As recruiters, we know every stage of the job seeking process inside and out. The interview is probably the most nerve wracking part of the process, and it's our job to ensure the candidate is prepped, organised and confident beforehand.

In this episode we talk about the importance of strong preparation and detailed feedback with special guests Anthony Towse, Aimee Brown, and Ruth-Beth Jackson.
