Take a look behind the curtain with a real whistleblower, an American patriot. Prepare to embrace the uncomfortable truth because this program has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties enthusiast, Second Amendment defender and recovering FBI agent Kyle Serafin. Well, hello my friends and welcome to the Kyle Serafin Show. Yeah, today is Tuesday. It is April the 23rd. I got a little bit of sleep last night and I am rocking and
rolling. Here We are live on rumble.com/kyle Serif and you guys can join us over there if you want to join the live chat. And as you probably just saw, we got this cool little message saying that we had raided the live chat. I don't know what the, I don't know what that means. Apparently we got raided. The AMRAD pod is here and they are joining us. So that's very cool. So ladies and gentlemen, let's get started right away with a sponsor.
And like I said, you can follow us on rumble.com/kyle Serif. And if you guys want to get yourself squared away with the coming strangeness in the world, and you should, I recommend it. You got two options in this. You can prepare or you can repair for patriots.com/kyle. For Patriots, the number four, patriots.com/kyle, that's where you can go and get hooked up with our friends over there who have survival products. Yeah. Do they have gadgets, gizmos? They do. They're right there on the
screen. You can see some of them. They've got fire starters, They've got water purifiers. They've got electrical supplies. They've got, what do you want to call those? A solar panel generators to be able to keep your stuff going. But they also have emergency
food. And if you don't have that squared away, if you don't have some calories put away in your closet for a rainy day, or let's say logistical supply chain is shut down, or let's say there's pro Palestine idiots that are blocking your way to the store, then you might go hungry and you don't want to do that. So for patriots.com/kyle, for patriots.com/kyle, that's where we go take care of them. See this, look at this, we get this little message here.
It said that the AMRAD pod has raided this stream. I want to say thanks to my buddies over there. That is Garrett, O'boyle and Steve friend who raided this stream, which means I guess they sent all their friends over here. So if you are just joining us from the AMRAD Pod, very cool and you'll have to tell us in the chat what it was about. For those of you who don't know, that's where they start. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, they precede us from 8:30 Eastern Time till 9:30.
All right, kind of a full, full pallet of stuff I want to get into today. I want to talk about ghost guns. I want to talk about the Supreme Court addressing abortion for the second time in two years. That's kind of a big deal. I want to talk about how the Democrats love abortion. So that's a massive turn out sort of thing they think for them. I don't think it's what they think it is, but we'll talk about it.
Biden has created a new program to handle anti-Semitism because, you know, there's always a government program. That's what we need is the White House, the executive agency, to solve our problems and to make sure that anti-Semitism is handled. Why are they doing that? Because they're a pro Palestine, pro Hamas type protests that are going all over the country and they are starting to cause some real issues. They're making people concerned. There's some safety warnings being issued.
So we'll talk about that. We'll talk about a mistrial for a rancher out there in Arizona. If you're not following that case, it's worth knowing what's happening. It's important. And then lastly, I want to talk about the face of corruption. Today's thumbnail addresses Ted Lieu. There's an excellent montage of Red State information available from Jennifer Van Laar. She's done cumulative reporting. If you guys want to know what real journalism or reporting looks like, Red State is making
that the case. They are sharing it and they're doing it the right way. It takes years. It's expensive to do real journalism. It's tiring, it's time consuming, and it's not full of glory. Generally speaking, what it means is that you are incrementally moving the ball forward and maintaining interest, not smash and grab
journalism. Smash and grab is kind of the stuff that I used to see that Project Veritas used to be part of. I don't know what they're up to at the moment, but you know, like like blam, here's some glitzy stuff. Look what we got. Breaking news. Oh, we have this big document thing. I don't hate that it happens. I'm just saying that's not the sort of thing that moves the ball. It's just like it's a flash in the pan. The things that burn the brightest also burn the shortest.
So it's worth knowing that kind of stuff. And if you guys aren't really aware of how that works, think about the news cycle. Think about some of these sort of like undercover journalist things and, and have they actually done anything? Has has anybody lost a job over it? Like we did a long form piece showing that the FBI had a cumulative bias against Catholics and nothing happened and Congress came forward.
Like the suspendables have spawned at least 4 congressional investigations right into missing kids, into bias of the FBI, into whistleblower retaliations and so on. And none of them do anything for us and they certainly don't do anything for the broader American people. So when you think that somebody is really fighting evil or whatever, a lot of it is just awareness campaigns and that's why I want to kind of highlight this thing from RedState.
It's quite important. Let's get started off with the first story of the day, 'cause it gets me talking about guns and I like doing that. The Supreme Court is going to take up a ghost gun case for the next term. They've basically said that they are going to do this. This is coming from ABC News and they've decided where they are going to decide rather whether or not you have a right to buy a self assembly gun kit and whether that should have to have
a background check. Supreme Court said on Monday it's yesterday that it would take up the issue of ghost guns for the next term and the Biden administration's appeal seeking to regulate self assembly weapon kits just like any other
firearm. The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, which is generally speaking a very conservative court, struck down regulations in 2022 from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms that explosives the BATFE or also known as the the ATF that determined sale of weapons kits required a background check and that you had to serialize the parts for law enforcement tracking. We talked a little bit about this, I think yesterday, but there's a massive problem with guys like Dexter Taylor being in
jail. First of all, there's a fundamental American right to own arms. It's not even up for the debate. The powers of the executive are laid out. The powers of the of the legislature are laid out. Article 1-2 and three define how our government looks. And then they tacked on afterwards and said, we amended to make sure that, you know, you cannot infringe on these things. Free speech, the right to, you know, practice your religion, to assemble the press, to own
weapons. You can't be searched by the government. All of those things follow on. And I don't know how anybody can read the Constitution and say, OK, these are the things. And then they explicitly, after writing out all the things they do, they told you all the things they cannot do, which is what the Bill of Rights is. I I often say that it's like a leash on the government. It's intentional. The founders had a compromise.
If we don't understand the historical debate that happened, then it's worth knowing there was a federalist and an anti federalist side. Some people wanted a strong federal government 'cause they had just seen the Articles of Confederation collapse and they realized that there needed to be a strong enough government to collect taxes and to do something useful. But the individual sovereignty and the individual personal liberties and rights needed to
be preserved above all else. And the Bill of Rights was the compromise, especially the ones in Nine and 10, stating that those that are not enumerated right, they remain with the people in the state. So even if they don't say it, first of all, it says this is not an exhaustive list. And secondly, if we didn't say it, it stays not in the federal government's purview. There are so many unconstitutional things that our government does on their face simply by referring to the Bill of Rights.
They cannot give themselves the authority to regulate things that they have no authority to do. It is my position that all gun laws at the federal level are unconstitutional. It seems pretty obvious based on the words and the Supreme Court constantly gets this wrong. What's interesting is the 5th Circuit got it right and said that you can own a gun without a serial number.
Now we've had my buddy the machine gun lawyer on talking about this before, but having and requiring a serial number for law enforcement tracking, which is what you just heard in this case that ABC wrote up. If it's law enforcement tracking that requires the serial number, one, that presupposes that you can find a gun because of a serial number, that's complete BS. It's nonsensical. And second, it presupposes that all guns will end up used in crimes. You guys know I love to do this
kind of stuff. Look, I have a ghost gun, so-called ghost gun that I created. OK. This is a Glock model polymer 80 that I milled and did myself with all my own little parts. If you think that you can assemble this from a parts kit, having never seen a firearm before or worked with these things, I will encourage you to say absolutely not. Now this is a functional weapon 100% about. There's no question that it works.
