4 - What My Anorexia Needed to Know (Pt. 2)
Episode description
Hello Humans! Welcome back to the fourth show housed in “The Human Theatre”: Part 2 of “What my Anorexia Needed to Know”.
The main points discussed in this episode:
- What other people think of you is none of your business.
- Being selfish (with pure intent for your own sanity) is NOT a bad thing, and setting healthy boundaries are pivotal in living your most fulfilling life.
- Let food be thy medicine.
- When actively starving oneself, one has two options; a) continue to live a life in misery with all the physiological and psychological side effects or worse, death or b) choose life (and make damn sure it’s the best one yet!)
- The scale cannot decipher between bone mass, muscle mass, organ mass etc.
