126. for our heavy days

in this episode I unpack the vortex of negative narratives keeping me down these days; I dig into beliefs around the classisc 'time pressure' and feeling unskilled in new creative territories; and I share how I'm detaching & reframing those limiting beliefs to actually be a sign of a great upleveling. basically this episode is a reminder for myself & you, the listener, of all the things we need to move through the heaviness.
