signal of accuracy, will always slice through the noise of confusion. All right, I'm going to kind of pivot from this nonsense because even though it's very fun and I enjoyed it, we're going to talk about a couple things. Let me start with this, actually, let me just start by saying something about my buddies over at Patriot Coolers. Then we're going to bring on George Hill and I want to introduce a topic before he gets on.

Lest anyone think that he is breaking a confidentiality agreement that he has with the US government. I want to make sure that we show that this is open source information that is available right now that has been reported on going at least at least for the last couple weeks in the in the public sphere. And I think it's relevant to the story that we're going to deal with talking about this bridge collapse, which by the way was a boat hitting a bridge.

I'm saying that irreverently. Obviously it was a big container ship, but first let's say well thank you to my buddies over at Patriot Coolers. If you guys do not have a Patriot cooler, if you were in the market for Patriot Cooler, that just means you looking for a Tumblr that says something Pro America on it and you want to support the Kyle Seraphin Show. And we're 100% behind it. We got Rose in the chat already dropping in there. It's Patriot coolers.com again.

Patriot coolers.com. You must use the promo code. Kyle. Kyle. The promo code is my name as I am always attempting to get them to use and everybody so far has not had anyone else using the promo code Kyle. I think we're the first Kyle that pops up if you search Kyle on on Apple right now on the the Podcast app. In any case, promo code Kyle will get you 10% off at Patriot coolers.

Whether you're looking for a hard sided cooler, whether you're looking for a new backpack to carry your lunch to work and you want to carry a water bottle in there. They've got cantinas or canteens, little water carrier. They've got the hot and cold tumblers which can be used for coffee and so on and so forth. They've got big jugs that we're coming into the summer right now. You might want one of their 32 ounce or their 64 ounces or the one gallon kind of moving around.

I've got one sitting over here. It's actually holding my door open at the moment, but check out Patriot coolers.com. Again, promo code Kyle save 10% off and it's free shipping over 50 bucks. So any of the big items or two of the smaller ones and you'll get that option. All right, let's put this article on the screen, let's talk about the Chinese and then we're going to get George Hill

on the phone. So what you're seeing on the screen right now from the Wall Street Journal this is coming from Lisa Lynn March 7th of this year article entitled China intensifies push to quote UN quote delete America from its technology a directive known as Document 79 ramps up Beijing's effort to replace US technology with home grown initiatives. George and I talked about this earlier today.

I wanted to make sure that we could source it openly so we can talk about it. The for American tech companies in China the writing is on the wall. It's also in paper on a on a document called 79 in 2022 Chinese government directed expands a drive that is muscling US technology out of the country. Some refer to it as Delete A Standing for Delete America Document 79 was so sensitive that high-ranking officials and executives were only shown the order.

And we're not allowed to make copies, said people who are familiar with the matter. So there you go. IT requires state owned companies in finance, energy and other sectors to replace foreign software in all of their IT systems by 2027. American tech giants have long thrived in China, where they have hard wired the country's meteoric rise with computers and operating systems and software and so on. And Chinese leaders want to sever that relationship and are driven by a push for

self-sufficiency. We're going to talk about what that application and why you would need self-sufficiency is. I'm going to get George on the line right now. So George, if you're listening, I will be calling you shortly. And let's just do a little video of what we can expect or what we just saw. Here's some aerial footage of the results of this crash in Baltimore. And Mr. George Hill, do we have you on the line?

Hey, what happened? Well, we had you come in, but it sounded like somebody had given you some benzos and that you were so depressed that you were about to fall asleep on yourself. So now we can hear you. No man, I had a great workout this morning. I turned a anaerobic workout into a combination anaerobic anaerobic so I could make this call. You just did double time pretty much. All right, let's let's talk about some of the stuff while we're I want to put this on the screen.

This is a time lapsed footage of this boat drifting into the bridge. And so I know you've seen a lot of this. What people are seeing on the screen right now is going to show that there was a loss of power. It looks like the entire ship lost power and all of the lights went out and that happened twice. Give me a take on what what you think is going on there in Baltimore.

