In her 14th marathon and at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, this tough cookie, this mum, this legend, became and instant Australian icon. In one of the moments of the Games, and with her son Billy and husband Dylan cheering on the sidelines and all of Australia right behind her, she won gold. All, with a big smile on her face.
She takes us through the mental, physical and emotional battle of running a marathon.
