I came across a great book gifted to me by fellow Spartan Up Friend, Joe Polish of The Genius Network. This book is Willpower Doesn’t Work. It made me rethink how self-discipline can be taken to the next level and beyond by changing your environment!

Change your environment to change your life.
Your environment can change by place and or people.
Surround yourself with other high achievers so you are never the smartest Person in the room
Publicly announce your goals so you are accountable to people that you don’t want to let down