So just to give your audience a little bit of a background, that's where I did my visit board search and seizure training with the Coast Guard right after 911. So I'm pretty familiar with the Coast Guard station there, the Patapsco River. And I I mean this sincerely, you know, the Coast Guard there is is just superb. I mean they're the best ship handlers in the business. It pains me to say that, but it is what it is. So I'm familiar with that harbor and it it's like an airport if

it runs. It's just that the vehicles are moving slower than on an airport. So everything's highly synchronized and choreographed, and nothing happens there without the Harbor master and all the other parties involved, from the shipping companies to the Coast Guard not not knowing what's going on. So I'm going to, I'm going to show people this. So people just saw the the bridge collapse.

It was happening at about four to 5X speed, which obviously is way faster than it happens in reality. I'm going to throw it on the screen now that people can actually see in real time because we now have a regular clock. It started at 1:23 this morning and we're showing 31 seconds. People on the on the on the screen can actually see it. But George, this as you said in slow motion. The speed at which this thing drifted towards that, that stanchion support was incredibly

slow. I mean it it's it's like watching a disaster in slow motion divided by two. Right. So the speed for that Channel should be no more than 7 knots. So those diesel engines, there's only one on the ship that size, they never turn off. They're they're running all the time. So that diesel engine and all the ships systems were functioning while it was being loaded. So I heard some people say, well it must have been a fire.

Well, that must have been a very quickly spreading fire if from the time it left the pier to the time it hit the bridge to to generate that much smoke. I'm not saying it's not, I'm just saying that that would be unusual. But those are diesel electric. It runs on one diesel engine powering the generators which drive the propulsion system. So seven knot speed, the black boxes, you know well you know verify that whether that's accurate or not and they had two

pilots on board. That's a very busy port and like I said, you know the level of professionalism there. At least when I was there after 911 going through training, they were pretty tight. Here's what I wanted to to touch on, 'cause you brought this up to me and I hadn't even thought about it. There's a lot of a lot of noise

going on in the world right now. The signal is much more more interesting and I think the signal that you brought up about what goes on when these ports, when when these ships which all of them touch Chinese ports. Now because of the way we talked about Document 79 just a second ago and kind of brief, do you want to give a a kind of overarching look at what 79 actually means and then what it might mean in the context of

this particular situation, the? 79 is is a response to the US looking to onshore its manufacturing capability and the US technology companies pulling out of China. So they were kind of forced into document 79 to onshore the technology. But unlike the United States they cannot onshore everything necessary to be self-sufficient. They're the world's largest importer of food and petroleum

products. Now they have taken steps to correct that to gain control of the slot, the strategic lines of of communication, namely the shipping lines around the Straits of Morocca. They're looking to build overland routes through what used to be known as, oh God, William Blanking right now. The the, the crazy country there, Kazakhstan. And some stuff around it. No, no, off the it's just East of India there in between Laos and India not Thailand but it's in that neighborhood so.

So they're looking to work their way around that they're they're getting belligerent with all the the other nation states around there all of most of whom are in ascendancy from an economic standpoint. So there's a lot of strategic and geopolitical competition going on there. But back to your earlier point, the Chinese, when they and we know this both in industry and in the intelligence community. So none of this is is super secret, classified.

But the Chinese control these ports and there's always some sort of Port Authority officer, nudge, nudge, wink, wink who will come in on board ship, you know routine, routine. And they'll plug a thumb drive into the ship's network and do who knows what. But you know, the captain, the engineer, the first mate, really the the skilled portion of the work ship, of the of the ship, it's really not going to be

sitting there. They don't have a chief information officer that is riding herd over the, the Chinese officer that's, you know, plugging a thumb drive

into the ship's network. So we know we, meaning the industry, the intelligence community, we know that there's malware on, you know, maybe not on every single ship, but on just about every ship sailing the high seas that has touched a Chinese port, which is just about all of them, you know, And apparently this ship Nadali was involved in some sort of accident in Antwerp in 2016. So, you know, we're just going

