Or have you put off going to the doctor because you didn’t want to have a discussion about your body weight or BMI? We’ve known BMI isn’t perfect and now there’s a growing body of scientific evidence that suggests using BMI as a measure is doing more harm than good. In today’s episode, we talk with leading weight inclusive researcher, Lizzy Pope about BMI and what other measures and tests we should be using. Let’s dive in!