We're going to go ahead and strip it down here and I want to show you something because this is what has to be done. By the way, this is what the ATF can't do. Go figure. The first thing is this the the slide comes unmilled. There are parts back here that
need to be milled off. You have to go either with a Dremel or you have to go with a Sander, or you have to go with a pocket knife and cut them and then you have to sand them down to a level of perfection that allows that slide to operate back and forth. There's some more back here. These holes must be drilled because they don't come pre drilled. And then this piece down here, there's a little spot that actually blocks where the spring would go. That has to be milled out
properly. And if you do it too loosely, they won't function. If you do it too tight, you won't have function either. It'll bind up on the spring. There's some work that's done and there's some required skills that if you don't have a drill press or a really, really stable hand, you will screw it up. There's no question in my mind you can mistraw these, these pins and then your seat, your trigger mechanisms won't seat properly.
So there's a lot of work that has to go in that requires some gunsmithing skills. The second thing is this, because it's not a factory weapon system and you're almost inevitably buying an aftermarket set of things like parts and slides and barrels, and all these little things are called their tolerance parts. When you build a piece of of machinery, each of the little parts has to fit within a
certain amount of tolerances. Tolerances are the degree to which they can be outside of the specifications. Here's the real wild part. If you stack a bunch of tolerances that are within spec, but they are not to the factories making, and they don't have what they call quality control, at the end you'll get a gun that doesn't fire. This weapon did not fire when I first got it. It fired very, very unreliably. It didn't work the way you'd expect it to. It would shoot brass at various
different angles. And so I actually had to set up a camera behind me. We we videotaped where the brass was ejecting and then diagnosed the problems in feeding and functioning with various different ammos to decide what it would handle. It is not like a factory Glock. This is a very, very choosy, silly toy that I bought and built because I wanted to know more about the mechanism. It's the reason why Dexter Taylor's case is so interesting.
He was interested in finding functionality in firearms. That's a fundamentally American thing to do, to have a hobby and to tinker and to make something better. I had to go out there and find new springs. And I took a lot of time on research, trying to figure out what what, what each of the ejection problems meant, whether it was an extractor issue, whether it was a barrel, you know, tolerance. And once you figure out how it works, then you can go out there and diagnose the problem.
This is what that Dexter was talking about on our show when he said that he wanted to create kind of like an algorithm, a system you could plug information in and then get it out, hey, this is what's going wrong with my firearm. How do I fix it? This would work for they are platforms it would work for for Glocks or different pistols like that. And you can build these on a different, you know, on the Sig platform on the Glock and so on. This is an American, right? And here's the thing.
This one you'll notice if you see right here, see this little blank piece of metal, if you were to sell it as a fully formed frame because they make these fully formed as well serialized pieces, then you can get it so that it actually has a serial number on it. But there's no reason for a serial number. It's just Kyle's gun, serial number 0000. Nothing.
Ghost gun is what they call it. And here's the idiots that talk about it. We always find the most unserious and foolish people showing you their ignorance about firearms. They're the ones out there trying to legislate this. This is an old video. This is Kevin De Lyonne, who is an absolute dipshit when it comes to this kind of thing. He's completely talking out of his ass. He knows nothing about guns, but
it illustrates the problem. People who know nothing about the topics they are legislating often times are the ones doing so. And then we're going to talk at the end of the show about corruption when they actually may or may not know something about it. But they've been tipped off and they're they're not even going to show up to do the job that they signed up to do. Here's Kevin de Lyonne giving you the famous. This is a ghost gun and you guys will enjoy it.
This is a ghost gun. This right here has ability with a 30 caliber clip to disperse with 30 bullets within half a second 30 magazine clip and a half a second 30 magazine clip. Semi automatic clippazine, fully semi automatic assault machine gun. These guys don't know what these words mean. They're just using words that actually have real meanings to real people.
It's the same thing as when you hear people talk about federal law or when they get into the spaces when they're so far out of their depth, they don't even know the thing that they're talking about. He doesn't understand rate of fire. None of those things were true, as you guys saw on the screen. We'll cut some of this for the audio show. But these are the kind of people that are trying to legislate that that's not a ghost gun.
You're physically holding it. What you're saying is, is if somebody were to have that weapon turn up at a crime, and by the way, most people don't just like fire a gun and then leave it, You can still tie it to the person who cares where it came from. What cares what I care about is who used it. It's a tool. Having a serial number associated with a chainsaw doesn't make it better or more safe. You can still cut your leg off with it.
It's completely irrelevant. And should you cut your leg off with it, it's going to be on the operator air or the person that misused the tool. And then we find it out and it's either an OSHA hazard, there was a workplace safety issue, or the operator chose to do something stupid, or it was used intentionally in a crime. These things are all possibly true. You still have to investigate
who the person was. It's not like you find a gun and you're like, the serial number tells me exactly what they are. This is not CSI. This is not real, it's foolish. So interesting that the Supreme Court is going to take this up. What's also interesting is I worked a case out of Tampa which was a terrorism case and the initiating action for the FB is counter. What do they call it?
Confidential human source engagement which was done online with a so-called ISIS supporter was that they interrupted one of these so-called ghost gun packages. What happens is they send you the kit, they will also send you a, a, a jig. A jig is a piece of plastic that you strap that lower frame into and it allows you to guide your, your screw and guide your, your cutting and it also guides your ability to drill it. That's the biggest thing. If you have a drill press, it's no big deal.
If you don't and you're free handing it and you're not very good at getting a 90° angle on a potentially walking bit, you can cut right through it because of course it's cutting through plastic. The jig is plastic. You can cut the jig. So there's all kinds of ways to screw this sort of thing up. In any case, the FBI intercepted A polymer 80 frame creation which would have a barrel and would have a slide. But none of those things are functional without a significant amount of work.
And the guy, as you heard, the Steve Diebach, who's the the director of the ATF, what he said was, oh, I could create a firearm with this and however many minutes, whatever he said, 30 minutes an hour, I don't know how many. He said he could spend all day with hand tools and based on the the Roly Poly gut, the soft fingers, the glatinous face that he's got, that dude is a, a human Jelly Bean.
There's no chance that he's creating a functional firearm like I have sitting next to me. And I would never take that thing as a carry piece. I would absolutely never put that in a holster and make that the thing that is protecting me from evil in the world. You, you have to be out of your mind. There's a reason why stock firearms are the things they carry. It's not because people go like, well, you can't make a better gun. You can.
But when you start tweaking these things, they become less and less reliable and more and more finicky. You don't carry finicky handguns for safety. You carry simple, easy to use, non competitive, non race type guns. They're not specialized tools. They have to be general tools. That's what I have to say about this. What's interesting is is they're going to take this thing up. And of course, they've already gotten ahead of their skis over at the Biden administration.
They've already decided that they've got, you know, an Office of Firearm Prevention or whatever the hell they calling it. Their Kamala Harris is going to stop gun violence by just Fiat. They're going to do red flag laws, all this other crazy stuff. All of these things are infringements on our civil liberties, specifically the Second Amendment. They don't have a right to do it. It's nice that the Supreme Court should take it up.
And just like the bump stock ban where they were trying to talk about what the function of the trigger is, we're having arguments by people that are 1, disingenuous and two, don't know what the hell they're talking about. You have people like Katanji Jackson Browne saying that the function of the trigger is to initiate a chemical reaction. It's like you could get there, but as I said, function of a trigger on like an AR15, which is what they're talking about in
these bump stock cases. The function of the trigger is to release a hammer, period. The function of the hammer is to strike a firing pin. The function of the firing pin is to strike a primer and then the primer when struck will initiate a chemical reaction. Yeah, you can get there, but there's a whole training like the function of the trigger, if it doesn't initiate a chemical reaction is not a failure.