to have to wait and see. You know, we're just exploring possibilities and vulnerabilities that exist out there. You know, we're not going to leave the world behind, which I'm sure some people have already went to. Yeah. So that's obviously the big thing is that this is not like necessarily protective programming. What we're showing on the screen right now, George that you're not seeing is that I've actually done a real time stream. It came from the from the cameras out there in the you

know underneath the bridge. So people are seeing this slow motion, not that speed up version we showed earlier which showed everything collapsing and it takes forever. It's got I think it's a 7 minute long video. So that's slowly been unfolding. We're seeing the we're seeing the ship about to make impact with the the stanchion of the bridge what and now it's falling. So people are kind of seeing that here and you can see it doesn't fall nearly as fast as it showed and it completely fell

apart. Maybe talk about some of the the thoughts that we had that we were discussing about you know what on earth does it mean for this thing to have had multiple different sections fall apart as you guys did analysis for you know security vulnerabilities and and and in your prior line of work and we can talk about like what that looks like to you when you see it. Yeah, I'm not a structural engineer and I'm not a demolitions expert, but we saw

when the bridge over into Crimea was taken out, that just dropped one span of it. It didn't drop the whole entire bridge. And while a merchant vessel that size and tonnage crashing into a pylon, you know, we take out that, that one. Like I said, I'm not an engineer, but it just seems odd that the entire bridge would

collapse from shore to shore. That it would not have been built into the math that it would just separate and leave the other spans intact, like what we saw on the bridge growing it going into Crimea that was recently taken out. Sure. So as people just saw on the screen here, what we saw was multiple different sections fell, including places that were unrelated to the space where where the actual boat made impact.

So that's always strange. Can you kind of break out maybe what the the implications of having Chinese malware on commercial vessels all around the globe might mean? You know what your analysis on it? I, I, I don't need to, you know, we don't need to get real specific on you know what that malware is. But can you kind of talk about what, what implications it has

for the shipping industries? So I I talked to some people early, early this morning that are actually involved in the industry both and on the cyber front. And there has been almost no interest both industry wide and from the US intelligence community as to what kind of malware is being placed on these ships in that as long as they keep on functioning that there's doesn't seem to be any interest at all. And I just talked to this morning the Navy O 6 reservist as well as a gentleman in the

industry. I've talked to others in the industry as well. And there just seems to be a general overall lack of interest as to what kind of malware is going on to these shipboard networks. Like I said, they don't have a Chief Information Officer, they

don't have ACSO on ship. Primarily all is what we have been concerned about as a nation is the physical security within the ports that these ships visit and right after 911 that was my focus as part of the Office of Naval Intelligence, what they call the cluster harness program. So there's been no attention paid to the the cyber component of these ships and I'll give you a good example where it actually

worked to our advantage. We, the FBI, in conjunction with some other entities, did a vulnerability analysis on the liquid natural gas coming into the Port of Boston, and we found no vulnerabilities because it was all analog. They were all Windows DOS systems, people communicating via walkie-talkie and cell phone. And so while cyber is convenient and helpful, it also has a tremendous vulnerability. As if, yeah, a lot of this stuff

is is so antiquated. A lot of our infrastructure, not just the shipping industry, I think it, but also, you know, our our power grids and our water. These things are run on old systems.

I know I've made reference to it, but things like Cobalt are the programming languages like freely ancient stuff, stuff that has been used since the 50s and 60s because nobody's, you know, updated them or they're they're running on some hobble together, you know, Windows 98 computer, that kind of stuff, which is kind of wild. Can you zoom out a little bit and take some maybe some of your military experience and give us kind of a perspective on what it might mean to this port?

You guys had ports in Boston, you had the the harbor there. What does it mean to block a port like strategically, you know, maybe in a not not specifically in a counter terrorism type Spence, but maybe in a in a strategic movement by by another country if there was any goal for that? Yeah. So before I start that, let's be clear, we're not talking about that.

