37. practicing courage through social media

in this entry, I share with you how I use social media to practice being myself & cultivating courage. I talk about how I started my account to be create a safe space to show up authentically. & how I now deliberately use it to step, mindfully, out of my comfort zone, e.g. I did my first reel yesterday & have an IGTV coming up. it's both scary & fun, and that's just the juicy sweet spot I'm looking for.