It can dry fire perfectly. Well anyway, these people don't know what the hell they're talking about. And the sad thing is, is they're making and deciding on our laws. Hopefully our conservative ish Supreme Court will actually do the right job. You know, they failed in the state secrecy thing. They've erred on the side of the government more often than not. That's actually a net danger for us. It's a damage to American liberties. It's really scary stuff.
I don't like it. I want us to be aware of it as we go into it. But at least they're going to take take it up and decide whether or not the ATF can come kicking down your doors in the cases. Like Dexter Taylor, who is now sitting at Rikers Island because the New Jersey, I'm sorry, because the New York jury put him there for state violations even though he didn't violate any federal laws. But they found out about it because the ATF raised people that make these parts systems.
Do you understand where I'm coming from? This is a liability to you. Are they going to come kick down my door in Texas? No, they can't. But if you live in a state where these things may create a situation that is, you know, litigious for your state authorities, even though they're federally legal, you can buy them over Interstate lines. A lot of them won't ship them anymore because they're the liability is too high and they're putting American businesses out of business on
purpose. The ATF wants to go after the small guys and they want to get rid of your ability to have firearms, period. End of story. That is not an American government that we should be funding. And of course, we are at full force. All right, I want to say thanks to my buddies. Speaking of funding Patriot Coolers, they've been funding us since February of 2023. Interestingly enough, that's about when we got kicked off at doing this thing on a regular basis.
We started doing the three day a week thing. They've been doing it since then. We've gone 5 days since then and we have a much bigger audience. We're really appreciative that you guys are out here and watching. You guys can support Patriot Coolers if you are so interested. This is my 16 ounce. I probably have like 8 or ten of these things. I've got that one. I've got the different tumblers, I've got the big ones, I've got
the small ones. We've got the 20 oz, the 32 ounce, you name it. It's it's a tool system. You buy them once and you have them forever. I, my oldest Patriot cooler is, is old as the company. It goes back to 2017 and I carried them on FBI duty when I was a surveillance guy. I still sit here and do my job with them everyday. Patriot coolers.com, the promo code Kyle will save you 10%. It lets them know that you said
it's not a unique discount. By the way, if you're a military person, you click the military discount, you'll get their discount. It's the same thing. It's the same 10%. The difference is if you use promo code Kyle, they know that we sent you and we do appreciate that 50 bucks or more, you'll get free shipping. Check out Patriot coolers again. You're not missing out. I mean, like, if you're using a Yeti or any of these other things, they're all the same as far as function.
This one actually seems to do better because we've tested them. Yeah, I have one Yeti that I took from the FBI. All right, I want to keep moving. We got more stuff going on. Again, another Supreme Court story. The Idaho Supreme Court. Sorry, the Supreme Court is looking to decide about this Idaho abortion ban, which sort of has this federal law push saying that you must do certain amounts of emergency care if you've never worked in an
emergency room. What's relevant is, is there are all kinds of federal statutes that interfere with what the state does. And there's another piece that was about this in Texas. Texas was upheld in their ability to limit abortion requirements. There's this battle is supposed to be happening at the state level. In fact, the the federal, the federal Nexus has basically been more or less decided that we're not supposed to have the federal government involved.
It doesn't stop the lawfare types. It doesn't stop those who want to push baby death. They don't want to fight it at the state level. They don't want to go out there and see if they can change state laws to favor their preferred policy. What they'd like to do is use the federal hammer to come in and crush it. These are the same people that also wanted to say that the state has the plenary authority to change whether or not Donald Trump is on the election, right?
Or whether he's on the on the ballot. The same people that were doing the Donald Trump is very dangerous in Colorado and he can't be on the ballot for the sake of democracy. Those are the same people that are also trying to say the federal government needs to come in and tell states how to do things. They can't have it both ways. The people on the political left, these are great examples of the hypocrisy and the cognitive dissonance that has to happen for you to be a political
leftist. There's people in the center that can have ideologies that are not completely in conflict with each other, but this is yet another version of it. This dispute says it's going to be argued on Wednesday. So we're going to hear the, the actual oral arguments on Wednesday. I don't know if we'll cover it or not, but I'll, I'll give you an update afterwards. It involves the interplay between Idaho's near total ban on abortion and the federal law that requires Medicare
participating hospitals. Again, this is where the federal hammer comes in. It's about money and many hospitals rely on money, Medicare money from the federal government to be able to stay alive. That's how they make all their, you know, their, their Billings, particularly people that Medicare and Medicaid. Those are your people that are either old or indigent and they don't have the means to otherwise do it with private, with their private healthcare systems.
All right. They're talking about providing necessary stabilizing treatment, including abortion and emergency care for a mother whose health is in serious risk. The thing about all these laws is, is that even if you were, if you were to accept their premise, which we don't, they always have exceptions in there to save the life of the mother. There's, there's many women who have died in childbirth and
chose that path. I think it's really, really, really a difficult toss up. You know, how do you handle that situation? And any woman who has had a miscarriage, I have friends who've had them recently and over over time. It is the thing that I am the most sympathetic for because it's horrific. It's something that men can't understand because we didn't start bonding with something. We didn't get that idea in our head and have the hormonal rushes.
But when you're talking about saving the life of the mother, that isn't almost always cut. I've never heard of a cut out that didn't have that in there. It always allows you to do that. So they always could bring out these two exceptions. What about life of the mother? And what about what about, you know, cases of rape and incest? There's a strong moral argument to be made that in cases of rape or incest, it's not the child's fault and you don't kill somebody for somebody else's
crimes. But at least we understand that argument. But it's such an infinitesimally small fraction of abortions that happen, something like over 90% of the, if my memory serves, it's over 98%. So you guys can Fact Check the numbers, but it's well over 9 out of 10 abortions happen for convenience or unstated reasons, which is convenience because people didn't say it in the in the surveys. It is not. It is not about these very, very rare use cases.
But when your argument is weak and the argument in favor of killing children at all ages up until the point that they are born, it is weak. It's inherently weak and it's evil and they know that. So they don't say we should be able to kill babies at all ends. When you actually hear these people, my buddy and I actually sat out. My buddy and I actually just sat out in front of the Supreme Court before they did the Dobbs decision.
We are out there and they are women out there that were arguing in favor of abortion, a bunch of wild ones. And they were screaming about how, you know, hail Satan was the thing that they were screaming. And when they said it because it was a couple of them that were like trying it on just to see if they can own the Christians. Everybody else just went like, OK, that's a bridge too far. They know that it's inappropriate.
They were screaming about how they were women out there holding babies that were pregnant, saying I can kill this baby if I want to. Yuck, man. Like that's not like, let them run with that messaging. Even though I think Donald Trump is not being particularly courageous, I don't think he's being stupid politically to say that it's it's a states rights issue and the states are going to handle it. And it's our job to be able to move the needle individually in 50 different laboratories for
freedom to save children. OK, There's a lot of red states that have done that. And for them to fight it in the Supreme Court shows you fundamentally that they are not interested in states rights. When they talk about it, it's just whatever is most convenient. They'll pick up whatever hammer fits their fight. I would like conservatives to conserve things and to be
ideologically consistent. And one of them is if you want to argue for states rights and divesting from the federal government, then do it. Then you got to make moves in your own place, whether it be Arizona, which is what you're seeing on the screen. But the actual case that's being heard is the Idaho abortion law. This is all relating to what's called MTALA, the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act.
