Take a look behind the curtain with a real whistleblower, an American patriot. Prepare to embrace the uncomfortable truth, because this program has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties enthusiast, Second Amendment defender, and recovering FBI agent Kyle Sarah. Well, hello my friends. Welcome to the Kyle Serafin Show. Today is Thursday. It is March the 21st. I find that I'm always doing this.
I'm always like reaching back, like I'm going to shoot the date, but the date is up in the left hand corner of my screen. That's where I go folks. We are rolling live right now on rumble.com/kyle Serafin. Have you guys made sure that you've hit the like button? Have you made sure that you are subscribed to the channel? Have you made sure that you're following us over here on Rumble?
You can see us other places. I see there's a dozens and dozens, looks like a couple 100 people over on X that are watching. Yeah, but come watch us and Rumble. That's where the chat is streaming. That's where people are getting each other riled up for today's show today, we're going to be talking about judges and we've kind of touched on it just a
little bit. We had Katenji, Katenji Jackson Brown and some of her hot takes about guns and some for other ignorance that we've been sort of seeing her concern that the 1st Amendment and the Second Amendment are really hamstringing the government as it is designed to do. But yeah, we're going to be talking about some of these other ones. I don't know what on earth. Look, one of the best things that the the Trump administration did was move in a bunch of halfway decent judges.
What's incredible is the terrible judges and the space that the Biden administration is trying to do. There's one that we're going to highlight today. Her face was on the thumbnail, specifically her exchange with Senator Kennedy from Louisiana. Pretty illuminating. The most illuminating thing is how little time she has on the job to already be up for a Biden administration promotion. What it tells me is that their bench is very not to be, not to
have a pond there about judging. But their bench is not very deep and it's full of terrible, terrible candidates. There's an easy way to destroy them. We'll talk about it in just a second here. Let's get started off with a A. Thanks to our sponsors I want to lead off right now with for Patriots guys, you can go to forpatriots.com/kyle. I always tell you that you got two options. I mean it. There are two options when you are looking out into the universe about what's coming your way.
One of them is to prepare and that means you can go to places like for patriots.com/kyle, get yourself a few months. Months. Why months? Because things don't come back that quickly. When we get the real swing here, and it's pending sometime in 2024, either in your area or somewhere else in the United States, things are going to get real saucy. They're going to get Western. It's it's basically inevitable.
I'll show you a little bit. That happened in Tennessee with Rittenhouse. Look, people have lost their damn minds, and it doesn't matter with Donald Trump wins or loses. Honestly, it's going to get weird because if he loses, this country's probably going to decay. And if he wins, people are going to lose their ever living minds. It's very, very current right now to know that you have some continuity of calories, which is to say, buying some emergency food for patriots.com/kyle is a
place you can go do that. Scroll down the screen, Look into 72 hours. Should be probably in your vehicle at all times, but three months will get you squared away for enough time to be starting to look around. It's almost 100 days and those are something like 600. I think it's like over 700 individual servings of a calories for you and your family. Check that thing out. Make yourself squared away so you are not facing emergency without the proper equipment.
It's like going into a gunfight with a knife. You don't want to do that either. It turns out you guys watch the you guys watch that one, right? Because I'm not the only one that watched the the Untouchables back in the day and really like the Sean Connery move. All right, we're going to start off right away. We're going to get into it hot and heavy. Apparently we're holding these hearings and people in the political left are using them to
grandstand. We've got some great little video clips of some of the trashiest women in the American Congress. But what we're seeing is MSNBC claiming that the Biden impeachment hearings are failing. I don't think they understand what these are about. There's no chance that Joe Biden is going to be convicted and removed from office, nor is there any benefit to it at this point. We're going to get Kamala Harris for the last couple of weeks.
That would literally deliver something to the Democrats that they want, which is getting rid of Joe Biden, who's terrible. He's losing on his record. His record is bad. We'll cover that at the end of the show. So they're misconstruing what it's about. I don't think it's because they don't understand. I think they know there's no chance that Joe Biden is removed. But they're talking it up in such a way that they're acting like this has been a failure for
the GOP. And it's fundamentally not true. They said Wednesdays impeachment inquiry. By the way, I don't even watch these anymore. I just watch highlights. Because if you watch them, you'll actually want to stab pencils into your eyes and your ears. And you're all, everyone is Dumber for having watched it. Just like that. That piece from Billy Madison where at the end of that rambling answer, he just says that May God have mercy on your
soul. That's kind of how it is when you watch these, these oversight hearings, They're theater. They're ridiculous. And the thing that we've learned from our buddies that have actually been in there when Garrett O'boyle and Marcus Allen and and Steve Friend went in and testified in front of Congress, the thing that they said that is the most absurd is the camera angles. There's a big reason why when we send Mark Naughton out on the
street. And by the way, we had a great live stream yesterday, videotaping A gentleman throwing 5 slices of pizza and ending up in jail for it. Meanwhile, you can do exactly what you'll see at the end of the show where you can throw, you know, all kinds of craziness and spit on people and that will not result in jail time in other places. But in New York City, if you throw 5 pieces of pizza onto the mayor's front lawn at City Hall, you will go to jail. And we covered that.
The reason why we always cover the media as well, like we're it's a meta coverage. We're sort of a media organization that's covering other media because I want you to see how structured and fake all this stuff is. And these impeachment hearings, they're all fake. In fact, all the hearings that we see in front of Congress are fake. It's grandstanding. It's an audition to get on MSNBC, to get on CBS, to get on Fox, to get on Newsmax or OANN, whatever.
Real America's Voice. I guess those are all out there. They are auditioning for sound bites that might get them a little bit of publicity. They're not seriously trying to convey something. That's why the acting is is is so over the top. That's why it looks really bad. There's a an old expression in DC that politics is show business for ugly people and it's it's inherently true. It's also for like not very talented actors. You'll see that we've got AOC who's an is a semi talented
actress doing her thing. But this impeachment hearing almost always has one person asking questions. Whatever the power party in power, that's going to be able to push the the the, the strongest narrative usually has most of the members sitting there. And then in this case, the Democrats, they just pop in one at a time. They're not even listening to the rest of the testimony. They come in, they get their sound bite for five to seven minutes.
Maybe they're going to have a little bit more time yielded to them, and then they bail out. And we've got a slight clip that shows you just how empty that row is from one side of the aisle. It's pathetic. The scary thing is that the media just continues to show the witness and show the questioner. Like there's this very big courtroom drama that's all manufactured. It's false. These people are sitting there for like 8 hours. It's like a retarded Twitter
space. It's just talking into the void. In any case, MSNBC covering this thing, Hayes Brown is the one that you're seeing on the wrote the article that's on the screen here saying that it's a failure. Once again, it's actually achieving the goal that it's that's attempting to achieve. That's my that's my take on this thing. They are doing their best to cover up the fact that the Biden family has no business, that there is no skill set involved
other than peddling influence. And so they have to try to debunk it. And we've actually got a quick little video. Here's Chris Hayes kind of laying it out. If you are a low information person and if this is the source of news that you go to, look, I'm more than happy to watch MSNBC. It doesn't bother me. It doesn't make me angry. But most people who are watching this are also not turning around and then looking for whether or not the information that's
presented is true. They're just getting spoon fed. This happens on the right too. By the way. There's plenty of people that I I'll sit next to people on the plane that that watch Fox News and they'll be like it's like well, you you also don't know what's going on. Unfortunately, if you're not looking critically and you're not going to independent media that is not beholden to any of
these talking points. Do you know that we can't if you're if you're on Fox News you can't even get on there and and criticize like a Jim Jordan. Did you know that Let me break away from this. Did you know that if you work for a major think tank or if you work for a policy advocacy group on the political right or the political left, that the main players in the game will attack you and remove your funding?
If you try to speak out against them in a critical way that is fair, a fair, critical way, like you're addressing their policy issues, you're not just slandering them or you're not out there just making things up as you go. You actually say, look, this is a bad policy position. These are the reasons why. This is why I think what they're
doing is weak. You will get removed and you will never get invited back because those Congress people hold access to themselves to be a very valuable thing. And they will dangle it in front of news media organizations and let them say, hey, you can't, you can't come here if you're not friendly to us and we won't come, we won't come talk to you.
