Chris and Ann Frederick are founders of 'Frederick Stretch Therapy', a specialist combination of movement and manual therapy, which they have developed over many years through decades of hands-on experience, authoring books, providing relief and teaching thousands, as well as conducting their own research.   In this podcast we talk about nomenclatur in the fascia space - including the evolving definition of the word 'stretch' - and the need for integration between science, the arts, and spirituality to deepen our collective understanding and use of language, in its effort to describe the implicit nature and behaviour of the fascia matrix.  Chris and Ann also list their highlights from the recent International Fascia Research Conference (IFRC) in Montreal.
