Are you familiar with FBI Special Agents Kyle Serpen? I'm familiar with the name. Is that yes? I'm familiar with the name, familiar with the name, familiar with the name. Let's bring in Kyle Serafin. He's the FBI whistleblower who helped expose government censorship of our First Amendment rights. Now, we only have this memo because a recently suspended FBI agent called Kyle Serafin brought it to the public. And we're grateful that he did. Kyle, thank you so much for
joining us tonight. He's the host of something that strangely is called with Kyle Serafish. Kyle Serafi, I can't thank you enough for speaking out. I knew you guys were out there and I knew it was just a matter of time. But you got a lot of guts putting your face and your name to this. You're doing a service on behalf of the American people. And from the bottom of my cracked and broken heart
sometimes, thank you very much. Take a look behind the curtain with a real whistle blower, an American patriot. Prepare to embrace the uncomfortable truth because this program has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties enthusiast, Second Amendment defender, and recovering FBI agent Kyle Seraphin.
Well hello my friends, welcome to the Kyle Seraphin show for Monday. It is December the 16th and we are only rolling live on Rumble right now because I woke up this morning and found out that we've been kicked off our streaming service which is called Restream. No kudos to you people over at Restream on Friday. You probably heard me complain a little bit and say hey, you guys switched up your interface, what the heck you doing?
We spent like $1000 a year for two years in a row getting the same thing and they changed it. And so it doesn't work anymore in the way that it used to work and it was putting out the wrong stuff. And I don't pay for people to change the product that I've already paid for. So we're dealing with something a little bit different today. I have to figure out a new way to get our stream to multiple
places. So you're only going to see us right now on Rumble Live and then we'll move it over to X and the other places we'll upload and make it work. Anyway, thanks for joining us. That's the admin stuff. We got kind of like a, an issue with a couple of different places, whether it be Restream or Chase Bank, which I'll cover down on in just a minute. Going to talk today about the drones. Maybe something a little bit
spooky. I think a little bit of sanity, hopefully kind of dial back a little bit. We also want to talk about Biden's pardons and commutations of sentences that are not landing quite well. So there's that. A couple other good stories. So hang in there. And we're going to talk about the Logan Act. If you don't know what the Logan Act is, Donald Trump has been accused of violating the Logan
Act multiple times. It is a a federal code that is supposed to keep private citizens from meddling in the affairs of the government without authorization. It's got kind of a fun little thing. I'm wondering if Chris Wray violated the Loganac. You guys will tell me. I don't think they'll be any consequences yet, but maybe in the future considering how much they want to talk about it with Donald Trump. So that's where we're going to go today.
That's what we intend to do. And hope you guys stick around and enjoy the program. Make sure you've shared it. Make sure you've liked it. If you're getting engaged in this, if you're going to hear some things, probably that you haven't heard anybody else, some things I guarantee you, you haven't heard anywhere else. So let's get started with that before we get into the the program. Going to talk about my friends over at Patriot Mobile let you know the Americans are getting tired.
They're frustrated by the stalling economy, the inflation, the endless wars, all the reasons Donald Trump was elected. The assaults on our values are certainly not the least of which thankfully, there are companies like Patriot Mobile that do believe in America. They believe in our Constitution. And I am proud to partner with them at Patriot Mobile because
they're on the front lines. They're fighting for the 1st and the Second Amendment. A little bit about that today, the sanctity of life and for our military, Terry and our first responder heroes, folks, you can take a stand with conservative causes. You can put America first. You can switch to Patriot Mobile today. You'll get the same nationwide coverage as all the big providers, the big three networks.
That's how Patriot Mobile operates and they back their service with 100% care coverage guarantee. They're also US based customer service. More on that because that's a big deal. They'll get you the best plan that you need, whatever going to fit your needs. You can keep your number, you can ditch your number, you can keep your phone, you can upgrade your phone. Take your pick.
It's all at patriotmobile.com/K s s. Again, that promo code KSS over at patriotmobile.com or you can call 972 Patriot. That's for like the people like to pick up the phone. There are apparently some of you that do that. 972 Patriot. OK, right now you can get a free month of service. Use KSS. Don't get fooled by other providers that are pretending to share your values and they don't have the same coverage.
They don't, they can't. You can switch over to America's Christian Conservative mobile network provider at Patriot Mobile. Again, patriotmobile.com/KSS, let's let's take a dive into this. It's going to get interesting today. So the real statement, I guess, is that they've been trying to figure out how to resist. How do you get Donald Trump to
not get the thing that he wants? And it turns out the Biden administration, amongst other things, including starting new wars and making a mess and all the other kind of nonsense that went on, they actually shot themselves in the foot very, very early on. This is an interesting story that comes from the Washington Examiner, and it's entitled Trump can fire anyone he wants, thanks to Sean Spicer. So you start thinking, well, wait, wasn't Sean Spicer one of his spokespeople? Yeah, he was.
And he got named into a post at the end of Trump's administration. He put him on the board of visitors to the United States Naval Academy. Not exactly the most prestigious thing in the world, not exactly something that you'd have to really worry about. It's certainly not like a politically strong position to be in. But the Biden administration, because of the pettiness that we've seen operate there, and there is a lot of pettiness. Yeah, they decided to try to
remove him. They didn't want people from Trump's administration getting sort of retirement type posts. It's very common for people who have worked loyally for a president to get sort of these throwaway posts. There's been plenty of them, and this was one. But the Biden administration went after him and amusingly, by doing so created a legal weapon case law that is actually going to affirm that Donald Trump can get rid of a lot of folks.
Thanks in part to a court fight that Trump White House spokesperson Sean Spicer lost when he was fired by the Biden administration from a three-year term on the board of visitors to the United States Naval Academy. The incoming president Donald Trump will have the legal backing to dump any of Biden's over 4000 appointments who decide to stick around.
One of the things you do in the so-called resistance movement is you try to get a bunch of people that are loyal to you in places that they're going to throw up roadblocks or just generally be a pain in the ass to the new incoming administration. And that's what happened. They just haven't quite figured it out yet. They just cannot quite get it together. So interestingly enough, we're all kind of seeing this and this shot in the foot is kind of fun
Years ago. This goes back to 2021 in September. So only a couple of months into
Biden's term. This is right about the time they started doing the disastrous withdrawal in Afghanistan. It's just a little bit afterwards, Sean Spicer tweeted out saying something like, instead of focusing on the stranded Americans that are left in Afghanistan, President Biden is trying to terminate the Trump appointees from the Naval Academy, from West Point and the Air Force Academy. You'll see him on Newsmax, which he ended up going on. But at the end of the day, he
had to resign. And I'm sorry that I'm sorry. The White House requested him to resign. He didn't, and then he lost in court. So there's a whole bunch of these people that are going to get probably tossed out simply because by administration gave them that tool. It's kind of fun. And it goes to this like broader picture. They keep losing by winning. They think that they're winning.
