Scott Lewis is the co-founder and CEO of Spartan Investment Group, LLC (SIG). He has led several successful real estate developments that ranges from single family homes to condo conversions.

Scott is also Spartan Investment Group’s strategy and operations director and he oversees the company’s strategic direction and manages the day-to-day activities of the projects.

To date, Spartan Investment Group has completed full remodel projects as well as projects in residential raw land developments. Some of their current projects include developments of in-fill lots, luxury condos, self-storage, and row homes.

Scott has bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Chemistry from Michigan State University. He also has a master’s degree in management. Scott also has a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
