We're back! There's no better way to kick off Season 3 than our first guest, Justin Everett! Justin Everett is a graduate of the Supply Chain Management program that we discussed in Season 2, and he's currently the Director of Supply Chain for Utility Global, which is a new company looking to transform waste gas into value streams.

We start off with Frank's mishap in Germany, and then dive into Justin's journey coming up through the supply chain program at the University of Houston, rising up through the ranks at Siemens Energy, through COVID, and how he landed in our studio. We discuss what everyone only recently discovered: Supply Chain is absolutely critical to the success of a business, and everything begins with sourcing decisions.