There are arguments that are parts saying that essentially parts of that law are unconstitutional. And the 5th Circuit, I think coming out of the northern part of Texas and in the 5th Circuit is being heard as well. This case should actually settle a number of states that have pushed very aggressive pro-life positions defending of babies in medical settings. And when they did that, I'll I'll take BS word. We want to take a Kamala off the screen. We'll take her on the screen.
They, they went out there and and made these arguments. Several of the lower courts in the federal system have actually sided with the states rights issue that they have the ability to do it because of the Dobbs decision. So now we're going to get hopefully a full answer on whether or not Dobbs is going to be strengthened and affirmed or whether they're going to walk away from it.
I would hope that because it's the same court and it's very, very short order Again, two in two years, it's essentially the same thing we keep seeing the Biden administration do. What do they do? It's that law, fair game. The game is move the needle, get beaten down in court because
what they've done is illegal. Like the COVID mandates were were knocked down and right before there's a a full on decision, they try to withdraw, they try to withdraw their position so that there isn't case law. They got nailed on Dobbs because it was always going after very, very bad case law in Roe V Wade. And they're probably going to get well. I think they'll get nailed in this simply because the state should have the right to choose this this situation. That's how they set it up.
That's how the decisions were set up. All right. This is not a small issue. It's not just an Idaho if you live in Idaho, it's not the only place we need to worry about this because it's a running platform for the political left. It is the IT is part of the the ethos of the Democrat Party at this point. We say the left, but I mean the Democrat party. We're talking about Trump here and his VP pick.
This one's coming from NBCNBC news has an entire section on their 2024 election and it says as Trump mulls over his V pick VP pick rather and anti abortion. I'm sorry, abortion rights group warns about quote UN quote, extremist candidates. Now, this is a essentially a puff piece that's written for the president of Emily's List, whose name is Jessica Mackler. You'll remember that another associate of Emily's List is now sitting in in the Senate.
And she said that voters that are living in a state of chaos and cruelty because of Trump's record on reproductive rights. I would suggest that Donald Trump just let them run with this. If their position is that babies must be killed in order for us to have freedom, let them just make that point and just ignore them. Give them all the space they want to talk about it and address it. Not at all.
There's a list supposedly of like 14 different GOP contenders that they address in this particular thing. They refer to it as putting them on notice. They claim that every single GOP figure from Tim Scott, at least Stefanik, JD Vance, Kristi Noem, Marco Rubio, you name it. Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Marjorie Taylor Green, Byron Donalds, Katie Britt, Carrie Lake, all of them are listed as extreme on the anti abortion agenda. They're phrasing it in a certain way. Obviously it's anti abortion,
right? Not pro-life. They have to name the abate and then they also have to talk about reproductive rights because they don't like to talk about pro abortion people. They always talk about reproductive rights and people who are interested in health freedom. Where were those people when they were trying to shove shots into federal employees and members of the military like we saw Rob Green on the other day? Where were they talking about bodily autonomy?
It's my body and it's my choice. We all know that this is disingenuous garbage. But if they want to run on that, I think Trump just gets out of their way and let him run on it because it is in fact evil. So make make the arguments in favor of evil. I think give them all the air that they want and don't address it because it doesn't matter. It's not an issue unless they make it an issue again. It's like, look, the Supreme Court has spoken and they're
about to speak again. That's the good rule. That's where we ought to be at Speaking of pro-life positions and so on. Folks, you guys can support our sponsor, Catholic Vote. We got a new podcast that's over there. It's called Between the Lines. It's kind of a, a short version. It's like a little bite sized podcast. It's between 10 and 15 minutes on a given time. It's a little bit more produced. It's not a live show like we do here.
You guys can follow it on Catholic Vote YouTube channel or someone just said in the chat that we lost our YouTube feed today. God forbid you talk about talk about abortion issues. I'm sure that's what happened. I'm sure I'll find out that I had some violation that upset their policy about reproductive freedoms or whatever, but you guys can go over there and support Catholic Vote. Go to catholicvote.org, get into the loop.
You can go to catholicvote.org/loop if you don't want to sign up for it specifically and you just want to review the best. Now they used to say the best minute, now they say the best 3 minutes that you're going to get in an e-mail. Otherwise, you go to catholicvote.org and click Loop Me In and you can follow them on social medias at Catholic Vote. Same story over on YouTube, it's at Catholic Vote. And like I said, we've got a little podcast over there that is kind of fun.
We're doing it like once a week at the moment between the lines. I think they're doing a really good job on it. Scott has used to be with pregger you and he's the producer and and he's a really, really good guy. And, and we have a like a perfect clarity of vision of what we're trying to accomplish and what we talk about talking about like bigger issues and long form. They're almost like patriotic sermons, if you will.
I don't really do sermons per SE, but I do believe in the country and I believe in sort of the freedom and the values that exist in America. So we talk about that a lot. And you guys can see it over at Catholic vote. So that's a plug for them, not so much shamelessly as so much as they've been supporting us, but more importantly, I, I actually think it's they're doing a really good job with
what they put together. They've also got the Edify and the loop cast a couple others and they're fun. They're fun conversations with cool people. So check them out. Let's keep pressing on. This is the thing that's been sweeping the country. I've got a bunch of videos to kind of show you my .150 arrested at New York University amid pro Palestinian protests, says New York Police. All right, this is coming from
ABC. The protesters broke through barricades on Gold Plaza. 150 people were arrested on the university campus. Pro Palestinian protests spread on college campuses throughout the country. Why are they spreading on college campuses? Why are we down with this sort of like anti-Semitic taste? Why are these idiots who have nothing to do with either Judaism or Islam, why are they stepping up? Because they're useful idiots. They're being used as pawns.
They are a grievance culture. They are looking to identify what they think is systemic racism or other iniquities that are in the American system. And they are attempting to push this thing onto, you know, it's the, it's the, the square peg in a round hole. It's like there's a problem in the world. Can we make it fit our world view? Never mind the fact that a lot of the people that are out there protesting would not survive very well in Islamic regimes. They wouldn't.
I'm just going to leave that there for a second. The arrest came more than 100 after days after 100 people, including students, were arrested protesting at Columbia University. These have grown, including at Yale. I've got a video of that pattern of behavior occurring across campuses in the across the nation in which individuals attempt to occupy a space in
defiance of school policy. Rest assured, the NYC, I'm sorry, in NYC, the NYPD stands ready to address these prohibited and subsequently illegal actions whenever we're called upon. Really. Are you? That's good to hear. That is the NYP DS deputy commissioner for operations. It's not and said through social media posts. So that's Caz Daughtry. OK, cool. Caz. That's nice to hear that you guys are going to finally step up and do your job.
You have missed the mark on a lot of these mobile protests. It's the reason why Mark Naughton is able to go out there and cover this stuff. They're just fine to run through it. And you won't be surprised to find out that there's some anti Biden sentiment because of it. So of course Biden is trying to figure out where that that angle is. How do you justify sympathizing with and attempting to Curry the favor of the all Jews are genocidal type thing, the anti-Semitic protest?
And also, you know, not lose donor money and not lose the, the money that they're throwing in foreign aid to Israel and not lose that position. And so they are trying desperately to thread this needle. So the Biden administration has condemned these anti-Semitic protests. As per CBS News, he's condemning them and said those who don't understand what's going on with Palestine, that's that's the reason.
