We so often have the best intentions behind making changes but then never fully following through or implementing them. Why?

In this episode we'll cover the energetic laws that govern our lives, and how to apply the pattern of birth/death/rebirth to the changes we are looking to make.

We'll also explore the wisdom tools of hearing, contemplation and meditation and how these would be applied to different stages in our change-journey.

If you would like notes or further reading on this topic please contact me.

Hi, and welcome to this episode of The heart space podcast. So today's episode is one that I'm really passionate about, because I feel that it's something we don't talk about all that often, it's something that happens to all of us all the time. And we just don't give a time of day or really look deeply into change, why it's so difficult for us, and also why we struggle to implement changes in a lasting, meaningful way.

Well, in that regard, I speak for myself personally, I've definitely found it difficult to truly changed some of the patterns that had been repeating in my life. But when I started to work on an energetic level, and look at go to the core of the issues and look at things very deeply, I was then able to sort of release the underlying issue and create things in my life from from this new place.

So because a theme in this podcast is looking at things through nature through this energetic lens, because nature is all about the elements and the energies and how things interact and have relationship with one another. Change is very much an energy and has an energetic component that we can tap into when working with a particular change in our life. And it's not just something that is emotional, or something that we have to think about or strategize or plan through change also has this

energetic aspect. And that is what I want to talk to you today. So I don't mean to minimise how difficult change can be from an emotional perspective. Usually, when we go through change, there is a lot of emotion involved, it can put us into a state of turmoil or on the flip side change can also be very exciting and fresh and new. That In this episode, we can look at change, we can look at the laws of energy in nature. And we're going to look at change from this energetic perspective.

Now, before we begin, I also want to point out that we see different types of change in our lives. So we see change that happens, rhythmically, or seasonally. And the best example of this is quite literally the changing of the seasons. Yesterday, it was the autumn equinox here in the southern hemisphere, and we now moving

into the month of autumn. And we know we can rely that these changes, the seasonal changes will always come about no matter what we have the moon phases, we've got the tides, we've got women have got the menstrual cycle, there's certain changes that just happen like clockwork, and an inherent part of life, however, just as much as part of life are unexpected changes. And we can also see this in nature.

So as an example, earlier in the week, where I live, my study overlooks the garden, and we've got a huge, huge tree, just on the opposite side of of our fence that backs into the forest. And the street must be decades old, out of the blue, fell down and came crashing down with such a noise people came from, you know, a couple blocks away to have a look. But this tree is so big, it's now lying over my neighbor's entire garden and half in this swimming pool and the City Council have to

come and remove it. But you know, if you think about that, that was a tree that had existed for decades, in in one minute and standing in the next. It's not and we would say that trees dead, it's it's, you know, come to its end. So changing nature can also be extremely abrupt. And we really struggle, even though changes so much part of nature. And, you know, it's a fact of life, we really struggle with it as humans, it seems so unnatural to us and something to

resist. But when we start to live more in the flow of nature, and we start to embrace the natural ways, we do open ourself to accepting change, and to living a sad change to something more natural. For this episode, today, we're going to look at changes that we want to implement. So these are changes that we've planned or we hope to implement, as opposed to dealing with change that was unexpected or abrupt. Although the same laws

of energy do apply to both. It's just a little easier for us to work with and learn about these energetic laws of change when we are looking at a change that we planning or wishing to bring into the world. So to begin, firstly, I want to reiterate that everything in our life is comprised of energy. And this energy is visible in the outer landscape. But it's also very much visible in our own

inner landscape. And that's quite a crazy thought, or idea to really get your head around the fact that because everything is energy, therefore, even your thoughts, your dreams, sound, light, every single thing is energy. And it's very hard to first accept that your thoughts are actually a form of energy. But when you can start to relate to that and accept that. It's very empowering, because if everything is energy and energy can be changed. This is exactly what we're going to be talking

about today. They fought, everything is capable of change, including our own thoughts, and very deep, even more subconscious ways of being and belief patterns that we may hold. Now the symbol for energy in science, sorry, apologies, the symbol for change in science is a triangle. That's actually the Greek letter Delta. And just completely random side effect is that delta is associated with the number four in the Greek

alphabet. And number four in numerology is all about consistency, dependability, it's a foundational number, it's like the practical, practical homemaking foundational number

within numerology. And it is interesting that out of all the symbols for change, this very reliable, practical, practical and dependable symbol is the symbol that is used to depict change, which is interesting, because we often perceive changes anything bad that we see, we perceive it as chaotic, and something that we can't really have a grasp on and understanding of and I quite love that science actually uses this as the symbol for change.

