#MAGA Hypocrisy Can You Imagine?

So something's working, all right? So can you imagine? You know, last night I got a case of the can you imagine? Can you imagine? And so I thought today we'd have some fun with that. Now, let's work from a premise that Orangina and Maga his followers that we can find some common ground. Okay, let's start. Can you imagine a world in which we could find common ground with Maga and with Orangina. Now, I will tell you, I believe there is a ship just a crap of government waste. Okay,

I believe that, and I have seen it firsthand. And I know that you, my loyal listeners and loyal viewers, I know that you feel the same way too, that there is a ton of government waste. So can you imagine that we actually agree with Maga and Donald Trump or Orangina as I call him, on that premise that there is a ton of government waste. So I am not against streamlining the federal government to make it work better, because we all can agree that it has gotten a

bit out of control, a bit cumbersome. It takes too long to deal with the federal government. Okay. So can you imagine that we agree on that principle that there is too much government waste? That we've all heard about the fifty thousand dollars hammers and the you know, the five hundred dollars toilet seats. So there is a lot of government waste now, and I am all for trimming the fat. If there are agencies that are either redundant or agencies that just you know, half the employees don't

do much, whatever the case, Okay, I'm there. I'm with you. I'm with you, Orangina, I'm with you. Elon. If if there are truly agencies that just don't serve the public good, their whole purpose is just to be there, sure, let's talk about eliminating them. Let's talk about whittling them down, let's talk about cutting their funding. I'm all for that. The problem is that I don't agree with the agencies that they think are superfluous. Okay. Now, I don't know

much about USAAID. I don't they're picking the low hanging fruit right now to get rid of. Okay, and you know, I don't know a lot of what those agencies do. But it seems to me, And if you're MAGA and you're watching, let's see if we can agree on this. It seems to me they should not start by cutting agencies that provide services to people, Okay, to humans. Now, look, there's a ton of government waste when it comes to corporate subsidies. I don't think we should be bailing out

any corporation. If your corporation and you can't make it, and the economy or COVID or whatever it might be, buy, We've got enough corporation. So I don't believe in corporate welfare. So if I were streamlining the government, the first thing I would do is to look at how much corporate welfare can we cut. Now, I'm not talking about aid to farmers. I'm not talking about anything like that. I'm talking about giving billions of dollars to companies that already

have billions of dollars. So that is the first thing that I would look at. What about this, though, What does Elon and orangina uh plan to do with the money that they're saving from their quote dismantling of the federal government. Where is that money going to go? Why do they want us to save billions or trillions of dollars? What do they want to do with that money? Now? I don't care if you're maga or not. Do you

think they're going to put it in your pocket? Do you think they're going to use that money to reinvest in America? Do you I mean do you do you think they're going to build better roads? Do you think they're going to build new bridges. Do you think they're gonna build high speed train infrastructure? Do you think they're going to start making services more affordable or even free? Like energy? If we're producing so much energy, why are you and I paying so much for a light built

Other countries provide energy for their people. So what do you think they're going to do with all this cash that they might be cutting from these federal programs? Do you believe for a minute that they're going to give it back to you? Now, look, anyone that's dealt with a public program, Social Security, welfare, Medicaid, you know that all of these are underfunded, understaffed, have way too much bureaucracy,

don't pay you what you actually need to live. Our seniors are not getting enough money, you know, to live on. If you're on disability, you're certainly not getting enough money. If you're on Medicaid, not enough of your bills are covered. You know, this morning I was going through my debt, which is fifty two thousand dollars, that's how much I have out in debt, and I thought, how did you rack this up? Do you know in the last five years I spent over twenty thousand dollars on medical expenses,

and I have Medicare. Just next week a heart scan's gonna cost me two hundred and forty dollars my dental work thirteen hundred this time, twelve hundred for this one, eleven hundred for this one. So I agree that we could cut governments, you know, spending. Can you imagine I'd agree with MAGA and Orangina. I just disagree in where and where that money's going to go. Because if you can save billions on corporate profits, how about making schools better?

Instead of getting rid of the Department of Education, how about actually teaching kids stuff they're gonna need for the new millennium AI. How about you know, teaching them some morals too, some civics, you know, how to how to function with a government. How about that? But do you think for a minute, that's where the money's gonna go? You know? You see, I think if we put aside all the hatred that we can see there is some shared interest with MAGA, you know, calling them all Nazis

and everything. Yeah, it's fun whatever, But truly, I really believe that they want to cut federal government. I do, and I agree with them. That there are certain areas of federal government. I would cut defense, you know, and when I say defense, I'm including Israel. There's no reason for us to own Gaza. We don't need to spend one dollar on Gaza when we have a country with homeless people out of control, with food that's unaffordable, with

people that can't afford housing. We have things that we could spend money on in this country as opposed to Ukraine or in Israel. And I'm not saying we shouldn't support Ukraine. I'm not saying we shouldn't support Israel. I'm simply saying that there are things in this country that we all need. We all need lower food prices. We all need affordable mortgage rates and mortgage assystems to get into our first home. We all need more and higher