It's because these students don't understand what's going on with Palestine. Well, I probably agree with that. That's actually true. Biden said. I condemn anti-Semitic protest. That's why I've set up a program to deal with that. We have a problem with guns. We're going to have a program, we're going to have a house. Like this guy is the dumbest. It's you guys want it, It's the most, it's the most retarded way
to solve problems. White House policy and White House programs and departments are not the solution to local things. This may be a national issue, but it's certainly not a thing that the federal government handles. Protests should be handled locally by the states as they violate things that are state law or municipal laws or codes or university policies. You can't have the massive hammer the federal government come in and infringe on things that would otherwise be
considered free speech. But for the fact that outside of the the federal government, the interior little things, these city, these county, these private property situations, they're the ones that are supposed to to deal with this thing the law enforcement on are fundamentally human liberties that are God-given and pre exist. The federal government are not supposed to be touched by the federal government. They're supposed to be touched by the people that are closest to you.
This is Arcadia, CA with a bunch of idiots equating the KKK and IDF because, because the IDF would have loved hanging out with the KKK and vice versa, right? The clan. That's who you think about when you think about the, the, the Israeli army. It's this. These people are retards. There's no other way around it. Look, and they're children too. They're dumb, chanting children. Here we go. AKAKAPD they're all the same. AKAPD they're all the same. AKKAPD they're all the same APDAPD.
They're all the same and the cops are out there going like, what are you idiot children doing? This is California, Sir. This is a Wendy's, right? So we've got dumb people doing dumb things. That's the nature of dumb people. That's how they do it. They're doing it in various facets. I want to show you this is this is very it's across the country and it's moving in a big way.
You have to be aware of it. It's dangerous for cops because if they don't have the backing like we just heard, I don't know if that's actually true. They've said it publicly, so we should hold them accountable. But if the NYPD is not going to go and set the stuff down, it when you allow this stupidity, it makes it more dangerous. Look at what happened in Portland and Seattle and Minneapolis and Los Angeles and Washington DC when people started occupying physical
spaces and blocking things. I got stuck in a couple of protests in Washington. DCI was very tempted to run them down, other than I knew the FBI wouldn't justify what I needed to get to. But had I been in an emergency, an actual emergency, I would have gone through protesters.
I have no problem with it. I've showed you guys my bumper before on I think over on Twitter, you guys may have seen that in some spaces my bumper has the word move chopped out of it. It's a big steel bumper made in Montana, America. And it says move. And that's a that is a polite suggestion to get the hell out of the way when an 8000 LB truck is rumbling at you with 34 inch tires on it, like get out of the way. These people don't mind blocking roads.
They don't mind bothering everybody else. And it and it runs the gamut. Some of them are much more peaceful and just peacefully stupid, and some of them are much more dangerous. I'm going to show you all that kind of like from stupid and not bothering anybody, kind of like a peacenik vibes to all the way up to like full retarded cult. We're going to do kind of a little things. So this, I believe is the campus of Columbia.
It might be NYU, one of you guys who knows college campuses and places that I would refuse to live. Let me know. I was kind of digging it, so I kind of let it go. Kind of got a good beat. Some of these are not terrible, like that's one of the more catchy ones. Free free, Palestine free free. Anyway, they all have the same thing to say. If you guys are not following us on Rumble, by the way, you should give us a thumbs up over there.
Come on, join us. If you're on X or Twitter or whatever, come on over and join us on rumble.com/cal Serif. And that's where you guys could do that. If you want to follow the channel, you can do that. That's easy. And then if you get follow, it's going to give you an option to subscribe only and only if you are watching it on either your browser or you're seeing it on a computer and then you can subscribe to the channel. It's 5 bucks a month. It just goes straight to us.
It keeps us doing the thing that we're doing. If you like what we're about, please doing us there, let's do another video or two. This is people sitting doing like the Hare Krishna, I don't know, Hamana Hamana thing. This is fun to watch. Just kind of panning through the crowd and then we're going to work our way up to like fully, fully. Never go full retard. Some of you are wondering like, hey, why are their hands in the air? Yeah. Did you see her sign? They're going to kill me.
That was a George Floyd quote. Because racism and the cops and the IDF and the KKK and black people are being victimized. All of the leftist idiocies are all run together in this sort of thing. Those people are all doing a sit down. The meet was, I mean, that the beat was kind of kind of jiggy, right? They had a little Middle Eastern beat. Feels like you're kind of like in a market in Morocco or something. I don't hate that, but I don't
think it makes any sense either. I don't see the plight of the people that are living in Gaza that have decided to continually poke the bear of Israel, which is like smacking him around because Israel is a highly capable military. These people are doing hands up, don't shoot or I can't breathe or all the other stupid things because those, of course, obviously make sense. And you know how I know that you're really, really behind what you're doing?
You put on a retarded mask like that old man. Did you notice that almost everybody there was white and almost everyone there was out of shape and everyone there was weak? None of them have any ability to affect change. I call that one. The cult is strong. This is what happens when they take it to the streets though, because they are going to infringe on your civil liberties. This is where the police are supposed to act.
If they block your right away and your travel on a public St. and they have not predetermined that they're going to do that. We have to have this stuff stopped. It's not that they don't get to express themselves. It's that you don't get to infringe on other people's liberties to move and assemble and go to their daycare or go to
their job. We actually had Mark Nod interview one of these idiots that was blocking outside of the Supreme Court. They moved a big flag that was an anti Trump flag, which had nothing to do with what was going on. And they blocked off this thing. And we went up and we interviewed a guy and of course, he's like an old, old black guy, like, I have no idea, over 60 easily. And he was trying to get somewhere and he's disabled. He's got a handicapped placard.
He's got to turn around. He can't walk there and he's just stuck. Like you infringe on the rights of others when you start taking these things into the streets because you're so you're so important. It's narcissistic. It's self-centered. It's egotistical. It's short sighted and I don't think it actually works really well. I think they're actually the best advocates against their policies because they suck and they're bothering people that
are just normal. Like, do you want to go out there and and go get a burger with your wife or your kids? You want to go take a stroller out when there's a moron crowd? That is the stream of humanity going the wrong direction. Like, no, you're just going to stay home. Businesses lose money, The city loses money in taxes. The streets are being used inappropriately.
All this stuff is negative. But the one that I'm going to play you right now, which I think I'm going to call the pledge, I don't know what else you would call. This is borderline amazing because once you start hearing it, you're like, oh, this is the dumbest thing I've actually ever heard. It's it's it's so dumb. So we've kind of been elevating, like I said, an infringement. I say let these idiots go out there and do this jam.
Let them do it anywhere. Imagine walking past something and hearing this and then would you be like, oh, I am persuaded to join your cause? Or would you be like, those are the dumbest people I've ever heard. Watch this call and response on step.
Forward. Another step forward, we ask that you please respect that you please respect our privacy, our privacy and our community guidelines and our community guidelines, which you have so far disrespected, which you have so far disrespected and leave our camp. What? I have community guidelines and leave our camp. They're standing there like a candlelight vigil. Just a bunch of morons saying
the dumbest thing. Nothing is less powerful than someone who didn't think out what they were going to say and get a call and response. Like you just had a bunch of people say and respect our community guidelines. Who wrote those? What legal power do they have? None. You're a bunch of idiots standing on the ground that you don't own. Holy moly. It's quite fun to watch. And the sad thing is we talked about this the other day, women
stepping up, do we not? Women stepping up and saying young women saying we're not going to participate in the shot put competition with a dude, 13 year old girl stepping in and stepping out of the circle, right. And then women challenging trannies walking into walking into bathrooms at the University of Tampa. We did that yesterday. Why is it women? Where are the men at? Here's yet another one I'm not comfortable with watching. Women have to take a fight that
is a masculine fight. We're talking about aggression. We're talking about people that have no problem with violence. Why are we talking about having women step up? This was on Twitter. It doesn't show it's, it shows a sadness to me. One woman standing against the masses. Sure, this is apparently at Yale University, but who's this beta dude that's filming it and letting his wife stand out in front of it? Is he standing there on Overwatch?