They've taken over certain areas and they're not able to hold on to it. This is a really fun clip from Van Jones. He's on a podcast with that guy Chris from CNN. So a couple of guys from CNN talking about something that makes me a little bit happy. They're trying to get it together. They just cannot figure out how on earth, how did we not catch the boat and how in the world did Donald Trump, a man who's almost 80, see the writing on the wall before we did.
That's what they're asking. And Van Jones actually gets it. I don't know if he's just like having an awakening. He's probably not a dumb guy, right? He's probably not a dumb person. So Van Jones is actually diagnosing the problem accurately. This is kind of a clip for the ages in some ways. So enjoy this for all of you that are out there listening in the chat, that are watching and listening and you can't see each other. Just do a quick refresh, folks.
I don't know what's going on with Rumble. They just do their own thing. Enjoy this little clip here from CNN. Oh, I'm sorry, this is from a podcast that is from Chris, whatever his name is, Cilicia's Substack. All right, here it is. How? The hell did Donald Trump figure out? The mainstream media is the fringe and the fringe is now the mainstream. How the hell did Donald Trump figure out? I mean, Joe Rogan is obvious, right? Like we knew the guy had a big audience.
It's not like we were like stunned, but like, how the hell was he the 78 year old guy who doesn't even have a computer and still like writes handwritten notes? How did he become the guy who cracked the code on to your point, running a cultural? I don't even want to say campaign running it's. A it's a movement, like movement heading a cultural movement versus a campaign. Every one of your people knows Elon, Elon, Elon, Elon. Listen. Yeah, so, so everybody keeps.
I mean, the problem is you have a framework in your mind that how can Donald Trump, how can Donald Trump, how can Donald Trump, guys, can we cut it out? Donald Trump is not an idiot. Donald Trump. Let me just be very clear. Donald Trump is smarter than me, you and all critics. You know how I know? Because he has the White House, the Senate, the House. Totally agree.
For the popular vote he has a massive media ecosystem bigger than the mainstream built around him and for him and a religiously religious fervor in a political movement around him and he is best buddy is the richest person in the history of the world and the most relevant Kennedy is with him. He this dude is is a phenomenon. He is the most powerful human on earth and in our lifetime and we're still saying well how is this God. We look like idiots to order he's. Totally right.
He's totally right. He is totally right. They do look like idiots, don't they? They actually froze in a pretty good idiot position too. But right. The fact of the matter is, is rather than try to figure out like how like tell everybody that we got it wrong, we didn't get it wrong. We got it right. And so did Donald Trump. He understood there's been a move, there's been a tectonic move in the United States. People are sick of this. Part of it is the media environment.
The other part of it is people want to be left alone. They don't want to wear masks. They don't want to be told that they can't do basic things that they grew up doing. They might find it interesting like like Steve friend talks about. They might find it interesting to live in the zombie apocalypse for like a few minutes. But even even the the host of that wearing like a collar out of a sweater, It looks like he's wearing a mask or on that later.
Let's talk about the cancellation stuff just because we might as well. And I just wanted to show you guys the chat on the screen. So if you're listening to us, you can't see it, but the chat is scrolling normally. I don't know what's going on with you guys. You're having issues with Rumble. This Rumble's an imperfect system, but it's what we've got because the opportunity for us to stream in the other places,
it just doesn't work. And there's no ability to to actually measure a lot of the other spaces that we might go on. So this is where our audience is. This is where we're going to meet you. OK, I want to talk a bit about the what happened. So Restream is this company. I complained about the way they changed their, their, their interface and they just sent me, they sent me the money back over the weekend. They're just like you're done.
And when I went to go log on this morning to go do our normal stream, which normally basically it goes into an aggregator and then it breaks out into multiple places. It was just not available. It was all exed out. They were like, piss off, dude. Which is an interesting experience to have. It's the exact same experience. Well, maybe not the exact, but very similar to what I had in Chase. Now, we had almost 3/4 of a million impressions over on Twitter because a lot of you
don't like banks that suck. And what's crazy is, is I understand that there's significant wire fraud. I've talked to people who, you know, deal with banking wires. I don't deal with a small number of banking wires compared to most people. I do probably a dozen wires a year and, and five and six figure amounts. Like any of the money that I have that we invest, we invest it by using wire transfers. I, I transfer to the places where it's going to go and then it comes back to me sometimes
and then I send it back out. So it's not like I'm sending millions of dollars, but I'm sending, I'm sending all of my money regularly on a regular basis out because I'd like my money to work for me. And so in doing that, I'm fairly familiar with doing wires. I've done them with multiple banks and I've done them with multiple bank recipients. What I had that was really unique is that on Thursday I went to go buy a vehicle for my business.
This business that you are listening to is called Serafin Media. That's what we do. So I bought a vehicle for it to be able to tow equipment around and so on. And when I did that, Chase Bank, JP Morgan Chase said no, but they didn't say no. Like somebody called me up and say hey, we're not going to do this. They just emailed me and canceled the wire without giving me more than a few minutes to
respond. So I called out and I got that non-us baked Tesco board that you guys are used to getting. They pissed off somebody in India who didn't speak English as a first language, which is really frustrating and not very cool. So I'm talking to this person and they basically said we'll just refile your wire and we'll push it through. We have a bunch of questions we
want to ask. We need a lot of information about what you are doing, Which I gave them even though I told them I wasn't really thrilled about it. So fine, that should avoid the fraud problem. Went through it, had it transferred and then on Friday, as the show was going live around 9:00 AM central time, they cancel it again. It turns out that after about 15 phone calls, I'm not exaggerating, I counted them on my my calls between me calling them and them calling me.
The best one was a guy from India called me and said we need you to call us. It's like, what are you talking about? They wouldn't do the phone call. I got two different US based tech support people who spoke my language. One was a lovely lady in Dallas who was very helpful. And lastly, I got a guy named Jeremy who sounded like a fat guy sitting on his own toilet and could not care less, did not care less about what it and he ended my, my, my business with Chase.
He doesn't necessarily know this, but I've got the recording and I'll, I'll put it up on Rumble at some point once I kind of cut the garbage out of it. He said this is not going to happen man. We're not going to transfer the money. Find another way to move your money. Now we're not talking about me borrowing money from them and giving it to someone. We're talking about my money that's sitting in my bank account that has been paid in over the last couple of months.