That's a real thing. I've talked to guys at Heritage Foundation that said that they were literally being told that they were going to advocate for the removal of members of their staff if they tweeted things that were unfavorable to the right. And the same thing happens on the left anyway. It's worth knowing this cabal of this Uniparty thing. It's not just the people in
political office. It's also the media organizations behind it, including places like Fox News, including places like Newsmax. They can't be hypercritical. They can't actually go after anybody in a meaningful way. They have to always sort of hedge it. So they continue to have access because these people have very, very thin skins. They're just like all other actors. It's not very impressive. All right, here's a little taste. This is Chris Hayes giving his the impeachment as a failure.
Bit as Donald Trump appears to be approaching his second criminal indictment in as many months, his allies in Congress are desperately trying to counter with their own scandal about President Joe Biden. Now, so far I've just said they have come up shockingly empty, which is why they've tried to craft this big mystery about this unsubstantiated, unverified complaint to the FBI, which they claim proves Biden and his family took bribes from foreign governments.
At issue is this 1023 form that an FBI whistleblower made you aware of that talks about specific actions Joe Biden may have taken in exchange for money. That's exactly right. I mean, this is unbelievable. This is corruption on a scale we've never seen in the history of our country. This just isn't a document that's in the possession of the FBI. This is a document they created. And they created it based on what Jamie Comer just said. They had a credible source, one
of their good sources. OK, so they have this document, right? The document the magical. Document. House Republicans are planning to vote on Thursday to hold FBI Director Chris Wray in contempt of Congress for declining to turn over the magical document. So all that stuff is them acting like this thing is a is a big failure. It's not about the document. It's about the fact that there's a dude who actually witnessed
all this stuff. Like I said, I think he's a scumbag, but he said he was there.
He's literally seen all I I don't know how many times I'm going to say the word literally today, but he's actually been in the room when people who have gone to jail for doing corrupt practices started doing those things around the Biden administration and he's, he's coming out basically trying to get out in front of it. How about people who do correct practices so that what happened was we had Bob Linsky out there speaking and then so they tried that Le Parnas because as I said
yesterday, it's always got to be the Trump, Trump, Trump thing. So here you go, Here's Le Parnas giving his opening statement. I'm giving it to you because it's worth hearing it. If you guys ever want to hear Lev talk, he's so incredibly 1 sided. He's not he doesn't sound like a terrible guy because he's always on Twitter and he's always holding these big spaces, but he comes in but he's he's
immovable. He sounds like an old, you know, former Soviet Ukrainian born guy that is trotting out a party line and he's doing this party line now. It's now favorable for him to run this gamut. And so he does. So here's his take that everybody's a liar and everything that you believe about the Bidens is manufactured because you're just a dupe. The American people have been lied to by Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, and various courts of individuals in government and
media positions. They created falsehoods to serve their own interests, knowing it would undermine the strength of our nation. The only information ever pushed on the Biden's in Ukraine has come from one source and one source only Russia and Russian agents. You were hearing it straight from Rudy Giuliani's former right hand man, a witness at today's House Oversight hearing in the GOP's impeachment. I have no idea why they thought that Lady was going to be a good broadcaster.
But the eyes and the hair, the none of that works. That's all crazy looking. She. If you're not watching on our Rumble channel, what you're missing are crazy eyes. That was both were full crazy eyes. You notice how we went straight to the Russia, Russia, Russia thing, because it's really, really hard for them to debunk. We can't get that out of people's heads because they all believe that. Has, has Donald Trump personally told you anything?
Has he has he conveyed anything in a speech that makes you think that Biden is corrupt? Or has it been Joe Biden's actions that made you think that? Because my my argument to you is this, it's it's almost it. It's almost what I would call like prima facie evidence that the evidence is available on its face, that there is no business
involved. You have a guy who's a crackhead, his son, who apparently is now back on the table because Baron Trump is 18 so we can attack anybody over the age 18. How about a 50 year old man that's been infantilized, that's a drug addict that has no particular skills. That's a mediocre if if if at all. A lawyer, maybe a lawyer in name only, and then he's hired onto the board of an energy company and paid $1,000,000. Like what?
It's you just have to, If you were to lay this out with no names and you say, here's the situation, There's a politician and he's been in office for a very long time. And his children who are grown, who are older than me, who have years and years of potential professional experience but have never actually been able to do anything, who basically just shut up shell companies and receive money from political donors and from foreign nations that seem to be lobbying for
some position. That guy goes and gets assigned to a foreign board board of a company in a language he doesn't speak in a country that he doesn't live in, in a field that he's not an expert in and is paid an incredible amount of money like some people's annual salary each month. And that guy. Is that corruption? Is that possibly corrupt? Does that look ridiculous?
And what you'll always hear too is that this other side, whenever you bring up the sort of corruption of the Biden family, I keep hearing this other sort of this pushback. They're like, what about Jared Kushner? And in the in the Saudis, they gave him $2 billion. They they gave Jared Kushner $2 billion after Trump was out of office. Maybe because he demonstrated some really intense capabilities of negotiating Middle East peace. Makes sense to me.
If you brought peace and stability to our region through negotiations and politics, I might be willing to invest in you. I might go like, man, you did something that very few people do. You were able to negotiate out the Abraham Accords. That seemed like a really big deal that that actually is really profitable for us, the Saudi Kingdom. And so we're going to take a chance on you. What's $2 billion among friends? Doesn't that make more sense?
At least there's a there. At least there's a line of logic there. It might be too much money, but maybe it's not. I mean, what's peace for one year worth in an otherwise destabilized region? I bet you it's more than two billion. I bet you it's a lot more than that. In any case, what's fun is looking over to the CNN main page coverage is what I found first thing this morning. And I think this stuff is worth talking about because the desperation on here. This is a two person piece.
This is from Edward Isaac Dovre. I hope that's correct. I'm actually, I don't really care. And Kristen Holmes and they're writing about this published first thing this morning at midnight literally right as it crossed over the threshold. And what we're talking about is a schedule or study in their schedules. You're seeing here post Super Tuesday campaign schedules, two
weeks out. And so they're going to actually try to trot out that Joe Biden's schedule is more rigorous than Donald Trump because Donald Trump played golf and is laying low while he's in the middle of multiple, multiple, intense and highly costly legal battles. And Donald Trump, I think Ben Shapiro has always said he'd be the worst client to have as an attorney because he can't be quiet.
He just continues to talk. He's actually kind of doing what he's supposed to do which is kind of lay low. There's hundreds of millions of dollars at stake and so he's laying low and he's playing golf and he's at his place. I don't think Joe Biden could walk through eighteen holes of golf. I I don't think he could. I don't think he has the ability to do it. But they're they're going to tell that he's he's very, very rigorous and he's he's virile and strong.
So even look at the pictures there, you got Trump kind of doing this dour, dumpy salute. That's actually not a bad salute for a guy who never served in the military. That's not a bad looking salute. I've seen far worse from most politicians. Then you got Joe Biden doing the Beavis and butt head thing where he's holding on and he's doing the corn Julio where he's got both fists balled up for some reason and they're white knuckled and he's got those Bony
knuckles sticking out. I don't really understand it that when someone showed me that he was, he looks just like Beavis. Is it Beavis? Yes, just like Beavis doing the Cornholio thing. I I almost died it. It's amazing. And you'll never Unsee it Now that you see it, whenever he does those two hands. OK, so this, this little article says the, the two oldest presidential candidates ever are always touchy about any mention of their own stamina or a cutie.
And they're always eager to take shots at each other for who's sleepy and who can keep up. Right. But two weeks since, they've essentially wrapped up their nomination, show very different bets being placed so far and very different challenges they face. Yeah. One guy is facing down the entire force of the federal government. He's facing state and local prosecutions as well.
And the other guy is basically being handed the nomination and is being coddled by a fawning and sycophantic media. That's what's going on. Joe Biden is coddled. He's got everybody defending him, rushing to defend him, and in vandalizing his son and making sure that he's that all attacks on him are off limits. Already this year, both men have shown reason to doubt the value of traditional campaigning.
Joe Biden won the New Hampshire primary by writing as a right in candidate, by refusing to even visit the state. Yeah, shocker, shocker. And there's been some allegations that something nefarious happened there as well. Interesting. The two candidates are are well known, obviously. Yes. This is the first time this has happened since 1892, the rematch of a former president and a current president. Very interesting.