Is he armed and prepared like to destroy somebody with a with a baton or something? Why are we putting these people at risk? Why do women have to be the ones that stand up? And it bothers me in a big, big way. I think it says a lot about our culture and why we're where we're at. Watch this poor lady stand up there. She's wearing a shirt for those of you that are listening.
And I'll cut this part out, obviously, but she's standing there wearing a white T-shirt that she's just written the word Jew on it in blue letters, white against blue like Israel on the back of the Star of David. It says Israel. She's being provocative in a pro Palestinian idiot crowd. You'll hear the same sort of like whatever Middle Eastern beats in the background. But here she is standing around, they're kind of leaving her alone.
I don't hate that. Like I said, why is it women that have to step into that space? And does she look like a Trump voter to you? This is why I think that this pro Palestine thing is probably the dumbest thing the political left can do. It is their emotional reaction to something stupid that they don't understand. But let them play insomuch as they are not inhibiting our freedom. Let them go and bother people. Then get them the hell out of the way. They're not going to be victims.
But it's not helping the left like these people hate Biden. And like I said, do you think that woman is going to be more persuaded to vote for a Joe Biden because of his anti semite policy that he's figured out? Anyway, It's kind of interesting to watch it all kick down. I don't think they can solve it at a White House level. Doesn't mean that we're not going to see stupid stuff like this. This was a story that led who is ACNN? Yeah, CNN LED this one. As of yesterday.
A suspect arrested and charged with vandalizing Rutgers Islamic Center, stealing a Palestinian flag. If you guys are seeing the picture right now, it looks like somebody broke like a vase. There's someone broke a vase in an office. I could clean that up in in less than 10 minutes. I don't even know if that's really vandalism. They arrested some guy for stealing a flag. Who cares? But this is this is above the fold. This is like front page CNN news because that is where their
their sympathies lie. They do think that this stuff is where the problem is kind of incredible. Meanwhile, this is a real story and it looks like this. It's Columbia University where you've seen some of these protests. Jewish students are being told to stay home because they might be targeted, endangered. We may have Mark Naughton out there. We're going to see he's thinking about doing a camp in with these folks. They've set up camps on the lawn. None of these people have day
jobs. None of these people are productive members of societies. They're idiots that are, that are being used for obvious purposes. And most likely they are paid instigators in a small amount. And then a bunch of fish swim with the current, a bunch of fools who are looking for family and friends and who are disconnected because they spend too much time on social media and believe that that's real. They're looking for, you know, real human connections. That's always been a case.
It tells you that you need people to go to church. Maybe these godless folks should be going to a mosque and making community and stop being radical idiots and being used as tools. That'd be kind of nice, would it not? You can't make it up, but if you're going to have to call home students and say that it's unsafe for you to be at a campus in New York, in New York, then we're dealing with absolute fools, total fools. And it's a good place to run on it. You just go.
Look, they're intolerant, they're dangerous. We're happy to have people protest. We're also going to protect people's civil liberties to not protest and be able to go to the school if they happen to be Jewish or Muslim or Christians or Catholics, whatever, all this kind of stuff. Why not?
Let's let's tip over to my buddies at the Mat Hat Jerky Factory and and suggest if you guys are looking for a high quality snack that is both protein, tasty, tender and way better than the garbage you might find in let's say a Costco. All right, let's keep moving forward because I just got I've just got like story after story after story here that I wanted
to cut through. This one is a little bit, I don't know, heartening. It's probably the right answer. This is a judge. This is coming out of where we see this reporting. This is coming out of. Yeah, out of out of ABC News. So not on the right, but judge declaring a mistrial in the case of the Arizona rancher accused of killing unarmed migrant. Do you see the way they just phrased that? How about asshole illegal alien that was on his property and threatening his family?
The judges declared a mistrial in the criminal case against 75 year old Arizona rancher George Allen Kelly, accused of fatally shooting a migrant on his property near the US Mexico border. The court just confirmed that on Monday night. The jurors had been deliberating since Thursday afternoon. They did about 15 hours of
deliberation. He was charged with second degree murder and aggravated assault on the January 30th, 2023, well over a year ago fatal shooting of Gabrielle Kien Butami, or Buitime, a 48 year old who lived across the border in Nogales, Mexico. He snuck onto the property and got himself killed for the trouble. They claimed that he recklessly fired. Kelly recklessly fired his AK47 at a distance of 115 yards, fatally striking this guy in the back.
Well, 115 yards is a pretty easy shot for most of us who have any sort of combat capabilities. A 75 year old man who wears a cowboy hat and ranches down and lives on the border in Arizona is not the guy that I'd be wanted to screw with. And maybe there should be some consequences for invading private property and threatening his wife. My dad's roughly the same age. Screw these people, man. I'll take that shot all day long.
I don't know how he had his AR, his AK kitted, but the the 762 by 39 round that comes out of an AK47 that's good up to 200 no problem. Safely without a lot of drop, you're going to be able to make a man sized target hit. And so if you've decided to be that stupid and that's what you're all about, you know, F round find out, I guess during the trial, the prosecutors pointed out inconsistent statements that he made the law enforcement officials throughout
the investigation. Yeah, he probably was confused about what the hell just even went down. Who imagines that a man that lives to 75 years is a cold blooded killer that's out there trying to just, like, execute people? No, when you see two people at 115 yards, it's really easy to imagine that they have weapons on your property. They don't belong there. Assume threat until proven otherwise. Anyway, they went out there and there.
They tried to tear it apart, but the mistrial means that he's not going to be convicted on this one. They can either try to recharge it and bring it back or they will have to drop it all together. Hopefully this is the end of the line for this stupid prosecution. I think a lot of people in Arizona feel very sympathetic towards a man who's simply defending his own property and his own family. That seems like something that's basic an American that right to
self-defense. By the way, right to self-defense is affirmed in EU NS, the the fully left wing UN Charter on human rights, for whatever that's worth. You should know it simply because that's who the left will argue on. All right, let's get to corruption at a big level. And this is a really great series of stories. What I wanted to show. First of all, if you're not following stuff over at redstate.com, we don't get any money from them, but they've got
good reporters. I've dealt with a number of them and I love their stories. I used to read them when I was working surveillance in the FBI. It's it's worth looking into. This is a series of stories. I've got like 8 of them on the screen, but you're seeing kind of a montage that is that is up there. This is the stories of the Ted Lieu California Congressman donor dollars.
And so you see pictures and all the stories that have been written by Jennifer Van Lauer titled everything from how his money from his campaign was sent to get his wife's school board campaign. Also the things that he was doing instead of being at his job and voting like he's supposed to be. And also some school malfeeding. So let's kind of kick into this. This is what real corruption looks like. Everybody thinks corruption looks like something sexy and interesting.
You guys all kind of have this like what if you know, it's, it's a bunch of like shenanigans going on and people meeting in back rooms. No, it's people doing it to your face like Ted Lieu, who's a congressman. This has been going on for years, several years now. The first story that is highlighted up on the top left hand corner of the screen. Ted Lieu's problematic use of campaign dollars funds his schools or his kids. Robotics team and his wife's school board run.
This goes back to May of 2019. They don't hide the stuff from you. It's right out in the open if people are willing to do the digging. This is the digging that is done by journalists. It's not done with grinder dates with a Ted lieu. He's a married guy that takes his money and he shovels it over to his wife and his kid for various things. And we're going to talk about how that happens. So he's a Democrat out of California. I don't know why they called him a failed Candace own troll, but
he must have been doing that. He tries to do like lots of gotcha stuff. He's got a huge social media following, 1.6 million followers, I think over on Twitter when I saw it this morning. He's always trying to, you know, post things that like receipts and and he's not very good at any of this stuff. But he's also got some serious problems with the Congressional ethics office. OK.