I ended up writing a check. Don't worry, I figured out how to solve my problem. That was never going to be the issue. The issue is I need to be able to move my money the way that I want to. When you call me 15 different times and I have a discussion with you and I tell some dude in India, which I'm not real crazy about, telling people in India about moving amount of money that is probably more than they make in a year.
Like I'm buying a truck. I'm buying a truck and we've been saving for it for the entire year to be able to do that. So I'm done with Chase and we got 750,000 ish or 700 + 1000 negative impressions. We had a lot of nice people reach out. Old Glory Bank reached out to us. Frost Bank reached out to us. It shows you a little bit about the power of the social media. It goes to that clip that I was just talking about there or that we shared.
These people don't realize it, but they probably lost, you know, hundreds of clients. Let's say that just conservatively, if it touched 700 + 1000 people in a negative way, when somebody goes out there to open up a bank account, they're not going to do it with Chase. Now there are reasons that I had Chase that were completely outside of what any of you understand or know and it
doesn't really matter. But the fact of the matter is I've been moving all over the place for the last couple years. Some of you guys are aware of that. You're also probably aware that like when you need a bank that's going to be where you are, it's important to have offices you can access. I didn't have that available to me and I actually had someone specifically asked me to set up an account at Chase, which I did.
So we've done that. It's through one of the things that we do investments in, but they're done. I'm done with them. I'm going to destroy them. I'm going to pull my money out and I'm going to take it out.
And I actually called up the branch offices, which is another not even in the 15. And I said, hey, I want to get out in charge or talk to somebody in my local branch so they can order the amount of money 'cause I will take it out in cash just to be a Dick. And I couldn't get through to a branch. I got a guy in India. I said, transfer me to the branch. He sent it out there. He sent me back to India.
I did this four times. I talked to four different people in India that could not get me to the basic branch in Leander, TX, which is still 20 minutes away from me. So it's not particularly convenient. I'm done with Chase. But I wanted to be kind of sharing that because one, it had a lot of impressions and most of you who are on Twitter and and social media over the weekend probably saw it. But more importantly, there is a power to this media that Donald Trump has harvested.
And that's what we're all harvesting. We're all kind of showing, screw you. We're demanding that the thing that we we are asking the service or the product that you were supposed to provide, that's your choice. You can do it. But if you don't, we're done with you. And, and you should know it and everybody around you should kind of kick them out. And the same thing happened with this group Restream. Like I said, they basically
threw my money back in my face. They didn't negotiate or say, hey, you know, we can roll back your your interface and go back to the thing you've been paying for for the last couple months. No, they just kicked it out. I think that is a sign of the times. And and Trump has sort of harvest on this. He's he's he's held on to this understanding that Americans are sick of not getting what they
paid for. They're not getting the things that they expected and they're not even getting the things they used to get for the same amount of money, whether it be inflation or anything else. Let's do a little thing about why inflation keeps happening. It's a little good clip from Jesse Watters. He's talking about the wasteful spending, in addition to losing by winning that they did when they were going after guys like Sean Spicer.
They're also just throwing our money down the toilet for crazy things. We talked the other day about the, the Pete Buttigieg. You know, we've only got 8 charging stations set up, but we spent $8 billion. Here's another one of these $3 billion. And they only got a handful of electric mail trucks, which I don't understand. I've lived in very rural areas where people were driving their own POV's with like placards on
them. They were driving around in their personal maintained or not very well maintained vehicles. And you know, US mail vehicles are incredible. For a long time they were buying Jeep X JS that were driving in sand. Like one guy was telling me he did, he drove something like 1000 miles a day in his mile in his mail route because he had to drive through national parks and
over crazy stuff, rock crawling type capabilities. the US mail service for all of it. Like I don't like the Postal Service, but they do a pretty awesome job of doing it. Unless you start spending $3 billion on electric vehicles, here's just another example of sort of that that loss, that waste, and the reason why these people lost, why they couldn't maintain a grip on power 'cause people are sick of it. Pentagon's not the only department getting audited.
Every agency is getting audited. Biden spent $3 billion to build 93 electric mail trucks. That comes to 32,000,000 per mail truck. You've seen a mail truck, they work fine. You get your mail, right? A Formula One race car doesn't cost $32 million, not even half that. This is why there's inflation. He's spending $32 million per mail truck. You know who got the contract? Oshkosh Defense. A defense contractor from Wisconsin Swing State.
What's a defense contractor doing making electric mail trucks? Because they know how to win contracts and bilk the feds. That's why this company, Oshkosh Defense, was supposed to build 60,000. They only built 93. The CEO, John Pfeiffer, says he's really happy with the progress. The guy's a Democrat donor, by the way. If you had given this contract a Musk, we'd be done by now with money leftover. I mean, it's probably not wrong.
I got a chance to ride in a cyber truck for the first time after making fun of them for quite a while. So Speaking of Elon Musk, and it's a really impressive vehicle if you guys have never sat in one. I sat in the top of the line. 1 friend of mine came by, showed it to me. So it goes so fast it makes you want to puke. And that's the first time that I've ever done that. But imagine $93 million again, what is it like a top end cyber truck?
If we were to like give them the fastest possible vehicle so they can go 60 miles an hour between you and your neighbor, which it basically can do. It goes in about less than two seconds. It's going an insane speed. It stops about the same way too. It's gross fast. Imagine if you were doing a cyber truck delivery of all the mail, which actually is probably feasible with the way that they have the cargo set up and probably more secure and
everything else. You wouldn't get shot at in the hood or you would get shot at, but it would stop bullets, right? All of those things, you could do that and it would be 120, a $130,000 per vehicle. In the meantime, Democrat donors from defense contractors are getting hooked up. We're going to talk more about defense contractors in just a little bit because I think
that's actually relevant. But let's talk about one more loss because we might as well before we get into the loss, which is a $15 million loss by ABC, which makes all of us smile. Again, a mainstream media kind of pick. Let's go over and say thanks to our sponsors. And this one is the Wellness company. So folks, you guys know the holidays are here and that generally means it's sixth
season. Sinus infection, strep throat, upper respiratory hacking, Everybody is traveling and then they're passing it around to all the people that they meet. But guess what? You don't have to deal with it this year because there's a little blue case that can be your mobile urgent care. It is ivermectin, AZ pack, amoxicillin, and six other prescription medications that
are right at your fingertip. Thanks to the Wellness company's medical emergency kit, you can tackle anything severe that comes out your body without ruining your holiday plans and winding up in an urgent care or an emergency room. This kit cuts through the red tape. It allows you to take control of your own health. OK, I want to do the story of more wins because they're fun and they're amusing and let's go ahead and dunk on George Stephanopoulos, who's kind of a clown.
