EP034 - Perfect MSP Pricing with Nigel Moore & Ian Luckett

In this episode of the IT Experts Podcast, we are joined by The Nigel Moore from Tech Tribe.  

Previously, he built a 1.5M AU$ MSP business, and exited in 2016. And today, we are going to be talking about how perfect pricing works in your IT & MSP business.  

We talked about the importance of confidence in building and growing your IT & MSP business. You need to know and trust yourself to do what you need to do; only then can you take your business to YOUR next level. 

Nigel shared one of the mistakes of many IT & MSP business owners, and that is perfectionism, wanting to design the perfect system, however, he notes that there is nothing perfect, all you need to sell is a system that delivers good service to your clients while being profitable to you.  

He adds that, especially when you are a starting IT & MSP company, you can start with a basic pricing model, the most important thing is that it works -- and you know and understand the pros and cons. Gradually, the model matures, the market matures, and so do you, as a business. 

We also talked about the basics of what you need to know to get your pricing right.
