I’d love to take a moment before the intro to thank today’s guest for the beautiful prayer she wrote herself and shared with me to open today’s show! I’m thrilled this week to feature a guest who I recently connected with on social media who has just begun sharing her harrowing testimony: introducing to you today: survivor and whistleblower of the Mormon church and Family Court systems, advocate for our children, educator, writer, poet, and fierce mama bear: Charissa!
For her safety we will be keeping her identity to a first name basis! Charissa grew up in a family of 9 in a multi-generational, illuminati, bloodline Freemasonic family that she would later discover also participated in incest, occultism, rituals, witchcraft, and Egyptian magic. She was deemed ‘expendable’ within her family, and it would only be later in life that all the pieces to her puzzle would start to build the bigger picture as memories surfaced and as her childhood nickname of ‘Magnum PI’ would come into play as she dove into researching the history of her family and religious background she was born into.
Charissa's story and research exposes and peels away vast layers of corruption laced within secret societies, generational bloodline families, court systems and religious bodies and she’s an absolute wealth of knowledge. Mormonism is a topic I’ve been wanting to cover on this podcast and I’m so grateful Charissa is here with us today to educate us on how cults hide in plain sight and how they work from the inside out and together to ensure their secrets stay hidden and their victims stay silent.
My favorite part of Charissa's story is that despite the horrors she’s experienced, seen, and learned about, she stands here before us today turning her pain into purpose by focusing her efforts on empowering other survivors, advocates and mothers to find redemption through Jesus Christ and approaches her story and teachings from a place of unconditional love.