So if we take a triangle, and we look at point A, which would be the bottom left corner of the triangle, so point A, are referred to as that is the status quo. So that is the point that you're currently at, that you wishing to change. And bottom right triangle. So the button wrap point of the triangle, so directly across is, we'll call that point B, which is the desired results. That is how you wish for things to to

be. And then the point at the top of the triangle will be a we'll call point C. And that is what we're really going to be looking at today. The reason I call that C is that is the actual CEUs for change. And that is actually where the magic happens in change. It doesn't happen in a straight line between point A and point B. But it happens when we go on this deep inner journey, moving us from point A to point B. Because everything in nature is

comprised of energy. There are also certain laws that this energy has. Otherwise, quite literally things would be completely haphazard. But it's not nature works, our bodies work, everything works in this precise and perfect manner. And it is very possible. Scientists also studied the laws of energy. Some of them I'm going to list some now but this is not an

exhaustive list. And these are the laws of energy that we can also work with when it comes to changing things such as our thoughts and our behaviours because they've to our energy. So, the first law of energy is that energy is capable of changing states. What I mean by that is energy can be gaseous, can be liquid, and it can be solid, we just have to look at the element of water to see that water can change its state between those three things

even quite rapidly. So in one moment, we can have a block of ice, it can be melt that can melt to water and it can be heated, and create water vapour and almost become invisible. So where we have something quite solid and material in the next moment we can have, it can just simply evaporate before our eyes. So water, so not just water, all the elements are capable of changing states. And energy has this ability to change its state.

Now, when we look at those states, we can also symbolically we use, those are the physical properties of of, of the elements. But we can also look at the changing states of energy in terms of subtle. So by subtle, I'm referring to things that we can't grasp, we can't see, that would almost be the

things that have evaporated. So secondly would be things such as our thoughts and habits, and desires and dreams to an energetic state where we've got flowing energy, which I think in a previous episode we touched on this way, we've got what be called prana, or energy that moves within our body. And this energetic state is actually associated with the imagination with the dreamscape with creativity. And then we have the

material form of energy. So the embodied material form, which can also be called the gross, gross, I don't like that word, but it is quite descriptive, the gross physical state of energy. Now connected to those changing states is what are referred to as the rule of creation within energy. So energy is always created from a subtle state, to a gross state. And then it moves from a gross state, back through energetic changes to a subtle state, and everything that we

see manifested. So even if it's from a skyrise, building, to a cake that you decide to bake, to human baby has, at first come from the subtle state, so perhaps thought or desire or wish, moved through a series of energetic changes, and has manifested as a physical form object. Now, the form doesn't have to be physical and something that you see, it can also be a state of being that

you've manifested. So maybe you have really worked on yourself, and you've become a lot more open or determined or friendly. It can be for instance, maybe you've composed a song, and it can be the actual song and manifestation. So doesn't necessarily mean it has to be have physical hard shape or form. But it is the results of a subtle energy that has transformed into something that

has been made manifest. And then we reach a point with everything in majestically that eventually, that form moves backward through that process, and seemingly dissolved so the form no longer exists. So are there it is that perhaps, a person or an animal dies, a tree perhaps falls over something you've created, such as a cake is consumed. But there is a point in all creation, where we've got the cycle of creation and destruction, and even the entire landscapes. The Earth itself changes in these

ways. And this is why we've seen you know, continents shift and change. We've we've seen inland oceans that once existed that are no longer there. So there's constant, cyclical waves that flow through energy of creation and destruction. And this is really important, we can really be focusing on this today because this is the point where as a society we have forgotten, we only think of or are addicted to the energy of creation, we constantly want to create new, we want to move from point A to

point B and on. We don't want to go through the phase of destruction or dissolution within ourself. But that's actually where the magic happens. That's the point see on our on our triangle, where the alchemy of change really occurs, and if we don't go through that process, we can't get to truly create new on our journey, and we can look at that with the seasons, summer only exists in the way does because of winter. The nighttime is as necessary for life and species to thrive.

