Take a look behind the curtain with the real whistleblower, an American patriot. Prepare to embrace the uncomfortable truth because this program has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties enthusiast, Second Amendment defender and recovering FBI agent Kyle Serafin. Well, hello my friends, Welcome to the Kyle Serafin show. Get this microphone in the right spot. Today is Wednesday, it is July
the third. We're going to be talking about the arc of the universe, the moral universe specifically, and how it tends towards justice. It's kind of a heavy topic the day before a big celebration. I hope all of you have yourselves squared away for your 4th of July celebrations. Coming up. I saw Mike Howell, who I was my who was my guest on the Dinesh D'souza show yesterday and he posted a picture of his kids. He actually sent me some stuff last night talking about the same thing.
It's a good year to celebrate America. There are a lot of things in this country that are worth celebrating. I am more hopeful this week than I have been in several weeks past. And the information keeps coming out. So I strongly believe that that arc is tending towards justice. Doesn't mean it's going to be quick, but we've got some some things that we're going to unveil at the end of the show here that you haven't seen before that we haven't talked
about before. We're going to talk about some of the ongoing issues that have been going on with the buddies who are the suspendables, the the whistleblowers are getting more even people from the wrong side of the aisle coming forward and pushing this stuff out there, which is kind of awesome. It's actually, it's really, really encouraging. Before we get started with any of our stories, I want to say thanks to my buddies at Patriot Coolers.
They're making a great product. They are celebrating America. Patriot coolers.com is the website Patriot Coolers. There's an S on theend.com. Use the promo code Kyle Kyle. That'll save you 10% any of their fantastic products. I don't know why I have a dead air sticker on this is one of my suppressors, but this is the old stuff. The new ones, they all say Patriot on them. They have beautiful and really well thought out screw on lids that are spill proof. We test them everyday here in
the Seraphin house. They got fifty stars in the bottom of them and they ship right out of Houston, TX. Good products, good people, good stuff. You guys are looking into them and as you decide that you want to stay hydrated during the summer, check out Patriot coolers.com. Nothing better. You want your coffee hot, you want your water cold. You can do both those things with the hot and cold tumblers that they make. They're double wall insulated
and they are excellent. The fit and finish is as good as anybody's promo code. Kyle, don't forget about them as you guys are sitting out there and they do usually have a July 4th special, which I haven't looked into, but I'm I'm guessing they probably have something out there today. Let's talk justice, shall we? Let's get right into this boom dropping from the New York Post. I've got a couple of stories coming from the New York Post and I'm pretty psyched.
FBI abuses security clearance to purge. They put that in air quotes. Conservatives views them as unworthy in air quotes of employment, says a whistleblower, Josh Christensen reporting this is coming up from yesterday, breaking sort of in the evening. This was 50% of John Solomon's podcast yesterday. He sent me that and I listened and he interviewed Tristan Leavitt, who's with Empower Oversight folks. The the animal that we have been fighting, that the the
suspendables have been fighting. And it's not simply because we're interested in getting jobs back. Like I don't ever want to go work there. Actually, I'm much happier doing what I do right now. I get to work and see my kids. I get to go down and help my wife, you know, dose my teething infant with Motrin before we go live. That's all good stuff. All that is better. But this is an incredible danger that exists, and it's the reason why the suspendables continue to
fight against the FBI. It's because they represent an existential threat to American Civil Liberties. And here you are seeing the word purge coming from another person on the other side of the aisle. This is the really big piece of it coming out of the security division. I'm going to show you that that word purge was the exact word that I used to Jim Jordan's people, the folks that are on
the weaponization committee. I started talking about this back in November of 2021. We're kind of a long ways past from them. That was the first year of the Biden administration. So listen to this. The word purge has a very specific meaning. It means that you are going to squeeze the ranks for anybody that is not willing to do exactly what they said. I refer to it as a compliance purge. Jim Jordan has gone on record and used those words as well,
similar words. And now you see a Democrat, a registered Democrat, a supervisory special agent for the FB is security division, stating that they were unfairly and improperly suspending or revoking clearances for employees based on political affiliation or bom, bom, BOM vaccine status. All of this has been related. And many of you have the same experiences. A lot of you felt the same way. Your company was purging anybody that wouldn't bend a knee to government authority to tell you
how to live your life. And most of us who had objections about the vaccine shots, some of it, yeah, they were medical, no doubt. A lot of it was religious. And I think as time goes on, those of us who had medical and religious, that balance has actually shifted. More religious. Why? Because I think there's a reason to have a bigger faith in God. As this has gone on, more and more things have popped out.
They have been coming our way not because of some great work that we've done, but because God has his hand on this. And it has been obvious to me from the beginning. It's really hard to convey it to people. It really is. But I would have these moments of self doubt where we were talking to members of Congress, members of senatorial staff, we're pushing this information out there and say, hey, this is really problematic.
But when you do that, if you don't have a moment where you look back inside and go, did I miss all of this? Did you know, am I completely out to lunch? Am I the problem? If you don't do that, I think you're a sociopath. If you don't have a moment of self doubt when everybody is standing against you, the entirety of your agency, friends, right, Family members, do we all have that moment? It's very interesting. My mother and I, I'm going to call her out on this.
Sometimes she listens to the show. That's OK. She referred to this as a fraught time. I mean, it was a fraught time, but that doesn't excuse behavior, does it? How is it that 90% of Americans are not now keeping up with the COVID vaccine booster regime that is being pushed out by the CDC? How is it that nine out of ten Americans aren't interested in keeping up their dosages and they are no longer following the government's routines? Why is that? Did one of two things happens?
Did they get bored? Did they stop looking at the news? Did they think at some point that maybe they didn't need all these shots and it wasn't doing the thing they said? Did they realize that they were being conned? I have a lot of questions about those people. And I'm I'm, I asked them in good faith, when did you stop following the government's
routine and why? And if that answer is, is that some point in time that you realize that this was garbage, that this was not being sold in a non fraudulent way, that this was not truly an honest problem and a real threat to you? If that's the case, don't you owe an apology to those who are out there that saw it right away? I said on the show a number of times, it was very obvious to my father. He was in his 70s, theoretically
in a risk group. My father said there's no way that they had those real time estimates of deaths happening at the time that they were happening, that they were running them like a ticker, like the National Debt Clock on CNN, on MSNBC, even on Fox. They were running all of these fear porn related spinning cycle counts. And that was nonsensical to him. To me, it was about to push.
