2nd Date Update: Rent-A-Kid
Episode description
Leslie calls us about a girl named Connie who he matched with on Hinge. They’re both single parents who had been chatting on the app for a few weeks, but weren’t able to meet up earlier because of how hard it is to find time away from the kids. So they decided to embrace their situation and just meet up for a playdate with their kids at a playground as their first date.
It was actually a really sweet moment because both their sons are 5 years old and not only did Leslie and Connie hit it off, but so did their kids. It was a bonus that Connie could get along with his son really well and vice-versa. He could see a potential long-term future!
But after that day, she hasn’t been returning his texts or calls. He knows she’s busy, but she would at least acknowledge him in some way before. He wants to know what changed.