As, as the daytime, we can't just have daytime and summer, all year round, there's a reason for these day and night, cold and dark, Sunny, hot seasons, it's because they had the place they are necessary. And creation really does begin in the dark, we look at seeds, for example, whether it's plant seeds, or even the seeds of an animal or human baby, you know, these things begin in the womb, which is a dark, sheltered place, it's not out in

the open in the sun. So that energy of going within retreating into that, in a space in order to return victorious with the new is just huge when we want to really learn about the energy of change. Now, the next law energy I'll talk about is that energy can hold patterns, and the so even the cycle of creation and destruction as a pattern. But energy can go further than that. And it can hold unique patterns.

So if you look at, for example, the planets in our solar system, they don't just randomly fly around and knock into each other, there is an order there is a pattern that they are, this energy is capable of holding, and maintaining over aeons of time even like a holding pattern that keeps all the energy in everything external and internal, in a state of balance. And these patterns can also be seen within the atoms in our body, which are also comprised of these little energetic

particles. And within an atom we've got protons and neutrons electrons, and and these electrons also travel around the centre of the atom in a very particular manner. So the reason that patterns are important to understand is that when it comes to our behaviour, when it comes to our thoughts, we can also hold patterns, and we can hold patterns for a very, very long time. So if you are, for instance, a jealous person, this may have been a trait that you've had for a very long time.

And then this jealousy will manifest itself because if you recall, in the previous law, we said that the subtle states manifest into physical states. And so we might find that we've got so many situations in our life that really talk to this, this jealous or jealous nature. So we might encounter all sorts of things and then wonder why we've got these themes that run

through our lives. But actually, it's because at a certain level, this energy is holding a particular pattern, and then it's manifested in this particular pattern. Now, we can also call these patterns, our karma, or our habitual tendencies, we can call them belief systems. But no matter what we call them, it's really important that this is where we need to get back to, in order to make true change. And this is why we don't make lasting change, or we find lasting meaningful change, so

difficult to make. Because if we look at our triangle, we so often starting at point A, which is the status quo, and we move to point B and we do a little hump, we don't quite make it across the whole triangle, we just sort of touched on some of these issues. But without going to the source. And really resolving or dissolving that core energetic pattern, we are only going to be creating again from that same pattern, and therefore perpetuating the same cycles over and over again.

And the fourth and final law of energy that I'll mentioned today, is that we have actions and reactions. So it's that famous saying for every action is an opposite and equal reaction. And this is really, really true. If we can look at this we can see this in absolutely everything. And I like to call this action and reaction units. It's like a pair of twins. They always travel across together.

And it's important when we start making change and And embark on a journey to expect that we are going to constantly have reactions to changes that we are trying to implement both inner reactions and outer reactions. So these are the four rules or states of energy to be aware of. And now we'll talk about how this actually relates to change in a physical and real life way.

If you can, for the sake of this episode, just try and think of a change in your life that you've made a big change, or perhaps change that you're currently experiencing and struggling with, or even a change that you would really like to make. The starting point is to identify the state, the energetic state that you are wishing to change. And I call this this is the status quo. And that in the triangle example, would be the bottom left point,

point A on the triangle. And this is the state that you have already manifested. Now that that part is important to understand. Because if we understand the rule of energy, that energy flows from a subtle state to a gross manifested state. The point A on the triangle is a state that has already been manifested. So that leads to the question to say, Well, what was the subtle state that manifested that particular gross state that you are now able to

connect with. And that's really what we want to get back to, in order to look at that dissolve change at that level, before we create that next step. So once we've got up, we've got our change we want to implement, and we understand what the status quo is, we really come to the first point, which is to make the decision to embark on

change. And this is very difficult to know, it's not taking change in our life isn't something that we relax to do necessarily, at some times, we get the out of desperation, very often making changes out of role to show who we are, or to circumstances in our life happens, because we have been struggling, we have been experiencing a lot of pushback, a lot of hardship, based on the status quo. And therefore we know, within ourselves that a change

