Episode description

Subway Chokehold Starts Frustration Friday Karel Cast #203 If you, or I, were on the jury in NYC would you convict the man who killed the unhoused person in a chokehold? Perhaps not, and frustration would be one of the main reasons. Who really killed him? The Congress, Senate and State of NYC, that's who. The Proud Boys including Enrique are seditious conspirators, but will it matter one bit if Donald Trump is not finally held accountable, the leader of all of this? Why the low hanging fruit and not him? And then, frustration Friday finale, everything from Cinco de Mayo to those horrifying peel and lift covers on all food and medicines these days. If I were on a jury in New York, I might have to acquit somebody, and I feel bad about that. Also, the Proud Boys have been convicted of seditious conspiracy. So what and things? We're done with today? Just done it, done, done, Uncensored, unfiltered, unhinged. cREL Cast listen daily on your favorite streaming service. Ed of the cral Cast. I am Carrel, so very glad you are joining me on this Friday, the sixth of March. We made it through the fourth. May the

fourth be with you. That was fun. That's sort of like Star Wars for people with a list. And then, of course today is Sinko Demile, which is really a ridiculous holiday, and we'll talk about that, but right now I want to talk about the incident in New York that everyone's talking about a homeless unhoused though I'm so politically incorrect. Ain't got no home. He's homeless. No, he's unhoused, he doesn't have a house. You're splitting hairs. Well, one is he used to disparage people, Yeah,

people without a house. Whatever, So am I insensitive? No? I've been homeless and I wasn't on housed. That was homeless. I had no home. Ain't no, there was no home for me. I had no home. But whatever. Okay, So this unhoused gentleman, and he was not a gentleman. He's someone that's had over twenty complaints or violations, assault, all of this, mentally ill, crazy as a mother, Yeah, exactly, so this crazy person. Oh, we're not supposed to calm that

anymore either, mentally disturbed. This mentally disturbed person was on the subway being mentally disturbed, and he was acting a fool, yelling at people, throwing paper, knocking over pencils, throwing paper on the floor. And a X Marine who was on the train didn't take kindly to this kind of behavior. People will feeling threatened, people will feeling afraid, people will feeling intimidated. And so this guy got him in a chokehold, killed him because obviously he

didn't know how to do a chokehold. So we got him in a chokehold, killed him, he did. And Correll, you're being so callous about this. This man had a life, This man had a family. This man was a blight. Let's just be real, but let's you know, I mean, he was we did. I hate when people rushed to care

about someone that they formerly didn't give a rat's ass about. You know, AOC is out there and God bless her, and she's all mad because the mayor didn't come out more forcefully against the murder of an unhoused person and oh all this other crap, AEROC, Where was your compassion for this guy when he was a crazy motherfucker on a train? Okay, where were you trying to get him into housing? Where were you when he needed you the most? You weren't there. You didn't give a rat's ass all you said you

did. But guess what, they're still homeless people in your district. So you can't care that much because you ain't solved the problem. So of course now you got to care about this poor man, this poor unhoused man who was mentally ill, and oh my god, we should all have compassion for him. Now, now we should all have compassion for him. Is that the way this works? Now? You know that this unhoused man ends up

being a nuisance, getting killed, getting himself killed. You know, there's a saying fuck around find out now this god's mentally ill, so he's not aware. I guess that he's screwing around, but twenty assault convictions, he's still out loose on the street. So someone, a bystander, takes him under control, kicks him in a chokehold, and ends up killing him. If I were on the jury, i'd acquit. And I've been watching enough law in order to know it's not about the law this particular case. We

are fed up with homeless people attacking us. We are fed up with the blight of the unhoused. We are fed up with the plight of the unhoused, and we are fed up with the lack of government response to these people until something goes wrong. Oh, then the government's all over, you asked. Then we are fed up with it. We're done. We've had it up to hear our compassion has run out? Should it know? Should we care that a mentally ill person was allowed to run around, unmedicated, unhoused,

you know, being a nuisance to everybody? Yes? Should we care that the punishment for him being a nuisance should not have been death? Yeah? We should do we No, We've had it. Today's show is like a network in the movie network. We've had enough. We're not taking it anymore. You know, I'm sure people on that train applauded that man for taking that guy down. He was assisted by other people who held the guy's flailing arms as he died. Watch the video, now, is it sad