The minute you tell me I must do something and you are coming from the federal government, there is no way that you have my interest at heart. How do I know that I was an enlisted guy? I was an E3 for almost four years straight. I got out of my contract just a little bit early and separated. I thought I was going to the National Guard. Folks, when you are an enlisted guy, you have an inherent distrust of being told to do something stupid like shut up in color, especially if you're a
thinking person. I was 31 years old when I left the military. The minute they start cramming the stuff down, it gets really weird.
So here you have an unnamed agent who we know, by the way, we know the name of this agent that's OK, described as a registered Democrat and being represented by the same folks that represented Marcus Allen and Steve Friend, Tristan Leavitt, who testified in front of weaponization in March, sorry, in May of 2023. And he's claiming that there are high-ranking officials within the security division, which is how the FBI adjudicates clearances, saying that if an
FBI fit, if an FBI, if an FBI employee rather fit a certain profile as a politically conservative person, they were viewed as quote, UN quote security concerns and unworthy to work at the FBI. What have we been saying? Look, this has nothing to do with conservative, by the way. If they said the same thing about Democrats, we would have to take the same line that this is unacceptable.
You cannot purge people for having political thoughts, for having a religious belief, for having military veteran status simply because you don't like those things. If they are overtly acting and they are subverting the the the duty of their job, that's another animal. Those claims have never been made about Marcus Allen except in the media. They've never been made about Gerardo Boyle, except in the media. They've never been made about me or Steve Friend.
You guys get it. It's being covered in a number of different places. I want to kind of talk about all of them here only because this story needs to be bigger than it currently is. And the only way that happens is you guys know about it and you talk to your friends, your loved ones, and you share the story the way that it should be.
Tristan Leavitt basically concluded he's talked to all of our guys that you you're hearing about, including folks you've never heard of. And he says, quote, the outcomes of clearance investigations and adjudications were often predetermined by the division's acting deputy assistant director and the acting section chief responsible for security clearance investigations and adjudications, who are awfully who overruled Lyon staff and even dictated the wording of
documents in the clearance process. I've gone through this process. It is utterly ridiculous to be told that you're not a whistleblower when it's obvious that you were a whistleblower. Here's the little secret that they don't know, and I'll tell them right now. So if you're listening from the FBI Security Division and you think that you guys are going to get away with this stuff, what you don't know is I know, let me just throw this on the screen
full. I know that the chief division counsel from my division called up the Office of General Counsel asking about a specific problematic employee, this guy me, and said I have a whistleblower and someone refusing the vaccine. What do I do with him?
And the way I know is because God's hand is on this, because that person back at the Hoover building in Washington, DC, very far away from Las Cruces, from where I was sitting, made a phone call to someone that I had no reason to know I'd never met in the FBI. I met because I set up a group of people who were religiously conservative and wanted to not get the vaccine shots, and I wanted them to know they weren't
alone. We set up a group of people who are within the FBI as a support group not to share information that was dangerous or nefarious, to say you are not alone and to lead each other in prayer and in hope. And one of the members of that group got that phone call from the Hoover building and made a phone call to me saying I told them they should promote you. You guys know that the the story after that, obviously that didn't happen.
But this is really wild stuff. So we've got Daily Signal covering it. We've got the Federalist covering it. Those are pretty good and reliable conservative outlets pushing this stuff out. A Democrat calling out politicized targeting within the security clearance process is the allegation we've made all along. And some of you guys would be like, well, how come you can't appeal this? Why don't you have any sort of standing to do?
Is this is the end around the FBI found and I there are other agencies that have done this as well. I'm certain of it. And when we reveal the FB is version of it, which we are going to do, it's going to take us a long time. That arc in the moral universe, it bends towards justice. Even though it takes a long time, it is a long arc, OK? This is happening because they got away with it and they thought it was OK. But we have not given up that fight.
Part of it is because I refuse to be quiet. Part of it is because other guys like Marcus and Garrett Steve, they've gone through a more litigious process. That litigious process is not over for me yet either, folks. And I'm going to share with that, share a little bit about
that at the end. Listen, this purge statement when the client is a registered Democrat witnessing first hand as a supervisory special agent how the FBI Security Division improperly suspended clearance, revoked employees clearances with political views, medical views or even an ethnicity. They were questioned by the security division leadership. They went after people. They went after a guy who was Lebanese. Has nothing to do with any of
this. They just because they just didn't like that he was Lebanese and they made-up stuff. These people are determining outcomes. They are trying to stack the deck against people who have dissent. You're supposed to have a representative group. We keep hearing this from Chris Ray, whose face is on the screen right now. Oh, the FBI is more and more looking like America. Yeah. Is it how come you guys are getting rid of all the Conservatives?
We had a former Navy SEAL who's on Twitter yesterday asked me. He said, I still think that your former colleagues are going to be up to the task. And I said they won't be. And we know they won't be. Why do we know? Because the people who would be up to the task are not the ones making the decisions. And the ones who would be up to the task have already decided to give up their sovereignty, their agency, and they have decided to stay silent and follow orders.
When those who would not be up to the task continue to give those orders, the agency is captured. And there's more and more evidence of it. Here's going back. Look at this. This is going back to March of 2023 where the House Judiciary Democrats went after GOP quote UN quote whistleblowers. Remember that the same kind of things that that Julie Kelly is saying with the quote, UN quote whistleblowers nonsense. That's why the attacks from the inside are so garbage.
People are like, oh, how come you can't be united in the House? I can't be united in the House because people are not being honest. When you make a personal attack about something like this, What our family gave up with, the other guy's families gave up, including people whose names you never heard. We did it because of our kids, which is what this is always
about. And now we share with you and you got so-called conservatives friendlies taking the same stabs that you saw going back to March. In fact, it even goes older than that because if you look at the thing it says whistleblowers, FBI purging employees, that's from June of 2022. It was about seven months or eight months after I talked to Jordan's people, but that came from ranking member Jordan's letter to Chris Ray using those words, purge, purging. And they said exactly the same
thing. We have had the same exact messaging campaign and pushing the same story for the last two plus years. That's why, because it's true, because it's accurate and we are going to continue to expose it. I'm, I'm thrilled about this kind of stuff by the way. It's fun to see it because now I'm emotionally disconnected from it. Now I have this thing that I do with you guys every morning and those of you who listen to the afternoons on the audio. I really appreciate all of you
guys sharing this. We're going to continue to be less emotional and smarter about how we push. I'm going to show you why because all this stuff arcs towards justice in the end. These were some of the hit pieces I wanted to share. Some of the best of Jim Jordan's FBI whistleblowers testify publicly before Congress as questions about their legitimacy remain. Oh, so sayeth, who is that? Which is the the question about the legitimacy That looks like CNN.