The issue is, is that he specifically funneled money, as you're seeing in one of these over not just to like he's taking money that donors are giving. You have to understand the nature of where these campaign funds come from. People give to political campaigns for certain outcomes. They're expecting to either have access or they're expecting to encourage someone who has their beliefs and their values to get into office in both way that they hope. That's what we're doing.
That's why campaign funds are considered political speech, because you are endorsing and you are funding the ability of that person to get themselves into office to represent your positions. So that's the whole purpose of these donations. And then if you turn around and use them for all expense trades, paid trips to Washington, DC for a for a ladies luncheon. If you're going to give them to your wife for her run for school board, which has happened not just here, but in multiple times.
And you have to report how you're you're finding this. So what Jennifer has done is gone out and dug into the public disclosures from the FEC, the Federal Election Commission. They have to tell you how they spend the money that they raise. They have to report the money they raise. There are certain rules about who they have to report about it coming in from, and then you have to be able to tie it back to what that cost was. That shows where the money went.
There's a public amount of accountability. By the way, this is the same problem that James O'Keefe has. He took money that was given to A5O1C3, right, a nonprofit organization. People got tax write offs for the things that they were trying to accomplish by giving that money. And then he used it for personal things and the, and it's very, very clear from the Project Veritas board and talking to them that he's probably liable for millions of dollars in unpaid taxes.
Because if you take people's money and instead of it being considered, you know, if it's given to a nonprofit and then you use it for personal things, you have to claim it as income. And he didn't do that. So that's the major issue that James is dealing with. It's not very sexy. It's actually very boring. It's pedantic, but this is where people get brought down on a regular basis. It's not gold bars sewn into your jacket. It's you gave $50,000 to Stanford from your campaign.
People gave you money to have you represent them, and you turned around and gave that money to the school choice that you had. And then what's really wild is, oh, shoot, your son got admitted to Harvard or to Stanford.
So you took money from someone else who was trying to get either political favor or have their voice represented in Congress. You turned around and decide the best way that you could do that was take the money they gave you and earmark it and hand it over to a contribution at Stanford University. And then suddenly, amazingly, your kid is admitted to Stanford. That's what corruption looks like. It's passed through money buying influence.
It's always about the, the, the intersection of money and power. He's giving money to his wife's congressional, her, her school board run. Do you know how much school boards generally have in their, in their, their campaign? We're going to talk about another story about it too. But generally speaking, school boards will run on like $1500. That's a couple of pamphlets. It's a couple of, it's a, it's a couple of pamphlets and a couple of signs, you know, maybe a
meeting somewhere. You're not running a bunch of ads. There's this, this, this other piece right here, like check this one out, right? He gave 15 grand from his congressional campaign to his wife's campaign so that she could be elected to a school board. Or is this pass through money, which is essentially what's being argued? This is going back to 2021, so 2019-2020. One, these are contributions from the 2018. He contributed $15,000 to the Betty Lou for school board
piece. She's she's already a trustee at the at the school and he began with his first contribution, which was 8880. Boy, I wonder if fake Frankie Figs knows about that one. The 8 eights. They hate that. That's the that's the Heil Hitler hay or something. In any case, we're we're talking about significant amounts of money for non significant campaigns and it's happened more than once. He's given it personally, but also given from his campaign.
And then the last little piece, which is just the basis of like, why are these people in office if they're not going to do the job that they're supposed to do? How on how on earth are we going to let them do this stuff? This is the one that I like the most. This is like the real tip that shows you how priorities are set up. Ted Lieu can't fly to DC because of an ongoing health emergency, but he's fine to go to Hawaii and Bermuda and a Rams game.
He couldn't attend in person votes in Washington, DC because of COVID, guys, OK, he was unable to attend. This is going back to January 14th of 2022. Again, when you dig into these people and you do real work, it takes actual time, effort. There has to be a process that goes on. It's not all slam bang journalist, you know, undercover videos. Real journalism involves going and getting evidence the way you
build a case. I talked to a very famous, probably one of the most famous investigative reporters in this country yesterday. And we were talking about and he's like, I never really liked the sort of gotcha journalist. I got a camera in your face. What are you going to say? That's stupid. I was always interested in actually, you know, getting doing the work. And I said, yeah, you know, like finding evidence.
Being an investigative reporter is a lot like being an A federal agent or being an investigator or detective. You have to go find evidence. And the evidence is all around you. And most of the time, evidence is not sexy and interesting in the same way that Chris Ray was misusing his jet. And the story is not a big deal to people, even though it shows malfeasance to like the tune of
seven figures. We've done whole shows talking about how Chris Ray is using our jet that cost us $60 million and he's using, it takes six flights for him to fly down and back and get home and the cost of the taxpayers probably upwards of 50 to $100,000 every time he does it. And he reimburses us for about 250 bucks. So this is what corruption looks like. It looks like the banality of evil.
It's people just doing their job, people putting their head down, a guy saying, hey, look, I can't go to do my job because I'm not allowed to go to to Washington, DC. By the way, I'm going to fly to Bermuda, hang out with donors. I'm going to be in Hawaii and I can go to a Rams game. And there's a picture of him at the Rams game surrounded by 10s of thousands of people during this ongoing health crisis.
And the other one is that he was on board a luxury cruise in New York City, hanging out with people that had a lot of money, which the faces are all blacked out there. Interesting. A handful of them look like they're at least ethnically Chinese. I don't know what he's doing raising money or hanging out with party people in New York City, but he couldn't be bothered. So he voted by proxy.
Like his main purpose for raising money is that he is a congressman and he's supposed to vote and he can't even be bothered to show up for his actual function. I encourage you guys to go over to Red State, click on Jennifer Van Laar's stuff and just look through all of her reporting. It's all very good on this one. There are a series of them and you can add them all to your tabs and just work through them.
You might as well read what what corruption looks like and what real investigations look like into people. And she's like a dog with a bone. If you go back, if you've been reporting on somebody for five plus years, one, you know where to look and you know what to see that's been updated, and two, you can tell that nobody is paying attention. This also got censored on Twitter. For whatever it's worth.
There's some like one point O algorithmic stuff that's trying to protect Ted. So he doesn't seem like a great guy to me. It does seem like the basic non sexy corruption that we would see, but that's what it looks like. It looks like a guy sitting with his wife at a place that he shouldn't be at the time, that he shouldn't be there because he's not doing his damn job and he's taking 10s of thousands or more and he's giving other people's money to buy favours for himself.
It's quite simple. Corruption is not super exciting. People trying to cut out the legs underneath Alex Jones. It's not deep state back, you know, backroom payments. It's a guy accepting a big check from a donor and then turning around and using it for a purpose that is his own and the donor being OK with it because they bought whatever they wanted out of it or the donor doesn't know. Some of these people don't even know what their money's being used for.
Steve Friend was just at a donor conference and he's like, I can't believe that these people write checks for what they do. You just go like people write big checks and like they don't like what are the, what are the actionables? If you have enough money that you're writing a check for 50 or $150,000 to support some cause and you don't follow up on it to find out if you actually got what you paid for. That's how a lot of these these groups run around.