disability payments, sell us A security payments, Medicaid payments. But is that where the money is going to go? Can you imagine if we could just agree on that one principle. rich and ignorant nowadays. I think all the alcohol and cannabis has affected his brain. And I say that disappointingly. He used to be an idol. When I met him and did his show, I was gobsmacked. I thought, oh my god, it's my hero. I want, you know, I want to be him. This is the gig I want right here. And then of late when you hear his just obtuse and ridiculous views the Department of Education. Now

let's just start with that. What would Can you imagine a world where we all agree that kids, first of all, need not be shot at school. Okay, that's the first thing. Second of all, that they receive an actual education they can use. Where they learn how to read, how to write, where they learn how to yes and I mean rite, Where they learn how to use AI, where they learn how to cook, cook, yes, cook, and what foods they

should and should not be eating. Where they learn how to grocery shop, where they learn about stocks and bonds and crypto. Imagine a curriculum where a student comes out actually educated enough to not need college, to be able

to leave the American education system. A fully educated member of society who understands civics, who understands history, art literature, who knows how to write, who knows how to read, who knows how to critically think and do math problems, who knows how to use AI, who knows how to keep abreast of technology, and that prioritizes physical fitness and mental well being. Imagine so getting rid of the Department of Education is not the answer. Giving the Department of

Education new priorities is the answer. Not tying funding of a school to the test results of that school, because then the teachers just teach to a test. Imagine teachers that don't have to spend their meager salary on school supplies for their children. Imagine teachers who are paid well enough to live a comfortable life over one hundred thousand a year each teacher. Imagine that, why wouldn't we pay a teacher as much as a football player gets to

play in the Super Bowl? Aren't they the keepers of our future? Didn't Whitney say, I believe the children are our future. Teach them well and let them lead the way. We're not teaching them well, We're not showing them all the beauty they possess inside. Stop being concerned about drag queens reading your kid a book, and be more concerned that your kid probably can't read the book themselves. Think

about that. Stop worrying about whether or not they're being gender affirming or whether or not they're being pro lgbt because your son or daughter might happen to be LGBTQ. Stop worrying about that, and worry if they know how to freaking boil water, how to cook for themselves, how to feed themselves, what food they should be eating, what they should be doing to make sure the planet doesn't go away? Yes see, Can you imagine? Can you imagine that I agree with MAGA that we need to do

something about the Department of Education. I just don't think we need to do what they think. Do you see a theme? We agree with a lot of the principles of MAGA. We really do. And progressives don't want to admit that, but we really do. We want to see reform to the Department of Education. We just want to see it reformed differently. We want them to actually teach things to our children, to make schools safe from shootings

through good gun control. We want to actually make our children come out informed and educated, not indoctrinated into some political theme, but actually educated so they can choose candidates for themselves. Can you imagine? Can you imagine? Jd Vance said yesterday, by the way, where is he? Did someone kidnap jd Vance? I mean, do we need to send

out a search party for him? Because it appears to me that Elon is Orangina's vice president, And if I were jd Vance I'd be a little bit jealous because it appears that Elon's getting all the love and jd Vance is like, where back in the back in the Appalachia, where has he been kidnapped? You know what? What's going on with him? Because you ain't seeing any of him.

But he did make a statement yesterday. I don't know where or how, because I think they're keeping him locked in the White House basement, but he made a statement that the White House doesn't have to obey court orders. So Donald Trump's Orangina's executive orders are being challenged in court, and judges are stopping some of what he's doing, and they're saying, oh, we don't have to obey judges. Now.

If you are maga, Joe Blow, I just want you to imagine Kamala Harris or Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden when he was vice president. I just want you to imagine a Democrat saying that a democratic president doesn't have to obey the courts. Can you imagine? Can you imagine how your little maga heads would have exploded if any Democrat came forward and said, nah, ignore the courts. We don't agree with their rulings. We think the judge is an ideologue. We're just not going to pay attention to

their ruling. Can you imagine what the right would have done under Obama, under Biden if Kamala Harris had said, well, Joe Biden doesn't have to obey the courts. Can you imagine? So the hypocrisy. And if you're a magat, you have to admiture a hypocrite. You have to, you know, because you are. You only want what the courts do to if it's against your enemy. If the court rules against the Democrat, how aluyjah to the court. I love the court. The courts are the best. If the court rules against

your guys, suddenly the judges must be replaced. The courts are no good, No, no, no, that's hypocrisy. I don't mind you having a different political view. I do mind you being a hypocrite about it. So don't give Orngina a pass on anything that you wouldn't give a democrat a pass on, because otherwise you will be a hypocrite. Okay, So can you imagine a Democratic vice president saying that his president did not need to obey court orders? Heads