is needed. And this decision point, or making that choice to begin is so important. It's it's something also that defines us as humans, this ability to consciously sit back to look at the status quo and to then implement a change in a new direction. And I can really recommend being very clear with that decision, and what it is that you're wanting to change. Even if you don't know why things have manifested the way they have yet, you're not sure of what the deep underlying

causes doesn't matter. Just be very clear about the thing that you're wishing to change. And I definitely think it's helpful to write that down. I've had journals since I was a child, and I've always kept them no matter no matter where I've moved, I've got a whole pile of

journals. And it's amazing to be able to look back and see some of the journals, some of the things I wrote, even as a teenager or you know, 10 years ago, or even just a year ago and see how much I've shifted from them, the things that I was wanting to work on and change, then compared to now and it's, it's really a really nice thing

to be able to look back. But by setting this very clear intention, you're also directing the energy of change in the right direction, you are being very conscious and deliberate with your actions. So once we've made that decision, the very next step is to embark on the upward journey on the triangle and we implement that, that is the change journey. And that gets kicked off with taking an action.

And this is really important because so many of us we have the best little look at New Year's resolutions, we have the best intentions, we can see things we want to implement in our life. We might even write them down. We might be very clear on them. But without taking an action to kick off that process. It's just wishful thinking or magical thinking it's never going to actually happen because energy has to be physically work with it's not just an idea.

It has to be, it has to be worked out and worked through. And, you know, for example, no matter how much you may want to lose weight, you can sit and think and write intentions and do affirmations as much as you want around losing weight. Unless you take an action that puts you on the path towards losing weight, you're never going to lose weight. Unfortunately, I wish it was as easy as just thinking there are thoughts, but energy doesn't

work like that. So taking that first action is so important. And if you remember that, actions are always followed by reactions, that's the very next thing that we can expect. So say, for example, your action is something physical, you decide to resign from a job, maybe it's something quite major, like a breakup, or it could be something a little bit more, you know, introspective. So you decide you're going to work on perhaps perfection, perfectionism issues or control

issues. And your first step might actually be booking and going and seeing a psychologist or counsellor or even just chatting to a friend. These first actions are going to invoke some form of reaction. Now reactions can be or seem very external. So it could be the other person or the system or the company or organisation, family that react to you when you've made a change. Or it can be an NF probably is a bit of both, there's also an inner

reaction. And sometimes what happens is we make a change, we make that first step. And let's say we in a codependent relationship, we need to put in firm boundaries. So our first action, we've decided to make the change, we put in a boundary, and the other person reacts in a terrible way. And we are so shocked by this reaction that, in fact, instead of continuing up along our triangle of change, we just simply retreat back down to the status quo.

And we failed to implement change, because of this initial reaction that we we receive. And this is this is the hard emotional part of change is that the more In fact, we need to make a change and the deeper that these changes have to be made in our life, we are going to going to experience a lot of reactions to this, these actions that we take. And this work is hard. This is why, you know Joseph Campbell, who is the famous pathologists to study studied the structure of storytelling

across the ages. So from folktales, up to an even more modern day, storytelling said that there's something called the hero's journey, and what the hero's journey is, it's an archetypal journey of a character protagonist in the story, or called the hero or heroine to be put it in more modern terms. And the hero moves along a series of challenges. And in order to solve a problem, and then returns to his or her city or town or village, with, you know, the goal, the answer that

he was seeking. And we can see the hero's journey. In fact, in this triangle, you know, You are the hero, you're the protagonist in your own story. So, you've got a problem, which is the status quo, you have to go on this journey. And part of that journey. If we look at folktale and mythology is often slaying dragons, going through fires, doing things that seem to be insurmountable. This is the difficulties we have to go on through this journey. And that takes a huge amount of courage.

So we shouldn't undermine how difficult changes, it takes a lot of determination, a lot of courage to get through these difficult times. And that's why when we start off with a very clear intention, when we know why we want to change something, why it's important to us, we've

written it down. It's very helpful because when you have these hard difficulties and reactions from people or even internally, it's helpful to go back to your notes and have a look and to refresh your memory as to why you really want to make this change in your life. So these action and reaction units work like in a you know, chain effect from one to the neck. So you say in our example, you've initiated the first step which is to put up a boundary in a codependent

relationship. The other person has reacted in a very horrible way That reaction then sparks some additional action on your part, you can choose to continue and take a new new behaviour towards that person, or perhaps perhaps even a firmer boundary, or you can choose to retreat. So let's assume you've gone through that difficulty, you've taken that next action, that next action to will lead to some form of a reaction, external and internal.