ABC has to apologize. George Stephanopoulos had to apologize. They posted it up earlier on social media over the weekend. I'm sure that's how it goes. They have to pay $15 million to settle a defamation lawsuit because their host went out and lied. It turns out there is a cost to this. This is being covered by Fox News, which is sort of ironic and funny as well. Fox had to pay a bunch of money in a different defamation suit. This one has been much smaller,
but it's on an individual. The settlement was filed publicly on Saturday, which is why we heard about it over the weekend. The two parties have to come to an agreement. They've decided to avoid a costly trial. I'm going to give you a little bit of insight on what I think is going on there.
But the settlement requires a $15 million payoff to the as a charitable contribution to the Presidential Foundation and Museum to be established by or for the plaintiff, as the presidents of the United States of America have established in the past. In other words, ABC is going to put a $15 million, quote, UN quote, donation to Donald Trump's presidential library, which is fun.
They had to also issue statements of regret as an editor's note, which they did at the March 10th article, which was posted online, but that was from earlier this year. Now, the reason that they did this, at least as far as I can tell, the reason they did it is because they don't want discovery of their internal documents.
They would have had to turn over whether or not basically they have the, the, the, as you do these lawsuits, you have the ability to determine whether or not these people knew that the information was false and whether they were directly peddling it in order to damage the reputation of the person that's putting in the defamation lawsuit. But in order to do that, you got to have access to the information, which you do have a right to go and maintain in
discovery. Do you think that ABC and George Stephanopoulos are want those things in the hand of people around Donald Trump who's about to go into the White House? Absolutely not. So $15 million is a small payout basically for their own privacy. The shoe is on the other foot. This is the fun part. And all of this stems from allegations that Donald Trump had been basically positively adjudicated to have taken part in a rape, which is not what was
adjudicated in the case. He claimed that he was, quote UN quote, liable for rape in a civil case, which is not how civil suits work. Rape is a criminal. And the other piece is that, you know, they, they basically have been using this as a talking point on the left. That's why you have so many people that are your neighbors that don't know what's going on that are saying these kind of crazy things. It gets over and over. It gets kind of tiring to look at.
But I do want to talk about actual violations. So they hit him with an actual, you know, an alleged criminal violation. There are real violations that exist out there. This is one that has been alleged about Donald Trump significantly. It's called the Logan Act. And I went and found just typing in Trump and Logan Act, I found, let's see, three different
articles quickly. And then I had something happen over the Friday afternoon that made me think, Oh my God, like, what if we actually have a legitimate real problem here? The Logan Act is short for 18 USC 953. It's the so-called private correspondences with foreign Governments. And it's it's name for the for the person who wrote this thing up. It's an old law. It's not new and the allegations have been thrown far and wide within the Trump administration.
They've claimed that Donald Trump may have violated it. There's claims that Elon Musk may have violated it very recently, in fact. So this is November the 15th. A reporter at the Houston Chronicle, which is pretty left-leaning, said, what is the Logan Act? Critics refer to the law as, as the New York Times reports, Elon
Musk met with Iranian officials. The question is that he violated because he went out there and set up some sort of treaty on behalf of the US government, which it didn't happen.
But you cannot negotiate as a private and individual citizen and make deals on behalf of the US government if you are not empowered to do so. Even people that work within the government, even if you are a limited agent of the federal government, you don't have the ability to do that unless you have expressed permission to do so. And that's where it gets really interesting. So remember, Donald Trump, he's not sworn in yet, although he's the president-elect, we give him a lot of leeway.
He's allowed to have a transition. He's allowed to meet with people. This is something that they accused General Flynn of, that he was having back channel deals and discussing things with Russians and so on. And so they're like, oh, is this a Logan Act violation? They ended up getting him on false statements. The Logan Act has actually been kind of like pulled out into stark relief and let's say the last 6-8 years. This is where it gets kind of fun. Here's the actual act.
I'm going to read most of it to you. 18 USC 953. Any citizen of the United States, whoever he may be, who without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries any correspondence or intercourse. This is where it gets clear with a foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, that's that's a real key part.
So officer or agent with the intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government, or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under the title or imprisoned not more than three years. That's a felony.
The section shall not abrid the right of U.S. citizen to apply himself or his agent or any foreign government therefore to the redress of injuries that may have been sustained by such. In other words, you can go and you can sue a foreign government. You can actually go out there and tell a foreign government, hey, I'd like to to negotiate with you because I have a legal matter and I'm going to try it in your courts or I'm going to try it in the international
courts. But what it does say is that you can't go behind the back of the United States government and try to make a deal that influences the way the US government does business. And all of that is critical to understand when you listen to this clip, I don't think you're going to hear this probably very other very many other places you prepared. This is thing called the National Academy and it's the graduation ceremony of the National Academy. I'm going to play it twice for
you. There's there's two that are going to get looped. The National Academy is a goodwill and friendship organization that allows local law enforcement and state law enforcement officers from all around the country to gather together at the FBI Academy at Quantico, go through some fitness, go through some standards, go through some management and leadership
training. And in theory, it's supposed to and celebrate camaraderie between federal and state and local and allow people to get to know each other. And now you're in the fraternity of people of the National Academy, which is going to be senior leadership, lieutenants and captains. And it's not usually not Sergeant level. It's above that. Chiefs of police and so on, sheriff's departments, whatever.
That's the goal. In reality, what it does is it kind of forges these bonds between the FBI and all the state and local law enforcement so that when the FBI comes to lean on them or get somebody in a task force, they do things like go arrest. Mark, how so? We got a problem with it here at the Suspendables. We don't like the National Academy for what it is.
But the other thing that it does, which is really, really weird is they bring in foreign students to an area that you need a top secret clearance to walk around in. And this is critical because I lost my clearance. I can no longer walk around at the FB is Academy at Quantico without an escort and neither can most of you. You need to have specific permission to be able to walk
around those hallways. So why is a member of the Hamas security organization not just a non governmental agency, but a legitimate FTOA foreign terrorist organization as declared by the US State Department? Why is a Hamas representative being trained at the FBI Academy and walking around there? And why are they calling his organization that? He represents the state of Palestine, which seems like a violation of some pretty serious
statecraft. You can't call something the state of Palestine because it doesn't exist. It's not recognized by the United States government. Here's Chris Ray's representative reading over a loudspeaker as he hands off a diploma to this guy calling this the State of Palestine. This is very, very specific language from leftist within the FBI and whether Chris Ray knew they were going to say this or whether he condone it afterwards, whether there was any punishment.
