Donald Trump will be returning to the White House in January and Utah voters have given Gov. Spencer Cox another four years to lead the Beehive State. Our expert panel evaluates what messaging resonated with the electorate, which demographics played a decisive role, and what the results tell us about the priorities of Utahns.