You know that nobody's saying on the show that this is an attack by a nation state or some terrorist organization or the Houthis. So let's let's just be, you know, clear on that, which is to sit out of the way in the tinfoil hat crowd. But I actually do this in my war gaming class for the graduate level course I teach, which is take down a couple of ports and as soon as you do that you institute tonic buying which clears the shelves because we

have no we don't. We went away from warehouses beginning in the 70s when computers became ubiquitous and we went to just in time inventory management.

So basically the whole entire supply global supply chain is demand initiated and there are sophisticated algorithms out there so that when you do your point of sale purchase at the Wawa or the Cumberland Farms or wherever you go, it triggers things on down the line, you know, all the way to Shanghai, China, you know, but it's all done electronically within seconds. So once you shut down a couple of key ports, you know, that's all interrupted.

And then if if you shut down, you know more than just one or two, you know, and then people start losing their collective minds and you can't buy toilet paper anymore at Costco. We're talking about essentially that that you're going to put strain and pressure because right now not just the port or the the port of Baltimore is shut down. But we've also basically seen that they're going to have 695 is is down which is a major route for heavy trucks going in

and out crossing that that area. They're going to have to go around, they're going to have to route through Baltimore or around Baltimore and I have to assume that's going to, that's going to affect all these things. When you do these sort of supply chain interruptions, what do your students and and for folks awareness, George Hill also is an adjunct professor and teaches this sort of stuff at a college level. What do your students generally think you know? What do they leap to as far as

solutions to these problems? They don't jump to solutions. They're mostly taken aback by the level of vulnerability and how sensitive these supply chains are. Like, like that's not the purpose of the class per SE. It's up to them to like make a recommendation to the governor, you know, this part of the war game. But they are just amazed. They don't understand how our supply chains work and the level of connectivity that exists throughout the globe and how sensitive they are and how

easily disrupted they are. So as much as anything else, it's just sort of an illustrating point that that we're kind of civilization kind of hangs by this very, very thin thread or that there's a very thin veil between everything

works and nothing works. And it can literally be as easy as losing a couple of major roads in a couple of ports to disrupt sort of the way of life, at least in one part of the the country that that region looks like it's going to probably have a pretty rough go of it for the next little. Bit sure. So I take down the Port of New York, which includes Newark, NJ and Long Beach, CA. You take down those two ports and America stops within a couple of days. Did we see that happen?

Not by blocking harbors and losing bridges, but that was essentially what people experienced during 2020 when when we had this sort of global supply chain interruption from COVID. Actually, it's just a war game. I do that using the same malware that was done to take down the mayor's shipping line. Got it. And and what do we think the vulnerability is?

You think it's complete or if you had to estimate a percentage of the number of these ships that are traveling around the globe and and basically make the world turn What what what do you think it looks like that are touching Chinese ports at some point in time and getting this malware? I would say north of 90% of them have some sort of Chinese

malware on them. Is there a solution to that that can be can be easily doled out or is there any there any sort of guard against this or are we just waiting? Are we just like that ship? Like slowly drifting towards the stanchion and and waiting to hit and make impact on the bridge and then see what happens? That's a great analogy. I think that since the Chinese control the ports, you know,

they have the leverage. So how do you tell the the the Port Authority, the port officer coming on board your ship, you know, which they have to do and there are inspections that take place and, you know, before they can, you know, clear the ship to leave the port. You know, not just customs but you know safety issues and things of that nature. You know, unless you disable every, just remove every thumb drive on every computer on your ship, which I would recommend,

you can't stop them. So we're so you could, you could, you could rebuild your network on a ship pretty inexpensively. That way you're sure that it's clean and then every terminal you put in there. No thumb drive, no thumb drives, no DVDs, you know, no disk drive, nothing compared to closed loop system. Yeah. Essentially air gap it from anything on the outside, which is what we do for all the kind of classified systems that we're supposed to be, however.