And he's in the middle of the most intense period of in person campaigning since before the COVID shutdowns. Do you remember how Joe Biden campaigned in 2020? He just hid. It was like the best thing that could have ever happened for a guy that basically was barely sentient. Now he's on a post State of the Union Sprint. Is this going to result in a in
a in like a stroke? Is he going to have a hemorrhagic stroke where one of the blood vessels burst because they're increasing his blood pressure at a dangerous rate? Because that guy seemed coked out to me when he did the State of the Union. He was amped up, but it looked like there was a short timeline. I don't know how long they can pump him full of whatever it is they do.
State of the Union Sprint that will culminate in a fundraiser, the Radio City Music Hall in New York next week, where former presidents Bill Clinton, Barack Obama are expected to help him pull off what several believe may be the single biggest fundraiser event ever. You remember what we talked about whenever we say that the first time ever, the first of its kind or the biggest that's ever happened or all this kind of stuff. Always interesting to me.
How do they, how do they already know that it's going to be the biggest fundraising event ever. Biden for all of his activity, is showing a deliberate flex divine to build. It's designed to build off his hard swinging State of the Union address. Can you imagine? CNN is left of center, but they're still closer to to center than than like the far left loonies over at MSNBC.
Can you imagine watching that State of the Union and referring to that as a hard swinging speech where he likened Americans almost 50% of this country? Because I guarantee you I've already been smeared as a quote UN quote MAGA extremist. You guys who watch the show already know where I stand. I don't get excited about politicians at all. I'm like, none of them are my favorite. None. Literally none. Literally. That's what I should have called the show today.
I don't get excited about any politicians and this is hard swinging stuff. They called everybody who is not a Joe Biden fawning sycophant, a MAGA extremist. That's what they call them. And he had likened them to the Nazis in 1930s and 1940s Germany, marching across the local areas and and then running around in Europe. Like that was the comparison. And he compared himself to FDR, the only American dictator that's ever existed. I keep saying it because it's so important.
FDR used the the, the presidential veto more than all other presidents combined. He just thought his way. Or the highway. No compromise necessary. Don't worry about what the people said. It's the time is one of the major transformational pieces that move the executive branch from the Article 2 powers to really just being the power of the government, where we started thinking of it as being one guy, one force of will, pushing it across. Very intense.
And in any case, the thing that I found that was so interesting about this was that they casually throw in some smears against Trump. Trump has rate remained almost entirely behind closed doors as he played golf. You know how you play golf behind closed doors when you have a Palm Beach club? Is that what? Yeah. OK, that's what they said. They also said, and this is very fun, that he that he jumped in. OK, so he this is a Biden spokesperson.
This is an official statement from the Biden campaign calling whatever Donald Trump is doing a quote UN quote campaign might be generous. Anybody who watches Donald Trump knows that he's always campaigning because hiding at his club while calling for cuts to Social Security or calling to calling in to white supremacist radio host. Can someone please tell me who that is? By the way, I really want to know who the white supremacist radio host is. I went looking for it.
It wasn't obvious to me who that was. I tried to see what the interviews he was involved in this week. To spew anti-Semitic stereotypes isn't exactly an effort to reach the hearts and minds of the American people, because that's what Joe Biden's doing. He's reaching the hearts and minds of people. In any case, quite amazing to me. It's shocking. It's it's gaslighting is what that is. It continues to be gaslighting. But this is CNN. This is like the center.
This is, these are the the moderates on the left pushing this stuff out. Go back over and talk about some of the other stuff Biden fails on policy, and we're going to get to that too, because his policy doesn't win. It doesn't win with people. It doesn't win with anybody who cares. We got one more kind of little piece here because it was fun to watch. I'm sorry I put this up a little bit prematurely.
It was fun to watch Bob Alinsky, who I have no love for, just call out lies for what the lies were. So this is his opening statement. He caused significant consternation. That's the only way to say it. You watched Raskin and you watched Goldman. 2 horrific Congress. People that I I loathe personally like at a very, very visceral level. He just called them liars to the face. I don't like Bob Alinsky, but I
did enjoy this statement. It's worth sharing with you if you guys didn't watch the hearings. These are the things that you were missing out on. There's only a few few little pieces of it that are fun to watch, and this is one of them. So here's Bob Alinsky leading with You guys are liars, I'm going to call you to your face. And then they have this little meltdown. There's a silent moment here. That's when they're trying to, like, read the rules furiously and they're talking with their
hands over their mic. So here we go. At the same people preaching this mantra know better. They continue to lie directly to the American people without hesitation and remorse. Rep Dan Goldman and Jamie Raskin, both lawyers, and Mr. Goldman, a former prosecutor with the SDNY from New York, will continue to lie today in this hearing and then go straight to the media to tell more lies. Hunter Biden's defense attorney, Abbey Lowell, weaponizes letters to Congress to try to smear my
name. Mr. Chairman The Cold Art Facts Mr. Chairman In an attempt to save his powerfully connected client and his father, I challenge Mr. Lowell to make those claims on national television so he can be held accountable for his lies. Prior to my successful business career, I was an officer in the United States Navy at Navy's elite Naval Nuclear Power Training Command. I later served as the Chiefs, the Command's Chief Technology Officer. Please proceed.
I apologize for the disruption from the the. Am I supposed to say it's my time, Mr. Raskin. But please, Mr. Bobolinsky, please. OK. Come to order. Mr. Bobolitsky. Mr. Bobolitsky, please proceed. Please proceed. I apologize for the disruption from the minority. OK, well. Mr. Chairman, they saved his time, but he called members of this committee liars and I just want to know whether the order and decorum requirements of House Rule 11 apply to witnesses
appearing before the committee. Do Does it apply or does it not? I'm going to cut away. He goes back and starts and then he does it again. I love that. He says can I reclaim my time? That was the goal of Steve Friend to do that as well. The the number one thing that Bob Lensky proved during this is they hate being called liars because they are liars. And #2 the rules of decorum do not apply to witnesses. And why should they? Why should they apply to witnesses?
You're not a member of Congress. You didn't swear and and you didn't agree to that. I I would never agree to some BS rules that those people are supposed to. They can't, they can't impune the honor of each other. That's part of their deal. And that's why we have that sort of collegiate attitude. You know there there is something really interesting. Most people don't they should
know this. But this is basic civics, the British parliamentary system, the reason that we actually refer to our our second scale on the riot, on the riot meter as British parliamentary debate, the British parliamentary system is is set up as an adversarial situation.
You guys are familiar with this looking at the you've seen the House of Commons, it's a a row of benches and then directly opposed to them looking at each other, they're they're offset and they're looking 100% in the direction of the adversarial party. And so that's an adversarial system. They debate across the center of the floor with the left side and the right side of the actual chamber housing those benches. But the American system is
different on purpose. We have a speaker in the front and then we have a semi circle around them. And that semi circle which is divided down the middle, left and right side of the aisle, yes, but that semi circle is actually set up so that everybody is generally looking, even though from slightly different positions, they are generally looking the same direction.
It's a specific decision that was made when they put that building together, that the American system was supposed to be about speech and debate and decorum, that they were not going to cross swords in the House of Commons. They weren't going to have the people's represented. Elected officials fight physically. In fact, that's what the word toe.
The line, as far as I can understand, means the expression toe the line literally means that you must toe a line which exists in the House of Commons. This is where our government came from, right? It came from. It came from Rome, it came from Greece, and it came from the English common law system. Interestingly enough, toe the line. It meant that the gentleman must toe the line. Means they must not get past the
line that is supposedly. This is what I was told when I was in Britain. That line is literally And we said it again. The line is supposed to be the length of a man's arm plus the length of a man's sword, plus one foot times two. It's supposed to be far enough away that you can't cross swords in the House of government. That's adversarial. Hence it's part of our riot scale. When we do our coverage with Mark Naughton, we don't have that in the United States.
You'll notice that all the people in that hearing are all facing the witness. They're not putting a witness in the middle of them. That is picking and throwing things left and right. They're supposed to be on the same team in general, and the team is supposed to be America. We know that's not the case anymore. We are getting more and more like a British system every day, but that's not the way that it was designed.
