Trump Indicted, America's BiPolar, Accepting Unacceptable Karel Cast Podcast #215
Donald Trump is indicted again, this time for espionage and yet the GOP rallies behind him. It makes today's show even more relevant. First we look at the bipolar existence of America: we know stress kills us, literally, but our entire society is setup to stress us out; then the "A" in "America" is obviously also for Accepting the Unacceptable, as we continue to live in an unacceptable society; and we end with HRC issuing a state of Emergency for Americans that happen to be LGBTQIA. An actual state of Emergency in 2023. Watch on YouTube and listen wherever you get your podcast. Subscribe at YouTube.com/reallykarel @ReallyKarel is all social media and website reallykarel.com

Good morning, good afternoon, or good evening, whenever you might be listening to this. This is starting the show a little differently today because Donald Trump has been indicted again. And I did the show this morning very very early. I'm like, literally in the middle of the night so I can post it early for the East Coast, so I literally get up and do a show in the middle of the night. And I wanted to add this to

the show because he is indicted again. He will go to court on Tuesday for espionage and you know, for the documents at Marlago, not for the seditious conspiracy. But you know, I have not a lot to say about that, except today in the show, we're going to be talking about the a in America being for accepting the unacceptable, and it is unacceptable that we have a credible political party, the Republicans who continued to back a now twice

indicted felon. Let's be real, he's a criminal. He did these things. He's going to be convicted. Ultimately, if he were black, he would have already been convicted. If it were Obama or Clinton, they'd already be in jail. But the fact is he did these crimes. He did them in public, and he's not ashamed of them, and Republicans are still

backing him up. So when you see the rest of the show today about the a in America being for accepting the unacceptable, about the bipolar existence that we all live, when you see that, I want you to put it in this context. The Republican Party being a viable political party in the two party system is unacceptable. They should all be expelled from Congress. They should all be expelled period, from the Senate, from the House, from state

legislators. If they identify as Republican, they should be thrown out. And if they support Donald Trump, they should not be given I don't care how many people follow them. We can't let people in our political system and let a party in our political system happen just because it gets followers. What is this YouTube? It is unacceptable that Donald Trump is still running for president. It is unacceptable that Republicans support him. He is a criminal and if you

support him, you support criminal activities and have no place in government. And now on with the show. It is the Crowdcast and Happy Friday. We're gonna be talking about bipolarism in the USA and a once in a lifetime alert from the HRC, and I now know what the A in America stands for all today, uncensored, unfiltered, unhinged as cREL Cast, listen daily on your favorite streaming service. Friday Friday, Thank god it's Friday. Is the Correl Cast, and I am Correll, and a happy Friday to you,

especially if you're in New York. You're inside listening to me. I hope because if you're outside, you wheezy. You'd be dying out there with that orange sky and that orange smoke, and it's just terrible. It's nothing to even joke about. So I know what you know about the A in America. We're going to talk about that, but first I want to start with bipolarism in the USA. And I really mean this today, we're really going

to be talking about the American experience. You know what it is to live in America today, and maybe in your country wherever you're listening to maybe you're in Canada, maybe you're in Russia, and maybe you'll find that you have

this relationship with your country too, maybe not. I'd like to hear from you comments at really Correl dot com or comment down below, especially if you're out of the United States, do you have the same experience that most of us are having here, And of course, if you are here in the United States, I want to hear if you agree with what I have to say today on this Friday. Now, let's start with bipolarism, and I'm

going to tell you where this comes from before we go into it. On Wednesday, while I was jogging on my way home, my heart started flip flopping in my chest. Now, I have what's called paroxymal a FIB, which means I get atrial fibrillation. Sometimes that's where your heart beats out of rhythm and usually at a fast pace. It can be dangerous. You can throw blood, clot other things. Some people live with it and never know it. The Apple Watch has a setting on it to actually help you figure

out if you have it. And since the introduction of the Apple Watch, many people have found out that they do have a FIB and they get medication for it. There's even an i don't say non invasive and a minimally invasive surgery to get rid of it called an ablazon where they go in through your groin, go up into your heart, map the area that's messing up and burn that area, so the scar tissue stops it from stops the electrical signal from messing up. It is frightening when it happens to me, My anxiety