It's not a lot of money. It's it's it's not a lot of money. I realize these shipping lines, believe it or not, operate on a pretty thin profitability margin. We're not talking about breaking the bank here. You know, I mean, we're already driving up the cost of shipping because of what's going on in

the Red Sea, right? So and now everybody has to go around Africa. So we're adding hundreds of hours, thousands of hours to every merchant vessel that that normally used to transit the Suez Canal in the Red Sea. When it's an Iranian ship that's sitting there giving the Houthis telemetry and targeting information, the Navy could drop that to the bottom of the ocean within 30 minutes if we wanted to, and we could open that back up again.

But there doesn't seem to be the stomach for anything other than, you know, going after white supremacist. Right, speculation on your part, but what do you think that's? What do you think that is? I I I'm just going to keep that for myself because. That's. Fair. I I'd like to. I'll, I'll leave that for private conversations. It's but I think I can make a convincing argument that it's happening. It doesn't seem to be. Doesn't seem to be a lot of focus on the like the the really

big things. I mean, we're $34 trillion in debt. I should be driving on black ribbons of asphalt with not a single pothole. And we shouldn't be looking at a crumbling infrastructure when we're that much in debt. Yet we have the money to take on 10 million illegals in this country. Feed, house and clothing, providing with life coaches, diapers, cribs, You know, just stop it.

I mean. I promise I promise people that they would get some salty chief takes some salty senior chief takes and and you have not disappointed on that one I want to play probably your favorite politician in America. I've got a little clip of AOC here you should be able to hear the video is is irrelevant other than you can see AOC speaking. But I I I'm kind of I want to play a couple of back-to-back clips and then I want to get your your read on them because

the language is important. You just brought up the the the nature of going after white supremacists and the opportunity cost that we have because we obviously only have a limited amount of resources. Let's kind of see what this focus looks like coming out of the the left and then I want to, I want to re hit you about the the election and whether you think it's happening or not because we've had some fun conversations about that. Here we go.

What do you say to an independent voter, an average voter, who looks at what's going on with Donald Trump? You have his assets might be seized tomorrow. You also have the hush money case from the attorney general, I'm sorry, the District Attorney, Alvin Bragg of New York. You also have the Georgia case about election interference. You also have the special counsel investigation on election interference. You also have the classified documents case down in Florida.

That's five cases. And to a voter, what do you say to a voter who says, well, that doesn't look like he's being treated equally before the law. That looks like somebody that the government is going after. Has there ever been a president, Republican or Democrat, that has been subject to this level of criminal charges, indictments and investigations? This is not about party. This is not about politics. This is about. Corruption and criminality. We're talking about an individual.

Who? Ordered essentially a terrorist attack on the capital of the United States in order to retain power. That that is not about being a Republican. It is not about being a Democrat. It's about being an unethical and individual who is subject and prone to criminality. And unfortunately I this is the state that we're in and. George, you want to you're you're a counterterrorism expert. Can you put January 6th into the the stratosphere of of terrorism events that you've seen in your

life are? You on? Where does that rate cut a scale of one to 10? Is that down near the one? It's, yes, barely pushing A1. I mean, this is just silly and they won't let it go. They've started with this narrative the very next day with Steven D'antono and I can't remember some of the other clowns names off the top of my head, but they started pushing this and they won't let go 'cause that's all they've got.

Well we heard this too. I thought this was an interesting little piece and for some reason I I I put these together in my mind. These are not clips that were coordinated. As far as I can tell, however, this is Joe Biden standing next to Nancy Pelosi who looks like a wax cut out of Nancy Pelosi, but it's actually the real thing.

And Barack Obama who apparently is Co signing on this message, this is the virile president that is not taking action against Iranian targeting ships that are ruining our shipping canals. And the guy who's been touting his infrastructure bills and his his great success, this is, this is kind of an interesting kind of take to add on top of that. Meanwhile, Donald Trump is about the past and serving himself. This is the guy who doesn't care about science and reason.

