42. the ptsd episode

y'all.... THIS IS A BIG ONE. for the first time ever, I share publicly how a PTSD-diagnosis has been & still is a huge part of my creative recovery. I've been hesitant to share this though, because of fear of judgment & backlash, but I am a point where I CAN'T let my mental health hold me back any longer. I am done resisting the future I dream of because I think my health can't handle it. sharing this is vulnerable & scary as fuck, but it is time.
