Laura Rossmann started her consulting firm in 2014 and has specialized in nonprofit management, fundraising and marketing and leadership transition. She has two decades of experience working with nonprofits, from serving for 13 years as an Executive Director at several nonprofits to being on numerous  She holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with an emphasis in Marketing , and is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE).