to watch the video? It is? It's sad because you realize this guy's dying, this is his last minutes on earth, and should they be No, But how much do you expect the public to take government? How much do you expect us to continually overlook continct like with guns. We'll get to that later when I'm done with section. But how much do you expect us to take when it comes to the homeless and they're blight and they're you know, they're crazy. They say only a third of them. I say more

are crazy. The yesterday I was walking over at Desert Breves Park. I was on the phone and this regular homeless guy that's Sarah unhosed walked by me and stared at me, like, stared right into my eyes. And as I passed, he just kept staring at me, staring at me, staring at me. It made me damn uncomfortable because I don't know what he's thinking. Is he thinking, hey, he's kind of cute, or is he

thinking I want to gut him and eat his liver. You know, I had no idea what this smirking homeless person just staring me down as I walked by was thinking, and it made me uncomfortable. I am tired, not of all of them. Some of them are very nice people like Corey, this other older gentleman. I feel badly for him. He's in his fifties or sixties. He sleeps on a bench, he bays in the restroom, and then he gathers up all his stuff and he goes over by the Baseball

Diamonds bleachers and he sits there or whatever. He doesn't leave a mess everywhere. And there's this woman this I don't know if she's Filipino or what. She's literally been living in her car there for three months and nobody cares. No one's gone to help her. She has cooking utensils all around his car. Her car has food up in the windshield, like chicken wings and this and that. I mean, it's so sad. That just makes me sad. I mean, she just stays in her car, she goes to the

picnic bench, you know, she stays right in that proximity. She's not hurting anybody on a train. She's not assaulting anybody. That makes me sad. I want to help her. I want to help the older gentleman who's over fifty and he's out there just alone. The other day, he was petting a homeless guy's dog and he had a smile on his face for the first time ever, and it made me smile. I thought, he's happy.

You know, he's happy petting that dog. But Jesus Christ, these crazy ones that yell and scream and carry on and create havoc, how much of that do you expect ust to take well? In New York, one guide had enough. He was sick of homeless people on a train being allowed to just attack people, yell at people, throw things at people with impunity, and so he not the guy in a chokehold, and the guy ended up dying. Well, fool around and find out should he be convicted?

I don't know. Let's hear from you. Send me an email, contact at really Correll dot com. Contact at really correl dot com, or comment down below. You've seen the video. If you haven't, it's readily available. Would you convict this guy of a crime? I wouldn't. I mean, maybe given probation given involuntary manslaughter two years probation, be done with it, but jail time. No, Well, he killed someone Carrell, he killed a sick person. He killed a sick person that was attacking people,

that had attacks on here. And you don't know how far these people are going to go. It can escalate quickly now, and see that's the problem. If I were on a jury, I'd acquit him. I'd say, look, people have had enough. People are sick of this behavior. They're sick of the police letting these people out. They're sick of these people being on the streets. They're sick of them not being in a hospital or not being somewhere. They're just tired of it. And now this is how And

does that mean you should go and attack the homeless. No, it doesn't. But when a homeless person is attacking you, when homeless people are literally threatening an entire train, should then something be done. Had the police been there that had dis busted this guy, brought him down to jail, released him the next day, he'd be back out harassing people. Maybe this is

a better end for him. And that's a terrible thing to say that our society is so heartless and so cruel that sometimes death is a better ending for a mentally ill unhoused person that reflects on society, not on the mentally ill unhoused person. Where they go, we go. If you're not visiting really correll dot com daily, you're missing out. Get the podcast videos and the

blug including recipes at really correll dot com. That's really ka R e l dot com, Uncensored, unfiltered, unhinged, Correl cast Oh Correll, Correll Correll? How can you say these things? Look, I don't advocate violence against anybody, but when someone's attacking and or verbally harassing, which is just as bad, that's just as intimidating. You know, I'm exhausted by it. I know you are too. On this Friday, You're just you're tired

of it. And I'm not saying what this guy did was right. There might have been other ways to subdue this guy, but at that moment he thought a chokehold was the answer. Is he trained in chokeholds? Probably not that? And should you go try and choke holds? No, you should not. But should we convict someone like this? I wouldn't. I'm not saying he won't be. I'm just saying, if I were on the jury, I would find it very hard to convict him. I would just recommend

probation and tell him, you know, don't do it again. But that guy is dead, not because of the guy with the chokehold. And I know I want to move on to topics about the proud Boys here, but that guy is dead because of society's failure to him and AOC being angry at the mayor for not addressing the murder. AOC, why aren't you addressing the failure You're in the Senate, why aren't you addressing the failure of government?

