As a landlord and business owners, we need to do quite a bit of stuff ourselves. 

And even to this day, I still carry a toolkit around with me and take it to one of the properties every time I go when inspecting because you never know what you're going to need and what you're going to find!

While I'm quite far removed from the general maintenance of my properties, I still like to keep an eye on it from a landlord perspective so I'm going to share 20 essential items that are in my toolbox for HMO landlords.
