123. the art of recommitment

listen to me talk about how I am making recommitment a part of my creative process. I talk about how I've been resisting leveling up through some unconcious self-sabotage & what I do to get myself back on the path towards; as an example, I share an anecdote from pursuit of my musical theatre dreams. I probably say 'recommitment' 10+ times in this episode, and I'll keep saying it -- cause, personally, I know I'll need a reminder of this tool again in the future!