And this is how we go. And actually we can see every single thing, it's quite a fun exercise. If you think of an action, you've taken a big action in your life, and trying to think through the whole chain of events that happened. post that it's quite, quite amazing to see how these action reaction units work all the time through our lives. Probably one of the most important thing that I've learned from developing your relationship with nature is that of patience.

Because we definitely are accustomed to wanting instant gratification in our lives and wanting to see results for things that we implement quite quickly. But in nature, things that don't happen like that there's a different clock, there's a different cycle. And change happens at that level, change doesn't happen on our demand. And when we try to control it. So patience is extremely important, because it is going to take sometimes years, perhaps even decades to truly change some of our

behaviours and patterns. And in a lot of ways, I kind of feel like this is so almost inherent, or part of why we have this human journey is to learn how to work with this, this energy and to bring about these incredible creations and changes in our lives. And by rushing through it, we are missing out on the value, which is actually come from the process itself. So the energy of patience, just knowing that things will work, when they work things you'll get to that place when it needs to happen.

There isn't a rush, there's no rush. And that's been extremely useful and valuable for me to learn. I think that in today's you know, Internet age, is this focus on demand and output and creation. And I know I've had a few split, especially woman, I'm sure it happens to with men that I've seen this, especially on the internet, if we're gonna call it that, Facebook groups and so forth, where women are unhappy in the status quo, say they found themselves in a very

hard pressured career path. And when a creator change to something that's more meaningful for them. So there's this kind of dis ease of desire to change. And what they do is they quickly jump into the next thing. And they'll always be somebody that you're willing to sell your course, his hundreds of them on the internet around, how to manifest new things in your life, how to manifest abundance, all of this great stuff. But nobody is doing the process of change that comes before new

creation. And therefore, the only thing that's going to change in a lot of those cases is your bank account, you're going to buy costs that you probably can't even afford, and it's going to not really do anything for you, you're going to follow the steps of creation. But because you haven't changed these deep underlying patterns, the situation in your life isn't going to change. And I've seen this with a few friends where they've jumped into something else. And it hasn't quite turned

out as they thought. And then because action and reaction units, it sparks off an entire new course in their life that sometimes isn't the change that they were hoping for. So I really caution against this incessant jumping from one thing to the next. And that can also happen in relationships. And Abby definitely been guilty of this kind of going from one relationship to the next in fairly quick succession, not giving long breaks in between.

And I think we don't have to necessarily, I'm not saying we have to take long breaks in between. and it is possible to do these things simultaneously. But we have to be very intentional and mindful that even if we start something new. So let's use a job, for example. So you leave a job, you don't have to take a sabbatical or take a year off and go through this whole

process. But you can start your new job, but very mindfully, make sure that you are still working on the deconstruction process, you're still doing the inner work needed to get to the root of why, for instance, you ended up in your previous situation, even if you are in a new situation, that's really important to be very intentional about it, but you're going to have to keep an eye on it.

Because it's so much part of our nature that we start something new, have a new relationship, a new job, a new city, everything seems great. And therefore we think the change is done. So we just have this little hump on our triangle. And we're not actually making that true Hero's Journey deep into the dissents, descending deep into ourselves to, to get to the root issue.

