Kevin opened the show with Washington Commanders starting quarterback Sam Howell as a guest. Among many topics, Sam discussed how he's feeling heading into Sunday's opener against Arizona, what it's been like working with Eric Bieniemy, the type of Washington offense we'll see this year, the receiver with which he has the best chemistry, and what he thought of Ron Rivera's comments last week to Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer about Howell's readiness at the end of last year.