The grift is, is selling you a lot of flash and bang and pizzazz and getting no action, but you're convinced that the attention is the action. When I used to do marketing and I didn't do it for very long, but I have a fundamental understanding that there are two things you can do. You can have a message and action or you can do awareness campaigns. You guys have probably heard
this. We used to always joke that if you wanted to have people, if you wanted to do awareness about your business, if you want people to be aware of your business, your hardware store, light it on fire. You won't get any new business, but people will be aware of your business. They will read about your business burning to the ground. But if you want people to come in and buy a rake for 1199 for our fall special, then you have to drive a targeted message towards a certain person and get
actions. You need to have results and those are measurable. Most people are not interested in seeing the measurability of it. Is there a measurable impact on Ted Lieu's campaign that she's been exposing? It doesn't think so. These people keep doing the same money, they keep writing the same checks and they keep getting the same outcomes.
So as you consider doing political donations or any donations, see where that money hits the road, what percentage of it goes and, and knocks that down and what percentage of it is actually moving the needle that you hope to? Are you getting the actual output? None of us would do this with a personal lives, by the way. You would never be like, oh, I came in here and I bought, I bought a Happy Meal for my kids, but I only got just the fries.
And I'm cool with that. You'd complain to the manager. And that's for, you know, 3 bucks, 5 bucks, whatever it is in Biden's economy, $13 for a Happy Meal. But if you did that with political money and you write a check to like your favorite campaign and and they don't work on your behalf, are you out there holding them accountable because you got to it's your money. That's why we hate politics, right?
All right, that's about it. I wanted to give you guys one little taste of something that's fun before we do that. Let's say the merch store. There's the merch store right there. Promo code Kyle on the suspendables.com. You can get yourself your own version, Kyle Serif and show shirt in blue. I don't know if this is my favorite, but it's it's darn near it. I really like this blue color. I want to thank Garrett for sending me the stuff because he does. He sends me free shirts and then
I tell you guys about them. Some of you guys can go get them. You can pick up the pins. You can pick up the the last line sub stack thing like you see right up here on the screen. That's pretty cool. It's got the the AR15. I get compliments on that every time I wear it with a quill coming out of it. You can even get people on the left to talk to you. You're like, no, it's just saying that the pen is mightier than the sword. And they're like, Oh yeah, it's
interesting. Why do you do that? So I do a podcast. So if you guys want to have interesting conversations with strangers, go ahead and go to thesuspendables.com. Again, the don't forget the dash in between it and suspendables. SUSPENDABLES. It's all nice triples there. suspendables.com, thesuspendables.com promo code. Kyle, get yourself hooked up with that kind of thing. Why not? All right, I got a little palate cleanser here with all these
Hamas, what do they call it? What does Dan call them? Hamas holes. That's kind of funny. Hamas holes. I'm down with that. Let's let's do something. When you when you cross the line with a dude who's already taking human life, maybe, yeah, maybe, maybe not the guy to screw with you might get you might realize this man has a different sense of consequences.
This is a lady in what looks like a little bakery or something trying to confront Alec Baldwin, famously not charged for shooting a lady and killing her, who's taking a lot of guff. I'm sort of sympathetic to Alec in this one. Make sure you stay tuned to the end of it. It gets more fun as she goes on. But this is the taunting idiocy. Like I said, I don't think Alec Baldwin is on the political right in any way, shape or form
based on what I've seen. But if you want to run people off, go bother them when they're trying to buy a burrito or get a cup of coffee, that's what. That's where people are really going to be sympathetic to your plot here. Alec, can you please stay free Palestine one time. Why did you kill that Lady? You kill that Lady and got no jail time. No jail time, Alec. Sorry. No jail time. Alec. You're putting innocent people
in jail. Alec Baldwin. Free Palestine, Alec. Just one time and I'll leave you alone. I'll leave you alone, I swear. Just say Free Palestine One time. One time. One time. Call the police. One time. Alec, you don't. You don't. He's a criminal. You don't. He's a fucking criminal. Come on, Alec, Just say Free Palestine. One time. One time, Just one time, please, and I'll leave you alone. Free Palestine. Fuck Israel. Fuck Zionism. Please say it one time.
Could you give me one quick? Alec, can you? Please. He got her. You see that? He either punched her in the face or slapped her camera out of her hands. Yeah, you're supposed to do that. No, you're not supposed to do that. But it's funny, and I I can't help but sympathize. Like he was pretty patient with a complete moron. Do you think that Lady knows anything about Palestine or the
conflict that's going on? Does she have any understanding about what military tactics are being used or not used? Does she have real information that she's gone and vetted? No, she's an idiot. She's out there being a useful idiot, calling him. She said you're putting people in jail. She doesn't. She's just saying words and there's consequences. Do you know what the only thing I like about that video other than him smacking her, which is funny.
It's a man on the political left who's decided to stand up and say, hey, idiot woman who's doing the thing, stop. You can't do that. You notice the beta dude wearing the the mask that walked away that was working, that he wouldn't even go call, you know, call the police. Yup. Why is that? Weakness, spinelessness. Let's not be like that. Let's be men. Let's be women that know what the role is, that know how to be appropriate, but also have
boundaries. Just like when you're raising kids, if you don't have boundaries, they're going to test those guardrails and they're going to get off the reservation and they're going to get hit in the face. But Alec Baldwin, who already killed somebody, just saying, let's be aware of that. All right, but you can support the sponsors. You can support the show by hitting the like button, by hitting the subscribe button, by notifying if you are so inclined. You want to know when we go live?

we live. Let me do a five star review. And here it is. This is actually from comments from Spotify, so we're not neglecting you Spotify ers or whatever that is. Debbie, 21 days ago she said thank you Kyle, really enjoy your shows. Keep up the good work and God bless you with some hearts. Thank you Debbie, very nice. Mike Philomio, I like that name. He said your response was enough regarding Bob Alinsky.
Thanks for responding. I'm disappear disappointed to hear he acted shady and ripped off your friend in his time of need. Keep up the good work. Your work ethic is inspiring. I appreciate that Mike. Like I said, we're responsive to you. You guys leave a comment that's that's worth addressing. I'll do it. And then BFDBK says, man, Kyle, you're so right on the shutdown and lying about the 12 bills. I'm so sick of these people. Yeah, our Congress does not work
for us folks. They don't work for us. Apparently, they work for Ukraine, as you saw yesterday on the show. What did what did Thomas Massie say this morning on Twitter? He said something about this is like, we got to clean the dogs out of this place. And that's definitely the case. All right, hang in there. It's going to be an interesting week. Got a lot more stuff to drop when it comes to the malfeasance of a man. Last little thought, man could
only serve one master. If he serves 2, he will eventually love one and hate the other. And in the same way, you can't be a servant of truth in your public life and be a malcontent or sexual pervert in your private life. Eventually those will spill over and you will begin to think that your private life is acceptable in public. You will become a servant of the thing that you are trying to hide.
Why am I saying this? Because as this week ends, we're going to show you what happens if you mount, if you mistreat women privately and represent yourself to be a virtuous person. James O'keefe's got a fall coming for him, unfortunately. I don't know why he decided he wanted to get rowdy with me. In fact, he was a Dick earlier on in in December when I was out and dealt with him at Amfest and so on, and my wife and I despised him as a person. But that has nothing to do with the work.
We just stayed away from it. And I'm going to end up showing you guys. I tried to help Project Veritas quite a bit because what I thought was going on was wrong. The federal government can't weigh in on who is and who is not the press, even if I don't agree with the style of journalism or I think it's useless if they're not quality reporting like Bennifer, Jennifer Van Lars at Red State, or, you know, there's others too. But it's like, you can't do that.
You can't let your your personal life slip in if you're going to present yourself to be something. When you hide A public face or your private face from the public, it eventually comes out. The mask always slips, folks, so hang tight. All right, we'll see you again in the morning. God bless you.
