Most of our beliefs about stress in no way hold any substantial reality. They are mostly myths. It’s important to discern this reality and open up our minds to the true nature of stress. This way, we can prepare our minds to start responding better to stressful situations such as the ongoing pandemic.
In this episode, I talked on the myths about stress and few of the things we can put in place to maintain stillness and avoid pressure as best as we can so as to have a more calm and productive day devoid of stress.