And so I like that Bob Malinsky calls them out and lets them know that they're liars to their faces. I think that needs to be done. Those people work for the American people. They've seemed to forgotten that, and they think that the witness comes in to serve their interests, which is why they bring them in. That's why they have left Harness there. They're trying to push narratives. Lev had nothing to do with any of it. He's not even discrediting what they're saying.
In any case, the people have done what they've done. We got a couple other little fun clips there. One of them is our favorite Dolly Dollar store. Cardi B, this is Crockett from Texas. She's atrocious. She's very funny. I cannot get over how many times she adjusts her hair. She adjusts her hair as often as I've said the word literally today. I'll show you a couple of more clips of it and then we'll keep moving on. But worth knowing none of these people are serious.
Like I said, bad actors. And they're simply there trying to audition for these clips to go viral. I don't think it goes viral in the way they think. We love how dumb these people are, but let's play it. Now, so far in this hearing, it is felt like the worst episode of The Apprentice. I'm sure you're familiar with that show. It seems like my colleagues and maybe you and some others are trying to become the next Vice President of the United States of America.
You're auditioning or something like that. Because, Mr. Bobolinsky, I know that you take exception to the fact that your credibility has been called into question over and over. But when someone comes to testify underoath, whether it's before this committee, behind closed doors or in person, then we have to evaluate someone's credibility. And, Sir, I definitely have always had issues with your credibility, as I know that you are very well aware of. So let me remind you of what
happened behind closed doors. Well. You should ask her O'Connor about my. Credibility. A question. OK, you are. When I I haven't. So when I ask you a question, that's when you answer. Otherwise, I'm talking. So excuse me with my time, 'cause it's my time. I want to be clear that when we were behind closed doors, you called a number of people liars. You called the Wall Street Journal liars. You called Cassidy Hutchinson a liar. You called the FBIA liar. You called Rob Walker a liar.
You called James Gillier a liar. You called Hunter Biden a liar. You called Jim Biden a liar. And just today you added to your list. You called my colleague, Congressman Mr. Goldman, a liar as well. It seems like, according to you, the only person that's telling the truth is you and everyone else is lying. But I want to move on to something else. Is that a question? It's not a question, OK? You'll know when I ask you a question, I promise. Thank you. Yikes.
Here's the thing. I like that he he treats them with the amount of disrespect. You can tell that Bob Alinski's a brawler, A verbal brawler. He also looks like he's probably been in some fights. He's got that kind of that build. I'm down with that. This is a a a child compared to him with minimal experience in the world who's obnoxious and she's flipping her hair and she's on whatever Real Housewives of South Side Atlanta just being trash. She's trash.
I mean, she's a trashy person. I love that. What he should have done is gone out and said he was taking a piss. He should have gone to the bathroom and just rolled out. Because if she's just going to monologue, why, why do you need to be there? And I would have said that too. They're like, excuse me, where you going? It's like, oh, I'm going to go take a piss. She's monologuing. It's not a question. She already told you it wasn't a question. She did that again, By the way,
they they yielded more time. And so she decided to refer to her previous statement. These are like little tantrums by untalented actresses, unserious people. The funny thing is, is that none of this matters. Like I said, it's just, it's it's for our entertainment. All it's proving to us is that there's no intellectual rigor going on in these hearings, and there's certainly not any from the the entire impeachment process. It's just not there. These are these are shams.
These are theater. They're kabuki. Here we go. Here is my time to Representative Crockett. Yes, I just want to make sure that I point out, and this is not a question, just in case you wanted to know, that on page 174 of your transcribed interview, line 9, it says this is an absolute lie in reference to talking about the FBI. What you say, what was stated right before that was first of all, I said that I'm speaking and I did not ask you a question.
First of all, it doesn't. I said that I'm doing this thing. It's gross. It's gross. On page 119, on line 7, you said this is a lie. Really. You think she read all that transcript? No chance. No chance. No chance. Not a possibility. Because she'd be weaponized against herself. How stupid it is, By the way. The FBI is allowed to lie. They do it all the time. The FBI is allowed to lie in an interrogation. They're allowed to do it in a deposition. These things are not a big deal.
And you're allowed to say that the FBI lied. Why? Because we have a First Amendment. Even if it hamstrings the government. We're allowed to do that. That's how it's supposed to work, All right? Not to be outdone, we had a a final interaction here that I'm going to show you just because it's been it's gone viral and it's really fun. This is a slightly better actress. Slightly better and slightly more attractive, although equally dumb.
Equally dumb. Is AOC letting us know that Rico, even though it's an entire category of crime, is not exactly a crime. She's got some hot takes. She said what is the crime? What she meant to say is what is the statute that you think was violated which is none of his job. In fact, there's actually criminal prosecutors sitting in the office or in the in the in that room, as was pointed out by the witness. Anyway, here's here's AOC auditioning for her little viral
moment. Is it your testimony today that you personally witnessed President Joe Biden commit a crime? I believe the fact that he was sitting with me while I was putting together a Did you witness the president commit a crime? Is it your testimony today? Yes. And what crime do you have? You witnessed? How much time do I have to go through it? It is simple. You name the crime. Did you watch him steal something? Corruption. Statutes. Rico. And what is it?
What is what is the crime, Sir. You you specifically, you keep. You asked me to answer the question. I answered the question. Rico, you're obviously not familiar with. Excuse me, Sir. Excuse me, Sir. Excuse me, Sir. Rico is not a crime. It is a category. What is the category of crimes that you're then charging? You have charges. You have charges, Sir. Please name Zach. Statue, not the Rico. Yes, Well, it's funny. In this committee room, everyone's not here. There's over 8.
All right, Sir. I reclaim my lawyers. I reclaim my time. I reclaim my time. I reclaim my time. I reclaim my time. I reclaim my time. It's great. Rico, the Racketeering Influence and Corrupt Organization Act. That's what we're referring to. This was set up for organized criminals so we could go after the mob. You can have any number of things under the Rico statute, which is this long act. I think there's something like 35 different crimes you could be charged with.
So she's correct. It's not a crime. It's a category of crimes. And yet the best is this. When you say, did you witness him do a crime, did he do a terrorism? Did he do a thing? And he's like, yes. And she was like she wasn't ready for that. She was unprepared for the follow up answer, which was that like, what is the crime? And then he said this is the whole category of crimes that he was involved in. So this is classic leftist nonsense. You're you're they're weak
thinkers. They're not capable of of running along this game. And so it's just like this, this little article I found today which stated that Ted Cruz was making things up about flights with illegal aliens. They're going to dig into semantics where they're like, well, they're not exactly charter flights. They were actually paid for by not the government. They're paid for by the government through an NGO. So they do this little nonsense where they dance around it.
She did exactly the same thing. AOC did the exact same thing. This is MSNB CS opinion piece here. I'm sorry, this is from their actual staff writer. This guy works for the Rachel Maddow Show. He's one of their producers. So that's where they're getting their news. He said that Ted Cruz used his podcast to present a scary sounding tale about 320,000 illegal immigrants. And then he goes on to cite a fun Fact Check. The the the crazy thing is this.
I read the Fact Check. This is the exact same Fact Check, by the way, that we talked about with Jim Verdi the other day. Where you read it, It says fact focus. That's their version of Fact Check. I'm sorry, AP Fact Check. Fact Focus claims that the Biden administration is secretly flying migrants into the country are unfounded. So what are they actually going to debunk in this Fact Check? And what is this article stating?
They're stating that even though Ted Cruz cited the number properly, he used the word secret. And that's not true because it's not secret. It's available on the website if you know where to dig through government bureaucracy. So the secret part is fake. Really, that's where we're going to go. You saw on the line there he says that, you know, Ted Cruz said you can't make this stuff up. That should be interesting because he was in fact making it up. They're actually accusing him of
lying. And then they stated that the Biden administration is actually not doing this thing illegally and they're not doing it secretly because they're using this thing called humanitarian parole and it's an age-old law and rule and you're allowed to do that rule, which the AP states was passed in 1952. So nothing new here.
Here's the fun thing. What it says is, is the Biden administration and Biden specifically exercises, quote UN quote, parole authority, which under the 1952 law allows him to admit people, You ready for this? Because this is them debunking it. This is them letting you know that they didn't just bring in 320,000 people illegally, only on a case by case basis for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit. Do you know what case by case means?
