Episode description

🎧 A question I get asked a lot: "How do you make it all happen?" How do you stay consistent while juggling it all. SYTEMS AND ROUTINES that you can LEAN ON! If you've been winging it, bestie, we gotta refiinnnneeee so that content feels like a part of your LIFESTYLE, not a chore you need to check off.

THE 5 STEP SYSTEM WE WALK THROUGH

1. PICK YOUR PLANNING PLATFORM
Choose one place to organize your content.
Notion, Airtable, Planoly, or even pen and paper.
The tool doesn’t matter. Having a system does.

2. CHOOSE YOUR POSTING CADENCE
Be realistic about your season.
• 3x per week if you’re busy
• 5 to 6x if you’re seasoned
• Higher volume if you have capacity
And yes, in most cases, cross post.

3. DEFINE 3 TO 5 CONTENT PILLARS
Your brand is not your diary.
Pick core topics you can talk about endlessly.
Use analytics to guide what’s worth repeating.

4. BRAINSTORM WITH STRATEGY
Pull from top performing posts.
Repackage what already works.
Plan ideas inside your pillars instead of posting randomly.

5. BATCH & EXECUTE
Day 1: Outline scripts and captions.
Day 2: Film everything.
Post according to your cadence.
Repeat weekly or biweekly.

THE BIG SHIFT

You are the CEO of your brand, not just a creator and it's time to start acting like it!

Consistency becomes effortless once it’s built into your routine