Right, if we go back to our example of the change that we want him to make, so we have made our decision, we've embarked on our journey by taking an action, we've encountered a few reactions through which we have worked through, and we're very much now on this path of change. Now, what does this face look like? What are we trying to do so because we're trying to move from a gross embodied state of energy to the settled state, it's a form it's the opposite

energy of creation. So we can call this destruction, we can call it the solution, we can call it death. It is unpicking the parts that we've created, letting them dissolve. And trying to move past all of that to the more subtle state. And this is, this dissolution phase is really very deep work. And it's, it can be very

painful. So once we've got past those initial reactions from people around us, and we've really moved on in this journey, now we get to the tough part, it's going within ourselves to face what we call our shadow, and to truly understand why we've allowed a particular situation to manifest in our life. So if you're in a codependent relationship, you might want to look at why you've

got this, neediness. And back Martin Taylor going very deep within yourself to look at issues such as self worth, self love. And this is this is hard. But this whole process of autumn and winter, it's the energy of autumn and winter sledding Things Fall Apart, like an autumn that the leaves of the trees fall, and the bare bones of the trees show themself. It's that energy, it's allowing things to fall, it's allowing your bare bones to show

themself. And there's very much an aspect of letting go and breaking up and then surrendering. So I see that as two separate phases. So letting go is is an active thing. Sometimes we want to detox declutter, there's an active aspect of letting go. You could perhaps write things down why things happened in a certain way you could bury that you could burn it, you can do whatever work you need to do in order to let go. But then you come to a point where you really want to just

surrender. And that surrendering is just allowing yourself to sit in a very still quiet way and see exactly what is the in the Tibetans Zab chain tradition, they give three tools which they call wisdom tools of working with energy of working through a situation and these three tools can be applied at three different levels. So the three tools is that of hearing, contemplation and meditation.

And the three levels that we would work with him that is the tool of hearing, which doesn't mean only physically hearing it could also be reading learning taking in information is worked with at a conceptual level. So early on in your process when you are unpicking the building blocks of why you've created something when you're going through that that distraction dissolution phase. It is very

conceptual. So you are engaging With the energy of this wisdom tool, up hearing, of listening, of taking in of understanding, this is the phase where it's the most helpful to, you know, go for psychology to really unpack the issues that you're looking at. And to do a lot of work with yourself this inner dialogue, then the second tool is that of contemplation. And contemplation in itself is an art form.

contemplation is mixing ideas or thoughts with space is this kind of mingling that happens when we contemplate something. So this is an energy state of being less conceptual. So now we understand the building blocks, but we want to give them some time and space. So we've got the general idea, kind of have it there in the back of your mind, but you don't actively think about it all day long, you allow it space to exist as a coexistence within you, where you can hold these

issues. And then the third tool is that of meditation, which exists at an experiential level. So meditation teaches us that we are more than just our thoughts, that there is some awareness that sits behind our thinking mind. And it's that energy of awareness that we are trying to tap into when we do meditation, which is very much about experiencing life, in the

moment. And therefore when we've gone through a very difficult change, and we've moved through the conceptual analysing phase to this less conceptual phase, eventually, we get to a point where we want to just be, and this is the point of

surrendering. So we surrender, there's an aspect of inviting space in, and then meditation, or the energy of meditation is very helpful to then really just experience that spaciousness, that sits behind all of that subtle thinking, mind that's just constantly, constantly active. And in Tibetan Buddhism, they call the space gap that exists after state of energy as a called a body. And a body is simply just a gap in between two states of energy.

And it's from this gap or space, that we're able to be very aware and conscious, and then create a new. And what they say in the teachings is that, because we so confused, because we're so caught up and lost in our thoughts all the time, we never actually experienced the gap

with awareness. And because we go into these with, there's an opportunity for us to experience spaciousness, and an opportunity for us to look at things from the spacious open perspective, we fall back with all of our neuroses and thinking, and therefore, we create again, from that same energy, and this is what is called karma. So that energy, say, for example, the energy of neediness, which comes from a belief in a lack of our lack of

self worth. So, because we've got that that deep, ingrained pattern of energy within us, instead of becoming bigger than it, instead of allowing it space to dissolve, and love, we fixate on that energy of neediness, even sometimes unconsciously. And then, when we do have an opportunity or a gap to change things, we're so clouded over and thinking all the time that we don't see it. And therefore the next action we take, we just start creating new again from

the energy of neediness. And this is why we see, for example, repeated patterns in our life, we have relationships with the same theme, we have jobs with the same theme, everything in our life overlaps in particular

ways. And it's interesting, I mean, I myself have been in some relationships where I was seeing myself as a people pleaser, and that was definitely a tendency I had, but didn't just stop with with close relationships, so friends and family and romantic relationships, but it also even bridged and went into work context of went into so many contexts where I was acting in

this people pleasing way. And therefore if we don't make the proper change, to get to that spacious gap, and dissolve that tendency, we're just going to keep perpetuating over and over and over again. And we also don't have to be perfect every time. We do this. journey. And we might never truly, properly dissolve that

neediness. That's there. But every time we go through these little triangles, we just break it down a little more, we get closer to the truth, every time and in this way, we continually can raise our awareness or our level of consciousness. And it just makes things easier for us.

