Lucy died from Pediatric Cardiomyopathy

Sara Farmer lives in Texas with her husband, son, daughter, and two cats. She is a former teacher turned stay-at-home mom. When she's not tending to her kids, she spends time with her husband, reads, writes, and sings. Following the death of her daughter Lucy at 15 months, she began writing in earnest, sharing her journey through grief and child loss. She is a passionate advocate for several causes, including pediatric cardiomyopathy, vaccines, feminism, and animal rights.
