The last 14 of these years Natalie has owned and operated Celebrate Niagara, a destination management company based in the Niagara peninsula, that specializes in corporate and association events. 

Most recently, she finished her term as President of The Canadian Society of Professional Event Planners. Passionate about sustainability as well as local solutions to global problems, Natalie is the perfect guest to join us today about the importance of sustainability when it comes to the foodservice sector.
