Brek Christensen is on the staff of the Rice University track and field program and is in charge of the throws events. He is a rising star in the world of throws coaches and in his short time in the role he has already produced several throwers in the top echelon of the NCAA. We dig in to his approach on teaching young people such a complex sport and the things that fuel the enthusiasm that has led him to be so effective.
