I’m a big fan of partnering with people in business because I think the ability to leverage people’s skills, experience, and credibility in different areas fills the gaps that I don’t necessarily have. 

There are lots of things that I look for in a partnership but also lots of things that I actively try to avoid, and in this episode, I’m going to talk about the personality traits of people that I try to avoid in partnerships.