That's CN NS piece 3 self-described FBI whistleblowers. Do you know why they're self-described? Because they don't understand how to read statute. But remember, if you're the right kind of whistleblower and you you go after Donald Trump, then of course you cannot be questioned. We've played that montage here before. I don't need to deal with that. But they they made fun of the the claims that there were dozens of whistleblowers. I have no doubt that other people came forward.
Most of them didn't put their name in the hat like we just did. The best is this little, this little snapshot from who is this Esquire? A guy named Charles Pierce, who is terrible. He said if, if you have a question, if you're willing to take Donald Trump's word on anything that you shouldn't be in the FBI. That was actually one of the statements. He had an entire article about this. Not very well read from what I can tell, 'cause no one's ever archived it.
Jim Jordan boasts about whistleblowers, but all he produces a stream of hot air. Yeah. How's that aging there? Charles Pierce March 3rd, 2023. Before my friends went out and spoke in front of weaponization, that was in May of last year. They were making those claims. There was a concentrated effort to push against this. And the fun thing is, is you can push against the truth as long as you want. It comes back and hits you in the face at some point in time. So prepare for it.
While we're talking about whistleblowers and and my buddies, I want to just kind of throw this out there. The suspendables merch store. If you guys want to get yourself something from there and you want to support my buddy Garrett O'boyle, that's the thing you can do. You can you can support the logo and the branding of the upside down badge. It says that that upside down badge is an existential threat to America. The dash suspendables.com is our website.
It goes directly to Garrett and his family. It's his wife's company promo code. Kyle will save you 10%. Why? Why not? It doesn't benefit us, it just benefits him. We're all in this together. We have banded together in a life raft and just like brothers in arms, we're fighting this thing. Even though there were a small number. We're going to continue to fight that Godzilla and we are also going to let those Democrats, the clowns, fight as best they can. We're going to let them fight
themselves. I'm going to give you some examples of justice coming your way again. Thus Dash suspendables.com promo code Kyle is how you go to the Merge store if you want to get pins, if you want to get T-shirts. I don't know if the hats are coming back, but anyway, there'll be cold weather hoodies and things like that as it gets cooler. Not right now. Right now it's 1000° outside. Look at this. OK. This is coming from Daily Wire reporting.
I'm telling you, justice is arcing in our direction. That's how it works. Inevitably, the judge approves a delay for Trump sentencing after the Supreme Court immunity ruling. A little bit of pause. You get a picture of Donald Trump here, given that kind of
funny smile at the debate. Sentencing for Donald Trump after his guilty verdict in New York in the hush money case has been postponed at least until September, the judge says, meaning the president, the former president will no longer have to have a hearing, which was supposed to be on July 11th. It's been picked, it's been vacated.
The court's decision will be tendered off calendar on September 6th, 2024, and the matter is adjourned until September 20. September 18th of 2024 at 10:00 AM. So we will now see this push all the way back until we are towards the tail end. Maybe they want to unleash this thing at the end of the campaign. But at the very least, what we're seeing is a reprieve from that sentencing possibility. And that's not nothing. That's part one, part number two. Here's another little piece.
One of the things we talk about here on this program all the time is the attack on folks who are protesting abortion. And they do so peacefully. They're not violent. These are not the bombers from the 90s. This is not people taking shots at doctors. These are people who are praying and singing, sometimes poorly in front of abortion clinics so that so that women have an opportunity to change a course and to save a life that they are carrying. Tennessee judge ruled Tuesday.
This is coming from Daily Signal that a pro-life activist, Paul Vaughn, he is the father of eleven children, will now avoid prison time, which was sought by Biden's DOJ. And it is Biden's DOJ. That was obvious to us, which we're going to show you a little bit more as we go on. The Biden DOJ sought a year in prison for this pro-life activist, noting that the judge gave him nothing but three years of supervised release, which is essentially probation.
Paul Vonis rejoices. He says that, quote, we rejoice in God's plan because this is at the heart of a spiritual battle. We are thankful to have a strong advocate in the Thomas More Society. You guys may know about them. They are a legal advocacy society for this kind of stuff. And not only are they legal experts, they deeply understand that the spiritual battle is raging across our land. True. That is very much true. Thanks Eric Jason in the chat for throwing 5 bucks in there to
say. Folks, make sure you've hit the like button. Make sure you have subscribed to the channel. If you are following us anywhere, you can subscribe there and then also make sure if you want, you can be notified when we go live. This is the live chat that you are missing over on rumble.com/kyle Serafin. Again, rumble.com/kyle Serafin, you guys don't even need to be a member I think and we have to
test this. Maybe my wife will do this for me. Kyle, serafin.com should actually have the live stream carried. If you can't pick it up anywhere else, you should be able to go to the website, I think, but I'm not an expert on this. I used to be an FBI agent. The tech thing is all new to me. Make sure you like this video folks, 'cause we, we do appreciate you guys pushing this out there. And moreover, this story is a story of hope at this exact
moment. OK, On top of that, you've got two things going on. One, hopeful stories, pro lifers, positive movement for the for the suspendables and Donald Trump's little bit of a reprieve right now. The second thing is something that Mark out taught me. He's a veteran guest of our show. You guys remember he was acquitted when the DOJ went after him and they claimed that he had violated the FACE Act. They acquitted him in one hour of deliberations. They were like, Nope, not happening.
That is not how it works in America. If you protect your kid, you protected your kid, you're just a dad. And that's what they went after, a Philadelphia jury, no less. And what he told me was, is that the devil, as he prows about the world, is loudest when he's losing. And that's a really interesting
thought. I think it's actually going to play into the the discussion I'm going to have with Ron Coleman of the Dillon Law Firm. I'm going to be talking to him a little bit later and he's going to be on the Dinesh D'souza podcast. The arc of this moral universe arcs towards justice. When evil is not triumphant, evil is loudest. And he said two things that I want to get into with him #1 is that first you must obey, and then you can understand God's law.
I think that's really incredible stuff. It's been sitting with me for weeks and weeks since we last talked. And the other thing is that America right now, because of a lot of the things that are going on, we are cursed with abundance. We're going to discuss those topics. I think that curse of abundance has LED us to some bad outcomes. Austerity almost always is the trend. The trend is Old Testament style, right? The the Israelites, they're doing the right thing.
They're following, everything is working. They get kind of fat and happy. They have things going their way. Suddenly they decide that they're too good for God's law. They start acting in their own manner and they get off track. They are usually punished. It is usually quite severe. It usually feels terrible. I imagine them they can they could hear the shrieking or the silence, that sort of victory of the of the devil at that point in time and then they trend back.