The plain letters of those words. It means that you have to individually approve them, like you could grant somebody humanitarian parole because they're dealing with something that's insane. Not that you can bring in 30,000 Venezuelan Haitians, Nicaraguans and Cubans every single month for two straight years, which is what they've actually done. So the Fact Check is. Saying false and then goes on to say it's false simply because they're disagreeing with the word secret and they're
disagreeing with the words. I don't know, They they're they're making up their own version of what the law means. It's pretty incredible. That's what gaslighting looks like. And we're all seeing it. It's not effective, it turns out. The fun thing is this. You can debunk these people in real time with real simple stuff. Oh, by the way, there's another article here that I found. This is from the from the New York Post. This was this came out yesterday.
Like there's another one. It's not just 320,000, There's this one where 200,000 migrants were supposed to be deported, but they didn't get deported because the Biden administration just didn't do their paperwork. I had to catch myself. By the way, I almost said literally. Again, I don't know why that's in my head. We're dealing with some literal morons. Immigration judges dismissed deportation cases against 200,000 migrants under Biden. You think this isn't by design,
folks. You think it's not? Look, government is incompetent. There's no doubt about that. But DHS failure to follow to file thousands of motions for notices to appear before scheduled hearing dates left the courts without jurisdiction. They just said we don't have any standing in this. You didn't do your job. You failed. We're tossing it out. And so 200,000 people now are in this sort of limbo Where the deportation cases have been dismissed. There's nothing you can do about it.
It's quite wild. That's part of what that that that protest was in New York yesterday that we covered. People are looking around in New York City and they are going, what in the actual hell is happening? We've got some really fun footage because Mark Naughton went walking around the street. He went to the Roosevelt Hotel. He went to one of the other hotels where these illegal aliens are all staling, where they're all staying rather.
And there are members of the US Military, army and Air Force that are standing in the hotel bars and they've got big sheets of they're doing some kind of operation. I don't know what it is. We'll show it to you. We've got more questions that we have answers. Mark's like, I don't know what the answer is. I just stood there with a camera and these guys literally came out and told us to get out of here.
Yeah, I did it again. The drinking game is you guys are going to be all caffeinated up by the end of it. It's in my head. I can't get out of it. I'll just have to do it tomorrow. It's going to keep going. He's showing video of these people. There's an Army staff Sergeant hanging out in there. There's a an Air Force. I think he's a Sergeant as well and he walks out and he just goes, you you got to move over here to where the frosted window is so you can't see what we're doing.
The answer is no, you don't have to do that. It's a public sidewalk. So Mark, get some interesting footage of this. But what are they doing? Why is the United States military in active duty uniforms, whether they're National Guard or otherwise, standing in the bar of the Vanderbilt Hotel? The Vanderbar. We'll show you. I'll, I'll put it on on on true social and Twitter later today.
I've got to chop it up. We're we're talking about active duty military that is involved in God knows what with this administration. They're being deployed. I mean isn't this isn't this kind of a a third amendment violation? Is that possible? I don't know what's going on. Meanwhile, well, before we get to the meanwhile, let me just say I need to hydrate and I'm going to grab my Patriot cooler and you guys can grab yours at patriotcoolers.com. somebody who's got most things. I saw all these people carrying these Stanley the stupid looking Stanley tumblers while I was on the plane and it's like, yeah, you're inferior, you're inferior, you're you have a a weak product, mine's better looking and you can get yours at patriotcoolers.com/sorry, patriotcoolers.com promo code Kyle no slashes, no slashes, get your own. All right, we're rehydrated and
we're ready to rock. We're keeping it, keeping it, moving along it. It's fairly incredible. It really is that in spite of all of this, are we going to defund the government? Are we going to shut it down? No, we're not. We're going to go ahead and pay for all the things, for all the talking and all the outrage and all the hand wringing and all the theater that goes on.
What you're going to find is that lawmakers are going to give us another $1.2 trillion worth of debt based funding to keep the government open. CNN calls it a high stakes Sprint to pass legislation before the shutdown deadline looms. God, I hope they fail. I really do. The package provides $19.6 billion for custom and Border Protection. Even though they're not doing their job, because they can't do their job because this administration doesn't want to
do it again. CBP also under that, that failed DHS end. CBP is one of the agencies, C, CIS. That's Customs and Immigration Services. I think it's what it's called or Citizenship and Immigration Services. All these things continue to get funded at a high rate. If they're not doing their job, why are we paying for them? You know, that should be the question we ask. It's not what happens. The only sort of moment of of clarity, of lack of insanity is this little interaction that we
saw. And This is why I was talking about the judges. We continue to see the worst judges push forward by the Biden administration. It's fun to see them try to answer questions they can't answer, basic things like what is a woman or what is an assault weapon. This little exchange between a woman named Nancy Maldonado and Senator Kennedy out of Louisiana is some of the most fun. But it's it's actually a textbook course and how you handle these clowns.
Yeah, I just saw one of you just say no one for speaker. I was right. I continue to be right about the no one for speaker. Without Mike Johnson, none of this stuff goes anywhere we did. They would just sit there.
I would rather pay Congress however many $1,000,000 a month it cost to pay all the staff and everybody else to do nothing, then waste a trillion dollars on a stupid government that doesn't do what it's supposed to do and doesn't serve us and doesn't even know that it's supposed to serve us anymore. In any case, you've got this Nancy Maldonado character. She was elevated to the bench two years ago.
And so we're going to hear a little bit about how she has the actual worst record in her circuit. So she's in the the Circuit Court, she's being elevated, she's been proposed, nominated to fill in the spot in the appeals, which is the next sort of most important level. And the appeals is where all of the big decisions happen. Most things don't make it up to the Supreme Court. So the the, the, the appeals level of the of the federal court system is the meat and potatoes.
It's the end all be all for almost all arbitrary decisions that are being made. And I call them arbitrary because these people don't even read the Constitution. They've absolutely no idea what they're talking about. And she is apparently famous for just not doing her damn job.
So this is the Peter Principle, what they call F up move up in the government, which is to say that promoted to a level of incompetency she's found to be wanting in her current job, therefore she better get the next job up. Anybody who's ever been in the military or who's ever been in a government position knows this thing. So let's let's see how bad it's going to be. It's the the numbers are compelling, and Kennedy knocks out of the park with this one. Judge welcome.
Thank you. You are probably the least productive member of your District Court, isn't that right? Well, I have not considered myself in those terms, Senator. Well, let me explain what I mean. You have 125 motions pending that you've declined to decide. Well, well. Just let me finish. That's more than any other District Judge in the entire 7th Circuit. In fact, you ranked seventh highest nationally, do you not? I am not familiar with those statistics, Senator Kennedy.
You haven't looked. I did look in in preparation for this hearing, but I didn't compare myself to others. You haven't seen that you ranked the 7th the worst in the country in terms of making decisions. You are the 1st to tell me this, and I think for me, I I stress the quality of my decision to making and as I explained, I came on. I was the first District Judge to come on during this administration. Yeah, but so did. So were all the others. I mean there have been 68
district judges confirmed. We're not going to go through all of this. There's he only gets 7 minutes to ask the questions and I have all 7 minutes in kind of a little snippet here. The fun thing is that she wants to stress the quality of the decision she made. Do you know what the quality that she brings to the table really is? It looks like this.
This is coming from Reuters. This is the quality Maldonado who if confirmed would be the first Hispanic to sit on the 7th Circuit. Not the first Hispanic judge or female to be in on the federal bench or to be in a an appeals circuit. No, she would be the first on the 7th Circuit because that matters if you only do racial pandering, which we're going to talk about in a second.
Told the senators that when she joined the District Court in the Northern District of Illinois in August of 20/22, she was assigned 300 cases with pending motions. You know what I would do if I was highly competent? I want to show people that I could do a better job and I should be elevated. I would get all those 300 motions handled, probably like all of you, you know, like if you were held accountable for your work.
Now she claims that she's interested in quality over quantity and This is why Kennedy goes and asks her some questions about the quality of her work. And the quality of her work is also, you're going to guess it lacking. It's fantastic. This is a master class in how you do it Now he does this all the time. Anybody who's ever seen Kennedy ask questions, you know this is
what he does. John Kennedy is excellent at starting off with a very lightly non emotional attack, which was to say you're one of the worst judges that we have. Isn't that true? She's like, oh, I've never thought about it that way. And he was like, well, let me lay out the facts. These are the facts. Now I'm going to ask you some questions. So he does this. He dismantles her with her own words. This is very Socratic and I continue to advocate for this technique.