What we haven't heard is someone publicly come out from the FBI and say we disavow this. Palestine is not a country. It's like a territorial area that has its own autonomous government, but that government is also not recognized by the United States. You cannot in order to either move the business forward or you cannot in order to try to. What was the words they used? Let's use it real quick.
Let's go to the actual statute. You cannot try to influence our government or any agent or officer of the foreign government. And this guy is legitimately an officer. He's a police officer type in this foreign government, which is not a you, which is not a recognized state. Again, I, I just want to hammer hone how crazy this is. Most people let this thing just come and go. It didn't like it didn't get any virality to it. But I want you to be aware.
Here we go. Assam, Abu Asia Preventative Security Organization, Ramallah, State of Palestine. Assam, Abu Asia Preventative Security Organization, Ramallah, State of Palestine. OK. So you're seeing that I'm just repeating it over. And then I want you to also look in the back there. We've got a Palestinian flag that is hanging. It is hanging in in a position at the United States FBI Academy. This is theoretically our premier federal law enforcement agency.
So what is it doing there as they? Is this an attempt? I'm asking the question because I don't actually know, but it's selling. It seems pretty wild that you'd have a member of the security apparatus from a terrorist organization being listed as an actual state, state of Palestine for all of the talk about Elon Musk going and having discussions. And he's like, as you heard in the the clips earlier, he's buddies with Donald Trump. So that's a big and powerful
position. He's the most powerful man in the world in some ways because he's the richest man in the world. And if not, he's buddies with Donald Trump, which makes him de facto as powerful as anybody needs to be. He's not committing a Logan Act violation in that way, even though the leftist media is running after it. But Chris Wray and the people over at the FBI seem like they might be. And like I said, I don't know that Chris Wray even approved
that reading of the script. But he's standing on stage acting as a representative the United States government. He's not cabinet level, but he's damn close. He requires a Senate confirmation and he's handing off a certificate from our so-called premier law enforcement agency as the people on the loudspeaker are, you know, representing that there is in fact something that is not, which is the state of Palestine. It bothers me and and it should
bother you. It should bother people on the left if they actually cared about it. They don't necessarily have a lot of standards, so that's not surprising. But Even so, this is a this is an issue that we're going to continue to highlight. All right. The other issue that happened is over the the just before we got into the weekend, we found out that Biden commuted something like 1500 different sentences.
This was kind of a lot. It wasn't well received, not even by his own party, which is never a good situation for folks that are in that little world. Maybe my least favorite name in all of politics is the name Klobuchar. I just hate the way that it sounds. It sounds harsh and guttural and kind of gross. And then she's sort of like a fake person from Minnesota that represents this organization, but she's not even crazy about
Biden's commutations. So I got a couple little clips that we're going to play with there, and then we'll get into drones because I did promise that. But let's start with being asked about Biden's commutations. Is she's thrilled? Is she okay with it? Turns out Klobuchar actually sort of reads what the tea leaves say. Americans aren't either. This past week he had this record number of commutations, 1500 Americans, more than any president in any single day.
Among them, though, there was a judge involved in a so-called Cash for Kids scheme that sent thousands. Of kids to jail for millions of dollars. A man who committed tax fraud at a cost of more than $1.6 billion. Described as the most prolific, pernicious, utterly unrepentant tax cheat in U.S. history. A woman who was involved in a $26 million scheme to defraud Medicare. Are you comfortable with some of
these decisions? No. There's also a man in Duluth that was running a major drug house basically, and had all this money under his bathroom tiles. I was also commuted. So the way I look at this is I also didn't agree with the pardon of the president's son. OK, well, turns out she's just reading the leaves and seeing what Americans think. Only about two in 10 Americans across the board approve of Biden's pardon of his son Hunter. This is an AP poll. This is a really funny little
thing. I dug deep into the article from the AP and it said, this is, I'll tell you why I think it's funny in a second here. It says, quote, you don't say you're going to do something and then fall back, said Trinell. Chomp. I think it's champ or chomp. All right. 43, a Democrat from Nederland, TX who works in the home health industry and says that she disapproved. Disapproved of the pardon. Quote. At the end of the day, all you have is your word.
How funny and true. This is the best part. This is why it's funny to me. Shomp, who is black, nothing else about her. She's a home health care worker who's black and she lives in Texas. She voted for Vice President Kamala Harris over Trump, she said. Quote, just had my hopes up for her, but I wasn't 100% positive. I don't know what that means and neither do you. So they interviewed someone who
obviously is a genius. Anyway, 2 in 10 Americans don't or do actually agree with this ability to go out and do this thing and he's gone out there and they didn't know. You notice they didn't mention the Chinese pedophile with the child pornography that was part of a prisoner exchange with the with the People's Republic. We got some people, they got some people. Fine. Whatever won't be allowed back in the United States.
Won't stop the appetite for child pornography, but outside of our boundaries, so be it. That already apparently happened. Like that guy was gone, so the pardon just happened. Kind of strange. Klobuchar is kind of talking the way that a lot of people do. They also brought up the story of the judge with the cash for kids, which I think is worth covering down on. There's this story which has some real victims. There's a judge that was essentially getting paid by the
private prisons. Most Americans that are on the conservative right are starting to realize that there are real problems in the judicial system and it's things that we didn't necessarily pay attention to prior to January 6, prior to the arresting of pro lifers, prior to seeing people that we would call like our people getting involved with it. It's not really fair because that's been going on for quite a
long time. There's obviously some evils that happen when you have a private industry that is profiting from like human suffering. It's not necessarily the issue until the corruption happens, but the corruption seems inevitable because you give people power and you give them authority and then they go out there and they abuse it. So this story of this judge that got pardoned was involved in accepting money for each of the kids that he sentenced to a juvenile facility.
Because if you don't know it, these facilities get paid on a per head basis. So if they fill the juvenile facility with a bunch of young kids who are now paying for their crimes, then the private industry that runs it is going to make profit and profiting off criminal activity. It does seem really problematic. This one is awfully sad. The kid was sentenced, was sent over to juvenile or was going to go to juvenile. And before he turned himself in, it sounds like he committed suicide.
This is coverage from CNN. This is not new. You can tell by the graininess of the photograph and the and the the heartstrings will kind of be pulled right now because you're going to hear his mother screaming at this guy as he walked out after he got convicted because people didn't know this, right? Upfront, the judge was doing this for a while and making cash off it. Pretty disgusting. But these are the kind of things that Biden was going to excuse. Go figure.
Actions you need to be. Do you Remember Me? Do you Remember Me? Do you remember my son? An All Star wrestler. He's good. He's got his stuff in the heart. Just got back. A heartbroken, really An outraged mother lashing out at former judge Mark Cibarella. Her son, an All Star wrestler, killed himself after being sent to a juvenile detention facility for a minor drug offense. Now it turns out that Ciavarella was accepting money to do that, Send kids away for cash.