This is a fun story I want to push out here to you because this is the shrieking. The shrieking is coming in this case from NBC News. Originalism is a dead letter. Supreme Court majority accused of abandoning the legal principles in the Trump immunity ruling. They are shrieking. They are Reeing, they are collected those those liberal tears, if you will, that the The Daily Wire likes to hold on to. These are leftist tears.
And the amusing thing is, is that they're using, they're using a quotation from a guy named Michael Ludig. He's a conservative former federal judge. I think that he's a former conservative federal judge. The, the order of those words matter. He said at this point, at the this Supreme Court, originalism is a dead letter to be resurrected and employed only when it suits the court's purposes.
They found this guy. He is a notable conservative, they claim, and he is able to debunk the legitimacy of the Supreme Court. You want to know how legit and how conservative Michael Ludig is? This is a piece that he penned at the Atlantic. And when did he penned this? He wrote this in August of 2023. OK, so it's about a year old now. They claim to be him and his co-author of this piece. Students of the US Constitution for many decades. 1A former U.S.
Court of Appeals judge, the other a professor of constitutional law, and they make an argument about the 14th Amendment ratified in 1868. Interestingly enough, the quote that the title of today's today's podcast comes from was 100 years later in 1968, spoken in DC by Martin Luther King Junior. What he claims in this article about a year ago is that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment automatically precludes Donald Trump from ever being president
again, even though the courts don't agree with him. That's a real conservative position, isn't it? That somebody should be removed from a ballot without due process, without ever being convicted of the thing? Huh. Not conservative is the verdict of the Kyle Seraphin Show. Sorry, bud, that's not a conservative position, but it is fun to watch NBC screaming about it, crying about it, making these head waves. They're they're why are they doing this?
Why do they have to, to, to lose their minds? First of all, these, these conservatives that that kind of crossed the line. He's been made a fellow at UVA. He went to UVA. He has an East Coast law school band. He's spoken at Yale. And I think there was something about him talking it Harvard, all these things kind of like they, they take these these folks that were formerly conservative, maybe did a job as a conservative and they kind of pull them into the fold of the
orthodoxy. And the orthodoxy is this Donald Trump is very, very bad and everybody else should be scared of him. So they so they get that compliance. It's the same reason why we saw that Colorado court vote the way that they did. You recall the folks who voted in favor of Donald Trump should have due process and his name could be on the ballot. They were all from the University of Denver Law School.
And the folks that voted that Donald Trump was very, very bad, went to Yale, went to Harvard, went to UVA, they went to Penn, they went to law schools that are Ivy League or Ivy adjacent. They're all East Coast schools. That orthodoxy, that friend group, that sort of pressure from those who are in your peer group, it changes these folks. So you don't get to claim to be conservative if you don't act in a conservative way. My question is this, What are you conserving?
If you're not conserving the status quo of something that existed far before your lifetime, then you are not conservative. You're not interested in being conservative. And how about just a little bit of fairness? They can't handle it. They don't like it. That's why this is kind of fun. Before we go to the next story, which is going to be coming from my friends over at Catholic Vote, I want to go ahead and say
thanks to them. If you guys want to support Catholic Vote and this podcast, you can do so by going to catholicvote.org/give. There's a financial donation. If you'd like to do that, you can do so. There are 501 C four. They do advocacy, they are interested in trying to fight for faith and family and freedom. All the things that we celebrate on July 4th. This is something Catholic vote has been in. Our values are 100% in
alignment. And when I have talked to president of the of this organization, Brian Birch, it's always an enlightening conversation. He's very, very bright and he gets it. He gets the problems. He understands the issues that exist for Western society, for American specifically, and they are out there trying to move the needle where it counts the same way that Mike Howell is. It's about building a plan and then executing a plan that can have real results.
They're interested in outcomes. They are not interested in platitudes. If you guys want to be informed, go to catholicvote.org/loop and read the loop. You can also sign up and just get the loop if you want. And I know Rose throws that in the chat every morning. So appreciate that, Rose. You guys can get the loop and be informed. And this next story comes out of the loop. A lot of different stuff going on back and forth as far as this Biden, will he stay?
Will he go? If you listen to Dinesh's podcast yesterday, and I recommend that you do there, the argument is that essentially if they pull him the law fair that the right and specifically Heritage Foundation and oversight project are willing to engage in and at least five states should be prohibited from getting him on the ballot. Mostly the story is you can't win with a right in candidate. You cannot be successful and con and fake and handwrite enough ballots to fake your way over the top.
It will be far too big to rig. But even as it stands, it's Mike House position that he thinks that the the trend towards Donald Trump and the trend towards Republicans in general, not that anybody should get comfortable with it, but it should be much, much higher than than than the rigging capability exists. They said they're they're planning for essentially a 5% bump. That's a lot to overcome right now.
Donald Trump actually gained 6 points in the polls against Joe Biden because of his absolutely weak performance. So you got to do 2 things. They're talking about replacing him. That's very interesting. Like I said, let them fight. We said this yesterday. This is justice that we are seeing kind of played out, this lie that has been trotted out for so long. Now they're going to have to lie after having shown the evidence on CNN, which makes it very fun, guys.
The claim is, is that he was very, very tired, OK? He flew around the world twice in a month. Isn't that the job of the president? Sometimes you got to fly around. Do you know how much Donald Trump is on a plane, by the way? It is insane. His travel schedule is totally nuts. Just an Energizer Bunny. Even at 78. Like, I don't want to do his travel schedule. I hate travel. He's flying all over the place. Same. But Joe flew, so he's tired.
And then they gave him like a week to rehab doing nothing at Camp David. And the claim is, is that he's really exhausted. So here's here's them. They're making the excuses. Let them make the excuses. Let them fight within their own party. Here we go. Couple little tastes. President Biden has made it very clear how many times does he have to say it that he did not have his best night? You know, he said in a fundraiser last night in McLean,
VA, that he was tired. You know, you've noted on the show, Mika, many times that, you know, he travelled twice around the world. You know, he was exhausted. He oh, he was exhausted. Well, if he was tired and he was exhausted, then, you know, what can you do? It's not his fault. That's basically what we're saying. It's not his fault because he
was tired. This got trotted out a couple different ways to the point where you now got news anchors are making that the claim, hey, it was just it was just a tired night. He's making jokes about it already. It's already good, as I said, that they failed when they trotted him out for five more minutes. And I don't know. He told his Joners essentially that the the debate performance was based on him being jet lagged and that he had a cold. How many excuses are we going to lick?
