2nd Date Update: Hawaiian Food

Jacelyn calls us about a guy named Sam that she matched with on Hinge. She actually just moved to the islands from Texas and was looking for a cute island boy to take her out and show her around. She thought Sam was the perfect fit when she saw his profile come up and was happy that they matched. They chat for a little and get to know each other, and eventually Sam asks if she’d be down to grab dinner this past weekend. She eagerly says yes!

He ends up taking her to this Hawaiian restaurant called Highway Inn so that she can try some island flavor. They have a good time and she was happy that she got to experience something new, especially with some arm candy.

But now it’s been crickets since their date. Jacelyn doesn’t like being the first one to initiate conversations because she thinks the guy should, but after not receiving a text from him after a couple of days, she reaches out first. No response. Now she’s wondering why he’s been ghosting her.