Ask people questions about why they believe what they believe. They will fall on their face anyway. This is a great way to do it. This is him asking her about assault weapons, my personal bugaboo, because that's a made-up term. Many of you know that's not a real thing, and here it is. You said quote, assault weapons may be banned because they're extraordinarily dangerous and are not appropriate for legitimate self-defense purposes. Close quote.
Tell me what you meant by assault weapons. Thank you, Senator Kennedy. Just to clarify, just to clarify there I was local counsel, our Supreme. But you wrote the brief. Tell me what you meant by assault weapons. Senator Kennedy, actually, I I did not write the brief. The brief was written by. You signed the brief though, did you? Correct. I signed the brief. Sign a brief. You're testifying to the court that everything in it is is true, right?
Yes, that and and I I booked. So they're your words in terms of the court, right? Well, I you're you're correct, Senator Kennedy, I would never sign. What you meant by assault weapons? So I I am not a gun expert and at the time that brief I think was about 10 years. Given the court advice about say ban assault weapons what is I'm just you told the court you weren't you were you were an expert. Just tell me what you wanted to ban.
Senator sitting here today, as I said, I did not write that brief. I was local. Oh boy. Look, I just don't know. When I wrote like someone else wrote it. I'm just an empty vessel. That's what she's saying. She's an empty vessel. Somebody wrote it for her. She's not a gun expert. She's only interested in doing quality over quantity, but that quality is lacking. The answer to this should be you don't get promoted to a new position on the federal bench. You don't get upped.
You don't get to go higher. You're terrible. You're dumb. You don't understand basic things. You wrote something, someone else wrote something, and you put your name to it. Aren't you just like that Lady at Harvard? You're a pleasure. Or possibly you've actually made false statements in front of the court that should be discriminating. She literally says later on,
yeah, I did it again. She says it later on in her testimony that they needed a member of the of the bar to actually sign off on that brief because that's what was required in order to submit it. And so she signed off on it even though she doesn't know the things that she was making the claims about. She's not a gun expert.
We know that honey. We know you're not in the same way that we just saw on social media gun this little exchange with the Newtown Action Alliance or something to that effect. They are a anti gun group that's out there pushing gun control. And what they did is they took a guy who's got a beard and kind of looks like me with a bigger beard and he's holding a weapon system. It's a fully automatic Glock pistol of some kind. I can't tell if it's a 17 or a 19, but it's something like that.
It looks like a 9mm from the shells that are kicking out. That's just my expert opinion on it. And he's pressing out and he's firing this Full Auto Glock pistol. And they said a simple piece of plastic can change the Glock pistol into a fully automatic. And that's why the city of Chicago was suing Glock #1. That's false. It's not a simple piece of plastic. It has to have a movable little piece there. The switch has to actually change and allow automatic cycling of the striker.
So that's part one. Yes, you can switch it out with the with the rear base plate and that's doable. The second thing is, is the guy is wearing like probably a $10,000 plus night vision rig on his head and he's carrying a pistol with permits and all the licensing that is required as an SOT and the special tax stamp to be able to have it. So he's legally shooting a legally owned weapon system with maybe $20,000 worth of gear between his head and his hands.
That's not who's killing people in Chicago folks. It's black gang members. Let's just be honest, these people don't know what they're talking about. Black gang members are the ones that are putting switches on the back of their Glocks and firing indiscriminately into people and killing little kids and old people and non combatants left and right. That's who does. It It turns out that the criminals don't care about the
crime. It has nothing to do just because you can illegally modify something. By the way, that little part is considered a machine gun by the ATF. That tiny little part that they talk about is considered a machine gun. That's already a felony. It's worth 10 years. How about put these idiots in jail?
Why don't we take the assholes that are out there shooting people and throw them and flip in jail instead of coming after people like me, or coming after people like you, or coming after people like maybe this guy, 'cause we don't know what the hell happened here, It's a little bit early. This is probably a violation of the Bongino rule. I'm going to do it anyway, only because whatever happened here
is easily predictable. And whether this guy was a felon or a future felon, he's allowed the presumption of innocence. The ATF, what you're seeing on the screen right now from a local news station, it's a local NBC station, ATF agent injured in early Tuesday morning shootout at home of Clinton National Airport executive director in West Little Rock. Oh, so an ATF agent was injured. Well, that seems like a problem. Yeah. We don't want federal agents injured. I don't want that.
And you don't want that, I hope. Can we get into the real story though? Somebody inside the gun, somebody inside the home apparently returned fire and the agent said they shot the subject in the investigation. Yeah, they shot that guy in the head. You know how head shots work when you're in law enforcement and military, what you always trained to do, You trained to shoot people in the head, don't you? Anybody have that training, please put in the comments
below. If you were trained to do head shots as a lead in as a federal law enforcement officer, please make sure you put that in the in the comments. For me 'cause we trained for body shots, we trained for center of mass, we trained to stop the target. Nobody trained for head shots, so either they screwed up or this was a classic case of you did a 06 AM knock when somebody is in the dead of slug. If you knock on the door for me
at 6:00 AM, I'm already awake. I'm already up looking for all this garbage, but most people don't expect to see, even if they're standing there in their bathrobe with their cup of coffee. They're trying to to figure out what their day is about. They're going about their business. They're going to work at the Flippin Airport. This guy's been there for a long time. I've got his profile up here. He joined the Clinton National Airport.
I think the Clinton part of it is incidental, honestly, but it is in Little Rock, so you never know. He joined the Clinton National Airport in 2008 as the director of properties planning and development, was promoted to deputy director in O 9. He's been working there in 2019. They made him the the executive director. He's like, what are the top dudes?
He's got a degree in science and aviation management from Florida Institute of Technology. He's a certified member of the American Association of Airport Executives. He's a certified flight instructor with instruments and multi engine rating. You know, like there's actually an airport director that knows something about planes. It sounds like he's a commercial pilot. That dude got shot in the head by the ATF. Why? Because they came in at 0600?
Because our federal law enforcement is choosing outcomes by choosing tactics. When you decide to go in with a SWAT team, you are choosing an overwhelming level of force that might result in someone surrendering. It also might result in a bunch of guys that are hopped up, keyed up, and given this briefing, that's complete BS that has gone out there and decided that if this dude does anything sideways, they're going to kill him.
Why don't they just take him at the airport where he probably isn't running around with a gun on his hip to be engaged in a shooting? The airport is a pretty secured environment. They're all really well lit. He goes to work at an airport every day. How about you go to the damn airport and arrest him there? Why in the world are we going to people's houses at 0600? I hated it when they briefed in the FBI.
I hate it today. It's the stupidest thing you could do. It's the most dangerous thing that you could do for the agents and for the the subject of the investigation who once again is presumed innocent. I've had buddies tell me that they've knocked on the door, they've come into people's houses at 0600.
And at that moment the subject, who was like a drug dealer, gang banger murderer, was in the shower and dove out of a shower butt naked, tried to grab his loaded AR or loaded AK from underneath the bed and tried to turn it on them. And they were able to step on the gun and put a gun in his face and not kill him. But they could have been justifiably killing him. Why? Because they dove into his house when he was in the damn shower because he was getting ready for his day.
It's incredibly dangerous to do this stuff and we keep doing it over and over again. It's disrupt. It's it's it's undermining faith in something that like, already has a massive credibility crisis. There's no reason for the ATF to even exist, let alone go in and shoot a dude in the head at 6:00 AM in his house. Scary, some of you are saying. I just saw Babs in the chat, say she's sleeping at 6:00 AM. There's plenty of people that work late. You work late nights.
You're out. Someone comes to your door. You don't know what's coming on. It's it's double odd buck to the face for you that's A and then you get shot in the head apparently by the ATF. Wild stuff. There's a little let's see, I think I've got this out of order, but I do actually have a video of them, kind of. They interviewed and talked to the brother. I'm sure the brother was crushed by this kind of thing, 'cause it's insane. Here you go, This is my video
number four. Let me just play this real quick. Is the brother responding to a local interview? Turning now to a Fox 16 NEWS UPDATE, we have new information tonight following yesterday's shootout between a Little Rock Airport executive and ATF agents. Tonight, for the first time, the brother of the man who was being served that search warrant is speaking out. Arcatron ASAP spoke on the phone with Matthew Malinowski, the brother of Clinton National Executive Director Brian Malinowski.