goes through the roof. And because you feel your heart beating in a very weird fashion, you're afraid it's going to stop. So I got home and I took an EKG with my Apple Watch, and it wouldn't take. It wouldn't take it. It said inconclusive, speak to your physician. So I have another device called Cardiac k R d i A, which is a handheld thing that talks to your iPad or iPhone or to your Android and takes your EKG and is more thorough. It came back unclassified. I've never seen that

heading before, okay, never. So I was getting a little stressed out. It was beating weird. So finally I got ahold of my doctor in Long Beach sent him a copy of the e KG. I had taken it home, and he had said, you're having premature atrial contractions. We don't treat them. They usually go away and everybody in the world gets them if they bob are you go ahead and take the pills you have there for your

AFIB called propafanone. Take two of those, it should go away. I took two of them, and in two and a half hours it went away. I watched the movie The Master Gardner was an interesting, slow moving film, but I liked it, and it finally went away around noon and my heart went back into normal sinus rhythm. But while I was reading Okay about

what causes PACs, one of the major things was stress. And there's a lot of things that I have in my life, from atrofibrillation to just my mental conditions like as you all know or maybe you don't know, I've seen therapists psychiatrists for decades. I have PTSD for real, I actually have it and other conditions, and so I see a psychiatrist. And all of the conditions that I have blood pressure, high blood pressure when you know when it

was really high, all of that are made worse by stress. And the number one killer of humans, it says online, is stress. And if you want to live a long, healthy life, it says the number one thing to do reduce stress. Okay, And I got thinking about that. We know that stress is bad for our health, literally bad for our health. It can affect our blood work, your cortisol levels can rise and that makes your issana fills and other things in your blood, you know, wacky.

So in fact, the the other condition that I tend to have where my red blood cells go up, that can be caused by stress, polysiphemia. So you know, I'm sitting here thinking, Okay, everything says to be healthy, reduce stress. Now I exercise so much that I can't exercise anymore. It does exercise more too, and a half hours a day to three hours a day. That's all I'm doing. Okay, that's more than the recommended. You know, that's more than you're supposed to. So that's

all I'm doing. So I can't exercise anymore. And it says change your diet. My diet's great. I have a great diet, So it's not my diet. It's not exercise. So I'm thinking. As in America, every single day we are told to be terrified. For two years, it was be terrified literally of dying from COVID. Now they've got this new metaneumovirus that they're telling us to be leary of, So more fear for your health. New York is orange. Literally, flights are being canceled across the globe

because of climate change. And if you're paying attention and you're not one of these ridiculous people on Instagram where I commented about climate change and now they're, oh, it's not you know, happening and man didn't make climate change. If you're not an idiot or moron and you know that climate change is real, they're telling you to be terrified about it. Okay, be scared of it. In the news today, there are so many stories about being fearful.

Okay, in politics, be afraid of Donald Trump winning, Be afraid of Ron de Santis winning. If they win, America changes, forever America falls. I mean, huge, huge stories every day in the news that tell you to be on alert, to be terrified. The same in your personal world, you're scared. Financially, the economy is not a friendly economy right now. Inflation is storing, groceries are out of control. Gas is out of control, Rents are out of control, property values. I just

read a story middle income buyers can't find properties. So you in your daily life have these enormous challenges and every day they're getting worse. Now. All of that is stress, All of it and yet we are told that as a human we don't do well with stress. Now, a lot of you so well, Querell, you just gotta let it go. You gotta do that. You know, we are not a Disney song, honey, let it go. How exactly do you go to bed at night and let it

all go? You don't. Insomnia is at an all time high. Americans are getting on average five to six hours sleep at night when they need seven to ten. So stress is at an all time high. In fact, stress is a market. Honey. They try to sell you stuff to not be stressed. Drive this car or make you feel better. Live here, you'll have a more carefree way of life. Eat this, you'll have a far better way of life. You'll feel less stressed. The only thing you

can eat that will give you less stress as an edible or value. Okay, unless you're eating at all or valum, you're gonna have stress because they want you to. They want you to be stressed out. And yet it's bad for us physically bad. And so I'm wondering how you deal with that bipolar sort of existence that it takes now in the United States to be an American citizen. You know, yesterday in Alabama, the Supreme Court actually did something good and said, no, all you white people, you really are

