257. Growth edge or misaligned?

Sometimes the choice is hard because we know deep down it's a growth edge for us-- something that will challenge us for the better, for our own expansion.... Sometimes the choice is hard because our ego, or our minds think that "logically" it could be a good thing for us, but thinking about saying "yes" makes us nervous... maybe the nervousness is your body's way of saying "this is not aligned" and yet, you're having trouble listening.