He says right now they're in the dark and they want to know what happened yesterday morning. It just doesn't make any sense to the the the way they. Did it. One day after this quiet neighborhood in West Little Rock woke to the sound of gunshots, Brian Malinowski's brother, Matthew is sitting at an attorney's office thinking. Of what to do next. I think the next thing is go to
the house. I took as many pictures as possible while the damage Malinowski was the subject of an ATF search warrant early Tuesday morning. The executive director of Clinton National Airport caught in a shootout that left one agent hospitalized and Brian on life support. He. Mortally wounded he was, he was shot in the head with a high call over a weapon. As evidence is collected and neighbors adjust to the shock, Matthew is holding his own investigation. Right now we were trying to gain
truth and facts. Trying to figure out why his brother was targeted. Brian has no incentive to do anything illegal. And what led agents to break in the way they did? The biggest thing to take away from this is look at that neighborhood. That is like a nice neighborhood in a nice place. And it's exactly right. People in nice neighborhoods like that don't shoot it out with the cops, even the ATF. That's not how it works. People come to your door, you go
like, what? They're not immediately going to guns. It's not like that house is broken into at a regular on a regular basis. That's not what happens in those kind of neighborhoods. So what the hell happened there? A lot of it comes down to 0600 warrant service, which is a federal standard, by the way. This is decided by a judge. A long, long time ago somebody decided that the hours, the reason, reasonable hours of warrant service are between zero, 610 PM, 2200 hours.
And so between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM is the time that you can serve an arrest warrant or you can serve a search warrant. Otherwise, you have to get outside of the normal, it's called, like, accepted hours. You have to go and get these. You have to show that there's an extenuating circumstance that would make you do. But under what circumstances is 6:00 AM normal business hours other than, like, donut shops and coffee shops at 6:00 AM? Is not it?
You know, I know it's not it because I used to get up at 3:00 AM to go serve these damn warrants. You got to get up at 3:00 AM to go get briefed because they're going to get briefed. They're going to get hyped up. They're going to be up for like 4 hours, 3-4 hours before they go serve the search warrant. Some people are up earlier than
that. You're totally wide awake and wired up and ready to go, and that guy is just basically rolling out of bed and maybe on his first cup of coffee he might maybe drinking his first cup of coffee. For most people, they're not running at full speed. They're not Steve Friend doing 12 miles before 8:00 AM. Most people aren't doing that. And that's how you get these bad outcomes. It's really, really wild. And some of this has resulted in man, what? What do you want to call this like?
A complete lack of faith in where we're at right now. Nobody wants to, nobody wants to serve this government. The government's doing objectively bad outcomes. Here you go. Coming from military times, it's worth noting 1/3, only 1/3 of military families. I've had the same situation. People ask me, should you get into law enforcement? No, you should not get into law enforcement. If you want to do it, it better
be local. You certainly shouldn't get into my old agency or any of these federal agencies. I had someone ask me a long form question while I was driving around in Montana. Hey, I want to join the FBII think there's good people there. I'm like, why? We had an internal little leak that we have. We've got people watching what's going on with the FB is internal chat that we can set up. And one of them just said cat turd really hates the FBI. And I do too.
But I'm afraid to lose my paycheck and I'm ashamed of that. Yeah no kidding man. 1/3 of military families would would still recommend service. Blue Star family. Sorry. Blue Star family survey finds what we're getting at is that only 32% of people that have served in the military are saying yeah you should serve in the military. Do you know how dangerous that is? Multi generational military families are saying no more guys like me, first generation like nobody from my ancestry was
serving in the military. I would never recommend that at this point. Why? Because you're going to be a tool for tyranny. Why do you want to be that? Same thing for law enforcement. Unless you're doing at the local level, even the state can be suspect. Makes no sense to go out there and put yourself on the line where you put your honorable service in a dishonorable situation. Apparently that's dropped. It used to be 55% in 2016.
Even then there was some eroding confidence, and now we're down to 32% as of last year. It's not good. It's a loss in credibility. It's their own fault. That's the biggest piece of it. It is their own fault. And it's because they have bad policies and they have objectively bad outcomes. That's how we continue. It's how we continue to get the stupidity like this a loss. This is coming from Catholic votes. So my friends over at Catholic Vote, you guys can follow them
and get the loop if you want. You'll get stuff like this, get this kind of coverage. Also, that Military Times article was in there this morning, and also another one from Daily Wire, which I'm going to cover down on. I actually pulled a couple things out of there. Specifically, go to catholicvote.org and get the The loop. If you're not getting it already, you're missing out on outstanding stuff. 60% of Pennsylvania voters have soured on the Biden's crappy gas
policies. It doesn't matter whether it's law enforcement, whether they're military interventions, the fact that they're starting wars, or the fact that they can't handle their own domestic policies. People are not buying it. They don't want it. They don't want this garbage gender stuff either. They don't want to be told they're racist and they're crappy decisions to put bad people on the bench. So here's what the survey said. When considering your support for a candidate for elected
office, which is more important? Commitment to protecting the environment and natural resources or commitment to lower energy costs using our natural energy resources? Only 41% of people said that they're interested in protecting the environment and resources. Do you know why that is? The reason that this survey, which is actually really well well stated, what is your priority? Environmental Protection or cheap gas prices?
And the answer is cheap gas prices because people in America already have an incredible apparatus and we are also have an incentive to not screw up our country with bad drilling. People are incentivized in this country to not crap where they eat. And so we have really effective and clean. Are there mistakes?
Of course, like everywhere else. But it's not like you're looking at what goes on in Nigeria where they're literally pulling oil out of the out of the the ground and they're scooping it up with their hands and putting it into barrels. I mean, there's places you've seen some of this stuff is absolutely barbaric and ridiculous. We have very efficient and capable things. When you have cheaper energy, your life is less expensive.
The logistics go down, the transportation costs go down, your heating and your cooling go down. Everything and all of your farming costs go down, Your food costs go down. All of the major costs are associated with what we do. Petroleum products make our modern life possible. So if you're stupid enough to vote against that, then you're stupid enough to pay whatever
cost. And by the way, it's almost always low job, low information, quote UN quote educated liberal idiots that are voting for these policies that have no skin in the game. And then they turn around and they say, well soon the government subsidized. Shouldn't the governments give us like a universal basic income because things are so expensive. Just print that money, idiots. Anyhow, overwhelmingly 60% of people even in Pennsylvania are
looking at it going, not today. We're not into this policy. It's not good. There's another good example that this came out of the loop as well. I'm going to show you this Irish Prime Minister, he was pushing some ridiculous gender ideology and it turns out in Ireland, which is a Western nation not dissimilar to our own, it's not
really going to fly. He was the youngest and the first openly gay Prime Minister and he has to step down because he was trying to replace the Word family and women. They wanted to replace these things in in Irish law and not allow people to say just simple things like that were true about the discussion of biology. Now he's knocked out. Now he cannot, he cannot do the job. He's walking away. He said it was the most fulfilling thing that he's ever done. Good. Get out.
You suck if you don't know the basic things. You misunderstood who the population is. Population doesn't trust you. And that's. I didn't realize that they were doing this stuff, but even Cartoon Network is out there trying to radicalize. It's it's borderline shocking. Here's a little clip from from England. This is the same exact sort of method of dismantling that Kennedy used.
I wanted to show this. This is in regards to racism, which is the other sort of club and cudgel they always want to use on you. They always want to knock you in the head with being a racist. In fact, I just saw it in our chat talking about racist. This is what it looks like. You just ask them simple questions. Kennedy did it. You can do it. You can dismantle anybody from any level by just asking them to explain their positions, because their positions don't make
sense. If they are interested in protecting the environment, are they willing to do so by freezing to death? The answer is no. Then they have a problem because there's an opportunity cost for all of your bad decisions. Here we go. You ready? It's just a couple of quick questions. Please, for Councillor Rebecca Knox, I think you you was in agreement that your force was institutionally racist. Is that is that correct?