rigging the voting against black people. But black people are stressed all the time that they're going to be shot, that they're gonna be killed, that they're going to be disenfranchised at the pole. So how do you really handle that? Or do you Is stress eating you up? Are you having physical effects of stress? I'd like to hear from you, because I think you are. I think we all are. I think it's shortened. Our lifespan in

the US has gone backwards, and I think part of it stressed. Every year they talk about the doomsday clock, and now the doomsday clock is closer to midnight than it ever has. If that doesn't cause you stress, the doomsday I mean they used the word doomsday, honey. It's not like the vacation clock being closer to ever for you having a vacation. Okay, it's the doomsday clock. Doom honey, Oh, the doomsday clock. Oh but

I'm not gonna be stressed about that. Oh. No, the world may end from nuclear arma getting from you know, Vladimir Putin phone off a bomb. But hey, I'm a big chill a whole lot smarter. Get the correl Cast Damp free at the app store of your choice. Now you know I have discovered what the A in America is for. I always say the the A in America is not the accident. In other words, we didn't

just wake up one day and find ourselves in a pickle. Okay. If we're in a pickle, it's because someone wants us to be a no accident. Okay. But now I really know what the A in America is problem will tell you. But and this today's show is really about the American condition. Because you're like, it's the weekend, it's Friday. You're supposed to

be less stressed. Are you less stressed going into your weekends? You want to get two days off, You got all these things to do on your two days off, and then you got to get right back to work again. Weekends are not destressed times, people. Oh the weekends when you let lose, you cut loose. The weekends when you do your life because you ain't got time to do your life. Benda through Friday, because you're giving

your life to the man. Honey. So the second part of our show today about the American condition is the A in America is obvious, obvious for what it is. How many of you think you know? I know you think that USA means un out of States of America. But I'm telling you that ain't means something else and not asshole, although we are the United States of assholes at this point. But that's not what I was thinking, Okay. And I don't mean, you know, assholes in a good way,

in a big, pink, puckery way. I mean, you know, just maga and all of that. As we're on Trump Indictment Watch, she's supposed to be indicted already. For the love of God, Oh, she's as a fat man could have only been black instead of orange. Okay, he'd have been in jail months and years ago. Instead he's orange. Listen, Florida, Lord, I think the A in USA really stand for accepting the unacceptable. And I really believe that now the more I look at our

country in particular, Okay, I see us accepting the unacceptable. For instance, the orange air in New York. That is so unacceptable. Okay, it's just not right that Canada is burning up and burning up, burning up for your love and not for your love, honey, Canada is on fire? Why climate change? There's no debate about that. If anyone enters into a debate about that with you, they are way this side of stupid. So don't enter the debate because where ignorance has blissed his folly to be wise.

So don't even debate climate change with people anymore. Don't even debate that it's man made. You are better than that, You are above that. You know it's that man is doing it, and you know that it's bad. As another story came out yesterday, boat el Nino, gonna have an El Nino year. It's gonna be odd extreme weather, extreme weather. How much were extreme is the weathery're going to be? I mean, really,

you practically open the door and get smacked in the face by it. Now the weather is becoming an abusive spouse, truly, and yet it's accepted. We don't act like the house is on fire when literally the house is on fire. And New York is orange and the East Coast is orange, and people will wear a mask if you go outside. Now, wear a mask. You've ben tell us to wear a mask for years. Wear a mask. Pretty soon we just have to go out and has Matt suits, and

that's okay with people. They're okay with it running around New York with their mask and no, that's just not acceptable our political climate. It is unacceptable. There are traders and seditious conspirators still inhabiting the halls of Congress and the Senate, the House and the Senate. In fact, some of them are literally haunting those halls, people like Lauren Bobert, Majorie Taylor Green, the Dumb Twins. They could have a show where they're just these two idiot sisters.