That his death is a direct failure of government because government has no executable solution to get these people off the street. Billions of dollars. Yes, I'm angry about this because I was homeless. I got myself off the street. But billions of dollars are spent billions every year on homeless programs, and yet every community that has over four or five thousand people in it has a problem with homeless people, and yet billions of dollars are being spent. It ain't

working, AOC, it ain't working. Whatever you're doing not enough. You failed him Senate, you failed this guy. Congress, you failed this guy, City of New York. Not the guy that eventually killed him. That guy just was the executioner. His death was long foretold by the failure of society to actually effectively deal with them. We need to stop complaining and stop ledging, slating, and stop setting up programs and actually deal with the fucking

problem and get them off the streets. Well, what if he didn't want to go krill, he's mentally ill, Take him, Take him to a facility, medicate him against his will. Yes, you don't have the right to be a crazy motherfucker on a train. You just don't. If you got a house, you can be as crazy as you want you up inside that house, you got your own private spot to be a crazy motherfucker. Then you'd be a crazy motherfucker. You'll be as crazy as you god damn

want you inside your own damn four walls. But when you step out the house, you better act at least a little bit sane. All right, Now, let's talk about the proud boys, including the cute one. That enriky guy being convicted of a serious crime seditious conspiracy. This is treason, is really what it is, and when I read it today. First of all, it's been so long since January fourth happened. I've you know, I've forgotten. I've just I've forgotten it. Biden's into almost his third year

or is it his third year of presidency? Next year's the election again. Three years ago this happened, and you're just now Justice Department charging this guy, just now Justice now charging him, and the leader, the main guy, the guy that is the chief Trader, is still running around Scott Free raising money and running for president. So spare me your lower indictments of proud boys or whatever. Going after long, low hanging fruit is not impressive to

me. You want to impress me, Put the fucking leader in jail, and we all know who that is. Our Justice department is worth about as much as I don't even know what's I mean. Really, it ain't work ship these days, our Justice Department. Oh the wheels of justice or slow? Three years, that ain't slow, that's non existent. Black people get arrested, convicted and sent away in twenty seven minutes or executed, but rich white people three years so far? And why are they talking to Mike Pence

and everyone from here? To eternity. For God's sakes, we saw it on television. The January sixth Committee has already laid it out, and yet still no indictment against Donald Trump. And until that happens, all this other

bullshit is a distraction. If we took you know, if Donald Trump had stolen money from rich people instead of built poor people and committed treason, if he had stolen money from tech executives and Walt like Bernie made off, he would have done been in jail, honey, His ass would have been in

a cell with that Kerry Lake, and that would have been that. But because he committed a crime against the United States of America and he used the money from poor people to do it, that man still run around Scott fucking free. And what are we doing about it? Nothing giving him credibility, giving him airtime on TV shows, letting him fly around his big private jumbo jet. Meanwhile, there's a rape trial going on about him in New York

where he clearly molested this woman, clearly Eejene Carroll molested her. Well, and you know what does he say? It's locker room talk. The man is a rapist, a sexual, a predator. I believe he committed incest with his daughter. So I believe he's a child molester. I believe fully that he behaved inappropriately with Avonka growing up. I fully believe it. I've

seen the photos of her sitting on his lap. I've seen the inappropriate photos that if it were anybody else, he would have been invested by Mariska Hargitay that fast, Okay, So I fully believe he's a rapist, a sexual predator, and he's committed treason and a host of other crimes. I fully believe he sold those classified documents that we hear nothing about. Now. The one guy that leaked the Ukraine papers, he's already up and gone to jail.

