Today's episode is all about success and Wayne Shaeffer from Good Success is going to share how he went from bankrupt to successfully scaling his business! Wayne began investing in real estate back in 1997 but after going bankrupt, he was forced to work in corporate America up until he lost his corporate job with IBM in 2004. Despite previously failing in real estate investing and filing bankruptcy, Wayne took another leap of faith and began investing in buy-hold rental properties. After the market crash in 2008, Wayne began wholesaling properties and hasn't looked back since!

To date, Wayne's wholesaling business is growing like crazy! Just last year his company closed on 300 deals and he now provides education courses and tons of resources through his blog, podcast, and Belief Event.