A former judge was convicted yesterday of 12 counts, including racketeering and money laundering. The judge remains free while he awaits sentencing. All right, awful. Probably the worst piece of that is that the judge was working in Scranton, PA. We always heard about Scan Joe, Lunchbox Joe. He was just a regular guy. Regular guys don't generally get into the positions that Joe was in.
So nobody really believes that. But if you did believe that, if all you had was your word and your legacy as this woman Trinell Champ was talking about, he's basically frittering it away. And I don't think he cares. But it's worth noting that that's what he's done. Kid killed himself before he even got put in.
Mom obviously devastated. And that guy is not a hero in Scranton. He's a villain, which is probably why when you see people like Joe Biden go back to the place that they claim to be from, but never really want to be from, people in Scranton don't seem really excited about a Joe Biden either. Worth knowing. Let's do one more win just because it's kind of funny. Another little thing popped out here about the Georgia case. Remember the Georgian election fraud or the fact they were
going after Donald Trump? You had Fannie Willis, you had this guy named Nathan Wade. And the the allegation and the accusation was, is that the White House and the DOJ were collaborating with the local prosecutors. Again, kind of a tie back to that national, that National Academy problem when the feds are too close to those in the
state prosecution. We need some working together, but they kind of need to be adversarial, at least the the suspendables think they should in order to preserve liberties. The right wing talking point was that this political prosecution that happened down in Georgia, in Fulton County was always motivated by actions coming from the White House. And of course, we've been proven true because Nathan Wade is now stepped up and said, yeah, I did.
I actually did meet with those people and I had to learn about some of the federal situations so that I could help put together our local prosecution. Here they are talking about it on Fox News Georgia. Prosecutor in the Trump election meddling case testifies before the House Judiciary Committee. That's Nathan Wade, and he admitted he met with White House staff on several occasions while working on the investigation that let was led by Fulton County DA Fonnie Willis.
He also says he had to brush up on his knowledge of racketeering law, so that continued. Yeah, So of course, why wouldn't it be like that, right? So no standards except the standards that are kind of embarrassing. There's no other way around it. Last little piece here that we've seen is that the Biden administration has left us with this mess that's going on in Syria. I'd be remiss if I didn't show you guys at least a quick little video. The the Israelis are striking
all the weapons caches. They're trying to pull weapons out of the hands of the so-called rebels, the HTS folks that have taken over in Syria. And so while they're trying to grab hands on the government, what you're seeing is Israel like destroying weapon munition facilities. This is a explosion that people were claiming was nuclear, but doesn't appear to have been by in a place called Tarda Syria, which is in the northern part of it. And the the explosion is pretty impressive.
I just think it's yet one more thing about the Biden administration. This is what it looks like. Look how crazy that is. The shockwave's about to hit the person taking the film. All right, I'm going to show you another video of it too, because it's just neat. So they hit like a what are called bunker busting. This is the guy watching it who's who's cursing Israel. That's got to be like what like 50, maybe 50 mile picture away. You can still hear it. That is not close.
He's up at an elevated position and you're just seeing this boom. Just various different explosions. In any case, that will be one of the major legacies. In addition, having a guy pray over me. It's kind of weird. In addition to having, you know, screwing up their own plans, in addition to basically ruining all of our ability to, to trust things. They've they've kind of a clown themself, whether it be mandates, whether it be failure
in the foreign policy sphere. I got a soft hearted video as we get into the discussion of drones. This is a guy in New Jersey who's clearly making fun of his neighbors. Do they need a vaccine? Do they need to put on a mask? Like, what kind of penance can you do to save yourself from the drones? We'll get into the drone stuff here for the next couple minutes. Oh my God, What are these drones? Where are they coming from? Are we under attack? Oh, my God, Do I need a
vaccination? Do I got to wear the mask? Why don't they tell us what's going on with these drones? Oh my God, I got to get the bread of milk. I got to get the bread of milk. They said drones. Oh my God, I got to get the bread of milk. I don't even know what that guy's all about, but I did. I assume that is comedy. I actually thought it was Jon Stewart when I first started watching. So if you didn't get to see it, that's what he looks like. He looks like Jon Stewart, which is quite funny.
OK, The Defense Department has put out some statements. This is from 2 days ago. This is the Joint Staff address of drones over New Jersey military installation. In recent weeks, a number of drones have been cited in New Jersey, prompting concern and thousands of phone calls that
have reported them. Some of those drones have been cited over the Picatinny arsenal for the Naval Weapons Center Earl, both in New Jersey. During an on background telephone call today, officials from the FBI, Department of Homeland Security, the FAA and the Joint Staff have all provided comment and answered questions from reporters about
the drone sightings. Spokesman from the Joint Staff acknowledged that there had been sightings over these two military installations, but said such sightings are typical. There's no reason to be concerned, quote, We've had confirmed sightings at Picatinny Arsenal and the Naval Weapons Station. This is not a new issue for us. We've had to deal with drone incursions over our base for
quite some time now. That is something that we routinely respond to in each and every case when the report, the reporting is cited, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. FBIDHS, FAA, DoD are all unable to determine who's flying the drones. There's no indication that there is an adversarial nation involved. So they say, let's go back to the tape.
We've got this. This is kind of like a little dramatic music playing over the Pentagon spokeslady who, like I said, looks kind of like a hipster, Looks kind of like Zoe Deschanel to me. Call me crazy. Couple little montage here of people that are sort of denying and saying we don't know what they are. We've got some instincts about what it does tell us because what's going on and what they're telling us does give us some information we're going to kind of dissect here.
One of them is the most probable and only one of them is like absolutely terrifying. And so I'll share you that even though I was kind of told like, maybe keep that under wraps. We'll we'll just kind of we'll throw it out there so you can have things to think about. I don't know if it's true. These are not U.S. military drones. Again, this is being investigated by local law enforcement. What our initial assessment here is that these are not drones or activities coming from a foreign
entity or adversary. You, you're telling me we don't know what what the hell these drones are in New Jersey are. Is that correct? That's right. It's crazy. I mean, that's crazy. That's madness that we don't know what these drones are. From the Coast Guard, who said that one of their 47 foot motor lifeboats was followed by between 12 and 30 of these drones as they went. Through the water. These are 6 foot drones that are somehow evading our detection.