Proud Boys, sedicious conspiracy, So so what who was the head of the conspiracy? Donald Trump? Where is he? And Marlaco eating burgers? So until that man is punished, all this other is window dressing. And the Department of Justice, if you're if you're so limited in resources, then stop prosecuting everybody that was there and just go after Donald Trump. We don't care the same with Clarence Thomas Jesus H. Christ. Get him off the

bench. The guy that basically raised him, his name Crow as like Jim Crow. There is so much unethical behavior going on in the Supreme Court. Impeach the bastards. Come on, Senate, it's in your purview. Congress, you can impeach Supreme Court justices. Do it. Stop talking about ethics violations. We got to have ethics hearings. No, do it? They get did that poor trans woman, that poor trans woman who was thrown out of her elected seat, not able to go on to the floor of her

Congress in her state. Why because she's trans. She said there's gonna be blood on the hands of the lawmakers for reversing gender affirming care. So they got her out and a judge won't put her back in. Oh, that's out of my purview. Bullshit. If she was a nice white boy being thrown out, a GOP member being thrown out, a MAGA member being thrown out, you bet the courts would put her ass back in. Oh no, she's just a transgendered person. Yes, Today's Friday is full of it.

Should be frustration Friday. That's really where I'm at today. It is frustration Friday for me because I've had it up to hear my tits overflow with frustration. I've had it up to my teams. I'm just I'm done with all of this ridiculousness. Oh look they did something. They convicted three proud boys. Really well, where's Donald Trump? You know you ain't done shit? Oh look they've done something. What have they done? They've done nothing,

deep down nothing. Meanwhile, in places like Canada, stabbings on the rise, in Serbia, a school shooting. Our virus of hatred is spreading, Our virus of discontent, of violence is infecting other countries. I read a story in the Vancouver Sun yesterday there was a guy that got stabbed, lived recovered, and then got stabbed again, like eight months later, different places. Got stabbed twice. Now, what kind of luck is that?

I mean, normally you're predisastered. Like you gets stabbed once in public, you don't have to worry about it ever again because one of the chances, well, Sky got stabbed twice in public. You know, we're worried about a homeless guy being choked out on a train. Meanwhile, up in Canada, people are being stabbed twice. They're the gang shooting in Surrey in Canada, and it's rocking them because they don't have this sort of stuff up there,

and now they do. Our virus is spreading, and it's spreading directly to our friends north of the border, making your device a whole lot smarter. Get the correl Cast damp free at the app store of your choice, now, uncensored, unfiltered, unhinged. It's the correl Cast. I realized I've been shouting this whole twenty minutes, and who wants to hear that I should be calmed? Then I should be. I should be, you know.

But it is frustration Friday, and I am frustrated. So I've made a list at some of the things I'm frustrated with, and I want you to put your list. Oh I sound so NPR. I want you to put your list down below. That's right. If you're watching on YouTube, share the video, like or subscribe. I think Mike Pencis fly had a child that's trying to attack me. If you're watching this on YouTube, like

and subscribe. If you're not a subscriber on YouTube, please do because if I don't get these numbers up soon, I don't know what I'm going to do because I'm being judged by that. Now, what, guest, I get what you know everything. It's all my numbers. If you're not following me on Instagram, please do. It's really Correll on Instagram, and yeah,

I'm putting a lot of vegan content up there. I need you to click into Vegan and Vegas dot com and just go look at the website because if it doesn't start getting some traffic, it won't get indexed by Google. So I need you, I need your help. I need you to follow me on Instagram, really, Correll. I need you to like and subscribe at YouTube dot com forward slash, really Correll. And I need you to go visit Vegan in Vegas. But what are you frustrated about? I need

you to leave your comments down below on this frustration Friday. Well, let me let me just I have a list. Okay, it's right here, but let me just start with something that has been driving me freaking mad for a while. Now. Okay, so back in the w seventies eighties, there was a Tiling All scare where someone that injected Thailand all with drugs and snide or whatever. Somebody died. Just nothing has happened like that since,

but all of us have to deal. Here's just a bottle of calcium and every food item that we get or every prescription or you know, pills or anything a food item, mayonnaise, whatever. First, there's the lid, okay, and that lid is usually surrounded by plastic, so you gotta break that plastic, right and to get that off. Then you're greeted with one of these mofo these things right here, these things that say just lift up and peel, Lift and peel. And you try to lift and peel,

