98. on procrastination: sharing your art with gatekeepers

in this episode I share my feelings about the next, vulnerable step: sending my art off to gatekeepers. I share all the resistance I'm working through, the stories coming up & how I am rewriting them through my journal. I talk about finding evidence to poke holes in underlying beliefs, such as 'it is unsafe for me to work with other people'. And I spend time validating & normalizing how insanely vulnerable this part of the artist's life is.