Sisters, they're idiot sisters. You know. You could put them inside a small room and see if they find their way out. I mean, they are literally just seditious conspiratories, and yet there they are. That is unacceptable, and yet we accept it. And I know that in your life you see a lot of the homeless problem. The homeless problem is unacceptable,

and yet we accepted. Ever, there's another person you know here in Henderson and Hendrychucky across the valley here, they just made it illegal to camp in public, meaning you can't live at the park. You can't, can't. And people do gooders of which I am one, but do gooders were like, oh, I fear this will harm the homeless. Yeah, no,

who cares. I'm at the who care stage? Now. You do not have the right to pitch a tent in the middle of a public park or a driveway or a walkway, or you know, I fully expect to see people pitching tents now. You know why, I can't even think of a joke for that, because they're everywhere. I mean truly, and so that's unacceptable that it goes on one more day in yours. Look at San Francisco. You got the Hilton gifts in you know what, now you just take

the just take it, just giving it back to the bankers. Why unacceptable street conditions? Number one reason listed San Francisco, a gorgeous city by the bay, is now a giant homeless tent by the bay. That's just what it is. Those homeless have some of the best real estate. They ain't paying a dime to live in San Francisco, and yet right upstairs you're paying a million dollars for the condo. Why not just pitch a tent downstairs?

Have a million dollars tent. Unacceptable, and yet it's accepted every city council, every political organization, including the Senate, including Congress to the House. They're not meeting today like there's an urgent, urgent crisis going on in this country. It's just accepted by our lawmakers that we live in filth and squalor. It's just accepted. Well, I do know the homeless problem. There's not much we can do about it. You know, it's we're doing what

we can, and you know, we have limited resources. And can I have another fourteen billion dollars for Ukraine's sure, that's fine, but for the homeless, we got limited resources. Gun violence, guns being the number one killer of children is unacceptable. As Gavin Newson introduces what the twenty eighth Amendment, He's introduced a new amendment to the Constitution for real. He has with four simple gun laws in it. You gotta be twenty one to buy one.

You can't buy any kind of military grade assault weapons. It will never pass ever, Why because everybody just accepts that we all bump be in danger of being shot. You accept that when you go to a mall, or when you go to the grocery store, that before you choose your avocado, you could get a bullet lodge somewhere inside of you for free. You ain't gotta pay for that, and we accept that. We go about our lives like it's just an acceptable part of being American. The A in USA is

now for accepting the unacceptable. What are some things? Comment down below, what are some things? Or send comments to really comments at really crail dot com. What are some of the things that you see around you that we accept that are really unacceptable. Seventy thousand dollars cars, fifty thousand dollars electric cars, that's unacceptable. There should be a ten thousand dollars electric car if we are truly serious about moving to electric Billionaires, those are unacceptable. They

shouldn't exist. They're bad for the economy, they're bad for everything. You have a one and one billionth chance of becoming a billionaire. That means about four cells in your toe stand a chance of being rich, but you are not going to have it happened to you. And it's unacceptable that we just let them run our country with impunity. But we accepted, we accepted all like we have to. Like there's no Trull Correll, there's no choice. There is a choice, you know, there is a choice. You can

say no, you know what, that's unacceptable. What does that mean? That means you have to take action. And that's why we accept it, because to actually say it's unacceptable and to mean it, we got to take some action. Hun we got to get up, get up, get busy. We gotta move our body. And if you look at the bodies around town hunting, not much moving going off. We come back. I've been paid sixty years and it's the first time of tast No. I don't mean

if you're not visiting really correl dot com daily, you're missing out. Get the podcast videos and the blug including recipes at really correll dot com. That's really KA R E l dot com. Alrighty, Happy Friday. It is the Crell Cast. I am Correll. So we just talked about how the A in USA now stands for accepting the unacceptable. We've talked about how we have a bipolar existence in this country. We know that stress is physically bad

for us, and yet we have set up an extraordinarily stressful society. Today, I was crossing Buffalo on the walk, the early morning walk with Miscember, and you know, as I was crossing Buffalo, cars would not stop for me. And finally I literally set out loud, Hey human here on a crosswalk, because now just getting around in the city is stressful. Drivers don't know how to drive, you know, I mean just city life, just city life, it's stressful. There's homeless everywhere, there's cars everywhere,

there's car accidents everywhere. So we've talked about this bipolar where we need to be calm, we need to live lives that are more care free and less stress. The only way to do that is if you're rich. Most of us ain't. Most of us are stressed, and most of us will die early because of it. That's bipolar. It's bipolar when you're told to be calm for your health but live in a society that makes you stressed. Your brain can't handle that dichotomy. We've talked about the a in America being for

accepting the unacceptable. And I know that you have a lot of things in your world that just are unacceptable but are accepted that are just yeah, that's the way it is. Now another thing that is just accepted, you know, but is unacceptable for the first time ever in my lifetime. Now, we ain't in Nigeria, okay an, you know, we are not in