Let them make the excuses because they have to decide it with their own eyes. I'm pretty tired today. I'm not 78. I'm not 81. I'm pretty tired today because my kid woke up in the middle of the night and she's teething and she's uncomfortable and, and my wife was dealing with that. I can still show up and string a sentence together. Maybe it's age, maybe it's because the guy is in mid to late stage dementia and he doesn't even know where he is as his own staff has started kind
of trickling out. They they were trickling this out because they're frustrated with his performance. I think the whole idea is they have to show it and then act like a but this was also nothing. Here's another little kind of claim. I think this is Max Frost talking about he's from Florida or he lives in Florida and represents Florida. And he's he's just, they're all trying to kind of shrug this to
the side. I don't think it's effective, but I would be more than happy for them to keep talking about it to their base. We should at least know what they're doing. President Biden had just told donors that he nearly fell asleep on stage during Thursday's debate because of all of his international travel. Does that raise any concerns for you? Yeah. Well, I I just read about that like everybody else. I know this is, you know, here, say, or could have been paraphrased from people in the
room. So I'm sure exactly what he said. But, you know, the president does do a lot of travel. I mean, he was traveling, crisscrossing the entire. World. Then going right to Camp David, obviously prior to the debate. So we don't want to hear more about what he said. President Biden, I don't know why that one always loops. Yeah, check that out. OK. So he's very tired and I'm not concerned. I'm not going to say I'm concerned. This is a this is a stroke of of justice coming back.
This is when your chickens come home to roost. I think they're coming home to roost because of a lot of the evil that's been done. There's only so much evil you can do in the world before it starts coming back on you. Here's a little taste of it as as I promised, coming from Catholic, yet another sort of instance of information coming out that we already knew House report, the Biden administration pressured the FDA to quote UN quote, cut corners ahead of the
COVID shot mandates. Now you're thinking, OK, so Donald Trump has been claiming a lot of stuff about Operation Ward speed. He's kind of dropped off that he realizes that's not a winner. For those of us that are on the fence, that don't crawl over broken glass for Donald Trump, we're not the cheerleader types. I think there's a couple of things that were pretty bad during Donald Trump's time. One of them Operation Ward Speed. Interesting idea. I don't like it, but I don't
hate it as much. And the reason I don't hate it is because they didn't mandate it on me and I didn't lose my job over it. The Biden administration, the worst. The other thing was the bump stocks band, which we've talked about, and that was overturned, so good for there. So here you go.
The Administrative, State Regulatory Reform and Antitrust subcommittee, Yeah, that's a real thing, chaired by Thomas Massie, revealed that amid concerns the Pfizer products were causing injuries to young Americans who are otherwise healthy, federal agencies, quote, mishandled reports of vaccine injury despite requirements to actively obtain, synthetize and report feedback on the safety and efficacy of the emergency use authorization shots.
End Quote. And the quote, Yeah, by the way, that whole thing about the end, the quote, like this whole outrage about that. I don't think like you, you say End Quote a lot. If you're actually speaking. I don't think that was a a failure on Biden's part. If you don't know what I'm talking about, don't worry about it. So here we go.
Why is this matter? Because as many of you who put in these medical exemption requests and those of you who are making arguments according to the law, the Pfizer drug was not approved by the FDA. This was the whole story of community. Do you guys recall this time? There was a moment in time when the Biden administration was like, we are going to mandate you getting the shot.
But we are now in conflict with federal law because under emergency use authorization at, you know, access to to, to drugs, people have to have, they have to have this thing that's called now, I can't think of the word for it. What is the word? The word is they have to have this consent. They have to have understood consent. It's not implied. They have to actually understand the nature of the risks.
And if you don't actually consent with full understanding of what you're getting into, they can't require it. The only way that they can push this into a mandate format is if the FDA actually approves it. And so, as Portland Hold the Line just says in our chat community was approved by the FDA. According to this, this report, it was pressured and the corners were cut. The real problem was yes, thank you. Informed consent. Sometimes you guys catch me when
my my brain is slipping. Had a Biden moment. Informed consent is required. Implied consent is what happens if somebody is on the the ground and they can't breathe and you were you know, you want them to be treated the way that you would be treated if you were in the same spot. But you cannot have informed consent. And if you don't have informed consent for an EUA, then you can't force it, right? It cannot be forced. That's why the big sort of story with community was the issue.
And I remember I was working for the FBI at the time, driving down a highway. I was driving between Albuquerque and Las Cruces. And I spent shoot maybe 45 minutes to an hour on the phone with the state health department. And I was recording it. And the question was, you guys have access to community? Yes. Where is it? Where can I find a place that has it? And they kept saying over and over and over again, it is materially the same formulation as the non community branded as
the EUA. And I said, but it is it is a noticeably different program and product and you cannot force it. So where is it? Where can I get community? It was never available during the time that I work for the FBI as I was removed. So they continue to do this. They did this to the military too, by the way. They took these shots that didn't carry the legal liability. And that's the big issue here.
This was the issue that many of us were were honing in on, on the legal end of it. The reason why they wanted everybody to take a EUA drug is because you, essentially you, you waive your right to lawsuits if there is any problem. That's it. That's what we were talking about. Under an EUA, an emergency youth authorization, you don't have the same rights legally because it is not the same product legally as what it says when it
says community COVID-19. This EUA drug was a get out of jail free card for the various different manufacturers. And it's now being pushed out that not only did they cut the corners, but they also were pressured by the Biden administration because they wanted to get a political outcome. And that outcome all related to a political purge, which we have talked about at the beginning of the show. So how interesting is that, that all these things come together? These findings cannot remain in
the dark. The truth always creeps into the light, and it is continuing to creep into the light. And as it does, you also get some of this. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. This is a really funny little story, and I'm going to tell you why I think it's funny and why it may have some implications broader. It probably doesn't have to, but I would be making this argument if I was in Donald Trump's camp. Listen to this little funny story that's that leaked out
last night. Some of you guys saw this on social media. New tonight NBC News reports that first son hunter Biden joined meetings with the president and senior staff this week in The West Wing reaction from senior staff described as what the hell is happening the White House had this explanation he. Came back with his dad from Camp David. He walked him into the speech prep and he was in the room.
Oh, well, he just came back from Camp David and he was hanging out with his dad and then he was in the speech prep and then he was in the room. That's not what it says. Says that West Wing meetings are being joined by Hunter Biden after dad's disaster debate, after the debate because he doesn't trust AIDS. This is the story coming out from the New York Post. Very funny stuff only because I'm going to tell you the funnier implications of it. He's the oldest sitting president.