Remember, during the pandemic, Donald Trump told us to inject them ourselves with bleach, he said. There's nothing to worry about if you do that now. Trump keeps telling us he's going to terminate the ACA. Think about what that means. It would mean 100 million Americans with pre-existing condition would lose their health care coverage. It would mean young people would

be kicked off their parents coverage. 10s of millions of Americans will lose health care coverage as a consequence of all that. He wants to get rid of the power of Medicare to negotiate low prescription drug prices, driving up cost of insulin back to $400.00 instead of $35 for seniors. And Trump recently said Social Security and Medicare quote, there's a lot you can do in terms of cutting. End of quote.

Right on cue, 180 House Republicans just proposed a budget that would raise Social Security age, retirement age. All right. That's all I could listen to. Sorry about that. That's, that's got to cut off. You ever hear anybody say that this guy is only focused on the past and then just sit and focus on the past? Is that what are we doing here, George? Barack Obama did it for eight years. He blamed everything during his administration on George Bush.

Just go back and listen to the the, the audio tapes. Go back and watch the videos. Everything was George Bush's fault. They're like, it's like dealing with a bunch of five year olds like nothing's their fault. Nothing. It's interesting my my 6 year old does that right now. Anything that even when she's caught in a complete lie, that we know she's the only person who could have done it, she will stick to it. But if it's anything good, obviously it was. It was all her. It is.

It's it's like a it's it's grade school mentality to only claim victories and never and never take responsibility. Accountability is the hallmark of an adult. Accountability and responsibility. Accepting responsibility for your actions and then making adjustments you know going forward, but if you never accept responsibility, you can't make adjustments going forward. Sage words, not wrong. You got any predictions on whether or not we're having an election in November?

Does that seem like it's on track right now based on what your your your sober analysis looks like? I'm leaning towards either no election in November or an election that no one would recognize as your standard US election. In other words, some sort of coast to coast crisis where we have to have mail in balloting because it's the only way to protect the US population and

protect our democracy. So there's nothing in history to indicate that any group in power, you know, has ever just willfully given back power until George Washington did it. And that has been the hallmark of our country for almost 250 years. And apparently we've crossed no pun intended that bridge. And we're not going to do that anymore. And we're not going to give up power, because the only party that can protect your abortion rights are the Democrats. And they're not.

Just they're not going to willing fully, willfully give it up. It's so interesting. That's the that's the last story that I will cover and I'll do it while while I say goodbye to you. But I did have a story about abortion and I don't know why we keep fixating on the same things, but it does seem like the weirdest, the weirdest focus for this party.

It has nothing to do with the so-called working class that they seem to be interested in getting their votes but not in actually taking care of, you know, basic stuff. And you're right. This George Washington was a singular event in history. And I feel like FDR was the one who decided that they were, they were done with that and maybe that's when the the country kind of started dramatically turning.

There's an awful lot of evidence that shows that was kind of one of those major watershed moments for for the changeover in the executive where we started electing kings, I guess just. A a quick closing remark, Don't leave the world behind. It's the only one we have. It's the only country we have. Fight like you're the third monkey on getting on the Ark and it's raining like hell. I love it. Thanks George, you're a good man. Thanks for jumping on with me last last minute and short

notice. Take care. All right, buddy. All right. So George Hill, you guys can follow him at Senior Chief. Exw. That's Echo X-ray Whiskey Exw. Senior Chief Exw. On X Twitter. And if you want to follow him on True Social, it's a little harder. But it's Jar Head George all spelled out. Always a sober voice in there. People kind of give George sort of short shrift on the suspendables thing. And I I don't like it because George is one of my the members of my brain trust.

When I have serious questions that require real analysis by people who have a lot of deep, deep, incapable, worldly experience, I go to George. He's got hundreds and hundreds of DoD interrogations, and that's something that's of value to me. He's got, he's got several decades in the intelligence world, both in the kind of kinetic operation end and also in the strategic and analytical end, which is a little further removed from the battle space or

further removed from the operational end where he was looking over it. And he has a really interesting take on all the son of stuff I I love that. I think George would share this with me. I love America, but that's only because I love Americans. I don't love the American government. I never did and that's the reason why I went to go work for

the government. I think those of us that have been in the suspendables category, we all looked around and said if not us, we're like the opportunity cost of us not taking this job is letting somebody who doesn't love the people of this country take it. The joke was when I had my badge and my gun taken in in April of 2022, one of my buddies called me up and he said they took your badge and they gave it to a tranny. And isn't that the truth?

