Have you ever felt an urge to go deeper into your spiritual or self care practice without too much external prescriptive instruction? Have you ever craved more time in nature or perhaps with a particular element, like immersing yourself in the sea or being in a forest all alone on a mountaintop? Have you ever wondered about your dreams, your daytime and nighttime dreams and the power of your imagination? If so, this podcast may be a good starting point to guide you
on your journey. I've spent much of my life really passionate about finding answers and going deeper. But it wasn't until around 10 years ago that I truly started on this nature connection journey. And when I did that, it really led me through so using external nature to find my own deep inner nature. Nature truly does provide everything we need. It can show us about rhythms and cycles and how to find balance and harmony in our lives, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
Personally, I've studied and practised mindfulness and meditation for many years. I've learned from story mythology, various wisdom teachings in different traditions. And I've also led groups in mindfulness woman circles and have given
occasional Dharma talks. This podcast is a place for me to attempt to consolidate all these years of learning in a very shareable way, I hope and I truly do hope that it is a benefit to you if you're interested in going deeper within the mysteries of life and your inner self.