He's resisting calls to step aside. He can't. At this point, his crackhead felon son, who was convicted of three gun felonies, scheduled for another federal trial in September for tax fraud, is now his advocate. Well, here's the thing. Any of you who have an elderly parent who've seen people with elderly parents, they used to see it all the time in the
ambulance. Like when I was running around on an ambulance, if I was working in an emergency room, people come in. If they were elderly and they needed assistance, who comes with them? Loved ones, family members? Yeah, standard. Why wouldn't they? Sometimes a caregiver if they didn't have anybody else. But generally, wouldn't you want to be there with your dad? Now imagine that your dad is the president of the United States and he can't do the job.
And your 54 year old convicted felon son who has been a ne'er do well his whole life, running around picking up bags of cash. That guy is going to look after him. Well, that's weird. And don't they talk about things that are kind of sensitive to America? Don't you have to be either like a security cleared, top secret SCI compartmented information type background check passing dude to sit in those meetings or female?
Don't you have to don't you have to go through some kind of like vetting process to sit in the White House? It turns out the argument that I would make if I was an 81 year old Biden who needed my 54 year old kid to come in and carry me around and make sure that I wasn't getting steamrolled by my own staff. And it turns out the argument you might make is that the president has the plenary authority to declassify anything and can read anybody in on anything at any time. Interesting.
I wonder who else could make that argument after Joe would have to. Wouldn't that be something The the best is that the New York Post can always. Be counted on to throw some salacious photos of him sitting in bathrooms with prostitutes and painted nails and other weird things. Hunter Biden is a real interesting character. The idea that you could read in your kid to look after you because you're an elderly person
with a poor memory. I think that actually bends in the favour of Donald Trump too, does it not? Just fun. Another little thing. These these sins that are going to come back to haunt the Biden administration. They are not stopping and this one is an indication. It's the second story in a couple of days that I've seen about the Taliban. This article is a cover piece that is written entitled The Enemy of My Enemy. The Biden administration weighs working with the Taliban to combat ISIS.
K Remember when both of them were under control and they were both not able to hold on to Afghanistan? There was no place for them to exist there because the United States military had control, functional dominance of that country. Oh yeah. And then we had the disastrous pull out, the August pull out in 2021, the same time that they were pushing the community BS. The same time they were pressuring the FDA to get these
things out. The same time that they had issued the vaccine mandate, which happened in September of 2021. The same time that they were doing a compliance purge of my former agency. All of these sins are crawling out from underneath the rug right now because the arc of the moral universe, it is long, but it bends towards justice. Just as MLK said, they can't
keep the stuff under wraps. The best for me is when you have people going out trying to make the cover story that is so absurd you can't even cover for it. Think about making this argument on national television in light of what we just talked about. We just talked about Donald Trump got a little bit of a reprieve in New York, but he's facing down the multiple counts still with the Jack Smith.
He just got a favorable ruling, ruling from from the Supreme Court saying that there is such a thing as presidential immunity and the president is a unique actor in a in a constitutional sense. You know, and then you got this guy claiming that Joe Biden, he would never abuse the authority of his office. That's how you know, because he's never done it. Except we're just pointing out all the times he did listen to this little fun thing.
And President Biden said last night, and President Biden said last night, you know, people don't have to worry about him abusing this power. People know that he has the wisdom, character and judgement to do this job the right way. He's done it for the last 3 1/2 years. That's it. He's done it a certain way. I wouldn't call it the right way, but he's done it the certain way for the last 3 1/2 years. And that way is that they have covered up and painted over.
Have you ever painted over like a spot or stain on a wall or you try to try to power wash something and it looks pretty good, and then you and you wait until it dries, then suddenly you're like, oh, there's the oil stain. It's still there. It just was covered up. It was all covered up. It was all hidden, barely, but it continues to be exposed. And that for me, is a moment that makes me very happy about this country and makes me very positive. It makes me feel good about it.
And it makes me feel like we don't often see people vindicated in their own time, but the story that my friends and I have kind of experienced is a vindication in real time, and there's more of it. So I'm going to end with that in just a second here. Before we do, if you guys are interested in taking advantage of the Independence Day, the July 4th sale going on at matthatjerky.com, go to
matthatjerky.com/kyle. Put Kyle at the end and normally you would use my promo code and get 20% off, but today you can use USA and you'll get 30% off. That is a big chunk of change off an incredibly high quality product. I don't know if mine's being delivered today or if it'll be after the the the holiday, but I've got a big chunk coming in matthatjerky.com/kyle Kyle. That's going to get you access to USDA Prime. Incredibly tender, very chewy,
but not, not leathery. I don't know how else to describe it. It's a really good product and it's very tasty. Even people who don't like jerky enjoy it. As some of you guys have tagged me on social media and said, hey, I don't even eat this stuff normally, but I tried it because of you and I really like it. So thanks for spending my money. It's like, yeah, you're welcome. I'm happy to do that for you. Very good. This, this whole thing has created crises within the Biden
camp. It's very fun to watch. The idea that he wouldn't abuse power is very funny to me right now. And as I said, let them fight. This is a little kind of a taste. This is still more stuff going on. And the biggest piece was that now Lloyd Doggett, who used to be my congressman when I lived down closer to downtown in Austin, TX, he is now stepping out against Joe Biden and saying he needs to exit the race. The problem is, is I don't think Lloyd Doggett was ever a very good congressman.
He never seemed very bright and apparently he doesn't understand what guys like Mike Howell is talking about and how like this is a real big deal. I didn't want to give you guys a little taste if you didn't listen to yesterday's podcast with the next D'souza. If that's not something you normally do, I'm going to recommend you listen to Mike Howell talk. Why? Let me give you the let me give you the Diane Seraphin, my
mother's take. She said I didn't think I was going to like Mike Howell, but I really liked him. That's why you should listen to it. He's actually very good. He did a great job and we had a nice chat. I'm talking to him more and more about the stuff because he's really serious about the actual
problems and solutions. And more importantly, he's interested in results, which is something we can't say about all of our members of Congress. But the people that are pushing from the outside who get it, listen. They listen to people from Heritage because they've got a lot of swing and they're bright. They're hitting it right.
They they've done some war gaming and stuff with Steve Friend. I know Seb Gorka was involved in some of it. And there are people who actually care about maybe it might be a hard hit, but they're going to push the envelope hard. So here we go.
Here's a little bit of a little taste of that because I want you guys to go listen to it. How much of it do you think is Americans sort of not understanding the civics that are at play and not understanding the way that our government actually works and how much of it is just pure manipulation? They're just counting on us not paying attention at all. And that, you know, the people just kind of remain asleep. Right.
So they've absolutely over a period of decades now have destroyed the civic fabric of this country where we can have an informed populace. If you read the founders closely, I mean, this is what they articulated, that this form of government only works for a virtuous people and the people who are well informed. And that's why the less project of taking over to the media is is so destructive.