They are not being detected. They're saying no threat. But how the hell do they know? They don't know anything. They don't know what it is. They don't know where to come from. They don't know nothing. They know that they they can't track them. They know that they don't emit a signal. They know that they can't see them when they turn their lights out. They also indicated that they
don't know where they come from. They don't know where they go to. One family claims they followed a drone in their car and while it hovered above them, the clock in their car changed times. Some of the all right and then it just gets into The X-Files fun, which is really good. OK, so the couple of things are out there. People are talking about them being aliens. That seems very unlikely. They seem to be using American
patterned anti collision lights. So that kind of rules out the alien piece to me, unless they're cloning our look, they don't want to be hit by other vehicles that are in the air, helicopters, fixed wing, whatever. A Rotary doesn't make a difference. So that's worth noting. There's a couple things that we
know about that. There was a viral video that went kind of broad and wide, a guy named John Ferguson who works at a place called or he runs a place called Saxon Aerospace. Let's talk about that real quick. This viral video is worth kind of punching on the screen here. So I'm going to do that. We'll take the chat down. We'll add this guy, John Ferguson. He's going to talk for a moment and then we're going to go through who like what we can, we
can really deduce. And I went through my logic with George Hill and we tend to be on the same page with this. And then kind of the worst case scenario, which is actually batshit crazy terrifying. Hey everyone, my name is John Ferguson. I'm the CEO of Saxon Aerospace here in Wichita, KS. I'm not normally a TikTok kind of a guy. I like watching the stuff every every once in awhile. But I'm a manufacturer of unmanned aircraft, military grade unmanned aircraft.
As you can see one of my systems here, there's all of these mysterious drones going on off the East Coast. And as a, as a professional, as a subject matter expert, I wanted to give you all my opinion on what I think could be going on with these drones. I don't particularly believe that these have a nefarious intent. I could be wrong, but I want to give you the truth and what I believe. It's my own opinion and I've not warheads that were in Ukraine and disposed of.
Well, there were over 80, I believe there were over 80 nuclear warheads that were in Ukraine that came up missing. OK, we don't know where they are. Maybe somebody does, but nobody really knows where these are. And I, you know, I speak with some pretty high level government officials on. Right. I'm going to mute him. He's going to keep talking and he does that for about 6 or 7 minutes. And this has had millions and millions and millions of views
on social media. He's not really a big TikTok guy, but of course he wants to go put this thing out. So what is his story? Couple things. Credible reporting to me says that this guy was working in a source reporting role to the FBI. So that's worth knowing. And I may or may not know the handling agent. So that tells you a couple things about the guy. He's willing to share information with the federal government and he wants to maintain that relationship with the federal government.
And when you do that kind of thing, it means that they can actually ask you, also known as tasking for you to come out and talk about it. We're going to get into the nukes thing in a second. But that's been wholly debunked. In fact, when that was mentioned, George laughed about it and said that was actually debunked years ago, maybe even decades ago. And I've got a little story about this. What he thinks is his claim is that these these drones are flying around and sniffing
around for nuclear weapons. Now the problem is that we have technology that that will do that, whether it be the DOE Nest teams, the nuclear emergency search teams. I actually happen to know a retired senior team leader from Nest. We, he was my, my gun dealer when I lived in New Mexico. He's a really nice guy. We talked about this kind of stuff, some things we could talk about, some things we couldn't, but I have a little bit of an
awareness of that. And I used to work with DOE when I was in the FB. I, I actually was one of the people that regularly went over to their counterintelligence office. So I got a little familiarity with this topic. I was also fascinated with Nest for years. I don't know why, but I always thought the ways that they would actually go and and retrieve and potentially dismantle a nuclear device, I thought that was
fascinating. So they have tenting, they have different ways of disposing of the actual ordinance around it so that it doesn't set off the nuclear part and so on. In any case, this guy is talking out of his ass. He's just saying nonsense. The fun thing about it is apparently he's motivated by his own pride, by his own sort of hope that people are going to take him more seriously and put
him on a bigger scale. And so if he can get a little bit of a profile for his company, that's what's going on right here. You'll notice that is not the most high speed facility that you've ever seen with those those acoustic panels above him and the cheap fluorescent lighting. It's not the fanciest of production facilities, but he's opened up his little his profile on the national scene and maybe get a bigger contract.
It's also possible that people actually know exactly what's going on. So let me read to you my little breakdown. I shared this with some big social media profiles that were talking to me about this in the background. I just want to read a couple things that I think is undeniable about what's happening #1 they're running anti collision lights and they're highly visible. Ergo they don't care if they're seen. They're not worried about being seen. These drones are not trying to
hide, they're in plain sight. They could run these types of tests, whatever is going on, whether it be a real mission or whether it be a test mission. They could run them in places like Montana, like Wyoming, like New Mexico. There's plenty of open land in the United States that is basically unpopulated and you could run those things out there and nobody would see them. That'd be fine.
They're not. They're running them in a highly populated, possibly the most densely populated state in the nation, in New Jersey. And it's full of all kinds of things. But the biggest thing that they have are significant amounts of signals intelligence, whether it be military and whether it be civilian. They have all kinds of cell phones and microwave and all this other kind of information. All right.
So there is the possibility that what they are trying to do is to be in an environment that is that signal intense, that is that RF saturated, radio frequency saturated, whether it be from terrestrial radio and satellite and microwave and so on. So the odds are is that you need to have that for whatever it is they're trying to accomplish. Now the DoD has specifically said that they are not for it. We heard that. Why would they know that?
They don't know who it is, but they know it's not foreign. That means that they're probably not speaking in a void, but they're also not telling us the whole truth. This is the classic shuffle that we've seen. Doesn't matter whether you listen to Chris Wray. It doesn't matter whether you listen to people like Merrick Garland, whether you listen to our spokespeople. They will give you partial truths. They are not foreign, but they won't tell you the rest of the
thing. They've also said that they're not military or DoD, which screams only one thing, defense or military contractors, which is what this man Ferguson is hoping to get involved in. That's the most likely deal right now is that we are dealing with a a program or a project that has not been cleared everywhere that is authorized to happen. Because you're not seeing them shot down, you're not seeing anyone stop them, and they are doing it in a place where they can be seen.
So the possibility is is that they're being sighted is actually part of what the mission set is or the training. You need them to be visible because if they wanted to go and disappear, they probably could. They're also looks like they're running at semi adversarial type OPS following different military craft like in the water that actually have some capabilities to ward them off and they're not engaging them, they're not destroying them even though they probably could.
The last thing is I had somebody in the special operations community and I talked the other day that stated very specifically there are anti drone U.S. military special operations units that are specialized in destroying these types of things and they're all at home last night when these
things are flying around. So what they are doing is questionable, but I don't think it's necessarily nefarious other than what we are seeing is a test that's authorized by some but not approved to talk about and they need to be seen in order to be able to accomplish the mission set.