And then we actually found out that they were actually transgender type FBI agents that were getting through the Academy and some of them had showed up at my old office. All of this kind of nonsense is out there. Let me let me cover this last little story here which I found to be telling CNN has Atds the Trump Derangement Syndrome. It's 100% out there and it is always the case. That they will cover Trump whenever possible. Today they decided to forgo Trump.

And what you're seeing on the top left hand side of the screen here is actually the the little click through article, their analysis piece that says the Supreme Court will now have to deal with the consequences of its Roe V Wade ruling. They're actually trying to delegitimize the court. This is the thing that they want to do because it didn't rule

their way. Again, that grade school mentality, that sort of toddler type attitude, and this particular one is written by some lady who's their senior Supreme Court analyst, whoever that is. Joan Biskupic I suppose is her name. It says when the Supreme Court overturned Roe V Wade, the floodgates open for abortion related lawsuits.

And yes, of course there are a number of people, a number of states that have voted based on the fact that the states were giving back the power to do it, to ban abortion more or less outright, which is the right of the states per the Supreme Court. But they don't like that they wanted a federalized solution. So now they got cases in Alabama talking about in vitro and a bunch of other things.

There's an interesting story that popped up in conservative news that showed a man who was paying a surrogate to adopt A baby without any other partners and was also advertising that he was going to be creating child pornography with this yet unborn child, showing outfits saying that he preferred sex with with children that were in single digit ages.

Like, there's some really awful people in the world and I don't think the federal solution is going to solve this because they're not in every state and they're not every level. Some of these people need to be fed into a wood chipper. I'm sure many of you would agree with me, but the the fact of the matter is that A1 size fits all solution is not the right answer. It is the answer that every

state should figured out. And if some people want to live in demonic states that support the the sacrificing of the unborn, knock themselves out, I guess that's what we'll have to deal with. This country is full of a lot of sickos. And if you don't want to live in that, if you want to live in a state that has freedom and has gun rights that are not going to be infringed upon according to where the Constitution is written, then maybe you live in

those. It's unfortunate that we see people that are victims of this as they try to find out what that middle ground is. And the story that we talked about yesterday of Dexter Taylor in New York, like, look, being a gun owner in New York is like being an endangered species. And there's a pot in the constant pressure for something to kill you. Like you have massive amounts of predatory instincts coming in from the state government and the local government. It's very difficult to sort of

navigate that narrow space. But for whatever reason, you've got this leftist media that is out there celebrating the same groups that were, that were 100% behind Bill Clinton that we're talking about how the safe, legal and rare was the right answer. And then now we got this, I got a couple of things with that. We'll we'll talk 7O2 tomorrow.

There's a really good clip that was running around of Lisa Monaco that I want to touch and I don't think I can actually connect it. Today I will show you, since this just dropped at this this Tucker interview with Tulsi Gabbard, I'm going to show you a quick little thing of Tulsi Gabbard saying something that sounds really good to you all.

I bet you all feel this way. And then I want you to think, is someone just confirming your biases or is there some actual information here or some inside baseball? Because I don't think it is. Here's here's Tucker on X. Or Tucker. I think the Tucker encounter with Tulsi Gabbard. Just a little short clip. Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are not in office right now, but they still continue to wield immense power in influencing the

decisions that are being made. So can I. Just sort of sidebar, but I think relevant. Interesting. Are you answering the question that everyone watching has which is who is running the government at this point? It's obviously not Joe Biden you you think Hillary I I there It's not a a leap of of imagination

to know that that's true. When you look at the people who are in Joe Biden's administration, they are the the the people who were the right hands for the Obama administration, for President Obama and for for Hillary Clinton. When Hillary Clinton said herself the other day, she said, Oh yeah, I talked to the White

House every day. So it's not, it is no shock or surprise who the influences are behind the policies that are coming out of this White House that many people say is the most radical and woke White House that our country has ever seen. There's. There's no question about it. Yeah, there is no question about it. But she didn't say anything new, and she didn't say that she had any inside baseball. And she didn't say that she knew anything specifically other than she feels the same way you do.

