Amira Martin, LCSW-R, is a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in mental health. She obtained her MSW from Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in 2002 and specializes in treating children and adults. Amira is also an author of diverse children's books that focus on promoting positive mental health for kids. Amira is also the founder of Amira for Her, a large group private practice, and an adjunct lecturer at Columbia University School of Social Work.