That's my biggest guess. The last possibility, which might be the most terrifying possibility there is, and I won't tell you who I talked about it with, but on the DL, there's a real possibility that machine learning has gotten to the point where these things are basically sentient, which is the scariest. There's no evidence of this, by
the way. This is just a like a like a worst case scenario is that the machines have woken up and we're actually looking at sort of like, hey, are they yours? Are they yours? Nobody can confirm. They probably are using technology that would be developed inside the United States, but nobody knows who's running it. That's a very, very small possibility, although it's probably the scariest
possibility. I just wanted to throw it out there as kind of like the left wing, the, the, the left wing of the craziness. The right wing is that they basically are completely known and people are are totally OK with it because they understand what's happening the the outside chances that they think it's probably ours, but they don't know why it's running so skynet, you know that kind of thing. If you guys are really curious, you can actually search for
Skynet munitions. They are net systems that will fly out of your 12 gauge. Pretty fun, pretty neat. They are anti drone capabilities, so you guys can play with that. But anyway, I just wanted to kind of cover down on some of the stuff that's out there and then I did promise you that I would debunk the piece that this guy was saying. This is really interesting. This is the size of the craft. It's AC 135, I believe.
This is the size of the craft that is required to be able to go and sniff for nuclear devices. The equipment is enormous. I have friends that have flown in these things over places like Bosnia and places like the Middle East, and they have used these types of things. They have used it. And this is coming from very public reporting at Newsweek, which is a a known outlet for the defense industry, for whatever that's worth.
And for the regimes. The map shows US Air Force deploying a nuke sniffer aircraft. So this is a story about it going back to November prior to a lot of these drones popping up. This place is this thing is called Constant Phoenix, also known as the nuke sniffer. It detects radioactive clouds in real time by collecting particulates as well as gaseous effluents and debris in the atmosphere. It routinely conducts air sampling missions around the world, including in the Indian Ocean.
And this is something that it would take the size and the and the capabilities of the technology that has to be used in order to go out there and find nukes, at least as of right now is about that big. That's a massive aircraft. So it's not going to be housed in a six foot drone as you're hearing about some of these people, but they do have them. You could follow them on radar, flight radar 24 or FlightAware. If you guys want to go out and follow these things.
Some of them pop up. People who are really into it already know there's some mapping on here. You can find the Newsweek article. I will post it over on locals. I just wanted to let you know that this does exist, Of course, it's just a lot bigger. It's way bigger and you guys are saying this is an RC135. This particular the the actual one that they use for Constant Phoenix is AWC 135 R known as Constant Phoenix. So that's the story that I know as far as that goes.
We'll just take a little bit of a breather. The last thing is we'll do a little touch of leftist hypocrisy because this is the funniest story. I haven't touched CNNN yet today. You'll notice. So you know, I'll get there and I'm going to bring it up. And here it is. There is a consumer backlash erupting over the backpack video from the United Healthcare CEO in a shooting. The backpack was used to they could identify the manufacturer.
The manufacturer is kind of like a high end manufacturer of backpacks and leftist in all their infinite wisdom. You guys tell me if you see it, I'll actually put the chat up. Instead, I'm going to read the story you guys tell me in the
chat. The CEO of a company that makes high end backpacks, which is known as Peek Designs, said he and his employees have been receiving threats, including death threats after reports that he contacted a police tip line when he spotted one of the company's bags in the surveillance video in the shooting of the United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson. The guy's name is Peter Daring.
He's the founder and CEO of the San Francisco based company Peak Design. And he issued a statement on Friday when he told the New York Times in a report published on December 5th that as soon as he saw photos of the bag, he
contacted the police. The reason why that he contacted the police is because like a lot of high end bag manufacturers, especially ones that are made in the United States, if you've ever had something like a mystery ranch, they actually serialize it. The person that did the quality, the control has their name on it and there's a serial number, which means they theoretically could either track it to the retailer and they might be able to actually run down who's got
the bag. So that's a thing that happens when you buy nice products, They tend to serialize them. He said, Quote, we take our customer privacy very seriously. There's misinformation being shared on social media that has triggered many serious threats for the public safety or for the safety of not just me, but our employees as well. I ask that you consider the fact that we are providing and continue to your instill your trust in the Peak which is his
company. A lot of people, including hundreds, he said, of threats were called in. People were identifying the bag right away. They refer to the guy as a snitch. Some people said that people who own peak design bags should remove the serial tags on their bags. And others and others said they should return them so that they don't get caught doing a crime because they're willing to turn this guy in. The guys see kind of the irony
of this. You can't have a serial number on a backpack because you might get turned in for something. I just see the ATF running down and grabbing all the serial numbers of every gun that they're not allowed to keep track of, but they try to. I just see this as just blatant hypocrisy. And the reason why is because they've lionized this kid and they've acted like he's some kind of a hero when he's in fact not. He seems like a cold blooded killer.
He seems like a real jerk. That doesn't stop the political left from making votive candles like they did with Fauci and a bunch of other crazy stuff. It's pretty sad, kind of gross. I've got a funny little video on that take. So before we get to I guess it's this. We'll do this as the pal cleanse. We're at the end of the time today. Here's a little palate cleanse of people making light hearted sort of fun of his last name, which is Italian.
Here's a Goodfellas taste of the Luigi Mangioni story. This is done pretty well, so enjoy. We had a lot of tough crew members, but none tougher than Luigi Mangioni see, Luigi was a smart kid, one of those Ivy Leaguers. You never expect him to be a killer. I mean Chapel Roan was his number one artist on Spotify rapped and he still played Pokémon at age 26. The guy was even a ladies man.
He had a system where he would DM every girl he met online instead of messaging them directly through the dating app. It was a very good system, but Paulie always warned me that this kid was a loose cannon. One day he completely lost it and whacked the United Healthcare CEO in broad daylight. Worst part was the only reason he got caught is because he was flirting on camera with the receptionist. Poor bastard could never keep it in his pants, but that's just the way it was back then.
That's just the way it was back then anyway. Kind of like a lot of people are making the light of the situation. I think a very little that we hear about is that the guy was a hard worker, that he was, you know, maybe you don't like the insurance industry. I don't participate in a lot of it. They just focused on this kid because he's young, he's good looking and he's like, what a leftist hero that wants to go out and kill people. It's the classic thing.
Socialists are always talking. In fact, I've even heard people expand, say, hey, we should probably kill all CE OS, not just healthcare CE OS. There's this murderous intent that always lives under sort of the the envy and the jealousy and the raids on the left that they'd act like they're virtuous, but they can't. And anyway, they continue to lose by trying to win. It happens over and over again. And that's just one more example of it.