Nigeria. We're in the United States of America, and the Human Rights Campaign on Wednesday issued a national state of emergency for LGBTQI A plus plus individuals, which out of those nine levelers, you gotta know, somebody right a state of emergency because of over five excuse me, five hundred anti gay, anti trans, anti drag legislation, because of idiots showing up at Target, and you know, just destroying pride clothing, because of people showing up in a

Glendale where Schumer spoke about that this week, people showing up in Glendale and starting a brawl outside just because the school board was going to vote to accept pride months it is now unsafe to be gay in any state in the United States. We are the gay community has been told to be in a state of emergency. I need you to let that sink in. I know blacks are like, oh please, honey, We've been having a state of emergency ever since we got here. And that is true. It is dangerous to

be black in any state in the United States. It just is. It's just dangerous to be black. But now the Human Rights Campaign has said it is dangerous for gays and lesbians, that there is a state of emergency. That is. That's mind boggling to me. I grew up. You know where I've been sitting at gay bar before. I have a Molotov cocktail come right through the front door. And I don't mean a hotty hottie in a bottle. I mean, you know, someone like a bomb. There's been

shootings at gay bars in my lifetime. I've been gay bashed, many of my friends have been gay bashed. I've been denied employment, many of my friends have been denied employment. I've been the subject of ridicule and hatred. Many of my friends have been the subject of ridicule and hatred. And now the HRC is telling us that it's worse than that, worse. I am sixty years old. We got gay marriage under Obama. By now we should all be fucking gay in the streets, you know, the raven wainbow flags

and singing down the middle of the No, they're burning rainbow flags. They just burned one on thursty in front of some city hall somewhere. Not Confederate flags. They ain't burning those the flags of the losers, of the traitors of the trees in the South. They're burning pride flags, a flag that means love and diversity and inclusion. That's unacceptable and it's stressful. See how it goes into the rest of the show. It is causing me stress now,

it really is. I am now used out as Correll in the United States because I'm not quiet. I'm not gonna be quiet about being gay, and I'm about as loud as a gay could get. And I'm certainly not going to back down to some asshole. I just I don't have it in me to do it, and I don't want to live in a state that doesn't support me, that doesn't, you know, protect me. And so what do you do? What do you do? If you're listening in Russia, you know what it's like to be gay, because I'm charting in Russia.

You know what it's like to be gay and to be oppressed, to literally worry about the state coming to harm you. It is now getting that way in the US, where the state is sanctioning harm. Another governor signed a bill outlong gender affirming care that causes harm. Okay, that is direct damage to a family. It's unacceptable. The lawmakers aren't really making any laws. Biden's going to set up some anti band book campaign, some czar that

will make sure books don't get banned just because of they're gay content. But you know what, I don't care about books. I care about gay and lesbians lives. A drag queen's going to be killed soon, it'll happen. Trans people are already being killed in record numbers, shot and killed. You don't hear about it because you're not in the community. You don't follow gay news. But it's happening all across the country, young trans people being killed.

We may not be Nigeria, but we're starting to treat citizens are citizens Americans just as bad. And now the Human Rights Campaign has said, if you are gay in the USA, it is dangerous. And who's causing the danger? Lawmakers, the people that you turn to for help are the ones causing the problem. Empowering MAGA, empowering these assholes through legislation, through speeches.

Marjorie Taylor Green has gone on and on about drag queens. You know what, these people are harming Americans and yet they're getting a salary from the United States of America. Is that sinking in with you that it's twenty twenty three and your neighbors, your friends, your sisters, your brothers, your aunt's, your uncle's, your family members are in danger, actual danger, not just from people that they meet in their world, but from the government

that there's a state of emergency declared because they're under a task. Think about that this weekend. I am Correll. Be who you want to be. Son to hurt your buddy. We'll see you on Monday, honey, try to distress. Yeah yeahs edibles.
