Reverend Doctor Canon Esau McCaulley is a New Testament scholar and an Anglican Priest who completed his doctoral studies at the University of St Andrews under N.T. Wright. His new book, Reading While Black, speaks hope to African Americans in the United States through the tradition of African American biblical interpretation. Dr. McCaulley is currently an assistant professor of New Testament at Wheaton College, is married to his wife Mandy, and together they have four wonderful children.