And then you add on to that the destruction of the education system, where most people don't even understand how the system is intended to be operated to operate and the history underpinning it, and they're actually taught to to resent it. And then you throw on to that the the decline of religion and the attacks on religion and the things that bind us to be a nation. It's not just this economic trading zone with the with the boundary around it.
It's a people of shared values, history and language. And then on that last point, look what's happened with, you know, since 1965, but particularly, you know, way accelerated in the binding years. They have flooded this country with new demographics for the purposes of changing the composition of the country for their preferred electoral, you know, outcomes. So a little taste of it. I want you guys to get in there. You notice you touched on the things that we always talk about
here. It's faith, family and freedom. That idea that a good and moral people must be the ones who try to enact the policy prescriptions, the skeleton of the US government under our US Constitution. It's so incredibly important that we can't divorce it. And I've had some people come in here occasionally. You guys will will see some some folks and hey, listen, I didn't come here for a sermon. I didn't come here for religion. I'm not trying to preach. You tell you how to live.
I don't. I don't know you. So you do you. I'm just telling you if you want to be successful, there are some things that happen and it can becomes very obvious. We all have this trend in our lives, at least the guys that live the way that I did. It's like for a while when things are going good, you think it's because of you. And when things are going bad, you realize you might need some help.
And the more that you lean into asking God for help, the more that it turns out that you are reaffirmed in that, especially at the hardest times. And we're seeing it right now in real time. You guys are seeing this drama play out for me and for Garrett and for Steve Friend and for Marcus Allen, who's a very, very spiritual person. You're seeing this play out. Even George Hill, who will never tell you, is also quite spiritual and makes arguments to this effect in private regularly.
Because there's an underpinning of what used to be just the standard. It didn't need to be stated. Even up until my childhood, I think that the numbers were were pretty overwhelming. Like 90% of people clung to a faith tradition before the end of the 1980s. And we lost a lot of that one because the March, the political left maybe because we didn't have that unified enemy.
Looking at the alternative, the alternative was communism under the USSR and nobody wanted it. And when we won, quote, UN quote, won the Cold War and continued on anyway, when we won, we, we kind of gave up on the, the underpinning values. A lot of people stepped away from it unless people started telling their kids about it. So it's so important that you both indoctrinate them with one real patriotism, which means calling out our country when they're wrong.
Democrats don't like that. They only want to be called out. They only want to to have their way or the highway, whether if it's, if it's favorable to them to call out the US, they'll do it. And if it's not, they're not. No right or wrong. The country gets your appreciation, but you always fight because you want it to be right. And that's a big and important.
It's an important push. We always do a little something weird on weird Wednesdays. I always find something that is bizarre and unusual and I don't know where it comes from. And then I always look into it and for some reason this one has a little bit of effect on me. Wanted you to read this came from CNN, which by the way, CNN is behind a paywall right now. Good luck with thatcnn.com. Like you guys have garbage,
mostly garbage. Now you're going to want to charge for it. It's going to be 4 bucks a month. I don't think so. In fact, if you guys want to spend your 4 bucks a month, don't do it on CNNN. I'll give you all the best of you guys can come and join us on Kyle Seraphin dot com. You can actually see the show streaming from there. You'll see that rebroadcast of the stream. It's directly there. It's only when the show is live.
So that's at 0930 Eastern Time. But Kyle serafin.com, I got the confirmation that actually works. And then otherwise, you can watch us on rumble.com/kyle Serafin. You can watch us on Rumble or on youtube.com/kyle Serafin and catch the live shows over there and jump into the chat. We only stream the Rumble chat here because it's the biggest version of our audience. So if you guys want to come and be part of that by all means and if you want to contribute 5 bucks follow then subscribe.
That's how it works. It has to be done on a browser. I don't know why. OK this weird story. You guys ready? Because it's fun. This is what I would have had to pay 4 bucks a month for if I hadn't been an FBI agent and learned how to get behind paywalls forever. Some of you guys know as it gets hotter, 13,000 families in this pocket of America live without
electricity without looking. If you're on the the audio broadcast without looking, I want you to quietly say what you think this pocket of America is. Those of you who are watching, you're already cheating. All right, you got your answers. This is the story. The Navajo Nation in a little piece of the foothills. It's a very, very large thing. I think it's 1.5 million acres. It's one of the largest
reservations in the country. The Chuska Mountain foothills apparently have 13,000 families that are living without electrical power in 2024. And so if you're a leftist like those at CNN, definitely are. You blame the government. The government should have helped them. Why did the government not put electricity in there? They were doing it for all these other places.
Well, it turns out that there was actually a partial freeze on building and development that took place for over 40 years where they weren't able to do it. But that stopped in 2009. Barack Obama was in charge in 2009. And you're thinking, well, so now they had Barack Obama. Why do they not have electricity in this tribal area, even though they have these nonprofit initiatives called Light Up Navajo.
And 46 different utility companies have been trying to partner to try to get them all built up. And they're trying to put in dozens of mines of power lines and they're trying to build them under. And there's mutual aid packs and they're trying to do fixing of the things that are breaking after national. Oh my God, they're doing everything.
Why have they not done it? The reason why is because when you let the federal government handle anything, and especially when you let native tribes handle federal government monies, they screw it up everywhere. I have never heard of a tribe that had the reservation mentality that is successful ever, and they have a fortune. They're full of corruption. They're full of stupidity. Those two things go hand in hand, stupid and corruption.
It's very unfortunate. It's the same thing as watching what goes on in like a Baltimore. If you want to know what the federal government take over the United States would look like, you should look at Indian reservations. You can see sort of the the halfway version of it in places like Detroit and Baltimore and Pittsburgh in the crappy areas. When you rely on the federal government for your solution, you will fail. And here's the funniest part. I had to dig in.
I was like, there's no way the Navajo don't get a bunch of money. I'm confident they get a ton of money. So I went and found a local story. This is coming from AZ Central, Arizona Central, and it was written in December of 2016. Who was the president in December of 2016? Who was the president in all of 2016? It was Barack Obama. So the Department of the Interior was being run by there at the Indian Affairs and so on, all under Democrats. The Navajo Nation accepted more
than $1 billion. It was $1.5 billion for houses. Now the estimate that I read in the CNN piece is that it would take about a billion dollars to get these 13,000 houses hooked up with electricity. That's not a very good payoff. They probably could do it for a lot less. They actually said it was $40,000 per home. But unfortunately, these people make 30 to $40,000 a year. Most of them probably have minimal if any jobs that like that's the whole family makes 39 thousand $40,000 a year.
