Episode description

On this episode, I talk about the Great Depression and how President Herbert Hoover handled it so horribly.  As a result, in the 1932 presidential elections, Franklin D. Roosevelt was elected and had the lead a nation in distress and despair.  The Great Depression was a national crisis, soon to become international, but President Roosevelt lead through it and helped resolve it.  I make this analogy in reference to what President-Elect Joe Biden is about to deal with.  From economic downfall, racial injustice and inequality, the damage that has been done to the "rule of law" and apolitical institutions, the coronavirus pandemic and more.  After that, I speak to Dr. Anna Stratis about rising coronavirus infections, deaths, and hospitalizations.  Then, I make an announcement and finally conclude with The Last Note.
