Reema Rafay is a Muslim entrepreneur, mother, and diversity and inclusion advisor. Today on the show, Reema shares with Jen some stories of racial abuse she experienced as a child. She explains how these experiences, and her father’s teachings of compassion, have shaped her into the woman she is today.
