I chat with US Silver Medalist Ross Miner about his 2018 Nationals performance: not being selected for the 3-person Olympic team after his amazing performances won him the silver medal. We talk about life after skating: the difficulty in transitioning into retirement and what it was like going back to school (college) after being homeschooled since 6th grade, mental training in skating and how it can be stigmatized, the importance of having a positive support system in sports, the current quad trend and direction of skating, and what he's doing now!