I agreed with the with the report, the independent report, and so did the chief fire officer accept the findings. OK, so could you please tell me, councillor, what unfair advantages white people have in your force? I. Would hope not. None. Not advantages. Did I hear you? Yeah. Do they have any advantages? No. Now can you be institutionally racist? I I I I. Sorry, I might I might have to get back to you. Hard reboot. Going to have to get back to you.
I don't really know. I just say words that don't have any meaning. If you are empty when it comes to the actual factual basis for your opinions, if you just believe in things like racism exists, institutional racism. There was a guy that I I played my wife showed me and then I played back to her yesterday and he reminds me of my younger brother. And this guy's like, we need to get rid of America. Everyone agrees on that at a fundamental level. And he was like, you want to get
rid of America? What? And the guy's like, yeah, he's like, what do you want to do? And he's like, land back. It's like, land back is not a thing. That doesn't mean anything. Who are you going to get the land back to? Where are you going to go? And he was like, oh, we just need to divest from the capitals. They just stutter like retards. They fall apart under any scrutiny. This one was obviously in the UK that was a Fire Protection force sort of top executive or
whatever she was. It's hilarious to let him do that. It's because they're getting fed, spoon fed this garbage. Here's a little video that makes me cringe quite a bit. This is from Cartoon Network. I had no idea they were putting this on our kids. Don't let your kids watch TV and don't put your kids in schools that are going to teach this garbage.
You need to be out there debunking, otherwise you're going to get programmed retards that go out and say stupid things that make no bit of sense and this is one of them. Listen to how crazy this is about you have to be an anti racist. And I mean this is for kids. This is theoretically entertainment. This is why you have to watch everything you're putting out in front of your kids. Yeah, that is pretty weird, I
think people. Like the black, white or purple thing, because adding a fantasy race in there helps distract. From the actual racism black people have to deal with, right? My experience with anti black racism is really specific. Other people of color experience other forms of racism, too. But you won't see any of that if you. Don't see color, dude. So this entire public service announcement could be a ploy to avoid talking about racism
altogether. Hey, can we get a rewrite where we appreciate each other without erasing what makes each of us different? OK, but it's going to add a couple hours to the shoot. I can't make yours open. You were rolling just now, weren't you? Can't we just slap some graphics on this and call it a day? What kind of evil dickhead wrote that? What kind of sick, twisted adults voice that you ever
noticed? There's always adult voices that can speak articularly in these things and they do like little tiny squeaky voices. You always look if you I I always check into the like the the Amazon Prime X or whatever the heck it is where you can scroll in and see who does the voicing. They're almost always adults. Doing kids shows. That kind of creeps me out too. That's probably always been the case. But gross. That was really weird. I had no idea that was out there in the world.
You have to be some kind of sick, twisted, evil dickhead. I'll say it again to do that and put that in kids minds. They have no idea. My children's best friends in New Mexico and in Virginia where are half black, half white neighbors, kids totally irrelevant what color they were by the way. They were just our friends cuz they were cool people. It didn't matter what color skin they were. But my kids, best friends have been that every time. Mixed race kids, They have no
idea. They don't care. They're just kids. It's like, oh, you're 5. How old are you? I'm seven. Cool. Are we best friends? Yeah, We live right next to each other. My daughter literally will walk up to somebody at the playground. How old are you? I'm 70. I'm six. You want to hang out? Let's play this game. It's incredible. It doesn't matter what they look like. Black, Hispanic. The whole idea of adding purple in there, the purple point, is to show you that it doesn't actually matter.
Children don't care. So when you're going to start talking about things like anti black racism, you've lost your ever loving mind. You've absolutely lost it. It's crazy and it results in stuff like this, which is quite impressive. This is this is what happened outside of Kyle Rittenhouse's speech that happened in Tennessee. I guess yesterday might have been the day before. Just moronic losing their minds. They're programmed and they're stupid.
We've lost an entire generation of idiots, and so we're going to have to combat them by keeping your kids not indoctrinated so they don't end up like this. Kyle Rittenhouse, apparently for this group that totally believes in Rule of law, also shows us they don't believe in Rule of law. Do you know there's an actual danger during that?
Probably not the speakers, because there's not the men, the people that are tasked with protection, which are overwhelmingly black sheriff's deputies and state troopers. That's who's involved in that, that protective details. Almost all black men who are wearing badges and have to step in between idiots. They've all been pushed that way. It's shocking to me that we're seeing this nonsense. They were spitting on the car. They were dressed up like weirdo trannies and all this kind of
nonsense. All these idiots are out there freaking out about something they don't understand because they think Kyle Rittenhouse, who is out protecting property from white people who were burning things down of minority owned businesses. Those people think that Kyle Rittenhouse killed a black person. They don't even know what happened. They have no facts on the ground.
The fact that he killed a pedophile and like some other creeps and shot another dude in the arm who was carrying a gun illegally, like that guy, that's who they're they're upset about and they were carrying signs for Rosenbaum or whatever his name is and some of the others, it's wild how ignorant they are. But if you're sitting here watching cartoons learning about anti black racism and everybody's a jerk, you know maybe that's what gets you riled up because you're stupid.
You have no information. If any of those people could be segregated out and sat down and asked questions, they would fall. Just like you saw that that silly judge Nancy Maldonado when Kennedy was asking questions, or that goofy Fire Protection chief who didn't understand what systemic racism is. Because I hope there's no systemic racism. Oh wait, but I said there was. I signed off on something. I don't know. Most of these people have no idea what it is that they're
saying. They're just mouthing empty platitudes because they have no critical thinking capabilities and it just goes on and on and on. The upside is, and I do think this is the upside, there's a backswing. This country doesn't like it. You're going to have to get the heck out if you're an Irish Prime Minister and you're going to have to get out if you're a turd. Look at this guy. We've been covering this a couple days.
I think that squatting, I don't know why squatting and and property rights are such a big deal. Maybe because it's one of the most fundamental freedoms that the American experience has has opened up to all people, that you didn't have to inherit land or be allowed on land by a landed Gentry. That is something that is a uniquely American thing when it started happening. It's so special to this country that people who have had nothing
can have something. They can come here, they can earn, they can put away and they can buy and achieve property ownership, which has always been a measure of wealth for Western society at least having access to property. And so when people squat on your property and take it for nothing, like this illegal immigrant Tik Toker guy, this illegal alien that's screaming, just come in. You know what? It's going to get real bad for these idiots, even in the lefty places like this.
This is outside of what is this outside of Seattle, this thing that we just showed from show show the other day. Here's what happened in the wake of that. The neighbors are incensed. They understand what unfairness looks like. America understands it.
It doesn't matter whether we're talking about Joe Biden going after Donald Trump with the the executive branch, whether they're going after journalists, or whether there's idiots that have taken on these policies and are trying to exploit them. People don't like seeing unfairness. Kids know it. Adults are starting to catch on, too, that the social conditioning is not working.
So check this out. Get. Out. It's my house just pay the rent to the guy I'm going to and I'm making I'm you know he doesn't understand this you know system here in state get out come in get out, come in. How is the Korean community interpreting what's happening here? They are not aware of this. They're usually a landlord or
hardworking business people. They would never imagine a Korean descendant taking advantage of this poor broken system like this and embarrassed not his not only his family but entire community. So I was chanting if you're not going to pay, you shouldn't stay there. And I also called them out as a continent. Tagiku Tagiku means continent in Korea.
What's going to do is I'm going to provide high resolution picture of them and ask all the Korean medias to post this on their newsletter and online website and actually have them get famous Every restaurant Seagos, every Korean restaurant Seagos, every Korean market Seagos so everybody recognizes them. That way, he's not only just embarrassed to move out of that place, but he move out of the
state once and for all. That's a lot of people turning out and Koreans who are there working hard, people who have decided the Koreans are some of the most awesome people. Sometimes like the rooftop Koreans in LA were great hard working businessman. That's what he's saying. They shut their mouth. They put their head down and they just work and they try to achieve. This dude makes everybody look bad.
And what did he say? He said this Singh, you know this this guy Singh who is the the, the Sikh you saw with the with the turbine on. He's like he doesn't understand the rules here. Yeah, the rules are unfair. You're taking advantage of the rules and they're calling him a con man. They're calling him out. This is the backswing that happens when you start screwing with people who just want to be left alone.
It's all, it's all happening. That's why this, this, this year's going to get a little bit spicy. You guys know it. It's going to get spicy here. That's OK. We have to. We have to take it back.