I looked up some salaries. An EMT basic, what? You can get that certificate in six weeks. You can become an EMT in six weeks. Even less, you can do it in four weeks. If you're really hustling, like I did in the Air Force, you can become an EMT basic and make $40,000. You can make more than the average does, and the Navajo pay $40,000 for EMT basics. Just so people know, there are jobs out there that pay something.
A billion and a half dollars were given for houses, but most people still live in garbage houses, which is the what happens. They actually were given 1.66 billion, and this was part of this thing called the Native American Housing Assistance and Self Determination Act, or the Naha Sada. They actually spelled it out like that took effect in 1998. It's been going on for a long
time, trying to eat shortages. The biggest amount of money was given to the Navajo tribe, which is the largest tribe in the country, and they blew it. They blew it all the time. They built $100 million worth of houses that nobody lives in. They spent $7,000,000 on 4 little fourplexes that are like these igloo shaped things and nobody lives in those. They spent $152 million in 2016 and they built 26 new homes. That's $5.8 million a house. Folks, do you have any idea?
These people have scammed themselves out of this because the federal government gave them money and they don't have any idea of how to do it. So the folks like this poor lady that's sitting on the screen, I'm sure she has nothing to do with it. But the corruption of the folks that actually do handle that kind of big money, they live big and federal corruption, that's what the FBI ought to be doing.
Nobody gives a shit about doing corruption cases on the rez because they would get kicked out because it's not politically expedient. Even though these people take money hand over fist and they're insane. Like they are insanely run. It is so bad that you will see people living in three, three walled houses with a hole in the roof when it's 20 or 40° below 0 in Montana. And those people that are living on the the res, they still show
up and get their checks. When you put people on a reservation you are making them captives. They are run by the government. They are victims of the
government. But they also sort of could leave at any time and step out on their own 2 feet, but they don't have the courage to do it. The people that leave the reservations are almost always more successful, but so many of them get drawn back in. That's what America looks like if you put your faith and your trust in the federal government instead of a God that actually has something good going on.
Really bad stuff. I'm just telling you, Indian reservations are a a harbinger of what is to come if the left got their way. And it doesn't look good. It looks like people without electricity living in absolute squalor. So be aware of that. The upside is I think we're training away from that. I think Americans are seeing it and they're seeing it early enough to turn away from that Cliff. So that's pretty good. All right, I told you I'd give you guys some last good news here.
This one is a little bit weird. This one's very personal for me. This is a court case that we're working on. I haven't talked about it because there was no reason to, and I didn't want to kind of bring it into the discussion, but it actually fits in today. So I'm going to let you guys know a little bit about it. OK? Today you guys are reading on the screen. It's too small for you to read obviously, so let me throw it up here where I can read it on my screen it says conclusion.
This is a 22 page decision written by Keith Ellingson, who is our Ellingson, who is AUS District Judge down in the Southern District of Texas, signed in Houston. It was signed on the 29th day of April 2024. Conclusion. For the foregoing reasons, there's a lot of justification. That's all legal. Before this, the defendants motions are granted. All claims brought by feds for medical freedom are dismissed
with prejudice. All claims against the individual capacity of the defendants are dismissed without prejudice for lack of jurisdiction, and all claims against the DOJ, the FBI and defendant and Chris Ray in his official capacity are dismissed with prejudice. Counts 2456 and seven are dismissed with prejudice as defendant Garland in his official capacity. This is the lawsuit that I'm involved in, folks. It's a class action against DOJ and FBI.
But here's a little good news 'cause it always comes like this. As the remaining claims brought against defendant Garland is official capacity, count one is dismissed with prejudice. That means they can't bring it back again to all plaintiffs, except I'll read them all here, except there's six of us and my name is one of them, Kyle Seraphin on the last one. And Count 6 is dismissed with prejudice for all plaintiffs except three of us, including Kyle Seraphin. We are fighting against the
Garland administration. We are showing that basically they were involved in religious discrimination. And the second piece is that they were involved in constructive termination. If you want to know how I'm not working for the feds, it's because I'm actually suing them for getting rid of them, for getting rid of me. They got rid of a lot of the suits. They scraped off most the class, mostly because those people
still have their jobs. But there are six people on one list and three people on another list. My name is the only one that is on both. And we are now going to push this fight. We're going to be fighting against the fact that the FBI was involved in this religious discrimination and the fact that they were involved in constructive discharge or termination, which is to say they did everything except
actually say I was fired. As I have been arguing from the beginning and the judge saw merit. We've survived the motion to dismiss. That is usually the heaviest burden. Now we get into the part where we get to go grab discovery. And that's going to be the fun part, folks, being able to look at what emails came in, deposing some people, getting them on record the same way we have that Democrat registered from this little whistleblower story at the beginning of the day.
This is the arc of what justice looks like. The moral arc tends towards justice. I believe it very firmly. I got something fun for you guys. Let's do a 5 star view real quick. You guys crossed the 1000 review boundary and we're really, really grateful today. Rough side out says I listen daily. Five stars quickly went up in my church to a daily must listen. I'd like to hear about Catholic faith issues.
Not all of you are, but I'm telling you the Catholic faith that we are talking about here is the universal Christian faith. That is the the the values that we all share. We can disagree about the semantics of it works over deeds and and over faith alone. But at the end of the day, we're on the same team here and I appreciate that last one here ready conspiracy theory. You guys want to get deep into the weeds, apparently. Don't buy chickens or you're going there.
This is kind of fun. If you think about it, chickens are kind of like the gateway drug to conspiracy theories. So I think if you get chickens, you ultimately will become a conspiracy theorist. And here's the reason why I say that because you're going to get chickens, right? You're going to love having chickens. You're going to realize that they taste different, so you're going to start looking into why do they taste different? Why do they look different? Why is the yolk darker?
And then you're going to do that and you're going to realize that it's because they're not factory farmed. Then you're going to realize what factory farmed eggs look like. And then you're going to look at other foods, OK, which means you're going to try to separate yourself from the food system a little bit. After you do that, you're going to realize some of the medicinal properties in food and in your garden, like garlic and honey and all of those things. And then you're going to start
feeling a little skeptical. A little skeptical about the pharmaceutical world and ultimately what I'm saying is is if you go to Tractor Supply, look at all the cute little chicks. Just realize you will ultimately become a conspiracy theorist if you do so. But the eggs are good. The eggs are good folks. It's almost like God knew what he was doing when he created the world and gave man dominion over the animals, the plants and the the whole thing. That's why the climate pagans
are wrong. Make sure you like this video. Make sure you guys share it with friends and family, and I hope that all of you go out and have a fantastic 4th of July.