Which is to say that when people talk to her and and I've kind of gone behind the the scenes and spoken to some folks that have done interviews with her, she says all the right things. But she never takes personal accountability for her previously bad ideas. She never says I got it completely wrong. I blew it. I went out there and pushed gun control and I'm pro abortion on, you know. And now I've decided that I was

completely wrong. Everything I did is, you know, that when I was, when I was a Democrat was was inaccurate. And now what I'm going to do is I'm going to spend my time trying to help convert people who misunderstood. I'm going to take them and bring them back into the fold of reality. She doesn't do that. She's out there doing this half assed campaign where she's appearing in, you know, makeup in a plate carrier and carrying

a gun. Or she's out there saying the things that we all know, Like the people that are running this government are the people that have been in this government since before Trump, since before Obama that started getting Neo con and and sort of leftist ideas underneath maybe George Bush. They've been around forever. These people have been around since the 90s, and those folks have worked their way up. That's what the deep state is.

That's what the administrate is, the administrative straight. The administrative state, rather, is a bunch of people that have outlasted all the presidential administrations, and they think their ideas count more than the person who's elected. And in some ways, that actually makes a lot of sense, doesn't it? Because we're not supposed to elect a king. We're supposed to elect a president who's supposed to just set policy and then execute what Congress says.

But since they've all shirked their responsibilities, this group of people have taken upon themselves saying, hey, I've been in government for 20 or 30 years, I know what's right. And so the Lisa Monaco types, the the Lee Loftus, the the folks that are permanent Washington that bounce back and forth between white shoe firms and then into the the, the levers of power, the James Bakers who went to Twitter but

was at DOJ for 30 years. Those types think that they should be making the policy because they know the most about it and they may not be wrong, but that's not how our system is supposed to work. So for hearing, Tulsi Gabbard basically say, well, Hillary Clinton and and Barack Obama

have outsized influence. They're the two largest names that are still standing, that are still mentally cogent in the in in the Democrat Party. So of course they're the ones that are out there doing the doing the work mentally. I mean, we know that Joe Biden isn't because he can't handle it. In any case, I will go this far. Allow me to say this because I'm going to commit to this right now. I've been thinking about this for a couple weeks. Tucker Carlson obviously likes

Tulsi as a person. They get along. I don't care. I'm not, I'm not interested in that. What I want to look at is Tulsi Gabbard hasn't said I'm going to sit back and I'm not going to be in politics. What I want to do is comment on it and help move, you know, the the needle and bring voices into the movement. There are plenty of women, which I'm not even crazy about having women politicians, which you

guys probably know about. But there are plenty of women who have had the right ideas all along and they are equal or better messengers, Mostly better messengers than a Tulsi Gabbard. If Tulsi Gabbard ends up on the ticket in any way, shape or form for any election, I won't vote for whoever she's part of. If she gets on as as Donald Trump's vice President, I won't vote. I won't even vote at all. In that case, I'll just think that we've we've lost.

That's how strongly I feel about Tulsi Gabbard. I think she's trash in this state. I think she is. She is. Doesn't have to be an op. She just needs to know that her role is to just learn. You're a long ways behind. I don't care if you had 11 year journey. You very recently said that you thought it was it was obvious that Donald Trump was guilty of things just the same way we just heard AOC and and Biden say so that doesn't do it for me anyway. That's a long piece.

I don't care if you're a surfer either. None of that matters to me. All right that's a that's a lot to digest. I hope you guys are are feeling OK. I think that we will do more interesting things This week is only going to get stranger especially when we've got bridges collapsing.
