Twenty years ago, the decapitated body of a mother of two was found propped up against a tree next to the river near Piltown, Co Kilkenny. The victim was 25-year-old Paiche Unyolo Onyemaechi. Now gardaí are launching a renewed appeal for information about her death. We discuss who she was, what happened to her and why this case has remained Unsolved for so long.