would explode. Lindsey Graham might even turn straight. You know. Can you imagine? So here we have a country that is divided, yet not I think all the country would agree that the federal governments out of control. Spending is out of control because it's not making it down to the people. Okay, we're spending a fortune on government. We don't have universal health care, we don't have fabulous roads, we don't have a fabulous energy infrastructure. You know, we

don't have it. We're becoming a third world nation, and yet we're spending a fortune on government. So I think we all would agree that government should be trimmed down. I think we just disagree. How can you imagine if we could just get to a point of some agreements, like even at forget the track, queen, get the tram, just try to find common ground. Can you imagine? chat room. You know. So someone said in the chatroom, I hope the US Federal Marshalls go, and you know they're not going to. So the way it works, say the judge issues a ruler, if someone doesn't comply, they send the US Marshals out to get that person and hold them for contempt. The US Marshals are run by the Department of Justice, which is run by Donald J. Trump. So there is no way the federal marshals are going to show up and take JD. Vans or you know,

take Trump and hold them for contempt. Not going to happen. So the judges orders are kind of useless. Now this is where we talk about the end of democracy. Okay, this is where we talk about the end of democracy because when a president the executives just remember this is

all just about three branches of government. When the executive refuses to capitulate to the judicial okay, when they say, no, we're not going to follow the orders of the of the of the judges, either elected judges or appointed judges. When they say no, we're not going to do that, and then the Department of Justice refuses to enforce the verdicts from the judges. That's the end of democracy because then the three checks of government, the three branches of government,

are no longer equal. The executive is not supposed to be more powerful than the legislative or the judicial. They're there to keep tabs on each other. Or in China doesn't want tabs. And he does control the Department of Justice. So the fact that he does means he is not going to allow himself, or Advance or anyone in his cabinet to suffer at all from the DOJ. That's just it's

not going to happen. And that means that our government is broken, that there is a constitutional crisis, and I don't you know again, can you imagine a world where we can at least agree on the rule of law? Okay, listen, Maga, you can have your views, but you've got to at least admit there should be a rule of law. If

a judge says something, it should be enforced. And you can't scream with the judge's partisan because guess what, Trump had nothing but partisan judges and he got off on multiple criminal offenses because the judges threw up roadblocks that shouldn't sit well with you, because you wouldn't like it if it was a democratic president that got off with a million things because the judges were in his pocket.

If you don't like and this goes directly to the two or three MAGA people listening, if you don't like the United States system of government executive, legislative, judicial, then why are you here? Why are you here? If you don't like what judges do, if you only like it when they're on your side, then why are you here?

Because that's not how America works. And as Orangina and Elon try to shape our country into a dictatorship, that should anger you because when they lose, and they will, or when they are deposed and they will be, history tells us that no form of government lasts forever. When they're thrown out, you're not going to like it. If the other side behaves like they do, you're not going to like it. If democrats begin to act like tyrants, you're not going to like it. So why do you

advocate it now just because it's your guy. It's not always going to be your guy. That's the beauty of America. And even if he re is to leave, even if they try to change the Constitution for a third run. You know, King Louis, Other kings fell, Zar Nicholas of Russia shot in a basement, the French aristocracy, guillotine, Rome fell, Caesar stabbed on the Senate floor after proclaiming himself a god. So you shouldn't sit back and be so smug that you're in power now. You won't always be in power.

How do I know? I study history? So can you imagine a world where you try to get what you want but legally? Legally? If a judge says no, you respect it, challenge the ruling, go to the Supreme whatever it takes. But to act like any party, or any candidate or any person is truly above the law. And why you have granted that status to this Orange part is beyond me. He should not be above the law. These judges are saying what he is doing is wrong.

I'm sorry if you don't agree, But we have laws to make sure no president does what he's doing, and that includes democratic presidents. And as much as I'd like a Democrat to get in there and become a tyrant for good, we don't want tyrants. We don't want a king. We had the opportunity George Washington was told he could be president for a life. They all loved him. Everybody loved Washington, and they all said to him, look, you

can be president for life. And he walked away. Washington was told he could serve more than two terms, and he walked away because he said, no, we just fought a king, We just fought a dictator. So you think that your guy is better than George Washington. You actually think that Orangina is superior to Jefferson, to Washington, to Adams, to Lincoln. This is the only president that has talked about destroying the constitution, the only one, and you seem

to think that he's better than Eisenhower, Truman, Kennedy. He's not. He's not. So there's a lot of hypocrisy out there, and that's what angers you want to know what angers liberals most about MAGA, it's your hypocrisy. It's the fact that you condone behavior from your side that you would

not condone from the other. That hypocrisy. You want to cut government, fine, so do we how about we sit down like rational people and decide, and how about ones it's cut and that money is there, we all determine that it's going to come back to us, not to Elon, not to the billionaires running the government. They're not going to give up money. Do you think the billionaires running the government are going to take this saved money and in some way give it back to you if you
