Episode description

Studying the embryo to understand more about human motion was a fascinating part of the research I had to do to write YOGA: Fascia, Anatomy and Movement. One way I learned, was to draw it and in this episode I describe how difficult it is to portray continuity of form visually. It is something Leonardo da Vinci describes in the notes he made on anatomy and he has always been a profound inspiration to me. In this episode I describe him and some other wonderful teachers I have been fortunate enough to learn from.
