Steve began investing in real estate back in 2004 and flipped his first property within 6 months! He has done it all from wholesaling, flipping properties, buy-and-hold investing, the list goes on. He eventually transitioned into buy-and-hold properties that evolved into a property management business and a construction company. Over time, Richard found himself unhappy because he was working in his business and not on his business.
