Rant: Don't Talk to My Friend That Way!

The other day, I got off a Zoom call with several of my girlfriends  and as I shut my laptop I thought to myself, “I don’t know how easy it is to be my friend.”

I don’t say this to make them feel bad,

Every time I speak to them, I end up using our signature QUAA method (Question, Underlying Question, Answer, Accountability)... and sometimes the advice I give them isn’t what they want to hear.