and you look, look I'm trying. I'm pulling. I am pulling very very and then look look what just happened. The lift and peel thing just came off. So now I'm stuck with a bottle that still has this on there because they're freakin' lift and peel thing broke. And then you got to try to pry this up like you're trying to get into some you know, if you were starving to death and there were food in here, you would

just might well die. And so then you got to try to peel that, and then you just get a knife and stick it, and then you've got stuff all around the edge. Stop with this, quit it. We don't need it. First of all, if someone wanted to inject this bottle with SINAI. They still could Okay, they could go right through the plastic, or they could remove this and just go right through there. Second of all, it hasn't happened in one hundred thousand years. It's like taking your

shoes off before you get on a plane. One person with one shoe bomb one time, and now we all gotta take off our shoes. No, these must stop this much. Every time I see one on a bottle, I want to freaking hurl it out the goddamn window. I am sixty years old, okay, and I and you saw that. I just now, what if I just ripped that off? And I was just trying to lift and peel like it said? So now if I want to get in this, you can't break it with your finger. So now I gotta get a

knife. How to pry it up? It should not be harder to get into food substances or a pillbottle than it is into Fort Knox. So on frustration Friday, this these things, oh god, they frustrate me. They frustrate me beyond belief. There is no need for them none. Well, your safety Carrell, stop acting me. I'll take the fucking risk. Truly, if someone wants to poison my calcium, that damn bad. Okay, whatever, just stop. So that's the first thing. How about y'all does

that bother you? Y'all do those things on top of food and on top of it's on top of everything, mayonnaise, bottles, pickle jars, whatever. First, you gotta screw with the plastic on the outside of the lid. Though. That's not enough security. Oh no, I mean, if that's not on a bottle, don't buy the bottle. If the plastic thing around the thing is broken, just don't buy the bottle. No, then you open it and you have to be a genius or a muscle man or

something to get through the next layer of protection. Stop protecting me. Oh that's like I said last week. All these websites now that want a secondary form of you log in and you remember your password by chance, and then you get in and let us send you an email, let us send you a text. I just want to track a fucking package. I don't want to have to spend ten minutes logging in because you can't keep my data safe. Frustration Friday, what are you frustrated about? Put it down? Below

or send it to contact at reallycrail dot com. Oh you're not frustrated with right now too. The meat industry, the meet and dare industry, are launching this huge campaign about how great meet and dairy are and how they're not killing the environment, when the opposite is true. The food waste, the meat waste, the waste of the farms, the waste of the cows, the actual crap from the cows, all of it is killing our planet. And yet places are running stories that it's not. That is frustrating the hell

out of me. It's bad science. It's a coordinated campaign from the meet and dairy industry. It's not true and it shouldn't be publicized. What else, Oh, sinko demayo. Okay, sinko demayo. Today's holiday is about the Spanish beating the French. Okay. So here's the deal. Mexico owed Europe a lot of money, Britain and France, and they defaulted on their debt. Sound familiar. June First, we can't pay our bills, okay. So Mexico defaulted on their debt. They couldn't pay their bills. So

Europe decided we're going to come over and take over. So Britain took the south of Mexico and France took the north of Mexico. So on this day, French soldiers were attacking, going to take you take control in Mexico, and a small group of Spanish soldiers defeated these French soldiers. Well everyone celebrates that. Oh it thinkle demayo Mexican and it's not Mexican Independence Day, by

the way. Well, okay, you know what happened. A week later, the French regroup came back, kicked the ass of the Mexicans and installed their king as king of Northern Mexico. And the king remained king of Northern Mexico until Americans asked them to get out. So today is you won the battle but lost the war, and it was all about money and defaulting on

their debt. Mexico couldn't pay France back, Mexico couldn't pay Britain back, and so Britain and France invaded Mexico and one one Mexico did not win in that battle. And so today is a holiday that that celebrates eventual defeat. Is what today is. I'm sick of that. I'm sick of Jamie Fox and his medical complication. Everyone keeps wishing him well and he's been in the hospital since mid April, and they won't even say what. Oh, it

was a medical complication of what you know. When he's not in the hospital, we get to know everything about him up up to like his shoe size. But now we're supposed to send well wishes and we don't hear. What the hell's wrong with it? Stop calling it a medical complication. It is probably a stroke. I shouldn't people saying their dogs are an iPhone and all him Correll bh want to be bombies. On't hurt anybody. Have a great