As new changes come about what I hope to share, what I hope I have shared with you today is just some form of a blueprint, that when you are faced with a difficult situation, when you are in the midst of going through changes is to keep a kind of like a bird's eye view on on where you are in the process. To know that there is there is a law, there's something more orderly in the chaos that seemingly seemingly going on, sometimes in our life, and therefore to be very intentional about us.

And there's just so many tools available to us these days, to work with this distraction phase, because it's not often something we talked about, it might not be very evident what type of tools we would use to work with it. But there really are, and I think a lot of them intuitively we already know. So for example, going for counselling to really go deep into an issues very helpful. So aspects of psychology and even science, behavioural sciences

are extremely helpful. And even working with things such as storytelling and the archetypes and mythology. To understand your own journey, in a symbolic way, is extremely helpful. Write your story, write your change down as a story as a fairy tale. And see these aspects playing out in a symbolic way. Sometimes creating that distance definitely helps to see patterns and to see things quicker than they're not using

those tools. We can also learn from nature, we can learn about the act of letting go and surrender. Prayer, the energy of prayer, whether you praying to God or to just the universe in general, doesn't matter. But prayer is very much teaches us this act of letting go and surrendering it's like let go. I think the saying is let go and let God teaches us about being intentional about letting go and handing something over. That we don't have to control it

perfect. So, that energy of prayer is very similar to what

the energy nature carries. And then we can also because we are energetic beings, we can also work with the energy in our body, we can work with our energy centres and chakras, we can do certain breathing and meditation techniques, we can go for various, you know, energy, energy work, for example, you know, with with energy practitioners, we could do yoga, we can do mantra, we can do visualisation, we can work with our dreams and imagination, that there isn't one particular right

course of action you can take, it is up to you as to how to craft that journey. And you'll know when you've got to the root of an issue. It's the thing that you're feel most sensitive about. When you see yourself with or lack of self worth, when you see these deep inner issues, you'll know when you've got to that point.

And from that point, so we know on our triangle example, we know right at the top of our triangle at point C and from this place of space and awareness, we can now create point B, we can now take an action to a new desired results. And we've accomplished what it is we needed to do on our hero's journey. But now there is an aspect of return. And this is the energy of rebirth. So this pattern of birth, death and rebirth is also something that is so inherent within our collective

consciousness. We can see this in so much mythology and story. We can even look at the story of Jesus for example, birth, death and rebirth. It is the law of energy. And once we've made a change, and we've allowed that inner depth and that space to arrive we complete the change With the rebirth, but this time with a heightened state or new state of awareness, and then we done for that particular change.

And then of course, because this is life and things work in cycles, often that will spark a new one, not often it will spark a new action reaction sequence, and then we'll have the next change that comes. And therefore we see this beautiful wave pattern, if we had to look at all of our triangles and staring back, we would just see these waves of energy that that flow through us. So I hope this has

been helpful. And if you would like any more information on some of the tools you could use, please reach out to me and I can share, share some resources with you books and so forth. But yeah, I'm really passionate about this, because I feel that we're just so obsessed with creation of not looking at the dark of not, you know, going within truly deep within ourselves to find the answers. And we're just constantly looking out we constantly wanting to progress from point A to point B, and on.

But without doing the cycles and these natural phases and steps, we aren't truly changing anything. So, for me personally, life is short, this life is going to be gone in the blink of an eye. And I want to work on myself and on my own awareness and consciousness as much as I can. So that when I do get to that gap, or space or body when my physical form goes through its de veau distraction process. I want my awareness to be as spacious and open as

possible. So that whatever does come next, I can create from that very away, open, spacious perspective. Hope you feel as passionately about this as I do. And I hope we will catch up again soon sending you lots of connection and strength and love. Bye
