Kevin and Thom today opened with James Wood's Nats debut and then got to what happened four years ago to the day. That was the day that Fed Ex took the first step towards killing the Redskins name. Fed Ex issued a statement on July 2, 2020 requesting the Redskins "change its name" and the team responded that they would "undergo a review of the teams' name". The boys went back and talked about what happened, why it happened, and the many ramifications that followed because of Fed Ex's decision that day.
